All I can say is WOW! Helen was totally amazing from start to finish and I would certainly call her a cat whisperer. Our cat Coco can be extremely timid and Helen was aware of this but I think Coco had other plans once she met Helen as was happy to be around her and let her brush her and even nudged Helen with a hello. This allowed us to be on holiday with confidence. Helen and I had already discussed communication while we were away, as I did not feel I needed photos etc as trusted what Helen said. We did actually message a few times during the 14 days and Coco was always doing well. We came home to an immaculate home! I was expecting to have to clean etc on return but did not need to ( and that’s most unlike me!). Our home was so well looked after and Coco was a happy girl too, in fact I think she may have preferred Helen to have walked through the door. We will most definitely be asking Helen to come back and just have everything crossed, that when we have dates set, she can come to us again. I know Coco would be thrilled to see her again. This was our first time using the site and we are so happy we found Helen, she is cat lovers dream.

Stephen and Nallely (and their daughter Iona) were great house and pet sitters. Right from when they arrived they connected with our cats, and it was clear that they were very competent - well-equipped with everything they needed for their stay. They are also delightful people, and very thoughtful - for example they used their own sleeping bags on the last night so that they could wash and hang all the bedding up, so that we would not have to wash it on our return. They endured some appalling weather - including two long power cuts - while staying here, but seemed completely unfazed by this. They left the house very clean and tidy. Overall they really are excellent people to welcome into your home.

We were delighted with Charlotte and Ramon. It was our first time using house sitters and they were extremely helpful and friendly in showing us the ropes with how it all works. They took superb care of our dog, cat and house, and they kept in touch with us to just the right level. Our usually nervous dog was very happy with them. We came home to a beautifully clean and organised home - possibly even cleaner than it was when we left for our holidays! 😆 Ramon made a beautiful apple cobbler for us to come home to, and it was delicious 😋 (and he remembered the need for gluten free !) We could not speak highly enough about Charlotte and Ramon and recommend them entirely. It was a wonderful first experience of zeewoi for us and I hope all experiences in the future are as positive! ☺️

Moyra was just fabulous!! Communications were excellent before, during and after our sit. Alfie obviously had a great time with Moyra and her sister, going on lots of walks, eating lots of biscuits and having endless cuddles! The house was left spotless, beds stripped and everything in order. Moyra had even left and card with some lovely flowers. I would highly recommend Moyra, she was just lovely. I’ll put this very simply - Alba pined for Sheena for two days after she and Mike left. He loved them, and we loved how they cared for him and our home. They were warm, friendly, caring and everyone loved their daily updates. I felt like they were our friends from the very beginning and even more so at the end. Rachel was lovely and our menagerie gave her a Gold Star! Murdo the kitten said he'd had the best time with her and she gave him more than enough cuddles. The dogs had good walks and lots of fun and all would happily have her to stay again. The house was left clean and tidy and Rachel even did some rose pruning for us! So we all hope that she and maybe Dan and their wee spaniel will come again next year.

Handy couple from the wild North
Bettina and Peter looked after our cat Jack and our cottage for 3 weeks and were perfect sitters. They kept in touch with the odd photo and when we returned the cottage was perfectly clean and tidy and they had even changed the bed and left us a cooked meal! As we had been travelling for 2 days we were very grateful. They are a charming couple and we are looking forward to them sitting for us in the future. I can highly recommend them.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people.
