Carol and Dennis were very friendly and had great communication. This was our first sitting and we were nervous about not having our home ready or having issues with Gunner but with Carols daily/multiple times a day text updates and pictures of Gunner, it was very relaxing for us. Unfortunately, our pup was very energetic and mouthy during their arrival ... So we will be looking for new ways to introduce him to future sitters. He is a 85lb puppy that still doesn't know his size and so that was worrisome for us with them as an older couple. However, Gunner enjoyed the time with them and they also enjoyed his goofy personality!

Jennah was simply amazing. The dream cat sitter. She stayed in touch with us regularly, sending us updates and photos to keep us connected to our kitty (Annie). We could tell by the photos Annie was super comfortable and quickly connected with Jennah. And she was thoughtful and proactive when needs arose with care or with our home. She handled our Annie's special food care and medical needs as well. Carmen and Mike were great! Bailey and Jewel were well taken care of, and seemed relaxed and happy upon our return. We had flight problems getting home but they were very understanding and stayed a little extra time which was very comforting. We came home to a neat and clean house. We hope to see them again.

She was so attentive to him & I am very grateful for that! Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people.
