This was reassuring. Shane was able to meet our pet and us before we departed which was great for creating a positive start to the sit. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Jeannette was the absolute best pet sitter anyone could ask for! She was communicative and easy going. She took very good care of the house, but most importantly she took superb care of my dog, Bodhi. She took him on long walks and fun adventures everyday. While I was out of the country, I received pictures and updates of their "vacation". I loved seeing Bodhi's and Jeannette's smiles in all the photos. They definitely bonded. :) I would highly recommend Jeannette as a pet sitter and also as an excellent person who cares about people, animals, and the planet.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Linda was an awesome pet sitter for my doggie Brodie! She gave him so much loving attention… he has some separation anxiety at 9 years old & she never left his side! She was so attentive to him & I am very grateful for that! Linda’s communication was also something I liked… we texted & chatted on the phone before her arrival & I felt very comfortable with her being in my home & with my dog. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. I can't say enough about Home on the Range Pet Sitting. We have a large family of dogs and chickens. Historically when we wanted to travel we would have to kennel the dogs and find someone to feed and water the chickens. Always a hassle and expensive. I found Home on the Range Pet Sitting and am so grateful. We are now able to travel and know that when we are away our dogs and chickens are as happy or even happier than if we were there caring for them. Kelly posts photo's of each visit and it's obvious how happy our dogs are to spend time with her. Kelly is so attentive....our last trip away over the Christmas Holiday, she checked in to make sure we were planning to be home that evening. Turns out, I had mistakenly given her the wrong date for our planned return. Instead of just assuming we would be home that evening she actually contacted us to confirm our arrival time/date. Thank God she did or our dogs would have spent the night outside in single digit temperatures. That is just one example of how Home on the Range Pet Sitting goes above and beyond. It's not just a business...they treat our pets like their own family. I have since recommended several of my friends to this amazing service and they all rave about it as well.
Kelley and the crew at Home on the Range are amazing! Glenda has been taking care of our chocolate lab puppy while we are at work since he was 8 weeks old and she has always taken the best care of him. Kelley and her staff are extremely responsive and accommodating with our schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for care for their animals!
We've never felt so comfortable leaving our dogs behind while we travel. The price is comparable to kenneling, but we get the added bonus of knowing our dogs are happy and played with (they love Glenda!), and our house is being watched over while we're away. The owner, Kellie, and our favorite dog-sitter Glenda, could not be nicer or more caring to our fur-babies. Highly recommend.
We have had pets for the last two decades, and finding someone to watch them while out of town has always been a struggle. After moving to the Elko area and not knowing anyone I thought it would be impossible. But we found Home on the Range and have been so impressed - both with Kelley and our sitter Vivian. The rates are reasonable, everyone is very responsive, and I think my cat likes Vivian more than she likes me! I feel 100% confident that my pets will be taken care of when I’m away.

Like many of you our dogs are part of the family and we wanted them to be well taken care of and we didn’t have anybody to take care of them while we had to go out of town for medical reasons, so I sent Home on the range/Kelly a message and she responded very quickly walking me through the process of signing up for services which was convenient and easy. After that she called me and we talked about what our needs were with a sitter. She introduced us to Emily we set up a meet & greet and Emily along with her trainer (since she was new to pet sitting) came to our house and I and our fur babies was introduced to Emily. Our babies absolutely loved her she was very comfortable around them getting down on their level and talking to them and giving them attention. After they were used to her she and I went over the dogs routine and I showed her where everything was and since everyone hit it off so well we were ready to let Emily care for our fur babies. I absolutely LOVE Emily she is a “Gem” she texted me giving me updates at every visit along with sending me pictures of the babies. And then after the visits she also emailed me a longer description of her visit and let me know how everything went which I LOVED because you can physically see that she is giving them all the cuddles they could want. I would definitely recommend Home on the Range Kelly is Awesome and again I can’t say enough about Emily we have used them a few times now and they never disappoint without a doubt Best Service Ever when we need someone to watch our fur babies our first call will be to Kelly with Home on the Range!!!!!!
I have worked with Kelley Ritchie and Home on the Range Pet Sitting for several years. Kelley has provided excellent care of our cats from periods of a few days to a few weeks. I know they are well cared for because they don't seem to care if I have returned home - at least for a day or two. That is a cat for you. Kelley has been on top of watering chores for our trees and flowers, too. She communicates daily about how things are doing with the animals and with our place. I think she is an outstanding cat sitter and she seems to truly love all of her charges - even if they are lesser beings than cats! I feel very conficent and comfortable whicn she is taking care of the animals. If I happen to be a long way away, the daily photos of my kitties are greatly appreciated. I would rate her attitude, effort, and work as a FIVE> Helen Hankins P.S. - I think Kelley's approach to her business is very positive and proessional. The paperwork is always top notch and timely. She does a great job.

We’ve taken our dog to Ruby View for the past 6 years (his whole life). We’ve always had amazing care by Dr. Dinsmore and all of his staff. I’m especially grateful for their caring and understanding and love of our animals during urgent and emergent situations.
Dr. John cares for our four cats, two dogs, goats and horse. He has been our family's vet for over five years now and he is absolutely amazing. His gentle "bedside manner" with the animals is impeccable and he is wonderful at explaining exactly what is going on with our little guys. He is always cost conscious and offers options; we have never been blindsided by a bill. I hope Dr. Dinsmore is immortal because if he ever retires I don't know what we are going to do.
So friendly. I am never the most comfortable with most vets, but my dogs seem right at home here. Dr. Dinsmore is straightforward but extremely down to earth. I think we've found our forever veterinarian. Highly recommend.
Dr. Dinsmore and his staff are amazing! We have used them for years and it is definitely worth the few minutes of travel to get the best care for our fur babies.
When my kitties got sick they got her right in and when she required surgery Dr explained everything and told the price and all options. then got her in within a week for surgery I am totally happy with everyone I was in contact with such friendly people! Will takevall my animals there
Dr Dinsmore spayed our Labradoodle, Doc called after procedure with explanation of how she did, which was appreciated. Also, great office staff. We will definitely take our pets to them.
My husband and I moved here from Reno. And I was so worried about finding another Vet. I took my Cat Chewy in for shots and to get fixed. The WHOLE STAFF here r amazing!!! I let them know I was working with a budget. And they did there best to stay in that range. They treated me and my fur baby great! The vet was wonderful! He even called me when I got home to ask how Chewy was doing, and if I had any questions! I felt everyone there really cared about Chewy. I had a better experience here then I even had with my vet of 10 years! A perfect experience! Thank u Ruby View!
I just moved to Elko and one of my dogs got sick. They took us in right away. John the vet was great. He explained everything he needed to do and took really good care of our dog. He even called the next day to follow up on our pet. We will be going there from now on. All the employees were wonderful.
My son's dog is in congestive heart failure. I have taken over her care as she needs lots of it. Dr Dinsmore is compassionate and knowledgeable and spends lots of time talking about about to best treat her in her senior year( which are very numbered now). Highly recommend.
Has been good with both my dog and cats. Due to Covid-19 haven't been able to watch him handle the cats. Good at calling and talking through options for treatment. Abscess treatments have both been successful (past experience out of state had me nervous).

Over the years my dogs have been many places for both boarding and grooming. Never have the been happier. Kaitlyn is kind, thorough, and prompt. We are always greeted with a smile and excitement and the dogs are always so happy to be there, even our anxious doodle. When the dogs are boarded with her, they get snuggles and love not shoved in a kennel and let out twice a day and we get daily pictures and updates. She has been so gentle with our older girls and they're never stressed when we pick them up. She is a gem and is consistent. I recommend her to anyone that needs an amazing groomer that loves dogs.
Our experience with Kaitlynn was wonderful! We have a 5 year old Shih Tzu who has been going to the groomer her whole life. The cut she did on our girl was the best cut she’s ever gotten. We also have two pugs that got their nails trimmed and they didn’t seem as nervous as they normally are with nail trims. She was very loving towards our pets. I highly recommend Poppy’s Grooming! 💕

Our Aussiedoodle was given a great haircut, bath, nail trim, and teeth brushing! Like a day at the spa! Kaitlin is great with dogs and they love her. Very reasonably priced as well.

Had appointmrnt scheduled for 10 A.M for my moms dogs. Was 4 minutes late because the location is in spring creek, behind it -what looks like an abandoned home turned trap house- in two small sheds. Knocked on the house and the shed with no awnser. Also called the lady multiple times. 1pm rolls around and she has the audacity to blame me for being late Unprofessional and unsanitary.
