Dog smelled like urine and I had to clean my car out and try to get the smell out of my car. It was terrible. I do not recommend putting your fur babies here

I was a little apprehensive at first because the barking was so loud when I arrived to drop off my two dogs. One of my dogs has anxiety, so I wasn't surprised that she tore up her bed during her stay. The owner is very down to earth and took great care of our fur kids. There was plenty of room on both the interior and exterior of the dog run. It's all concrete and very clean, in my opinion. The price was very reasonable. I don't see myself taking our dogs anywhere else.

Wayne was nice and readily available for dropping off our dogs and picking them up.

Awesome place. Took very good care of my fur babies. The man us very kind and the cheapest around. Pets have plenty of room and get to go outside.

Wayne was so kind and understanding. This was the first time leaving our dogs kenneled for a longer period of time so we were super nervous. We have 4 dogs and two of them are food aggressive so we had our concerns. The price was well worth it. Everything went as expected and our dogs were cared for and alive when we came back. This boarding house isn't anything fancy. Basic necessities and the pricing reflects that. We plan to use them in the future! Thanks Wayne!

Wayne is amazing. He has cared for our babies when we can't take them with us for almost a decade. Our dogs always run up to us when we get there to pick them up but both have to run back to him to say goodbye.

Love this kernel! Wayne the owner takes wonderful care of my German shepherd Gunner. They have been in business 26 or more years. Prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I wish I still lived near the area of this kennel. They really have excellent prices on dog boarding. They will even let you board two of your dogs together in the same run for a little bit more. My dogs were always well taken care of there. I miss being able to go there now.

Clean facility with HVAC. Wayne is very attentive to the dogs in his care.

Wayne runs the best kennel in the Muskogee area. I nebmver worry about my pups when I leave them with him. When I drop them off, they are eager to see him, even if it has been a while, that speaks volumes to me. If my dogs trust him, I can too!

Our two cats were happy and well taken care of while we were away. Margaret did a wonderful job and is very pleasant to work with. We'd 100% use her services again! :)

Wouldn't because mine is a large breed puppy. He is only 3mths and weight Is about 20# or so she hung up on me. I would not recommend them at all.

The lady and her husband were very kind and straight to the point, which we liked very much! Simple process and great price :) They let us house our dogs together which was great, due to the fact that it was both of their first times being in a kennel be away from us. The dogs seemed perfectly fine and very happy to see us when we picked them up. We will be using them again next time we take a trip.

This is not somewhere I would place my dogs ever again! As soon as I got there the owner told me that my pit/boxer mix wasn’t a real boxer which I had stated and then she goes on to say “I hope that you don’t think your dog is a real boxer, have you ever seen a real boxer before?” “look behind you my champion show boxer dogs won all the plagues” & she continues with asking me questions like “what kind of food are you feeding your dogs? And answered with puppy food as that being said she goes to ask how old they were and she tells me that puppy food is fatting and I need to get them off that food. I was also asked if I have wormed them and I told her what wormer I used and she told me that the worm I use was the wrong one!!! I was also told what flee shampoo to use as I already have one that works well I was told it doesn’t help my dogs. I picked them up today my dog was wet, and she had a cut on her nose that was not there when I dropped her off! The puppy was wet as well! As this being said it is your dog and your choice where they are going to stay but mine will never stay there again!

We brought our dog here many times and they took such wonderful care of Molly. Highly recommend!

We have taken our boys Brody and Brock to numerous Hound High sessions and these girls OUTSTANDING trainers! They have now graduated and currently (Nov 18) started with Daycare on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays! Our boys cannot WAIT to get out of the car into the PUPULATION! The staff at Woodland West are kind, compassionate, attentive and clearly love what they do. They quickly know your pup and call them by name. This is a first-class operation! If you ever contemplated letting your dog experience Woodland West, stop. Just do it! They are wonderful!! Our boys are SO happy to play all day, and it's SO good for pets to socialize. They are OUT the rest of the night. We cannot say enough good about Woodland West and their staff. We love and appreciate all that you do! THANK YOU!!!

Fast friendly service and a great place for boarding and training. They work well with you and listen to your needs when it comes to pets. Also camera accessible. Very busy for pet dro off but hardly a wait because they are so efficient.

Our dogs have been with this resort and the hospital next door since moving to the area. We celebrated birthdays, holidays, special occasions, and a loss with them. They've been always accommodating when Thor had problems with arthritis in his hips and started to slow with his age at 13 1/2. They have an awesome large facility with lots of room to run and play and swim all under constant supervision. Parents are also able to check in on the fun throughout the day on their cameras. They even provided overnight stays with cameras too. Don't forget the treats, they provide! Arya loves them! They also do grooming which has always come out fantastic too!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Woodland West. I recently boarded my dog who has pancreatitis, so she has to eat every 4-5 hours and can only eat her prescription food. They were AMAZING at catering to that schedule and taking the absolute best care of her. I called every day to check on her and I never felt like I was annoying them; they were always happy to talk to me and encouraged me to call more than once a day if I felt like it. You can just tell that everyone who works there is a "dog person" and I'm so grateful that I can trust them with such a high-maintenance dog. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I was in town and needed my puppy to go to daycare for part of the day. I researched before I came to town and found this place. It was amazing. The staff were great. Porter was absolutely wore out after playing for six hours. We had a good nap when we returned to the hotel. I wish we lived way closer. I was able to see her on the webcam and it felt like a fun and safe environment. Will definitely be back when we are in town again.

Wow, what a place. First of all the entire facility is so nice I wanna stay there. Certainly better than the hostel I stayed in Antwerp. Usually when I get my two back from boarding they developed bad habits and raspy voice from barking. Not here. They were away 26 days and voice just fine. Best of all no bad habits, just like the day we left. So that Saya they were looked after and taken care of. They never felt lonely or needed a thing. I really think they spent their time there worrying about their friend Pecan (poc attached). They could not rest till she showed up for a snack.

We have a golden retriever, Buddy, that has been long overdue for a grooming appointment and we have been hesitant to try anywhere new as our last experience at Petco was terrible. However, after taking him to Woodland West, we will DEFINITELY be going back. We take Buddy and his black cat brother, Theo, to Woodland West Animal Hospital and that's why we decided to give the pet resort groomers a try and we are so glad we did. When we dropped Buddy off, he was greeted by Harmony, who made me feel a lot better about his appointment as she has a lot of experience specifically with golden retrievers. We got Buddy back about four hours later and his cut was beautiful, he seemed super happy, and he even had on a super cute bandana. Woodland West is wonderful and the people there make each experience great.

My boyfriend brought our brand new puppy in there today (9/18) to check out the place and to see about making woodland our new vet. One of the girls wouldn’t even acknowledge him at first, the other girl ask what he needed and he responded “I’m Not sure, I’m a brand new dog owner” the lady then asked if he had his shots and he responded with “he had his first round of shots, we’re just trying to find a good vet” she said “well he needs his shots and to make an appointment” and basically just brushed us off. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. Everyone has their off day, but to treat people like it’s uncalled for.

Never take you dog here for grooming! My daughter dropped of her beautiful Goldendoodle for a trim and she came back completely shaved. They did not call and tell her there was an issue or ask permission. They refuse to give her money back. The poor puppy is now depressed and sick with diarrhea from the stress. Do not trust these people with your pets!!!

My little Melton came back a changed puppy, so happy and relaxed. He loved his weekend here. All he talked about on the 1000-mile ride home. This is truly a resort for animals. They have a coffee bar at reception complete with PUP CUPS!! They have pool pawty's, concerts, and a doggy salon, not just a groomer but a salon where your fur baby can get a cut and color! Amazing and attentive staff, and I feel the prices were very reasonable! It's most definitely a place I would recommend if you have to choose a place for your animals!

Our pup Sawyer loved going for his play days. Even in his old age, When we got a couple blocks from the house he got so excited. And would walk me to the front door. I do recommend Julie for your pup play day and boarding. She is so sweet to the dogs in her care. R.I.P to our Sawyer he loved Julie so much. Thank you for making his last play days fun for him. Amazing experience- my 3 dogs all have very different personalities- one being very nervous and clingy- Julie made sure all 3 were happy. Julie took extra time to make sure my nervous girl ate and by the end of the stay she was comfortable and needed no enticing at meal time. Julie sent pictures and kept me up to date so I was able to enjoy my trip without worry knowing they were being treated so well and had a great home environment. We will be return customers!

Kit 'n' Pup Care, LLC (Ms Julie Byrtus) is the BEST 💕 Everyone knows my Gus and Charlie and everyone knows they're always with me. So when I tell you Kit 'n' Pup Care (Ms Julie Byrtus) is incredible - I wouldn't want to take my fur babies anywhere else. There was no reason for worry, Ms Julie kept me updated. She sent me photos and videos and she even told me how they gobbled down their food ( and it wasn't hot dogs and hamburgers either). Thank you, Kit 'n' Pup Care (Julie Byrtus) you'll be seeing us again. And did I mention, DOGGIE DAYCARE!!!

Julie is incredible! My Thor has severe separation anxiety after losing 2 pet parents within 2 years, so I never went anywhere overnight. I needed a surgery with hospital stay, and needed to find a place. Julie was very patient with Thor and sent me pictures and updates so I knew he was doing well. He let her get close to him much faster than anyone else ever has. I'll definitely be using Kit 'n Pup Care again.

Kit n’ Pup Care is the BEST! I was always sad to go on vacation because I worried about my dogs so much, almost to the point that I never wanted to leave. Now I tell Ace and Bear they are going on a trip to Julie’s house and we are all happy! When I start packing their food they get so excited! She gives them so much love and special attention. They always have friends to play with and she is careful to assess temperaments to make sure all the dogs are safe. My Golden’s eat a specific combo of wet and dry food and she is happy to feed them exactly as I request. They absolutely love being there!!! It‘s their second home!

My dogs received the best care at Kit 'n' Pup Care. It was like leaving them with family. I got daily updates and pictures. I've already booked 2 more stays for them.

Julie is amazing! I was so nervous being our first time overnight. Julie made my worries quickly go away. She was able to take us last minute, kept us updated with pictures and photos. Her Den is so accommodating in making your fur baby feel right at home. I’m so appreciative! We will soon be setting up for our next trip. Use Julie you won’t be sorry!

She took wonderful care of our cat!! We ran into a flea issue with our previous cat boarding facility so we switched to Kit'n'Pup. We will definitely be using her from now on! To start, the online application was a very thorough process, she addresses every question or concern I could think of beforehand and is incredibly accommodating to different needs. We were able to pack our little guy a bed, toys, treats, and his pop up tunnel. Drop off went very smoothly and she even sent photos and videos of my cat getting acclimated in his space (that was separated from dogs). Our trip was short so we didn't end up asking, but she said she would be available to text updates or send photos as often as we needed! Pick up also went very smoothly and we were able to choose a time into the early evening. I really appreciated that as other boarding facilities or veterinary offices close sooner. When we brought our cat home he was perfectly clean and healthy (no fleas! 😁) and the least stressed he has ever been when we return from a trip! I can't say enough good things about our experience and we will definitely continue boarding here!

We had to quickly find a dog sitter last minute. My daughter found this and it was an answered prayer! We had to fill out paperwork that reinforced that this was not just someone that decided to watch dogs in their home! She kept in touch with me and took the time to make sure our dog was comfortable and it was not rushed. Very pleasant experience! Highly recommend!

I rarely leave my dogs so I was a bit nervous when I decided to board them for a family vacation. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. Julie was absolutely fantastic with them. She sent daily updates and photos to ease my mind. I could tell from pics they were doing great and that allowed me to relax and enjoy my vacation. I will absolutely use Julie again and would gladly refer others to her. ❤️
