Pet Sitting in Sugarfield

As newcomers to zeewoi it was helpful to be able to invite and meet prospective sitters before our trip. Our top of the list pick was Sheila with her wonderful bio and many shining reviews. We were fortunate Sheila and her partner Dan were willing to come see our home and our two young cats three weeks before our trip. We connected instantly and agreed they would be a good fit to watch our kitties and home while we were gone. This was the first time we have left our kitties for more than one night, so we were a bit nervous. Sheila’s experience in making things comfortable for owners and animals put us at ease. Having she and Dan come to meet the cats beforehand was certainly an added bonus! Sheila kindly asked how often we would like photos and updates on the cats while on our trip. She provided the perfect amount of contact by text which allowed us a chance to offer up a few more tips on our cat’s habits during our travels. We could not be happier with Sheila and Dan’s care of our home and our kitties! What a great experience! Everything was spotless and cared for, our cats had new friends and so did we!

They were fantastic housesitters. I would not hesitate to have them again. They gave updates often and sent Pictures. They are truly a great find on zeewoi.

Jeanne and Robert are truly exceptional. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had them look after everything while we were away. They are among the kindest and most caring people you could ever meet. When our mischievous dogs got into chocolate we’d left out as a welcome gesture (a huge mistake!), one of them fell ill during their stay. Jeanne took it upon herself to provide round-the-clock care for Nugget, even staying up all night to ensure she was okay. Their dedication was remarkable, and we’re so grateful for all their hard work. Robert handled all the mess the dogs created, both inside and outside, ensuring everything was spotless when we returned. All the linens and towels were laundered before we got back too! To top it off, they prepared a delicious soup for our arrival and even hand crafted a thoughtful gift for us and our daughter. Their generosity and thoughtfulness went above and beyond, and we can’t thank them enough for everything they did! I know this was not an easy housesit for them. We are sorry beyond words for everything they had to go through but couldn't be more thankful for more capable and loving hands 💕 THANK YOU AGAIN JEANNE AND ROBERT!!!

Jan is amazing! We planned our trip quite far in advance and Jan confirmed with us and kept us informed of her travel plans. She came a day early to meet our pup, Poppy, and so we could walk her through the house and get to know her a bit. She was such a pleasure to meet and it was very apparent that she loves animals. Poppy absolutely loved her, and we loved all the updates Jan sent us! Plus photos! Jan left our house in immaculate condition and even washed and folded the sheets! She left us a thank you note and some treats. If you want the best of the best for your pet and home, the best is definitely Jan!

Couldn’t give higher praise for Jose. Very reliable, self-sufficient, kind communication. Felt confident in him from beginning to end. And he left my home as clean and tidy as it can be. Thank you so much, Jose!! You are a golden member of this zeewoi community

It was lovely to welcome Leslie and Allen back to our home. They came to our house 2 days earlier than scheduled as we had some sad news from the UK. They are a lovely couple and we now count them as very good friends. All of the animals were very well cared for and this year has been more of a challenge caring for Percy and Alice because of the amount of rain we have had which makes the grass much richer. So particular care has to be taken because of laminitis and they handled this perfectly. The cats were totally chilled out and not bothered that we had been away. We returned to a spotlessly clean house, much cleaner than we left it! and the garden had been maintained perfect. We now have 2 large lawns to cut so we are so grateful Allen managed to sort these during very challenging weather! It was fantastic to see Leslie and Allen and we would love them to come and stay at ours again. We were able to go on holiday and not have a single worry about our animals or the house. Malia and Hope were wonderful. Foxy is very shy but they gained her trust very quickly. We left Friday night and they sent me a video of her rubbing up against them the next morning. They were able to pet her and pick her up and she was very happy! They sent photos on a regular basis. They also watered our plants and brought in our mail. Our house was immaculate when they left. They were a real pleasure and we look forward to having them back.

Tim and Julie were great. The numerous pictures and communication assured us that our dogs were being well taken care of which allowed us to relax and enjoy our trip. As an added bonus the house was in great shape when we got home. If you could give 6 stars I would.

My dog loved Elisabeth from the moment he met her and that was really all that mattered to me. She really understood what my dog needed especially since he can be a little reactive and needy at times. He was very well cared for and I hope she’ll come back to stay here again.

Matthew and Gina were fabulous pet/house sitters! My pup Chica instantly bonded with Matt, as if they were already buddies (which is a rare thing for her to do so quickly with men) which says a lot about Matt's understanding and connection with animals. Likewise, Chica fell head over heels for Gina and her warm interested way, trotting next to her right away as we toured my home and garden in advance to get acquainted. They asked all the right questions, kept me wonderfully informed of their outdoor adventures while I was gone, and left my home spotless and more than ready for my return. I look forward to having Matt and Gina and Chica united again in the future. I more than highly recommend them as very zeewoi!!
