This was my first time finding a sitter from zeewoi for my cat, and Nicole immediately made me feel comfortable with the whole process! My first impression during our initial video call was that she was quite experienced with this, she knew all the important questions to ask, and I instantly felt like I could rely on her to take great care of my kitty. She did exactly that! Nicole visited briefly before my trip for a meet & greet with my cat and he instantly bonded with her. She kept me updated daily with photos of my cat and how everything was going. From what I can tell, my cat loved her company! When I returned, she had left my apartment even cleaner than before I left. Overall Nicole was an amazing sitter for my kitty for the 9 days I was gone, and I would gladly welcome her to stay again in the future!

Throughout the sit, Jennifer and Sandy kept us informed. Their communication was excellent, letting us know all of our cats’ antics while we were away. And they sent lots of pictures and videos showing that our cats were getting lots of love, attention, and care. We were very impressed and pleased with how well everyone bonded. When we got home, our house was clean, tidy, and 100% ready for our return. We recommend Jennifer and Sandy very highly. They’re wonderful housesitters.

From the initial contact all the way throughout the sit, Marie was great. She communicated effectively, was prompt, and was just the sweetest person you hope to meet. The animals took right to her. In fact, I think our Molly was a bit sad to see us arrive home and missed Marie. Marie did an excellent job dealing with a few issues that popped up. The fridge began acting up and ahe notified me promptly. I was able to get a repairman out, and it was fixed. Then there was a little leak under the sink, and thankfully, Marie caught it. My son was able to come over and fix that. Then there was the issue of Rascal wanting to take walks with Marie and the dogs. Our cats try and follow us on walks. Anyhow, Rascal walked along a little farther than normal and did not return with the group. Marie notified me right away, and I posted his pic on Nextdoor with the situation. A neighbor reported seeing him in the bushes and gave the address. I notified Marie, and she and the dogs walked over and retrieved him. He came out to her and stayed close to her and the dogs as they walked home. She is quick to notice situations and handle them efficiently. We arrived home happy healthy pets and a garden bursting with veggies. Marie kept everything alive and thriving. Our home was clean when we arrived and let me tell you, after being in an rv for 6 weeks, that is such a comfort to come home to a clean house. We hope to be able to have Marie sit for us again, she is one of the best.

She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments.
