Pet Sitting in Summerside

If I could give more than 5 stars I would Rick and Karen looked after my home and pets as though it was there own. So easy to deal with. Friendly helpful kind knowledgeable people. I went on holiday for the 1st time in years comfortable knowing my dogs my horse and my home were all in great hands. Highly recommend Rick and Karen to house sit.

Lindsay and Cody looked after our 2 kitties Mixa and Kublah and our home for 3 weeks. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our home was spotless and the kitties chilled and relaxed

Shannon and Kendall were brilliant. A lovely couple who we enjoyed meeting. Really happy to have them looking after the house and dog. Communication pre and during the stay was really good. We Ruby dog got lots of attention and clearly loved them. Returned home to a happy dog, clean house and fantastic supper on the table. We would thoroughly recommend them. Top sitters.

Great experience, from the intro to the sitting. Sam is supper easy to communicate with, he replies quickly and always provides all the information needed. They arrived on time as scheduled, were clear about their plans and overall super reliable. I felt very comfortable leaving Ginger with Sam and Anna, and will do it again if the opportunity arises. The apartment was clean and everything in place. Thank you guys!!

Lynn and Stephan were just wonderful Dog and house sitters. They took my two Chihuahuas for daily walks and actually helped train them. They were very loving and careful with the small dogs. When I returned home The house was immaculate. I look forward to having them Dogsit for me again .immaculate thumbs up great 👍🏻people

Bob and Marion were wonderful! Our younger dog is a bit anxious and is usually nervous around new people but she warmed up to them right away. They sent pictures of their lovely walks with the dogs, were very clean, and they even tidied up our not-so-tidy garden. We highly recommend them!

Robert had a lot on his plate taking care of our place for 5 weeks. Two horses, a cat and a vegetable garden as well as a large lawn requiring regular cutting. He took care of the animals and vegetable garden with love and care. The house was neat and tidy when we arrived home. We are very thankful we found someone that was capable and willing to take care of our home, animals and property while we were away.

Julie and family stayed at my house over a weekend. They took great care of my pets and left the house as clean as it was when they got there. :) Julie is great with communication and sent pictures of my animals several times over the weekend.

Cathy was an amazing Housesitter! She sent photos every day and my doggies loved her! Huge bonus, she made me the best breakfast ever, after I got home. She is a beautiful person and I highly recommend her ❤️❤️❤️

Our sweet Bella swallowed a one-inch piece of glass while in the care of Nicole and Richard. She threw it up, however, some complications (cuts in her throat most likely) persisted. While Nicole and Richard are not responsible for her eating the glass, I was disappointed with the way they handled this emergency. Rather than calling me instantly, which is protocol, they called zeewoi then googled how to handle the situation. My immediate concern was that Bella may have swallowed more than one piece of glass and it was traveling through her digestive system. By the time I was contacted, the vet could no longer see Bella because it was the end of the day. However, the vet advised me that Bella be taken to the emergency vet hospital immediately. There was a long wait at the emergency hospital and after many hours Nicole and Richard were irritated and wanted to go home with Bella. I called the 24-hour Vet provided by zeewoi (an excellent service!) and she told me Bella should definitely stay at the emergency clinic and see a vet asap. This incident occurred within days of Bella being in Nicole and Richard’s care and they seemed surprisingly cavalier about the seriousness of the potential consequences and did not detect the ongoing problem with her swallowing. Additionally, I was disappointed to return home at 10:30pm after a long day of travel to find that Nicole and Richard had not moved their car from my parking space (I searched for street parking but eventually paid for parking for the night), had not moved their stuff (a lot of it) from the apartment, and had not completed the laundry (I had no towel). I arrived at the pre-arranged time, so I am uncertain why they were unprepared for my arrival. Also, I spent time cleaning the next day. Nicole and Richard are very nice, and I like them. Nicole was excellent at communicating daily with photographs. I would, however, recommend other pet owners carefully review emergency protocol and expectations regarding state of home upon return, if asking Nicole and Richard to care for their pet and home. And keep in mind, that this was an extraordinary and pretty extreme incident. This may be a one-off experience, and I hope whoever is considering Nicole and Richard will ask their own questions.
