Carl-August and Jennie are lovely people and great sitters. I would recommend them to anyone else without hesitation. They were able to arrange their travel plans so we could meet briefly before their time at my place to go over some last minute info/questions. We had regular contact throughout their stay, but they were very laid back and self-sufficient. My cats were both clearly very comfortable and happy staying with Carl-August and Jennie and will probably miss having 4 petting hands around the house instead of just 2. I came back to an apartment that looked basically as clean and orderly as I'd left it. A+

Magdalena and Michal are a charming couple, very experienced sitters with a real fondness for cats. They live not far from my home in Uppsala and kindly agreed to visit before the sit to pick up the keys and meet my pets. Tibby and Chico quickly overcame their timidity and made clear their approval. Everything went smoothly in the week they were here. Magdalena sent entertaining messages and beautiful photos, and introduced the cats to new toys and flavours of Dreamies. I came back to an orderly flat and two happy felines. You'll be glad too if you're fortunate enough to have M&M as sitters!

Zoe is an amazing, caring and trusting house/pet sitter I am so glad she chose to spend a few days in Zug with my furball. She and Luna became great friends from the second they met and Zoe kept me updated daily. Zoe maintained constant communication and Oscar managed to join a day also to give the dog some love and attention. Luna was happy to have me home but upset when Zoe left. I highly recommend Zoe and will definitely have her come and spend time with Luna again in the future.

Angela and her partner were fantastic house sitters. They looked after our cat, Honey Monster really well and sent us a picture and update every day we were away so we knew how he was and that they were getting on ok. They also did a great job of looking after the plants in our home and garden and even repotted a pot plant that needed it! They left the house in a lovely state and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We'd definitely have them back again!

Samantha & Hans took care of my furry babies while I was away. In fact I just met Samantha, since her husband arrived in the next day. Communication was great since day one, she bought the flight ticket and sent me the time of her arrival and I introduced her to the cats . She sent me pics of them and updates and whenever she had any question she promptly asked me. When I got home the apartment was spotless , the girls were happy answering Samantha and Hans left me a chocolate bar from Sweden as a treat . They were really kind and my cats were in very good hands . I recommend them to everyone! Thanks for taking care of my precious babies!!

We felt so luck having Soňa for 3 weeks in total at home! We had the chance to meet before the sit few times: she met and got used to Nioki before the sit, we had a nice home tour and this in a very friendly way. We left with full confidence and this has been reassured during the sit (with reporting and pictures) and after the sit, seeing Nioki super happy and the apartment in super good condition. Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!

Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it.
