When we moved cross-country, new-in-town and found ourselves with four unexpected cats, we were worried about finding a cat-sitter when we'd go back to visit family. We found Toby's Pet Care online and Eddie has been so great! We've been using this service for over a year now. Always quick and friendly communication (love getting pictures while we're away!), we're very grateful to have found him

Eddie always does a wonderful job taking care of our two cats. He is reliable and sends daily updates. If one of them is sick or needs special attention, he makes sure to communicate all the necessary information. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I started working with Eddie in early 2024 for cat sitting services and he has been incredible. I'm out of town quite often for work trips and needed someone reliable to watch my three cats. I needed care for my 2 dogs and was excited about Toby’s when I read the wonderful reviews. I filled out all of the paperwork online but never received a callback or any response. I waited for a couple of weeks and called but was only able to leave a voicemail. I never heard from anyone from Toby’s. Perhaps they were full and couldn’t accept any additional clients. I have no idea. I would have appreciated a callback or at least an email however, that didn’t happen.

I highly recommend Eddie with Toby’s Pet Care. We have 2 senior dogs that need special care. At the Meet and Greet our dogs immediately accepted Eddie without barking. It was evident Eddie had read my profile of both dogs and asked appropriate questions regarding their care. My husband & I looked forward to receiving updates and pictures from every visit. These small gestures reassured us that our precious pets were receiving great care. His website and Pet Portal is easy to use. We will definitely use Toby’s Pet Care again.

Eddie has been looking after our 2 rabbits whenever we're away for a couple of years now. He's always very communicative, thorough, and sends us updates and photos of the bunnies. We've loved our experience with him and would recommend him to anyone else with small critters who need looking after.

We have been working with Toby's Pet Care since we moved to the area in 2018. From the start, our sitter, Eddie, has been courteous, caring, and comforting - for us AND for our cat! We receive pictures during each visit that show how contented our cat is with Eddie's visits, and we never have to worry about the cat's loneliness or health while we're away. We don't travel too often, but when we do, Toby's Pet Care is our go-to for cat sitting. We're always grateful to have found them!

My family is new to the Fresno area and when we were planning a vacation, we knew we wanted someone to look after our cats in their natural environment instead of boarding them. Initially, we were nervous about having a stranger in our home, but Eddie made us feel very comfortable at the meet and greet. As for the remainder of his time with our two cats, he surpassed our expectations! Receiving daily photos and updates, not only about our cats, but about mail we had received and the condition of our home was reassuring and helped us to enjoy our time away from home knowing our fur babies were in great hands! I highly recommend Eddie with Toby's Pet Care. The process was perfect as I would not expect something fast and simple when it comes to caring for my 2 dogs. Signing up, requesting a meet and greet with my two dogs at our home. All the required information and daily routine of my two dogs. Eddie was very accommodating especially as my surgery was a rapid thing and family wasn't able to care for my dogs. I got updates and pictures of my two dogs every visit Eddie made to check on and feed my dogs 3 times daily. Eddie followed care instructions to a T and both my dogs enjoyed Eddie caring for them.

Great spot! I’m someone who gets separation anxiety from my dog (lol) and it was hard at first for me to commit to bringing him to a facility to be boarded. Cusco is also sensitive so I was worried about that, too. He is not a skittish dog, he just notices everything and needs time to take it all in before he’s okay with joining the party. I explained this to the staff and let them know to play “hard to get” with him and basically ignore that he’s there until he approaches and touches them on his own, and they are all thankfully very dog savvy and knew exactly what I meant. Reading the report cards of Cusco’s stay, it seems that the people he interacts with daily understand his needs and read him well, they pickup on details about him that are true which I’ve never disclosed myself. The best part for me is that when I pick him up, he doesn’t seem like he spent the last few days living super stressed out. I’m sensitive, he’s sensitive, so to have a place I can leave him and feel like he’s at least neutral if not content to be there is a huge relief. There are also multiple safety barriers and doors that would need to be breached in order for him to actually be in danger of escaping. No dogsitter on Rover has that. He is intact (because he’s a preservation breed and his breed club and breeder would like to preserve his genetics, not because I’m an irresponsible owner who thinks all dogs should have litters lol) which means he doesn’t get group play with other dogs and relies solely on humans to interact with him while he is there. I feel that even if he wasn’t intact I would prefer it this way, and the fact that they offer that as an option is really nice. He’s not unfriendly to other dogs, he just needs to get to know them first in low energy settings to actually enjoy himself rather than be stressed out by the interaction. The only thing I wish was different was that I could have a chance to tour the facility back there and get to know and see where he is staying and exactly how he is living. It likely is an option, but it wasn’t included in our introduction to the facility, provably because new strange people on the back could further stress already stressed dogs, and/or my dog would then know he could look for me back there and that could cause some anxiety. Maybe a video walkthrough would be good! I recommend Elaine’s and am grateful for them. I hope this stays true throughout the time I’ll be living in Fresno!

I've been taking my dogs for close roughly 2.5yrs and they love it. We started at Madera and now go to Fresno and both locations are great. I love coming in and the front desk knows both of my dog's name and greets them. I love the holiday pictures.

I am new to the Fresno area and needed a safe place for my elderly boxer while I am out of the country. My boxer is very low maintenance when it comes to activity - she's 14 1/2 years old. All she needs is a place to sleep, food, and a few potty breaks. I paid the $30 for the mandatory "Meet and Greet", only to be called after a few hours to be told that she "could not be accommodated" there. The reason given was her "mobility". I am not sure what mobility issues they observed...yes, she is a little slower in her old age, but we take walks daily and she doesn't have issues with her gait. She has a great deal of experience in kennels and has never had an issue. Anyway - I found a much better facility that is more than happy to take loving care of my old girl while I am gone. I feel like this meet and greet thing is just a money grab. I should have paid more attention to the other reviews before I wasted my time and money.

I absolutely love Elaine’s Pet Resort! The fact that they share Instagram stories of the playgroups is a game-changer. It truly feels like we’re right there with our dogs, and it brings so much joy to see them having a great time. The team is genuinely caring and goes above and beyond to ensure our dogs are happy and safe. It’s reassuring to know our furry friends are in such capable hands. The transparency and care they provide make this resort top-notch. Five stars!

I had many bad experiences in the past in different places in the area, to the point that we almost lost my rescue black lab due to a negligence from a facilities staff. I did my research again until I found the perfect place for my dogs. Since, the first time, I left my dogs, I feel confident to travel knowing that my pets will be safe and well taking care of. I had the opportunity to toured the facilities before our first meet and greet appointment. I was impressed of the cleanness and well-organized facilities,including ambiental music and air conditioning. The playground and water park are build specifically for dogs. My dogs are happy when I picked them up and they never show any behavior of mistreatment as they did before. The staff is amazing and very professional. They have a holiday events offering photos for our our lovely pets. Also they provide a report cards for every visit, so I can read about their behavior during their stay. They accommodate my rescue black dog because he doesn't get along with other dogs. He does have one-one time and playing time. My little puppy get alone with other dogs and he does have play time with other puppies. Also I am over protective with my dogs and I was able to call every day to check on them when I travel for a week. I am very confident recommending this place to other pet owners. My pet went there for the first time was there for four days everyone that works there was very nice. When I picked up my dog she seemed to be very happy I had not brought her around other dogs, so she hadn’t been socialized with people or other dogs and adjusted very well. I will bring her back I felt very good having her there , I love the fact they send out report cards keeping you up to date on how’s she doing I loved that Pat as well as a picture of her.

If you love your dog, don’t leave them at Elaine’s. I left my dog at Elaine’s for a week over thanksgiving. It is supposedly Fresno’s premier destination for dogs, so I thought it would be safe to leave him. But the staff at Elaine’s lied to me on multiple occasions. First, they told me my dog would get to play with the other dogs. Which I paid for him to do extra because he loves other dogs so much. That was a lie, he was in solitary confinement for two days until a staff member let it slip and I complained. He was temperament tested the next day and found to have no problems with other dogs and then allowed to play. If I hadn’t been calling to check on him, I never would have known because they were fine with me being misinformed. When I complained to Debbie, she admitted that wasn’t their policy and he should have been temperament tested his first day instead of being confined. Secondly, they lied to me about how much food my dog was eating. They told me he was eating 100% of his food, but then again, when I called to check on him, a staff member let slip that “somehow” I’d been misinformed and he was only eating about 40% of his food. I was then told it wasn’t a big deal, and not to be concerned, but if that’s the case, why did they bother lying about it. When I complained about this to Debbie, she again admitted that this was against their policy. All in all, I paid $500 to be lied to, my dog be mistreated, and at the end all I got from Elaine’s was a dismissive attitude and a “sorry you’re mad” even though they admitted their actions were against their own policies. Think twice before leaving your pet here. They have no problem lying to you about how they are treating your pet, and do not care at all about any valid concerns. If you love your pet, don’t bring them to Elaine’s.

Great service when boarding pets during trips. Appreciate the dedication to making sure our pets are taken care of and the report cards sent to us during our trips to see how they are doing are appreciated

We board our big dog, Lucy here every time we go out of town. They have an additional service for her to get a bath a couple hours before pickup time. She is happy when we get there to drop her off, and they do a great job with her bath. They even email us a report card with a photo to let us know how she did. We highly recommend Elaine’s Pet Resort!

Couldn't look up that the person who dropped the dog off previously paid and double charged us. They were nice and stayed open a few minutes after closing but I returned at 610pm to see if I could get my refund but walked away from the office. You can leave a message on their phone due to the voice mail box being full.

I have been bringing my dog and foster dog here for boarding and am very happy with their services. My dog as well as my sweet but very anxious foster dog always love coming here. It’s like they don’t want to leave! Lol They have fun playing with the other dogs and the staff is so friendly. Their toys and blankets always come back clean and washed. It’s hard for me to leave my animals when I have to go out of town but it gives me peace of mind knowing they’re well taken care of.

The host at reception was super nice and helpful. Nothing to complain about her, mostly the opposite. The place looks good but we were surprised to find our dog after two nights with deep cuts on her mouth, supposly because she tried (and succeeded) to escape the wired kannel were she was staying. Also, we leave her with her favorite new blanket and we got it back with the blanket totally busted (wet and super dirty).

I have always been so happy with the professionalism and kindness of this team of groomers. They consistently work well with my dogs, and have been very helpful with my schedule and specific needs for picking my boys up after my work shift. Cannot recommend them enough! I also love the cute little bandanas my boys get! It's the best!

The first and last time my dog will visit this place. I had my dog stay for five nights to include a full bath and groom. Initially it was to me four nights but I extended a night and requested an additional night and asked for his groom to be the last of the day so he’d be nice and fresh when I picked up on Saturday. Apparently, they misunderstood as they called me to pick him up on the 4th day saying he was groomed and ready. I told them that I spoke with someone the previous day extending his stay and asked him to be bathed and groomed end of day. I ended up picking him up on a Saturday to which I didn’t know they give you certain one hour windows for pickup. It would’ve been nice to know this upfront. Whatever clippers or shampoo they used has caused major irritation to my dogs skin. I asked for a call back from the owner and it was never received. This has never happened even at Petsmart or Petco. Just beware pet parents. :(

Kota comes out clean, groomed and happy! We love this place because they do an awesome job listening to what we want for our dog, don’t schedule out months in advance, and are very efficient day of in doing the grooming. All the workers are very kind- we will definitely be coming back!

They took great care with my very senior pup. She comes home very well groomed & happy. She even is willing to go into the shop without prodding. Thanks for being so kind to her.

Brittany was originally my groomer. I started at Bark Avenue & followed her to the Bark & Stay location. She was good. I liked her. Slowly, I was passed over to Sabrina as Brittany got too busy between her two locations. Sabrina was just starting to groom but I gave her a shot. She was not good at it, my dog was continuously cut crooked, but at least no wounds. So I gave her chance after chance & saw no improvement & still paid full price & tipped. She is a very sweet girl, but not a good groomer at all. I kept requesting to go back to Brittany. They'd set the appt, I would go, only to find out when I picked up my dog that Sabrina was still doing the grooming. Times for keeping her got longer and longer. Once they had my dog for over 8 hours so I finally stopped going to them altogether. My mother, however, continued and now she's getting similar treatment. They call her last minute to reschedule for weeks later, completely forget to do the dogs feet & nails, or say they don't have time to do this or that at their appointment that has been scheduled for a month or more. We are nice people. We pay. We tip. We're nice. We and our dogs don't deserve to be treated this way. If you're looking for a groomer, they are too busy already, look elsewhere. If you're getting similar treatment as us, you're obviously not one of their priority customers, so look elsewhere.

I recommend Ohana K-9 Academy, because they have done a wonderful job of training with my Bernese Mountain Dog puppy Frank. I am impressed by his trainer Andrew and with Ohana Academy for their conscientiousness in their knowledge, care, and dedication with Frank. They have also been very accommodating with boarding, scheduling and transporting with me in my schedule. I could see weekly changes in his behavior and attitude, when he came home for the weekends, especially early on in his puppy training. The weekly videos of his training are great, as I can see that they are accomplishing his training goals without breaking his spirit. I especially like that he is being well-socialized to be comfortable in different settings and situations with other dogs and with other people. Most important to me is that Frank is learning to follow my lead and is beginning to anticipate my needs. I feel that he is getting the best foundation and a solid base for his next steps in transitioning him into adult dog training.

Ohana has been an amazing help in getting our pup started off on the right foot! Trainer Alex was patient, consistent, and available for any and all questions regarding training. She took time to get to know our needs and wants regarding our pup and lifestyle and worked with us to make it happen. Ohana has been more than helpful in all areas of training. Since our pup completed her program we have used their boarding service. Knowing a kennel tech is always there and that the dogs being boarded have been through training and proper socialization makes it so easy to leave our pup. We know she is in great hands and that her training will be reinforced. Hands down would recommend Ohana to anyone looking to train their dogs, puppy or adult!

As a first time dog owner taking my puppy Ace to Ohana was the best decision I could’ve made.From the beginning Bo and all of his staff were extremely kind and professional. My trainer was Louie and I ended up doing the 16 week puppy prodigy program with him. Not only did he help my dog grow but he helped me grow and gain confidence as a new owner. Louie would always send update videos throughout the week, extremely professional, always available if I had questions or concerns, explained everything extremely well during private lessons, and built a great connection with my dog and I. I am extremely grateful he trained my puppy and he will be back for the adult program. Outside of training, the boarding and daycare is also an amazing part of Ohana. My puppy loves all the kennel techs and I always know he’s in good hands when I drop him off. I highly recommend taking your dog to Ohana.

We chose Ohana to help us with our 1 year old GSD rescue, Hazel. Prior to training, Hazel was reactive towards other dogs and people - so much so that she actually broke out of her collar twice from lunging at them! Walks were stressful, she had poor listening skills, and knew we needed assistance in order to have a long, happy life with her. Hazel completed the 4 week adult board and train program with Louie. Louie was so communicative and personable, answering all our questions, and sending daily videos and photos of our girl during her time with him. We had weekly lessons to reinforce the skills learned that week. By the end of the program, Hazel can now walk loose leash and can coexist (and play!) with other dogs. I was amazed when I was able to take her on a walk and she COMPLETELY ignored dogs that were barking at her. What is so great and different than any other program we researched is now we are able to send her to Ohana doggy day care or board her with other Ohana dogs, knowing she is going to be safe, happy, and taken care of. AND we have an open line of communication with Louie for follow up sessions if any new problems present themselves. It’s a costly commitment, but definitely worth it in the long run. Thank you to Louie and Ohana for all their help with our Hazel Basil.

Bo was such a great professional to work with from the moment we first spoke on the phone to book a session. Ohana K9 is a place you can trust your pup with a 100% satisfaction that the job will be done. Tobi was absolutely incredible trainer for Sarge (18 weeks old pup) who’s stubborn and an alpha personally. Tobi cared for him and trained him with so much respect and perseverance giving Sarge the best for 4 weeks. We recommend this business to anyone who’s looking for true dog lovers and experienced trainers.

I contacted Ohana in a state of desperation. I had recently brought a new 4.5 month old puppy to my home and, although I thought I had things under control, I didn't! I decided to enroll him in the puppy training where he stayed at the facility 4 days per week and then with me (for my training) on the weekends. I purchased 4 weeks and was so pleased that I purchased 2 additional, especially because my boy (Rusty) was so young. I was assigned a wonderful trainer, Andrew. Andrew was consistent and amazing! My squirrelly, baby of a boy has come home to me with a calmness that he didn't have before, a confidence level that is so apparent and he can sit, "down", go to his "place" and "come" when called (nearly all of the time). Amazing, for such a little guy. Although he's still a puppy and has lots to learn, he understands and is much more manageable and an absolute delight to have in the home. Andrew was wonderful about taking the time with me each week to show me, and teach me, what Rusty had learned and how to go about taking the same training techniques into my home. We are following his instructions to a Tee and Rusty is flourishing. I was also very impressed with the facility itself. It was clean, all of the employees were very warm and friendly, and they made sure that I received videos and photos (even when Rusty was not in training). They have sufficient employees apparently in shop 24/7 and Rusty was taken out initially every hour to implement "potty" training and familiarity, which later got extended because he was doing so good. I couldn't make a more positive or a higher recommendation to use this facility, and especially Andrew for his patience, understanding of the way a dog thinks and feels and ability to teach a dog with no training to become a dog who is trained and able to live in my environment in such a positive and hassle free way. Thanks Ohana and Andrew! I will definitely be going back for additional training (unless Rusty doesn't need it due to the excellent foundation he has already). Jennifer Morrison (P.S. I am so grateful for OhanaK9 Academy. My pup went through the 6 week Puppy Bootcamp last year and it was fantastic. The staff always made me feel welcome and my puppy was well taken care of. Afterwards I continued to train my pup on my own, but felt I needed more help with her behavioral issues. Bo matched us to Chuyee as our private trainer and he was awesome. He was very patient and listened to my concerns. He gave clear instructions and gave input on me as a handler (which was important to me and I appreicate it). I needed the guidance just as much as my dog and I would leave each lesson feeling more confident in my abilities. Although my dog isnt perfect, I am better equipped to manage my high drive dog. If our budget permits, I would love to go back again next year! Until then, she will attend doggie daycare from time to time.

If you want the best training experience for you and your dogs, I highly recommend Ohana K9. The trainers, owner, and staff are caring, kind, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They tailored the 6 week board and train to my dogs’ specific needs and my goals, it was a wonderful experience and we now have a fabulous place to board and attend day care. My dogs are always happy to go and they absolutely love their trainer Chuyee and the amazing kennel techs.

We recently completed the four-week board and train program with our one-year-old doodle at Ohana K9, and the results have been outstanding! We had tried other trainers before, but none of them delivered the same success as Ohana K9. Our trainer, Carson, was amazing. He took the time to truly understand our concerns and worked with us to set realistic goals, ensuring we got the most out of the experience. The skills our dog learned during his stay have been invaluable, and we've been able to continue reinforcing them each week. They took great care of him during his stay and he was excited to go each week. I highly recommend Carson and Ohana K9 to anyone seeking a genuine solution for their dog's training needs!

Ohana k9 academy is a place I will for sure recommend to anyone looking to get some serious training for their dog. My 19 week German Shorthair pointer came in not confident, crazy, and had no self control. She left a well mannered, behaved, and confident puppy. My family and I loved how Tobin our trainer was hands on, accessible over phone, and truly cared about the development of our dog. I will be bringing my puppy back here for her e collar training. My experience with Trinity Animal Care Services was amazing! Reshan is a truly dog Wisper, he provides updates about how our Kamila was doing. i was a Litle nervous it was our first time leaving her behind, but he did an amazing job, he feed her on schedule he take care of her really well, when we pick her up, she look really happy. take in consideration that Kamila is a 5-month-old Belgian Malinois and ReShan didn't hesitate he take her on board that same day. I highly recommend him. your pet will be safe and happy.

I can't say enough good things about Trinity Animal Care! They truly went above and beyond to care for my furry friend, Elmer. The daily updates and adorable videos were a lifesaver. It was so comforting to know that Elmer was happy and well-looked-after. It made our time away so much easier knowing he was in such great hands. My experience with Trinity Animal Care Services was amazing! ReShan is truly top tier with his experience, knowledge, patience and handling of dogs. Bronx felt right at home at Trinity. The best dog care experience I’ve ever seen or had Bronx be a part of. There isn’t any other place I would take my Bronx to for dog care.

ReShan accomodated me last minute to board my dog for one day and night on an impromptu trip around the area. He was extremely professional, thorough and provided a very detailed update including info on my dog such as her appetite and bowel movements. As a Veterinarian, I really appreciated that. He is very good with animals and truly cares about them. With his experience in animal services I completely trust his ability to not only handle my own dog but to handle any situations that might come up with other animals when going on walks etc. His facility is extremely organized and he gives a tour to show where your pet will be staying and goes over every detail regarding your pets care while in his hands. If I lived closer, he would be the only person I would use for any future boarding! Forest loved her stay, thank you!

My Yorkypoo puppy loved watching TV and playing in the spacious playpen, these are two things my girl loves to do. With the updates provided, I was comfortable knowing she was doing well during her visit. Yes, I recommend.

ReShan came highly recommended by a friend and he went above and beyond to provide the best care for our standard poodle Louie. ReShan was super responsive, provided great updates with pictures and videos of our sweet Louie and most importantly I could just tell how much passion he has for animals. I had a great experience with trinity animal care services. It was my first time leaving my 1.5 yrs old german Shepherd at daycare so I was a little nervous, but after meeting with ReShan and learning of his long history and experience with animals and dogs I knew my dog onyx was in good hands. I was kept updated on how onyx was doing which i appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Trinity Animal Care Services to anyone.

We someone at short notice to watch our dog. We looked at ReShans view of past clients that chose ReShawn and let me just say the review are accurate. ReShan took the time to ask all the questions about our dog and his routine and went above and beyond to take care of our dog. He sent thorough updates and videos. This was my first time leaving my dogs with someone and I was extremely nervous. I have 6 dogs. One has pretty bad anxiety. I was sent video and message updates twice a day. My fur babies were safe and well cared for. My anxious dog actually let him pet him! That spoke volumes. I will not trust by babies with anyone else. If you love your dogs like children, this is the place for them !

Best place to bring your pup for an overnight stay. My dog loves it here and is always excited at drop off. The kennels are in an AC building.

I wish there were more stars to give Amanda and her wonderful pet boarding facility. Amanda is so sweet and genuinely cares about your pets. We have two 5 month old puppies and I was nervous about leaving them for the first time. Amanda answered all of my questions promptly when deciding where to leave our puppies and her prices were incredibly reasonable. We boarded our puppies for a week and when we arrived to drop them off, we were so impressed with how clean it was and how nice the area is that she has set up for dogs. I emailed her a few times to check on our puppies while we were gone. Not only did she reply in a short period of time, but she sent pictures of the puppies and a video of them playing. It made me so happy to see how happy and playful they were during their stay. 4 Paws Country Inn is a special place and perfect for your pets when you need a place for them to stay. We have a couple more trips planned this year and I will need to board our puppies again. I will be calling Amanda soon to reserve a spot for them. I want to make sure they can stay at the BEST place in the Central Valley, 4 Paws Country Inn.

Amanda is such a doll! Easy to schedule with and treats your pooches like family. Also extremely affordable compared to other boarding facilities. Highly recommend!

My pups loved this place. Both pups were happy when I picked them up. The location is excellent, the inn is well maintained and can see the owners' love for the pets and place. I plan to use them again! Photos coming soon!

Amanda, the owner is very friendly and caring person and the place is super clean. While i was abroad, she texted me several times, explaining how my dogs were doing and sent videos of my dogs playing at her facility. My dogs were happy , energetic and looked clean and smelled good when i picked them up. I highly recommend this place to people who really care about their pets.

Amanda is incredible and will love your fur baby as if they were her own! My dog absolutely loves staying there and gets so excited when I tell her we are going to see Miss Amanda. Leia seriously has the time of her life while at 4 Paws! I wouldn't dream of leaving her anywhere else!

Wonderful open space for the dogs to run. It’s peaceful. The owner is a kind woman who is willing to work around your schedule. I will definitely trust my dogs to go here again.

I am extremely impressed with 4 Paws Country Inn for numerous reasons! I had to travel recently and did not feel comfortable leaving my 3-legged cat home alone for the length of time that I would have to be away as well as the fact that the 4th of July fireworks were going off practically every night, close to my front door by surrounding neighbors. I proceeded to make calls and compare prices. Not only was 4 Paws Country Inn more reasonably priced, willing to accommodate during this Covid-19 nightmare, but most importantly provided my precious cat with a super clean, caring, and safe environment!! I received so much more than a 4 night pet stay boarding!! I was given peace of mind which is priceless. I can go on and on. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with Amanda prior to bringing my cat Pumkinhead. She was so easy and pleasant to talk to. I had nervous “mommy” questions which Amanda answered with professional expertise and reassuring patience. There was absolutely no pressure and I felt like she had a genuine love for animals and took her profession very seriously. I appreciated her attention to detail and her verification of my animal’s vaccination status via her very professionally drafted contract. This assured me that she would be also safeguarding other pets as well as my own. The day I arrived to drop off my precious kitty, Amanda welcomed us warmly and assisted me with my heavy items. Her facility is indeed a beautiful country inn and the outside is well maintained and full of natural charm. The inside is equally immaculate and the aroma is nothing short of clean and fresh. I was amazed that the kennel full of dogs had no hint of animal waste at all!! The destination of my cat would be a lovely large enclosed ward with a spectacular window and ledge for viewing the spacious fenced in yard. I was so happy to see the cat tree and three story crate that would accommodate my cat’s high back litter box and room to spare. I had expressed to Amanda how my cat was very leery of children and usually would hide if they came near. It was an unfortunate result of a truly traumatic event that occurred involving a 4 year old girl who may have been autistic. Amanda proceeded to instruct her sons (Jase and Bryce) of my cats’ fear and and cautioned to move slowly when they are around her. I really appreciated her giving this “heads up” to her sons who routinely help her. I was able to leave my cat in her very capable hands... 😅 I also received wonderful pics of my precious and I almost cried! She was enjoying herself. And the icing on the cake so to speak was what I witnessed when I was reunited with my cat. I could not believe my eyes!! Amanda had given me my precious and her two sons were standing nearby. As I anxiously released her from the carrier she greeted me and meowed. I knew she was happy to see me. Then she went to rub against Bryce’s leg and he picked her up. She didn’t meow or anything. She didn’t turn to cling to him as if in fear, which she often does even to me when I pick her up. Instead she let him hold her and she was totally okay with it!! Then when Amanda told me that he had spent much time with her in the cat sanctuary and often spoke to her saying “it’s okay sweetheart” I knew he had helped her recover from her fear of children!! 😭😻😍💕 Amanda quickly told Bryce to let her down now so that she could be with me, and as he set her gingerly down onto her 3 paws he extended his hand and she turned back towards him and rubbed her cheek on his hand. That right there was a miracle!! I am grateful beyond words to Amanda and to her helper sons Bryce and Jase who stand with her, smiling with the face of little angels!! 😇

Good place to leave your dogs since there isn't good reliable facilities near me, dog have plenty of space to run in secured fenced runners, my dogs seemed to liked because when I picked them up, they went to her (the owner) like saying goodbye.

The only place we trust to take our pup while we’re out of town! She’s a golden retriever and gets so much love and attention there. I also send her to daycare and the photo events. She loves it!

We recently said good bye to our beloved dog Barkley. He spent lots of time at Elaine’s through his life of 16 years. We knew he was cared for and treated like their own dog. I even got updates when requested! I would weigh in before his “vacationsl and after, never lost or gained a pound. My 5 month old Goldendoodle LOVES Elaine’s and so do I. The staff is beyond courteous and always loving. I have zero concerns dropping off our fur baby because I know he is well loved. When I pick up our dog from play sessions or boarding he misses Elaine’s as we drive away. I highly recommend Elaine’s.

Our Dogs loved their stay at Elaines Pet Resort. They practically dragged us in the building on our drop off day! They had a meet & greet a couple of weeks prior. We picked them up after a 10 day stay and they were perfectly healthy and happy!! I highly recommend!

Is Elaine's pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely. We've boarded our dogs at a lot of places over the years, and Elaine's is easily the best place we've ever used. At our previous boarding facility (which shall remain unnamed), our escape artist dog managed to climb out of the kennel (8-foot tall chain link fence siding) and was almost hit on a nearby busy road. No worries about that at Elaine's. They provides playtime, lots of love, and the dogs come home happy, tired, and clean. The price is far cheaper than an expensive emergency vet visit, and we get regular updates on the pups.

I've taken my dog here multiple times throughout the last few years. I really like the staff and my fur baby seems happy to stay. They sometimes give you a photo or a grade card which is really cute. The grade card shows all of the activities she's done and how she's behaved along with some written notes from staff. I pay a little extra for the pool package because my fur baby loves to swim. Staff called me today to let me know that one of her nails was broken and bleeding a little bit. More than likely happened when playing. I appreciated the phone call to keep me informed of how she was doing. The first time I took her there I called to check on her and the staff was very helpful. Whenever we go on a vacation and cannot take her we always bring her to Elaine's.

Had my cat boarded here. Like the spaciousness of the kennel, that there are windows to see the yard, and they even let him roam the cat room sometimes. Really happy with the experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This was the first time boarding my dog. She has very special food requirements and isn't exactly a social animal. Elaine's nailed it! They took great care of her and I am so grateful. I am definitely going to use them again and again. My little dog had the 'celebrity' package and I consider it to have been a great value. The only thing I would like to see in the future is a live cam or at least daily pix or videos sent to email or text.

We recently left our dog for 3 days with Ann at Riverside Paradise. He had a wonderful time playing with all the other dogs. He is a senior dog, but he played until he couldn't play any more. Ann was even good about feeding our dog the special diet of homemade food & treats that he is a custom to. It was reassuring to receive all the pictures she sent us. We may even take him out frequently for play days. We highly recommend Ann at Riverside Pup Paradise.

Ann is an amazing caretaker for our furry family members! One of our dogs settles in quickly and is ready to play, play, play. Our other dog is a little bit shy and takes time to warm up. Ann is always kind and understanding to their individual personalities. We all appreciate the pictures she sends us, giving us peace of mind that our fur babies are having just as much fun as we are!
