Line and Hoyt did another extended sit for us. They were dream house sitters as always. (When we returned my son said the house was "better than new," which pretty much sums it up.) Line and Hoyt were a joy to interact with all summer, sent plenty of updates about Zoey, and left the house in terrific shape. They also welcomed us home with an amazing homemade quiche and some sweet Belgian treats to boot. But the best part of all was the love and devotion they showered on Zoey. It could not be more obvious from Zoey's demeanor that she had the summer of her life, swimming in love and attention. Z--who normally dreads our departures and lives for our returns-- moped around for several days after our return looking for her best buds Line and Hoyt to come back. And she was notably more relaxed and well behaved--a summer of getting taken everywhere by Line and Hoyt has made her a much better companion on our outings with the kids. I am so grateful Line and Hoyt agreed to come back this summer to give Zoey the best staycation of her life!

Nancy and Gerard couldn't have been nicer. I was ill and unable to go out of town as planned, and they adjusted to my occasional presence when I was able to drag myself to the kitchen for food. Nancy never failed to ask if I needed anything while they were out. She kindly not only stripped the bed, but put the linens in the washer and got that started for me at the end of the sit. I'm hoping to see them again when they're coming to the Berkshires and I'm my normal self!

Danielle is a warm and kind person with so many interests. She is extremely efficient and kept me informed of her arrival times, the dogs welfare throughout our holiday and her departure from the sit. She is so calm and nothing seemed to phase her. An added bonus was coming home to a lovely drawing of our older dog that Danielle had done. We so enjoyed meeting her and having her take care of our house and dogs. Looking for pet sits close to home or at least in Europe in 2024
Ines came to look after Theo for a couple of days and all was great. Communication super easy, got updates, pics or little videos every day and Theo seemed happy to have her around. She also had lots of patience waiting for him in the Evening while he was out and about. The house was super clean and I received a sweet card when we got back from our holidays. I would ask her again to stay and I would highly recommend her. Thx so much.

Our cats adored Anne Frédérique. Even our Wis, who normally doesn't like to be touched, stayed in the arms of Anne. What a surprise ! We regret a lot that Anne and Luc had to return at home earlier for family reasons because we were so happy to have them in our house. We trusted them completely. Our house was very clean at our return . The cats were very healthy and behaved very normal again.

This was the second time Huda and her daughter Amilia stayed with Bo. The first time a few months ago, we were able to meet them beforehand and we knew that everything would work great. Amilia and our daughter hit it off straightaway and Huda was very calm and reassuring. She also has a great sense of humor and is very easy to communicate with. They both love Bo and he seems to love them back from all the videos and photos that Huda regularly sends. Both times, we returned to an impeccably clean house and lovely little notes and chocolates left by them. Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

Luna is a trustworthy person, who is passionate about animals and knows them very well (she is studying to become a veterinary assistant). She took care of my labrador several times, especially when he was sick: she was perfect and it was really very reassuring to be able to entrust your dog to someone so caring and competent. She is reliable, friendly and generous. I highly recommend it.
Very disappointed!!! Good reception on the phone by a young person (doing not speak French but English) Lots of good will but unable to satisfy my request (catsetting chat 11/21 to 12/19 - I have to undergo an operation), she contacted a colleague to find a solution. There I received a terse text message from my contact informing me that the person contacted already had too much work with his other clients. And they left me there!!! So very disappointing 😏😏😏

Well, Pet Squad is literally the second home of our little buddy, Kupi. So it is kind of difficult to write anything without superlatives… In short, as practicing puppy parents, we all know how challenging can be to leave your little one in someone else’s hands while you go to work or on holiday. This is not the case with Pet Squad BXL. You should see Kupi’s propelling tail anytime we step in the house, he has his best time ever at Anny’s. ❤️😊

We brought our 15 year old Labrador, Aslan, here for the first pet hotel stay in his life. The team here are absolutely incredible. They showed so much love care and attention to Aslan. They were also super cooperative, communicative, generous and kind. Because of his age Aslan was very sensitive and fragile, and we had nobody that could care for him. It was such a relief that he received such good care, that it was as if they knew him his whole life. The prices might be higher than other places, but they are 100% justified because your pet cannot get better care! We wish you all the best in the future and send you our thanks!

Sylvie is very good at her profession. Our dog, who is quite anxious, does very well with her and his washing and grooming is always in order. He has also boarded there and judging by the photos, he immediately felt at home. Sylvie is someone with a big heart for animals where their well-being comes first.
I do not recommend this salon for a Labradoodle, very disappointed with how we got our Labradoodle back. It was our dog's first haircut and apparently his coat needed to be shorter because there were tangles behind his ears and on his belly (we need to comb more thoroughly). However, we got him back completely shaved, there was no pattern at all and the recognizability of a Labradoodle was completely gone. In addition, the groomer indicated that she cuts all her Doodles this way... We will certainly not go back with a Labradoodle.

This lady says she can't do anything about my dog because she has tangles. I ask her if she wants to take it out and she says no. Then she says I should leave. While I had an appointment on Sunday 20 June at 2pm. The lady simply sent us away. Everything but customer-friendly and professional. I've never experienced this before.
