I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. Not only did our pets enjoy meeting Kelly and Christopher, my husband and I enjoyed meeting them as well! They are personable and kind, organized and communicative, and most of all excellent pet sitters. Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. This review is left in faith Les will change his ways and realise he needs to take a good hard look in the mirror. The establishment is fine, and this review is of Les the owner himself not the business. If your bringing your dogs here keep doing so, there is no issue with the care of the dogs. The staff are all lovely and all love dogs at heart. Unfortunately the main member of the team Les bullies the staff in particular the young staff and volunteers. I was the latter and wished for a different outcome but after facing les with the issue of name calling and putting me into impossible situations I left and wont go back. Les you will loose all your staff if you keep treating them like what comes out the rear of the dogs you look after. Take a long hard look at yourself man and change your behaviour towards your staff for the better.
We had an unexpected trip to Torquay and needed somewhere for our dog to stay for the day. She loved it, came home tired out and happy. We'll definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Wonderful staff who provide an amazing service! My 9 month old staffy adores the interaction with other dogs, the supervision and the enrichment! And they take pictures so you can see what the rascals got up to. They have safeguards in place with COVID so you feel safe dropping off your pups and picking them up. Faultless and flawless!
Holly loves her weekly visit to see her friends at Happy Dogs R Us. The staff are wonderful and the dogs love them. Like the fact that they post pictures of the dogs daily so you can see your dog having fun during the day.

Stevie and Becky go above and beyond to help you and your pets. My terrier was very withdrawn after losing his canine pal and it made his barking at every other dog he passed worse. They took the time to introduce him gently to other dogs on walks and they are so patient with him when he goes on his 'play dates' with other dogs (Barkers Social). It has really improved his confidence with other dogs (as well as his recall at the age of 11) and I can't thank them enough. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, as I love how responsible and trustworthy they are too. My dog absolutely loves them, which is great!

Would highly recommend. We have been using their services for many years to take care of our cats and have always been very happy with their services. After recently losing the last of our two cats they were very compassionate and helpful in making a difficult time just a little bit easier.
