Nancy and Gerard couldn't have been nicer. I was ill and unable to go out of town as planned, and they adjusted to my occasional presence when I was able to drag myself to the kitchen for food. Nancy never failed to ask if I needed anything while they were out. She kindly not only stripped the bed, but put the linens in the washer and got that started for me at the end of the sit. I'm hoping to see them again when they're coming to the Berkshires and I'm my normal self!

Jan arrived from Holland the evening before our departure allowing us time to get to know a bit about him and for us to explain a few things about the house and our dog. He was very easy going and we felt happy to leave him in charge. He seemed to enjoy his time here and sent us information on his experiences and photos. The house was left clean and tidy and the dog was clearly very relaxed and well cared for.

She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
