Anna was really friendly and immediately formed a strong bond with Rosie (my dog). Rosie usually takes 5-10 minutes to really warm up to someone but within seconds she got the zoomies and then when Anna sat on the ground to greet her properly Rosie ran straight to her and was immediately comfortable. This straight away put my mind at ease and knew Rosie and my two cats were im good hands. Anna checked with me what level of contact I wanted and sent me daily updates with videos/photos. I had some confusion with the app but Anna was extremely patient and supportive with this. The house was clean and the bed stripped when I returned home. I would definitely recommend Anna for future sits!

My cat is older and needy and needs a little extra love than most cats. I can always tell when she’s been well taken care of when we come home by how she acts towards us when we get back. She’s super content and happy and that’s all I could want for her! They sent videos every few days, which is all I need as we’re always busy when we’re away and Smokey always looked happy in the videos and pics. They paid close attention to her and gave me detailed updates. When we arrived back home, the house was just as clean as we left it. This was our first time using this platform so this was a great experience in general and would be happy to have Gabriel and Erica watch Smokey again.

Marco did the second half of a split pet sit for me and Lily. We were able to meet on a couple of occasions before the sit and he met the first sitter also. Two Responsible and Dependable Friends
There are not enough stars here for Kera and Holly. I cannot express how happy we were with them both. We had been communicating for a while before this sit and so were delighted when they were able to do it for us. We got daily updates with the most beautiful photos of all our pets which was so reassuring. Our dogs got so many lovely adventures I'm sure they didnt want us to come home 😂 Our home was so well looked after. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

We have used this service dozens of times for our 3 dogs for both daily walks and overnight boarding while we travel. I will never recommend this business to anyone! Our dog went in freshly groomed for 2 weeks and when we picked her up she was appalling! Was told she rolled in mud but she reeked of pee and poo and her harness was bitten at which leads me to believe she was left in her harness for the 2 weeks. Had to bathe her as soon as we got home and we were assured she would be indoors as she is a house dog but to me looking the state of her she was left in a shed of some sort. Only booked here because reviews were excellent so it’s probably friends and family leaving the reviews. NEVER again….it’s to the point now that I’m never leaving her with anyone other than family members. Had her in boarding kennels before and she loved them but not this one. I know it’s a business and I thought long and hard about leaving a bad review as I don’t like it but I value my dog more than that.
We left our dog there for a few days. When we went to collect him.he was so smelly and mad thirsty he was not the same dog for a few days . I asked do you have kennels for the dogs and was told no they all live in the living room I was very surprised to hear this.our dog will Never go there again

Lina took care of our 9 month old pup Ruairi while we were on holidays. It was our first time leaving him, but we were instantly reassured. Lina updated us daily with videos and photos and we could tell he was having a wonderful time playing with all of his new friends. He was walked and had plenty of exercise and cuddles. We were worried he would not want to come home to us!!! For Ruairi it really was a home from home experience and he was treated like their own dog. We will definitely book Ruairi in again and have recommended Cosy dog boarding to all of our friends.
We left our 2 year old cockapoo Alfie to stay with Lina while we were on holiday. This was the first time he was away from family, but Lina was so kind and reassuring to Alfie. She gave him so much attention, care and affection throughout his stay. Lina spent a lot of time bonding with him , so quickly he was at ease. We were delighted to watch the videos of Alfie in the garden with the other dogs.He made friends with Guinness amongst others. Lina sent us regular updates, videos and messages of how he was settling in. This allowed us to enjoy our holiday knowing that Alfie was in a home away from home. Our dog Charlie has been with Lina for the past week. He’s not used to us being away and was quite nervous to begin with. Lina had a magnificent way of calming and settling him. She gave him lots of her time and attention and spent time getting to know his personality. We could see this clearly from the regular photos and videos she sent to us. I was very worried about leaving my two furbabies for the first time ever and I must be honest if it wasn't for Lina with her kind and caring heart and her love for dogs I would have never enjoyed my holiday. I highly recommend using Cosy Dog Boarding in Louth for your furry friends. My experience using their services for the first time with my French Bulldog, Canelo, was exceptional. Lina, the caregiver, went above and beyond by providing daily updates with photos and messages, keeping me informed about Canelo's well-being. When an unforeseen circumstance caused me to miss my flight and delayed me from picking up Canelo as planned, Lina graciously accommodated him for an extra night without any hesitation. Lina took care of our puppy very well. We were so happy to leave our puppy with her. And also she keeps us updated with video and photos of our puppy when we were away.
We boarded our big boy several times with this lovely people / dog hotel and he loves it madly and is always so excited to go there. Their own dog is also extremely friendly, playful and mine regards him as his older brother (like peas and carrots). They always take/took such good care of our boy, take him out for walkies in the mountain (never more happy to run in the forest or mountains with Guinness) and gets loads of attention and family time. They have enough space around the house for them to run, play, potter, snif, dig, explore and pent of their energy. For the time your dog is with them they regard/treat it as their own dog. They live close to a mountainous area on the border with Northern Ireland where there is plenty of locations to let the run and roam around freely. Every time when we get him back he is still tired days later and I think he misses having fun and be mischievous with Guinness. Both Donal and Lina are real dog people (like us), have a connection with the dog (sometimes I wonder if she knows him better than I do) and are therefor perfectly capable to take the best possible care of your cherished furry friend / family member. I like the idea that when I go on holiday, my dog has holiday (or a special time too) and they certainly give him that. For me the best indication is how the dog is about it and if he is happy it has to be good. I'm sure he is already looking forward to go back. After all. You can’t fool a dog 🙂

Left my dog there today for trial run. After a previous bad experience with a Kennel I was wondering how my dog would react. I needn't have worried it is Doggy Heaven. Evanna and her staff were so warm, welcoming and professional. My only worry is my dog won't want to come home! Highly recommend if your dog needs a wee mini break. Exceptional
