Steffen was really great and looked after our home and cat extremely well. He was so flexible and came to meet us and see the house a few weeks before he came to sit which really put my mind at ease as I felt like I knew the person who would be in our home. Liquorice was well looked after and seemed very happy when we got home. I think they had built up a good relationship in our absence and I felt Liquorice seemed very relaxed and well taken care of. Whilst we were away Steffen was concerned about Liquorice's health but was fantastic with communication and he took Liquorice to the vet for a check up. I was really comfortable with his updates and felt like he had our cat's best interests at heart. We are so grateful and would be very happy to have Steffen back to sit in the future. The house was clean and tidy when we got home. Steffen is very friendly and a great sitter.

Both the girls where lovely and helped out on very short notice. I came back to a very clean house and a very happy cat. I got updates on Casper when I asked even though I was only gone for a few days and otherwise didn't have any problems. They were very polite and reliable.

Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Not only did our pets enjoy meeting Kelly and Christopher, my husband and I enjoyed meeting them as well! They are personable and kind, organized and communicative, and most of all excellent pet sitters. Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. They went out of their way to connect with our dogs, especially Smitty, our rescue. The dogs were walked, brushed, and played with throughout the weeklong sit. They sent pics of how our fur babies were doing and truly seemed to enjoy their time with them. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!
