This was the second time within two months that Paula came to look after my house rabbits Max and Cyndi. Cyndi had just had surgery in connection with her ongoing bladder problems and needed medication during the recovery process. "Nurse Paula" again did a great job and on top of that took my bunny to the vet halfway through the sit for a quick follow-up appointment. She also informed me immediately when my boy Max seemed a bit off and gave him some emergency meds for his occasional "upset stomach" right away. He thankfully seemed normal and hungry when I walked through the door a few hours later! I am grateful having had Paula on my site during this time since she was a great help and did everything without further ado. She always leaves the house spotless and is the most pleasant house guest you could wish for. I very much hope to welcome her again in the future!

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. I'm thrilled with the service WLPN provided for cat sitting my Luna. She is very timid and runs and hides whenever I have visitors (she's a rescue) but Perri was great with her and within days had her cuddling up on the sofa and playing with her toys! My border collie girl Tala and I highly recommend We Love Pets Newbury. My girl is really anxious and has very specific handling needs which are always met, above and beyond. Her walker is so attentive to her needs, he's really earnt her trust and I am completely confident leaving her in his care. The team are so reliable, professional and adaptable even when walks are needed last minute. I've now used two branches of We Love Pets after moving area and I cannot fault the service.

Can't recommend 'we love pets Newbury ' enough. When we moved into the area we wanted to find a trustworthy & quality service for our new puppy, and were so happy when we found that. We were extremely lucky to be given Kate as our dog walker / sitter. She dedicates every minute solely to your dog & couldn't be any sweeter. The connection was there instantly & we immediately felt happy in her company & Nyla loved her. It makes a huge difference knowing your dog is in safe hands & having quality play time. There is no need to look any further for your local, reliable dog walker, we Love Pets Newbury are highly recommended! Julie has always been very accommodating of the needs of our two dogs and last minute changes are never too much trouble. Having previously used a number of different dog walking companies in the area the communication and administration for We Love Pets is by far the best! We were lucky to be assigned Tracey as our regular dog walker and she is great with the dogs, sending pictures and updates after each walk and always communicating with us on the odd occasion she is running behind schedule. It is such a comfort knowing that they are being taken care of so well when we are away at work. The dogs love her and get so excited when they see her which is really reassuring to know that they are having a great time on their walks.

I have used We Love Pets since my cavapoo Roxy was just 9 weeks old! Roxy is nearly 3 now and Kate has been her primary dog walker the whole time. I can’t recommend Kate enough. She loves Roxy and Roxy loves her back! Kate is always on time and always sends me updates and photos of her walks. Most of all I love how Kate genuinely cares for Roxy and enjoys their time together. She is so great at her job and I totally trust her. If Kate is ever away she lets me know and We love pets will always arrange an alternative walker. They are also great at accommodating last minute changes to schedules! Julie and her team are brilliant. We’ve used We Love Pets Hungerford for about a year now, for three dogs (45kg, 12kg and a <2kg puppy). Julie’s team (Mark, Katrine, Shauna, Emma, etc.) are all consistently reliable, very friendly and great with our dogs; often accomodating last minute requests, which is greatly appreciated. When one of our dogs sadly passed away, we received some very thoughtful cards and gifts. Another one of our dogs is usually cautious of non-family members; however, he’s very comfortable with all of Julie’s team. We’re always left a nice note after each walk, to explain how it went and if there’s anything to be aware of. We’d happily highly recommend We Love Pets Hungerford.

We have a visit once and sometimes twice a day. The team are flexible and love our dogs and the cats which get free stroke or two. We sometimes need two visits and mostly just the one; every time we are catered for. The ladies know exactly what they’re doing and know how to entertain our Red Fox Labs. They have a great time. Our cats who are 15 years old were so relaxed and laid back when we got home as they were so well cared for by Rosalia. She sent regular updates and photos which I thought was a lovely touch and both my girls took to her quite quickly. We haven't seen them eat together for such a long time.
