Levi was so great. He visited Kalu and I the day before I left on my trip. I showed him the basics and then Levi suggested he take Kalu for a walk so he would be more relaxed in the transition. Levi is thoughtful and was very attentive to my pup. I knew immediately he was in good hands. While sitting, Levi sent me daily photos and videos of kalu and even worked on leash pulling. All around the perfect sitter. We hope he comes back for another stay.

Lisa and Andrew always take such great care of Grace! Grace loves them and they always make sure to spend a lot of time with Grace and send us photos and updates. Lisa was also kind enough to put our trash out and water our ferns. She also got the bed sheets started before heading out and left us a nice not upon our return. I would highly recommend Lisa and Andrew for any sits. When they are here with Grace, I never have to worry. This was their third trip to Ohio to sit for Grace so they are obviously highly recommended by us!

Mary is quite simply marvellous. She has an intuitive understanding of what needs to be done and how best to do it. She is a caring person, loved by humans and pets alike! This is the third time she has come to housesit for us and people are already asking when she will be back. Our dogs immediately recognised her and were comfortable to stay with her when we left. She also took on many additional tasks beyond normal housesitting for which we were immensely grateful. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Monique and Wilfried are a delightful couple who communicated very well with us in advance and throughout their stay with regular updates on the house and pets. They were well organized, very friendly and easy to get along with. They did everything we asked them to do with our pets and also our garden and plants. They were respectful of the house and all its contents and they left the house in an extremely clean and tidy condition. We would be more than happy for them to sit for us again.

We were thrilled to have Don and Mitzi back... as were our pups! They are extremely organized and communicative prior to, during and after the sits - as well as being highly flexible when we have run into issues getting home! We didn't get to see them in person this time, which is a shame as they are warm and interesting people to chat with. The dogs are calm and happy when we return and the house is spotless. I cannot recommend them enough and hope to continue having them back.

Dan did an excellent job caring for our house and our doggies. We had an early flight on our day of departure, so Dan came the night before to meet us and allow us to introduce him to the dogs. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. I would recommend her to anyone! :) and hope we can have her house sit again for us.

Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it.
