Megan is a top tier house and pet sitter! We would welcome her back any time and will be sending her invites for our future sits. It is hard to pick the best among Megan's many strengths, so I will do them in order of importance to us.... She gave excellent care to our dogs, who clearly warmed right up to her and she extended them love and attention that they need, especially in the first few days of our absence. Megan is an expert communicator, sending us a daily update and reaching out when she had a question. Megan was highly reliable, communicating well before the sit started and offered lots of flexibility on arrival and departure which we greatly appreciated. She is a pleasant person to be around and we enjoyed the evening we spent together prior to our departure and the evening and morning we had together prior to her departure. She is a real gem, and we encouraged her to find a way to share her natural abilities and talents with newer sitters to help them become as great as she is at making a sit successful. Some of that is just her natural ability, but she has a depth of experience that she brings to the table as well.

Vanessa and John were fabulous! They are both really personable and friendly, and they took such wonderful care of my dog. He was offering to play with them with his stuffed animals within a few days, something he has not yet done with other housesitters to my knowledge, so I know he totally trusted them. Vanessa sent me daily photos with reports about how and what he was doing. They also took very good care of my house and plants, washed their sheets and towels and left the house in perfect order. I would have have them back in a heartbeat.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

Been to many different groomers and my Old English Shepard loves it here, it’s one of the only places she is actually excited to go. They always have plenty of availability so it’s easy to go in. Same guy has been running it since we started going and you can tell he loves our fur babies!
I have been taking my dogs for grooming for years at Julian’s Pet Grooming.. My dogs look perfect every time. The customer service is excellent. I live about 2-1/2 hours away and wouldn’t even think about taking my dogs anywhere else except Julian’s Dog Grooming. Daniel is always polite and has good people skills.

Their unwillingness to allow pet parents into the back to review the housing and play areas prevents a level of transparency which is imperative when choosing a place to board for extended periods. Also, when I pay to have a grooming service done before pick up, I shouldn’t have to remind your team to do it when I arrive to pick up. A little better book keeping and organization will display more competence and inspire more confidence in your organization. You’re on the cusp of sacrificing service for cost mitigation. Consider a re-investment in higher-level service to maintain your customer loyalty.
Cheerful and friendly receptionist, Bianca! She explained the services and offered add ons :) Sol was the groomer, and she did a wonderful job on my large doodle dog. He looks great & is good spirits when he is done. Recommend Julian’s for your pet grooming!
Elia grooms my schnauzer and she does an amazing job. Always friendly. Have met various receptionists at this place and all are very nice and friendly. Bianca is so sweet, one time the appointment I made online didn’t schedule for some reason and she asked Elia if there was still time for one more dog and they made it happen. Love this place, would give 10 stars if possible!

I paid up front for an entire week $230. My dog stayed one night. I felt uncomfortable with another dog that was coming and there was no proper separation in case of a fight and canceled trip. She said she would return my money the next day because she had already paid a bill. I called, texted. No answer, no call back.. I've never had to pay upfront at any boarding place. I'm very upset. I hate when people are dishonest.
We had a crisis when our arrangements for a dog sitter fell apart suddenly right before a long trip. Fortunately we found them and they saved us from a real problem. They are good people and they treated our dog well. I wholeheartedly recommend that they be one of your first choices for boarding you dog.
Paid the entire month and they stopped answering calls after the first visit! Dont call back, dont answer.
