Bridget (Bee) sat for us for three weeks this summer. This was the second time she had looked after Maggie and our house, and we have asked her back again this Christmas, which I think says it all! Bee is warm, friendly, kind and considerate. Her first priority is always to make Maggie happy and feel loved, and we have come home to a very content dog, who I think is missing Bee a lot! Bee sent us photos or videos on a daily basis while we were away, telling us what she'd been up to with Maggie. She looked after our garden beautifully - we came back to a perfect lawn and a well-watered, happy garden. It was wonderful to know that she was enjoying the house and garden while we were away, and she left everything spotless. We couldn't recommend Bee enough and fingers crossed she can sit for us again! x

Thanks to Zeewoi for introducing us to the most wonderful family! Emily and Elliot are absolutely lovely, kind and communicative, and we couldn't have asked for a more suitable match for our home and Oggi. Nothing flummoxed them, and they were incredibly accommodating with our timings and house. Our baby boy clearly adored them and has welcomed them as part of the pack, and I hope they will be back for another sit if they'd like some more Oggi cuddles! They are also very experienced house and pet sitters and seem to not be phased by anything or any pet, so I think any home or pet owner could be absolutely confident leaving their homes in their care.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

This review is left in faith Les will change his ways and realise he needs to take a good hard look in the mirror. The establishment is fine, and this review is of Les the owner himself not the business. If your bringing your dogs here keep doing so, there is no issue with the care of the dogs. The staff are all lovely and all love dogs at heart. Unfortunately the main member of the team Les bullies the staff in particular the young staff and volunteers. I was the latter and wished for a different outcome but after facing les with the issue of name calling and putting me into impossible situations I left and wont go back. Les you will loose all your staff if you keep treating them like what comes out the rear of the dogs you look after. Take a long hard look at yourself man and change your behaviour towards your staff for the better.
We had an unexpected trip to Torquay and needed somewhere for our dog to stay for the day. She loved it, came home tired out and happy. We'll definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Wonderful staff who provide an amazing service! My 9 month old staffy adores the interaction with other dogs, the supervision and the enrichment! And they take pictures so you can see what the rascals got up to. They have safeguards in place with COVID so you feel safe dropping off your pups and picking them up. Faultless and flawless!
Holly loves her weekly visit to see her friends at Happy Dogs R Us. The staff are wonderful and the dogs love them. Like the fact that they post pictures of the dogs daily so you can see your dog having fun during the day.

Elle is a godsend! Contacted her super last minute after I had to go away urgently and had to find care for my two elderly cats. Stevie and Becky go above and beyond to help you and your pets. My terrier was very withdrawn after losing his canine pal and it made his barking at every other dog he passed worse. They took the time to introduce him gently to other dogs on walks and they are so patient with him when he goes on his 'play dates' with other dogs (Barkers Social). It has really improved his confidence with other dogs (as well as his recall at the age of 11) and I can't thank them enough. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, as I love how responsible and trustworthy they are too. My dog absolutely loves them, which is great!

Would highly recommend. We have been using their services for many years to take care of our cats and have always been very happy with their services.
