Not all dog lovers can care for the large breed dogs. You can't just pick them up to fix a problem. And they tend to drool. Betsy was just marvelous with Byron. He likes to get out to walk or ride around in the car. He is a nosy thing. Betsy was able to find his best self. She sent lots of pictures. The house looked the same as we left it. I could not ask for more. We appreciated all she did to allow us to take a vacation without worry.

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Lani is an excellent Pet Sitter and housesitter. Communication was easy, our pet Cleo appreciated her loving care. We came home to a relaxed and happy cat. I would happily ask Lani to housesit again.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. They are awesome detailed sitters and will make your pets feel loved and secure!!

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

I only board my dogs when really necessary but I feel good taking them to Riverside Pet Lodge. Michelle takes great care of them and the place is very clean. The dogs have their own run outside and don't have to be with other dogs. My dogs are small so I feel they're safer that way.
The owner, Michelle, takes very good care of the pets that are boarded with her. The kennels are clean and Michelle is quick to respond to phone calls or texts. My dog is old and has some health issues. When I have to go out of town, I always know she is in good hands with Michelle.
We always use riverside pet lodge whenever we are in town and need somewhere to keep our pet for a little while. They always try to accommodate a good drop off or pick up time with us and they even offer a military discount. We will continue to book through them for the foreseeable future.

It was our 1st time taking our husky here, and the owner was great and made us feel comfortable and treated our little girl like she was her own. We will definitely be taking her back there when needed and will not feel any anxiety or have any concerns. Thanks for watching over our little girl.
The staff here is very friendly . I took my 11 year old golden retriever in my one year old Weimaraner here when I was vacationing in Oscoda. The kennel very clean and there were a lot of dogs there. When we picked up our dogs they washed their dog beds for us !! I would highly recommend this place.

We discovered this store while we were up on vacation. Our dogs love moose antlers and they had the best selection that I’ve ever seen. We have continued to purchase our antlers from them, even though we live down state. We call and Ken selects them for us and then ships them to us. Such great customer service…. And, the dogs love them!
Went in to buy a few small treats for my little 9lb dog and when I went to cash out, the older gentleman running the store told me it was on the house! It was about $5 worth of small bones for my doggie. He said he hopes my pup enjoys the treats and she sure does! She’s chewing on one of her bones as we speak. What a random act of kindness that I promise did not go unnoticed! I would recommend purchasing your dogs treats through holistic pampered pets because the service is wonderful and the treats are yummy (that’s what my dog told me😃)

This place is awesome! I spoke to Ken for a bit while there and he explained what the treats were for our dog and which ones would be best for her based on her size and age. I got a couple of things, but her favorite by far is the moose antler. Will be ordering again to keep her happy! Thanks for the outstanding customer service!
We had the hardest time finding a groomer in the area open on Saturdays. Nail trims are walk in and only took a few minutes, plus the staff was super nice.
