Dana has been my long time groomer. I tend to have older dogs, and she is so great with them. They loved going and always came back looking fantastic. I moved away for a few years, my dogs and I both missed Dana so much. I recently brought in my dog, and she came home looking so adorable. I could not be more pleased, and I'm so grateful to have her as my groomer once again.

My Dakota girl is a very sketchy dog n likes to bark at everything and everyone so I was expecting her as usual to stir the place up the second we walked into the place and then cry when I left her. I was completely shocked when she didn't bark at all n the owner said let her come on back n opened the door n she just walked her lil booty on back n was like goodbye 👋 mom. I was in total shock! For her to be that comfortable the moment she walked in the door to not even notice that I had left🤔.So ok I was a lil heartbroken 😂. But wow she did an amazing job with her, she came out looking beautiful n she was with my other dog Troubles as well n he did amazing n looked amazing too. Prices were also amazing. My dog 'Squirrel' came in very nervous, looking like a long haired rat and came out happy, calm and looking like an adorable dog again with a cute bandana around her neck and a pep in her step. We are very happy with the care given to our 2 dogs while we were traveling for 12 days. They visited 4 times a day, every day, even in over a foot of snow that fell during this time. They fulfilled every special request - even brushing both dogs' teeth every day. We received reports including pictures after every visit. They are very reliable and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service in the future.

The most amazing service possible! First, you can tell Marley (my dog) absolutely loves every pet sitter that comes to spend time with him. Second, they take the most amazing pictures ever! Third, from a business perspective, they have outstanding customer service and helped us out a few times as we made first time customer mistakes! Highly recommend them!

DID NOT GET SERVICE! But I need to note their amazing customer service. Called for 6 days of sitting 5 days before we needed it. They told us what they could manage with the short notice. They then told us they could accommodate our entire schedule thanks to the owner stepping in to care for our pups! Rare to find an owner who goes the extra mile. That level of commitment is why I will trust them in the future. This time a relative stepped in last minute and gave our pups 24hr care so we canceled. The owner was just happy the pups were getting the best care possible. Come for the professionalism. Stay for the love.

PlayTime Pet Sitters is amazing! I recently had to travel for a week and had to leave my little dog for one of the first times. Susan, Amber, and the team were so wonderful and did everything they could to work me into the schedule. My little guy was so well loved and cared for while I was gone. They sent pictures and communicated everyday with me. I came home to a very happy, healthy little puppy! I’ll faithfully use PlayTime Pet Sitters for future travel again! PlayTime Pet Sitters were great with our dogs! Since our dogs get far too stressed in a kennel we used to rely on friends, but that was a lot to ask. Playtime Pet Sitters came the the rescue and allowed us to make sure our older dog got his medication on time, and gave our puppy much needed play time. We got photo updates along with a description for every visit and they managed to clean our yard, get mail, packages, and put out the trash too! I'm glad there's such a reliable service in our area and we're looking forward to using them again.

We recently needed someone to take care of our aquarium while on vacation. Playtime Pet Sitters came to our rescue. Hannah handled everything with expertise, sent us detailed notes as well as pictures of her visits, and assured us that all was well. I used them over my December vacation in 2023. They're absolutely amazing. There was that mysterious dog disease that was going around and made pet parks and boarding facilities a risk. So I looked into pet sitters. They were very communicative with me about each visit they had each day, made sure to send pictures of my dog, and they eventually even found where the one cat was hiding! (and send pictures of the cats as well). My dog scraped her nose on something and they handled that very well. All of this is great because my dog is older and would have been very stressed in a boarding facility anyways. The ability for her to stay in her room, in a familiar setting, was great. I'm definitely using them again.

We’ve been a customer for over 5 years and have always had the best experience. They are so kind and thoughtful with our pets. I’m glad they are here, I feel like I can enjoy my time away knowing my pets are taken care of.

This is a review I should have written a long time ago! PlayTime Pet Sitters are amazing. Whenever we need to go out of town, they take excellent care of our little Tonkinese boy, Chip. They provide him with his asthma inhaler, and take care of him so well that he is always happy when we get home. We appreciate the photo updates and the attention to detail. After going through many other boarding solutions (which our cat hated), we could not be happier with the at-home care PlayTime provides. We are so thankful for each of you - Kerry, Ally, Hannah and Brittney (who braved a particularly nasty snowstorm for Chip), you are all awesome. If I've forgotten anyone else, Chip loves you too. :)

We needed a facility to watch our family pet, a beautiful dog named Shelby, for two weeks. We visited 3 Peaks before we decided and we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms, the cleanliness and felt comfortable that 3 Peaks would work out for all of us. We received pictures and updates on how Shelby was doing and appreciated this information so much. Shelby was loved and taken care of while she was there. I would recommend 3 Peaks for sure!

It’s great to have dog boarding back in Trinidad. My dog loves this place and Jennifer is wonderful. I also bring my dog occasionally for a one hour romp in the yard. He comes home happy and exhausted. I can tell that he had a fun time. ThreePeaks is just what we and our dog needed. Thanks Jennifer!

While prices are a little higher than other local facilities the services provided are wonderful. They send a daily rundown of activities with pictures of your pet while at the facility. The kennels are clean and large enough for two pets. I would recommend using them.

I am happy there's another dog boarding facility. an appointment made easy, the owner gave a tour, I found it very clean ,the play ground is large and clean. I am sure my dog will be safe.thank you

I'm so glad to have doggy daycare and boarding back in Trinidad. The convenience factor is huge. Jennifer treated my dog very well -- above and beyond. Even when Molly was stubborn and didn't want to come in at night!

Gylinda made a house call, and was $15. cheaper than others I called. I had my 10 month old Saint shaved down. Great job! I recommend.

If you actually care about haircut quality and your pets overall safety, don’t come here. I’ve seen multiple dogs come out looking like they had a fight with a lawnmower; razor burn, choppy fur, & whiskers cut. Just because you get a degree online, doesn’t mean you’re qualified!🐾

I am pleased with the cat grooming service provided by the Doggie Business. I have two fur babies that require being shaved every summer because of fur matting. Their lion cuts look so cute and I can tell they feel much better too! Happy pets and happy owners!!

The groomer opened her shop early as I had an early appt., which I really appreciated. When I returned my two dog’s fur looked shiny & cut & they even had little plaid scarves around their neck, which made them look doubly cute. I will be back & can recommend Doggie Business to others.

My furbabies have been going here since she opened, she was brand new but so attentive to my babies, the attention they are used to getting at home, my Cocker Spaniel has never looked so handsome as he did on 10-20 when I picked him up, she has gotton so good and is learning daily! My Miniature Schnauzer is a fiesta one who is very difficult but she still handles her with lots of love and attention! I am so happy I stayed through the beginning! Thank You

Gylinda has been cutting my dogs nails for a few months and she is lighting fast and now that the Doggie Bussiness main street location is open I broke down and got my dog a deshedding bath and boy am I glad I did! He is a happy, clean, and handsome pup!

I took my maltypoo in for a summer cut. This was the WORST experience ever. She had NO IDEA what she was doing. My dog is all patches and bald spots, she didn't get to her head other than chopping her ears unevenly, never clipped her nails. She didn't even give her a proper bath. She made such a mess she just stopped and handed me my wet headed frightened baby dog and said she is done. She did offer to do more as my dog was clearly such a mess. There was no way she was going get her hands on my dog again. And, she wouldn't give me my money back. She is also more expensive than the other groomers.The sheppard wolf mix ahead of us had a puncture wound too. People have gasped when they look at my dog. Do not go there! The other posts must be fake.

Eric was amazing! My aussiedoodle was the most overgrown he’d ever been and Eric was able to trim him down into the most adorable cut. My Aussie/Lab mix typically is weary of men and she only tolerates grooming, but by the end of their grooming session she was all over Eric and absolutely loved being there. Will be going back and highly recommend him to anyone, he is phenomenal with dogs and is a very talented groomer.

Eric did a fantastic job with our Winnie! She's a great Pyrenees mix and was all knotted (and super shy!) but Eric was a pro and made her feel comfortable. She looks great and I can tell she feels so much lighter! Thanks Eric!

Eric made my dog instantly at ease while she had her toenails done. She actually smiled while he worked. We are new to the area and the last two times I have taken her (once in Walsenburg) she was terrified. She is confident with Eric and we will be back regularly. My dog had severe weight challenges when I adopted her. Although she is 26 pounds less now, Eric made a sound recommendation for her feeding schedule that I will start right away.

Just had my bernedoodle groomed by Eric. My dog is a very active puppy and can be precocious but he was putty in Eric’s presence and even seemed to really enjoy this experience!! He was also very curly with a thick coat that I think most groomers wouldn’t want to deal with. My puppy looked so beautifuI when I picked him up. I will not bring my dog to any other groomer after meeting Eric! He is truly gifted!

I found this gem of a person in Facebook! Oh my Dog=Oh my goodness 🥰🥰🥰 I have 3 dogs just took them for a nail trim. I took them in 1 by 1, first was my Chihuahua, Faith who does not like anyone really, she did not panick feel uncomfortable or even try any kind of growl or warning to get away from her! #2 my boyfriends poodle Smokey he was completely chill with Eric too. Smokey has been to groomers before. #3 my Pitty Bitty never been to a groomer her first experience and I was a bit worried because she ripped a toenail off a few weeks ago. She let him do her nails and even touch the missing toe and told me it was healed. My babies were so at ease which calmed me even more. He has no cages to put any animals in. He is a true blessing to find. I have never had such a good experience with a groomer before I will continue to take my babies there from now on. Thank you so much for such a good encounter! We LOVE OH My Dog. F you're looking for a special place for your dog, look no further. Eric is so gentle with my pup, and you can tell he really cares. Usually, she does not want to go to the groomer but she runs up to Eric and runs straight inside. She always comes home looking cute as ever, too.

All of these previous glowing reviews reflect our feelings about what a wonderful dog groomer and a remarkable human being Eric is. He kept my sister's two Westies together to do their grooming. They both calmed down and looked absolutely beautiful when we picked them up about 2 hours later. He texted us lovely, profession-looking photos of each dog. We will definitely use Eric again!

It was clear that our under-socialized Saint Bernards felt at home with Kathleen from the minute they got out of the car. She personally introduced them to her own dogs and others boarding with her and they began romping and having fun immediately. Kathleen's set up is secure, clean, and safe and provides plenty of spaces for play. She shared videos and photos of Blanche and Margaret throughout their stay, which was reassuring to us. And it wasn't just our furry friends who bonded quickly with Kathleen--we did, too, and look forward to seeing her again during our next visit to Raton. It is always a pleasure in life to encounter business owners with a singular focus who care so much about the work they do and the service they provide.

Great experience! We were visiting from out of state and had a few hikes on our list that were not dog-friendly. I did some googling and ended finding Kathleen as an option for Doggie Daycare. I reached out to her and she called to finalize some details including our time frame. She was so wonderful - we were running super late due to some road closures by Taos, but we kept in touch and she made the check-in process super quick so we could make it to the park. Our German Shepard-mix is super easy going, but she immediately attached to Kathleen and was following her around (a true teacher's pet, lol). We were both so relieved that Kathleen so obviously loves animals and truly cares for them. We were able to hike in peace knowing that our dog was in good hands. We absolutely recommend Suite Kizmet for anyone who has non dog-friendly places on their vacation list.

I called to request information. They answered the phone confused. I asked if this was a dog watching service and they seemed more confused. I told them, nevermind. They then called me multiple times as well as texted. I told them to stop and I'm not interested and proceeded to keep callinging and texting. Horrible customer service skills and honestly a little creepy.

He watched my Pug Jax four days and nights. He had a great experience. I will definitely use him again.

My dog loves her PlayTime walkers! They have been really responsive, easy to schedule, and reliable. They always send text updates with cute pics after the walks, and leave a "report card" for how the walk went. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Where do I even begin? Susan and her staff have been quintessential for my family’s well-being. My husband and I are both officers in the Army, and we frequently deploy to training rotations and have recently had a nine month deployment overseas. PlayTime Pet Sitters has been a pillar of our pet care while we are away at work. We have an assortment of pets, which includes three birds and two dogs. I simply would not trust any other business to take care of my animals in my absence. There is a lot that I could write about the special care and authentic love for animals Susan and her staff have, but, I will instead summarize it with a single event. In January of 2022, our beloved dog swallowed a plastic squeaker that became lodged in her small intestine. I was alone, as my husband was deployed to a training center, and it was the middle of the night when I took my dog to the Emergency vet. About $7000 later, my dog underwent emergency abdominal surgery, and was recovering well. It was about 9 PM by the time I got her care plan, and I was overwhelmed with anxiety about how I was going to manage her post-operative care, as I had a week-long field exercise starting the following morning and I would not be home. I contacted other pet sitting businesses in Colorado Springs, and they all refused to schedule visits so last-minute despite my desperation. I contacted Susan at PlayTime that evening around 2 AM, in tears, desperate for a sitter that could care for my first and only dog as an adult at the time. Susan could not have been more superb; she reassured me that she would help me, and provided me with caretakers that gave my dog the best post-op care. Including feeding her baby food three times a day, and administering all medications with only written instructions from me on a letter I left for them in my home. PlayTime Pet Sitters has taken care of my family for well over a year. Their care is unmatched, and their dedication to animals is admirable and almost unbelievable. I have had a wide range of pets my entire life, including iguanas and a variety of farm animals. I am passionate and serious about my pets receiving the best care possible. I do not and will not give my business to anybody else in Colorado Springs. I would pay double the fee if it meant I could guarantee Susan and her team would look after my pets. If you are looking for a business that will love your furry, scaly, and feathered family members as much as you do, look no further. Thank you Susan, Linda, and every other incredible caretaker that has been a part of our pets’ lives. You have made our oftentimes challenging and unpredictable lifestyle more secure.

We had a great experience with PlayTime! In the past we’ve boarded and had friends watch our cats, but this was much better for the cats and us. They are very thorough, attentive, and professional. We felt good knowing that some of the people watching our cats actually had experience as vet techs or were studying to become vet techs. We got pictures and messages at each visit and it was nice not having to worry about the cats at all while we were away. And when we got back the cats were completely themselves! In the past they’ve had about a 2 day period of being mad at us.

We just had our first experience with Playtime Pet Sitters this weekend and we are amazed! Susan is incredibly responsive and reliable, and Sara and Deb took great care of our sweet Indy. I was impressed with their punctuality and their communication, and when we returned home we couldn't see any signs that anyone had stayed overnight that weekend. Playtime Pet Sitters is the best pet sitting company in Colorado Springs! The prices are reasonable, but that’s definitely not the only great thing. They truly care about your animals, and isn’t that the most important thing? We hired them to care for our pets during a weekend away, and I will never hire anyone else. They came ahead of time to meet our dogs and see where the dog food and crates were. They were polite and thorough. I made a mistake in the scheduling, but they were happy to work with me and make sure the pets were cared for. They came each day at the scheduled time and took lots of pictures! They even leave a little handwritten report of what happened while you were away. I never worried about the dogs because I knew they were in the best hands. If you’re on the fence about hiring them or still looking around, you’ve found the right place. You will not regret it! You won’t find a company that can give you as much peace of mind while you’re away from your fur babies!

Loved my experience with PlayTime Pet Sitters! I went on a last minute trip out of town for a weekend and they were able to accommodate my request and were very professional which I appreciated. My cat and I got to meet my sitter (Susan) before my trip and it’s clear she has a lot of experience with pets and is very trustworthy. She made a lot of effort to understand my cat, his habits, quirks, favorite toys, and so on, which made me more comfortable with leaving him for a weekend because I knew he would be in great hands! It’s a little pricier compared to getting a pet sitter from a site like Rover but at the end of the day, I want to hire people I trust with my pet and will continue to use PlayTime Pet Sitters for my pet sitting needs. 🙂

We had the best experience with PlayTime Pet Sitters. They looked after our two kittens over the Christmas holiday. We loved how they sent us a message update after every visit and how sweet the sitters were to our kittens. Our sitters were Amy and Laura - I highly recommend them to anyone!

We needed a pet sitter to care for our new cat and they took such great care of him while we were gone! Followed instructions to a T and sent lots of cute photos from the visits. We came home to a happy kitty, a nice report card of how they spent time with him , and all of our mail stacked neatly inside. Prior to the first visit, we had a home visit where the sitters met us and learned where everything was. Easy to book and pay online and the sitters were kind and professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great pet service!

Play time pet sitters was the best choice for our family! They were so communicative and understood all of our animals needs. We also got daily updates on how our animals were doing. They also left an itinerary of what was done each day. We came home to very happy animals and had no issues at all. Thank you Sarah and Amber for taking care of our fur babies!

This would be a great little dog park if it weren't for all the thorns! They seem to be the worst on the North and West sides of the park. Definitely don't go barefoot and keep an eye on your pup. They don't usually do too much damage but will get stuck in your pup's paw pads. You can pull them right out but be sure you check your shoes when you leave, you'll probably have the little buggars stuck in there too. There is also a separate area for little dogs which is more grassy and seems to have less thorns.

My 11.5 year-old Roman Rottweiler, Raji, loved this place. Big enough to have "choices" yet small enough to always stay within reach of a bright yellow tennis ball tossed his way. The water, the shade area, and the park bench for owners to kick back on while their friend(s) explores made it a gem. We were the only ones there at the time so he had it all to himself. Just as well because he loves other dogs, however being 120 lbs. makes him a little too much for smaller kiddos. If they're 60 lbs. and up and he's a pal to those who like to play.

So I went for a visit there recently to visit family… I got a new puppy and wanted to take him to the dog park. Can I just say that it is a horrible area! Nobody picks up after their dogs at all and where only the “little dogs” are allowed to be it is a complete mess with large dogs waste. It is the only dog park in the town and it’s unfortunate that nobody can follow the rules. Please pick up after your animals so that everybody else can enjoy it with their pets.

Great free off leash dog park! It was nice to hang with the locals and get the latest info on the area. Pearl had a great time playing with other dogs and getting lots of love!

We love to stop here with our pups when traveling through Trinidad. The place is clean and there are obstacles for your dogs as well as plenty of running room. There's also a nice walking area around the park.

Good sized park. Nice high fencing. Grounds are clean, people seem to clean up after thier pets. Has water fountain which was turned off due to the time of year. Has a picnic table which is a nice place to put you stuff down while ur playing. Has a nice bright overhead light at entry way when it gets a little dark.

The side for larger dogs needs more love. Pups are brought to the park for fun, stress free romps and are instead subject to getting burrs in their paws due to the lack of TLC given to this side of the park. So many pups in the Trinidad area and yet only the small lap dogs have a nice place to go socialize. Sad for all pups over 14". 😢 🐶

Not maintained well there’s lots of trash sometimes, and the water dispenser doesn’t work on both sides only one and that doesn’t work all of the time. Also some dogs owners are very friendly for an instance I went twice and a guy and his dog were there and his dog immediately tried to attack my dog through the fence and proceeded to tell me she’s not vicious other then that it’s a nice dog park

Hit or miss. Like to stop here when traveling through. Goat heads galore on the left side as you enter. Found that out because one of the strange locals was digging them out with some bizarre 10" knife and wouldn't shut up about said knife until I actually acknowledged it. Then I promptly left. Another time a someone showed up with a monster German Shepard who made a beeline from the gate to tackle and pin my pointer to the ground. Thought he was a goner. Owner promptly beat his dog and dragged him out, slamming doors and cursing. Fun times in Trinidad.

We ran into the nicest person that asked if our little dogs liked big dogs and since we weren't sure she OFFERED to walk around the fence until we were done. Very thoughtful. The park had Some agility stuff and it was perfect. There were some little thorns
