Fabulous, Faultless Five Star sitters! We were treated to daily photos, videos and anecdotes about our much loved pet, which our whole family could access, and we had absolute confidence that our dog was being loved and cared for as always. It was as if a family member was at home. Local friends saw them out on walks and our dog always looked happy, under control and well cared for. We didn’t meet this lovely couple unfortunately, but they were totally reliable and communicated efficiently to advise of their arrival and departure times, they are super organised and didn’t ask any unnecessary questions. The house was spotless on our return despite the fact our dog moults at this time of the year, all areas were thoroughly clean and tidy, and we had a helpful handover note. We couldn’t have asked for more, and don’t hesitate to recommend Claire & Mike!

Steven and Ariel were amazing house sitters. They came to meet my husband beforehand to introduce themselves, which I thought was nice and reassuring. They sent us frequent updates and photos of our lovely Fluffy. The kids and i enjoyed seeing what she was up to… she looked very happy with Steven and Ariel in the photos and videos and I could see they were treating her very well. Once we got home Fluffy was relaxed. They left our home exactly as they found it, plus they cleaned up a pan I had nearly destroyed and left a beautiful floral display. We were very pleased as they made our few days away worry free and the process was effortless. We would be happy for them both to stay in our home and look after Fluffy again.

This was the second time within two months that Paula came to look after my house rabbits Max and Cyndi. Cyndi had just had surgery in connection with her ongoing bladder problems and needed medication during the recovery process. "Nurse Paula" again did a great job and on top of that took my bunny to the vet halfway through the sit for a quick follow-up appointment. She also informed me immediately when my boy Max seemed a bit off and gave him some emergency meds for his occasional "upset stomach" right away. He thankfully seemed normal and hungry when I walked through the door a few hours later! I am grateful having had Paula on my site during this time since she was a great help and did everything without further ado. She always leaves the house spotless and is the most pleasant house guest you could wish for. I very much hope to welcome her again in the future!

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own.
