The only down side about having George and Larissa and their wonderful children stay in your home and look after your beloved pets is that you are on holiday and don't get to spend time with them! They are AMAZING! From the minute they arrived (we had a half hour cross over) we felt completely confident and relaxed about leaving. We received daily photos and updates on our lively labrador, careful and considerate questions about taking care of our home (all houses have their quirks and its difficult to leave precise instructions about everything), stories and anecdotes about our dog and what she was doing and how she was interacting with the children (I believe there were tears when they left); and in addition to regular Trusted Houseitting duties the family also looked after our Airbnb and interacted with our guests and looked after them perfectly - all of our guests left 5* reviews and all mentioned Larissa and George as their 'wonderful hosts'. When we got home everything was exactly as we left it plus some extra goodies had been left for us to help us settled in after a long flight. This is a family who are stepping out into the world and doing 'life' in what many would consider a non-conventional way - but that means they are very experienced travellers, quick to hit the ground running when they arrive and 100% adorable. Mary is a good communicator and reconfirmed the pet sit in advance. She had a very good relationship with our dog Skye and took excellent care of her. Mary kept in good contact with me to take care of small details (like when we forgot to tell her where we kept the leash!). Mary left everything sparkling clean. She showed up as planned and stayed until we returned. Highly recommended; trustworthy. Mary is truly a delight and a very capable person.

Liz and Jose were great! Liz and I talked a few times between the time we confirmed the pet-sit and the time they arrived. They were anxious to see the welcome guide I prepared and had clearly read it before they arrived. They had never been to my area before, but they researched the things they like to do beforehand and found what they need. They always got back to me quickly when we communicated and always did exactly what they said they would do (and what I asked, like texting me their ETA when they were on their way here). Unfortunately, my cat is a weirdo - sort of feral acting - and didn't come out of hiding until their last day or two. But they were patient with her and even left the house a few times to give her a chance to come out and eat and do her business. They were really disappointed that they couldn't spend more time with my sweet girl, but they took care of all of her needs with regard to food, water, and scooping litter, so she was well taken care of. Liz and I have been in touch already since their sit, and we're hoping we can find a way to make Rosie more comfortable with them next time. Hopefully, that will happen, because I really liked them, and they loved my area, so a repeat performance would be great for all of us, hopefully including Rosie.

Richard and Maricela we an absolute Godsend! I thought I was going to miss out on this family trip because I couldn't find a sitter. I reached out to them personally through zeewoi, and they responded promptly, worked out their schedule and made themselves available for the short four day sit. Miss Kitty is 21 years young and requires medication and lots of love and attention. I say she is high maintenance because she is so precious to me and I expect her to get a lot of attention in my absence. They sent daily updates with photos and I could clearly see that she was in good hands. They are both very kind and gentle people, which was very comforting to me. I'm grateful for their commitment and look forward to their return.

Kei and Cleaf were fantastic! From the very start when we met virtually they were great communicators. They asked all the right questions to make sure this sit was a good fit for them and us. They were professional and personable. They took great care of our dogs, fish, plants and home while we were away. We appreciated the daily photo updates. Our dogs definitely looked like they enjoyed the hikes and attention they were given. Upon our return our home was nice and clean, with fresh flowers, dinner and treats waiting for us. Most importantly our dogs were happy, relaxed and well taken care of. Our plants looked better than ever too. If you are looking for phenomenal house sitters who will take excellent care of your pets, are organized, clean, good communicators, great photographers and horticulturists you can’t go wrong. What a lovely couple Tara and Tyler are. They had been in Scottsdale about six weeks before the house sit. and can to meet us. Rusé, our Toy Fox Terrier, fell in love with them immediately, and was in Tara’s arms within two minutes. We always like our sitters to arrive the day before we leave, take them out to dinner and get to know them. It was quite apparent from the videos and photos we received, that Rusé did not miss us. Tara and Tyler’s three grown up children joined them before Xmas-to Rusé’s delight as these were additional hands to throw his rubber bones and balls. The house was all clean and tidy, when we returned.. There is a strong possibility that Tara and Tyler will move to Arizona from Montana, with two of their children, recently moved to the area. They have already offered to look after Rusé in the future. We know he would love it. We cannot recommend Tyler and Tara higher enough, they were perfect House and Pet sitters

We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!
