Merryl came and looked after our two very spoilt dogs last weekend. Never having met her before apart from a video call I was a bit apprehensive, but all my reservations immediately disappeared as soon as she arrived. My parson Russel terrier is very highly strung and needs attention all the time , and my little Jack Russel was a rescue dog so is very nervous on meeting new people , but both dogs took to Merryl straight away . Merryl sent various photos of the dogs having playtime and when they were resting so I felt reassured that they were settled in her care . I would not hesitate to recommend Merryl to look after your fur babies and your home ❤️

Merryl has sat for us a few times now and as always, does a fantastic job looking after our two fur baby cats. A reliable, trusted and professional service is always delivered and we are always able to completely enjoy our time away knowing our cats are being well looked after. Our home is always left clean and tidy, and also very looked after whilst we are away. We are so pleased we have found trustworthy sitters that just love spending time with our cats.

Amazing service. Merryl sat for us for 2 weeks whilst we were away and did an excellent job at looking after our home and two house cats. She arrived early to understand more about our babies' routines and had video called prior to that to introduce herself. Merryl was very dependable and made us feel very calm during our trip, sending updates every so often so we knew our cats were OK. We will definitely leave our cats with Merryl again and recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter. Our home was also well cared for and it was amazing to leave our home and cats in Merryls care knowing that they were safe.

We were nervous about having a dog sitter looking after our precious little dogs, Rita & Lula, who are only 18 months old. It was our first time away from them and we really wanted to ensure they would be well cared for. We had visited boarding kennels, but knew that was not an option for us!!! Leaving the girls in their own home, was by far the best solution! After some research we were recommend Running Duck Pet Services. We were advised that Merryl would be our dog sitter and as soon as we met her, we knew the girls would be well cared for. Whilst away, we had a daily update from her, which was very reassuring. It put our minds at rest and enabled us to relax and enjoy our holiday, knowing they were happy. We have already booked Merryl for next year too and would definitely recommend the Running Duck Services!!

Merryl came to look after our dog Skye and elderly cat Fluffy for the weekend. We were so pleased with the care and attention she gave to them both. Merryl also looked after our home, which was spotless upon our return. Thank-you so much, we knew both of our much loved pets were in very safe hands. This made the weekend for us even more enjoyable.

Merryl was lovely, the dog and three cats took to her quickly. There were no issues whilst we were away and we received regular updates including photos. I would definitely book Merryl again!!

It's been so easy to organise our pet sitting requirements - everyone was very helpful and worked hard to understand and meet our specific needs. Merryl was great and really friendly - we have a very anxious dog, but she was able to win him round with a calm and unfussy approach. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

It was so lovely to know our 4 legged family were being cared for lovingly whilst we were away on holiday. Communication, before, during and after was exemplary, and we returned early evening to all our pets having had all their cares completed and a spotless house. Thank you so much Merryl. Very pleased with the service provided by Merryl from Running Duck. Arrived bang on time, fed and watered all the animals and gave us regular updates whilst we were away for 4 days. Highly recommended.

Scooby and Cooper I had no worries over. Stella our rescue bulldog x was quite another matter. Kennels are her worst nightmare since being kennelled and unloved for most of her life before we loved her. And she loses hair and barks constantly when stressed. We didn't need to worry. Stella was happy and comfortable. She still had a voice and plenty to say all the way home 🥰 With excellent references from friends we took the plunge. Meeting Lee and Shaun and seeing how beautifully clean ( no smell of pee or strong disinfectant) and warm the kennels are was a huge relief. Cameras are on 24/7, and my hubby was on the camera app from southern Egypt daily with no issues. Cannot recommend these guys and this wonderful doggie care facilities ( "kennels" doesn't do them justice) enough. Huge thanks, and see you again soon.

Thank you so much to Sean and Lee for looking after my old, reactive border terrier. He has come home happy and relaxed. The kennels are so clean and the camera to keep an eye on him over the 18 days was very reassuring. I would recommend these kennels as Sean and Lee clearly care about the dogs they look after.

Both Sean and Lee looked after our Frenchie for 2 weeks. The care and compassion shown was exemplary. The kennels and overall environment was clean, fresh and completely fit for purpose. Can not recommend both Sean and Lee highly enough - completely outstanding!

Absolutely happy with Maesylan Boarding Kennels!! Our westie Angus had been with them a couple of times now, and each time he’s adjusted well with no issues during his stay. We love how clean and tidy the kennels are. Furthermore, it is fab that we can see Angus through the camera in his kennel!

I can't fault the cleanliness and care provided by Sean and Lee at Maesylan. Both my dogs are excited when they know they are arriving to spend the day at day care and come home happy and exhausted. They will be staying for a few days in the summer and I know they will be taken care of, so I'll have no need to worry. They both love Sean and Lee and I am so relieved to have a safe haven for them when needed. Highly recommend these Kennels to any dog owner.

This was the first time leaving Bo at a kennels so we didn't know what to expect, my worries were unnecessary as she was brilliantly looked after by Sean and Lee! They are lovely people who really care about the dogs that are staying with them, nothing is too much trouble, kennels are spotless and lovely indoor and outdoor areas. Plenty of walks and ball playing which Bo loves! Added bonus as each kennel has it's own camera that you can access if you wish so you can check how your dog is settling in! I would highly recommend Maesylan to anyone and already have done! Will definitely be using them in the future 😁

Me and my daughter visited this beautiful place 2 weeks ago. And wow absolutely spotless and stunning views. Met Sean and Lee they were amazing and so so friendly and very polite. Beautiful kennels and so clean and snug. Look forward to milo visiting very soon.

Absolutely brilliant! First time leaving Jerry at the kennels, not sure who was more nervous Jerry or me but soon relaxed on the care that Sean and Lee shown for all the dogs that are there. Nice clean kennels, no nasty smells when entering, camera in every kennel so you can check in with your fur babies when you want, underfloor heating....two walks a day. Thank you so much again we will definitely recommend you to friends and we will certainly be using tou again. 😊

Would give them 10 stars if we could! The kennels are purpose built and spotlessly clean. Sean and Lee were fantastic at helping us ease into boarding. We have two rescue dogs and were worried about their reactions to being in kennels so we did a site visit and some day boarding in preparation which put us and the dogs at ease! When we collected them after our holiday the dogs were more excited at the thought of going for their walk with Sean than they were at seeing us. Says it all! Exemplary care and a real understanding of dogs and their owners. The camera facility is a brilliant idea and we will definitely be booking more stays!

Just like to say a big thank you to Mick and Leonie for looking after our little Dachshund “ Dasher “ who can be quite a handful, they seem to have gained his trust in such a short time, they went above and beyond with him and we are very grateful, at least we know we can leave him there when necessary and know he is getting very good care.

Owners are lovely and down to earth! We urgently had to put a family members dog into kennels, at short notice they were more than accommodating. A month later of collecting and the dog was happy from her little Holiday. Highly recommend to anyone

Took my dog here recently for 19 days. Went in a healthy weight and house trained, came out looking depressed and under weight, and lost all boundaries and stunk of urine. His 2 main canine teeth had broke off at the top and bottom. Also Mic thought it was ok to contact my partner, and give abuse down the phone when its not her problem to deal with instead of contacting myself. Also angie gave myself abuse after me questioning my dogs condition and she saw no problem when i showed her the pictures of what he was like before entering their kennels.

Excellent family run business. Really take care of your dog. Loads of room for exercise. Very clean kennels with a TV at each end for your pooch to have company. ***** Not robbing you on price. Very reasonable

Took good care of our border collie although he was nervous, the owner made us feel at ease about the situation as it was our first time using a kennel, highly recommended they are in a lovely spot and very insightful about the dogs

Some of the nicest people we've ever met. Really helpful and friendly, look after our 3 dogs which can be nervous. No dog is too much trouble. I highly recommend them.

Can definitely recommend.. These Kennels are Immaculate inside an out, very clean an a home from home feel to them, the Owners are very friendly an lovely too. They are a credit to you an the nicest n cleanest I've seen in a while . I give it 10stars if I could . My boys get spoilt to bits xx

We had to leave our 19 year old diabetic and blind dog at the kennels . What can i say , he seems to have been thoroughly spoilt and well looked after so thank you all for taking such very special care of our "Mouse" he is now home and certainly non the worse for his adventure . Highly recomended

I've been meaning to post this for nearly a week. This is the best kennels ever to leave your dogs at! Ken and Angela are so loving to the dogs. (Ken, Angela, big boy said he misses you, baby squirrel said sorry again lol xx) I was so nervous I have 4 dogs 2 xl bully's 2 staff's, I messaged asking if they could have them 11am until 6pm 1 day while on holiday so I could have some me time with my partner surj I went threw loads of over protective dog mom mode messages saying they need to all be with each other in same kennel or they will cry for each other. My 4 range from 2 1/2 yrs to 6 months so all babys and sleep eat etc together. I said I'll fed them walk them so they just need to be together. Ken and Angela bless them still got them out 4 a good run and play (I was nervous they'd run away trying to find me!) No they never! They treated are dogs like there own and showed them love. No other kennels would ever do that especially when I said there OK leave them anyone else would of. We took them back the next day and my heart broke 💔 😪 but was so happy to see my babys left me and was so happy to see Ken and Angela. I'm glad Ken and Angela will tell you I have separation issues not my dogs lol. I ended up letting them stay over night first time ever! Next morning they wanted to stay. Me and surj have made good friends with Ken and Angela we are going back soon. My dogs have made a family with them. I will tell anyone I know let your dogs stay here there amazing. Great kennels, our two dogs always come out waggy and happy, they take great care of them and they have a lovely holiday which gives us peace of mind while we're away. Definitely recommend.

Since we got our current dog, we've always known he'd be staying at these facilities for our summer holidays, despite that it's over 2 hours' drive one way. We've known Jacqui and Darren for some years through our previous dog. We've witnessed first hand their professional and knowledgeable approach to dogs, their needs and behaviour. These are well-run boarding kennels, with professional staff. We had full confidence leaving our dog there for just over two weeks. He came back very contented, chilled out, and in pristine condition. Highly recommended.

I’m really happy I’ve found this kennels as it’s the perfect place to put our dog if we ever go away. Our 1yr old Cavapoo Lilly had never been to kennels before and stayed here for a couple of days. We were nervous to leave her but have to say we were really pleased! She came back to us clean and happy and there were no problems. I would definitely recommend Waunbricks and I’m sure we will be using this kennels again when needed.

We were delighted to have found Waunbricks - and a place for our dog to stay in the future. We couldn’t have been more reassured by Jacqui’s confident and efficient manner. It’s never easy leaving a dog in kennels, but thankfully, the staff made it easier and he wasn’t anxious or stressed, when we collected him. He was his usual happy self. Wonderful people ,experienced in all aspects of dog welfare,training . Competent friendly staff. Our three dogs just had 12 days there. Came out happy, well fed. Wouldn't trust our dogs with anyone else. Personally know dogs are all walked in the surrounding countryside every day. Spotless kennels. Shop for pet stuff.

Our lurcher was kennelled for the first time for a few nights. I think she was well cared for. On collection she was smelling clean and fresh. Thank you for taking care of Bess

We love these Kennels our dogs have stayed there a number of times over the years and we would not go anywhere else great friendly service and Sally and scruffy are well looked after. A big thanks to all the staff.

Could not recommend the new owners. My dog was returned with food he should have been given during his stay, dirty and constipated from holding himself. His bedding was wet with urine and stinking with air freshener to cover it up.

Kennelled my 1 yr old lab here with no issues. He seemed to be ok there and came home happy

We were looking for boarding kennels for our 2 Husky cross dogs and wanted somewhere with experience of large breed dogs. It is the first time they have been in kennels and we were a bit anxious but the kennels were fantastic. We visited with our dogs before hand and the kennels are immaculate, the pens are large and have a sleeping area & an outside area. Our dogs were in the same pen so there was no worry of them being anxious of separation. They were walked & were very well looked after. Amanda and Claire are friendly and have an excellent knowledge of dogs. We will be boarding our dogs with them again and definitely recommend them.

I put my dog to stay with best friends k9 hotel from the 20th - 24th of December 24. Staff were extremely lovely. My dog who doesn't normally like other dogs was kept kept separate to others at all times but seemed really relaxed and happy even with hearing all the other dogs. The facilities were extremely clean and all dogs looked really well cared for. And a sweet little extra they made up little christmas jars of treats for the dogs to take home. My dog loves them :) would definitely use again. Thank you all

This was the first time I had to leave my 3 collies in any kennels and I was very nervous about it, especially when one of them just had been neutered and was still in recovery. We had an emergency which demanded that we go to France for 5 days. I explained about the patient to the very kind ladies Amanda and Claire and they were so understanding about keeping a special eye on Carlie and her wound and stiches. The kennels are very wide. We had 2 collies in one and the patient on her own in another, next to the other two. The kennels were in fact in two parts. The''bedroom'' facing the corridor, and the ''lounge'' which overlooked the fields. The bedroom part was heated and kept semi dark to enable sleep. We left details of medicines and diet habit. Everything was followed to the letter. The two ladies are very knowledgeble about dogs and very caring. The dogs were happy to see us of course, but they were not phased by their stay and I think would not have minded too much if they had to stay longer. My first time in kennels for my fur babies has been a good experience with Best Fiends K9 hotel and I would not hesitate to bring my doggies to them again, I would recommend them very highly. The only bad bit is the road leading to the kennels needs a lot of TLC which I am sure will be sorted in due course.

Very efficient and clean with top notch facilities and care. Our 2 dogs have stayed a couple of times now and we will certainly be using Best Friends again at some point in the not too distant future.

The team here are great, our girls settle every time they visit and we know they're well looked after. We were nervous about how they might cope because one of our dogs is a rescue but they put our minds at rest and nothing is too much for the team!

We have a nervous Lab and an extremely stupid Lab and they absolutely loved their stay. Treats provided, walks across open farm land, warm and cosy kennels. Definitely recommend!!!

This place is fantastic! Having tried many over the years, this one stands miles above the rest. It's always impeccably clean, the customer service is exceptional – they've been incredibly accommodating whenever I've needed to make changes to my bookings. Most importantly, my dogs genuinely seem happy there, which is quite a feat considering one of them is usually hard to please. They appear calm, and their routines must be well-maintained, as we haven't noticed any behavioral changes like we have at other kennels.

Totally made to feel at ease about leaving my dog there, I was so anxious that she would hate it but she was so content when I picked her up. I will be using K9 kennels again in the future. Excellent service.

Janine is so welcoming and friendly. Our dog Barney went to stay with her whilst we went away. He had not stayed before and is quite a clingy dog. When we arrived, Janine came out and welcomed us and greeted Barney by name and took him and us into her home to show us around so that we could see where he was staying. We went away with peace of mind that he was being well looked after. During the visit, Janine let us know how he was doing which was good. On return Janine handed over Barney, taking time to tell us how he had been and not just rushing us off. Thank you Janine…. We will be back soon xxx

Janine is just wonderful we needed a home boarder for our 10 year old black Labrador whilst we went on holiday for a week and nothing was too much trouble we had regular updates throughout the week.. and although he was happy to have us home he was in no rush to leave!! would 100% recommend and will definitely use again in the future. thank you so much for taking such great care of Hendrix!

Janine, from cwtches and cuddles, was kind enough to take our dog on extremely short notice. Both Janine and her partner are lovely and very happy to spend time cuddling and walking our dog, who can sometimes be very excitable! Really lovely home for Nixi to be in for the week! Perfect from start to finish. We were let down by someone who was going to stay at our home with cookie. We were told about cwtches and cuddles by our friend. We phoned and talked to a lovely lady called janine We arranged everything with her and she made it very easy for us to be put at ease about our beauty. While we were away we were kept in touch via wats app with photos videos showing how cookie was looked after and integrating with the other dogs. It was a relief to see and watch our dog being v well cared for and looked after. When we collected cookie she was well groomed and smelled beautiful. Thank you janine for putting us at ease. This is the second time we have entrusted Alfie, our King Charles Cavlier spaniel, to the care of Janine. It was very obvious that he was pleased to see her again, and the videos she sent to us showed that he was very happy in the company of her and her own dogs. Janine has a gorgeous, secluded and safe garden, and we know that Alfie was well walked and fed (a King Charles lives for food!). Thank you, we were able to relax, confident that Alfie was in the very best possible care. We will leave him with you again - he would never forgive us if we did not.

My dog has never stayed away from home ever !! When I met janine I could see that she is a perfect dog lover . My little milo was besotted with her . She made our holiday and little holiday extra special. I Will highly recommend CWTCHES & CUDDLES . It is what it says in the title . Home from home ! . Milo is looking forward to going back for his stay next week x

We recently got our cocker spaniel from Riverview and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first contact, it was clear that they are passionate and knowledgeable about the breed. They were incredibly responsive and transparent, providing detailed information about the puppy’s background, health checks, and care. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, and it was clear that the puppies were raised in a loving, nurturing environment. Our cocker spaniel is not only adorable but also has a wonderful temperament, a testament to the breeder’s dedication to responsible breeding practices. We bought a small Poodle from here 18mth ago, he's been a gem from the start a proud little man so friendly affectionate obedient and intelligent he's just adorable .We are so happy with him. Elaine and Hywel are caring and very helpful.

Sian and Nathan are amazing - we have had expert advice and tips for our puppy and the results have been outstanding. We are thrilled with our experience and inspired to continue the training journey. The expertise that Sian and Nathan have shared with us has always been clear and concise, they both clearly love dogs and pay such close attention to both dog and owners behaviours to achieve the best outcome. It's been an absolute pleasure to have met them both and Muddy Muttz is highly recommended!

This lovely couple of Muddy Mutz are extremely dedicated to understanding you and your dogs needs. I contacted them last year and saw them until Christmas 2021, with behavioural issues with my pup. We had 1.1 sessions which were very informative and have helped us a lot. Thank you both!

Watched their first session with a large reactive dog and very impressed by trainers attitude and the immediate effect was impressive. The owners have continued the training and are gaining. I am so pleased for them. I have no personal experience with them but would have no hesitation in using their service.

Muddy Muttz offer a bespoke, tailored service at a very reasonable price. They have responded with advice tailored to our circumstances and the changing behaviour of our puppy as it rapidly grows in experience. Muddy Muttz have responded quickly, even over the weekend when we needed advice about how to introduce the puppy to a friend's blind cat! An excellent, friendly and expert service directed precisely to our puppy's training needs.

Sian and Nathan are great. They came to our home to assess some anxiety/frustration behaviours we were struggling with. Freya is 7 months old now, she is clever, sweet, empathetic, loving… but struggles to calm down if she gets excited. And recently she seems to get excited quite easily! More than training the dog I think they were training us to be her handlers. And it was so much needed. We are not new to training sessions at all but they did a whole family/routine assessment of the situation, which was new to us. They were very understanding of our own concerns, worries and needs and adapted the session to our own goals, teaching us how to teach the dog. Just perfect!

We have really enjoyed going along to the puppy classes. We have learnt so much and it has hopefully given Meg a really great start to her life with our family. You only have to see how Meg responds to Sian and Nathan to know that they are really training us not the puppy! Their techniques work so well and we will definitely be signing up for more classes in the future.

We have been taking our Springer Spaniel puppy to dog training with Muddy Muttz since November, 2017. We are impressed by Sian's calmness with the puppies. She does not have large classes 8 is the maximum as it allows for lots of one to one attention. I have noted the training is not only for the puppies but for the owners too, which is exceedingly helpful. We endeavour to practice the things learned between classes. We are now in the adult class although our pup is just 7 months old but she responds well and it is a great safe place to socialise your dog. We decided to continue as we learn something new each week and the benefit to both ourselves and our puppy is huge. We would not hesitate in recommending Muddy Muttz and Sian Perry. Just Brillliant

i have attended workshops and obedience classes with muddy muttz training i have found them to be brilliant. Sian and Nathan are both great very knowledgeable and quaified they really undertsand dogs and they are very personable. they take the time to focus on what each dog in the classes needs and theyre happy to answer any questions you have. i would recommend the workshops and classes to anyone they are great value for money and my dog really enjoys them they have been so helpful.

Really great trainers, very patient, calm, gentle and understanding both of the owner and the dogs needs! Did a house visit which was very helpful as saw the dogs in their own environment, explained everything carefully and followed up with written instructions and are available to call if we need additional advice. Very happy to recommend them
