Francisco & Emilia were excellent sitters that I'd highly recommend, being a former house & pet-sitter myself. My partner & I invited them to stay the night before we left for our trip so we were able to get to know them a bit. They were lovely, affectionate with our dogs, and very trustworthy. We felt 100% content to have them stay at our place with our two dogs. They communicated very well & left the house clean & tidy. We were so grateful to have their help & happy to hear that they enjoyed the sit as well.

I can't speak highly enough of Phil and Cathy as housesitters - they are wonderful, conscientious people who we can highly recommend, and set the benchmark for us for excellent housesitters. Phil and Cathy looked after our dog, Hanya, for 2.5 weeks whilst we were away on honeymoon, and we were able to fully enjoy our time away as we knew our dog and house were safe in their able hands - we had complete trust in them from the start, and their easygoing nature was highly reassuring. They were very communicative before and during the stay, sending us regular updates on Hanya, and spent most days taking her out on lovely walks in our local area! We returned to a clean and tidy house exactly as we left it (possibly even better!). We would absolutely love to welcome them back to our home at any point in the future - thanks again both!

Ruby was honestly a gift! We couldn't have asked for a lovelier, kinder and more caring person to stay with our cats. She is such an incredible human. She completely understood how nervous I was to be leaving my cats and how skittish the one cat is. Her communication was fantastic and I came home to 2 absolutely calm cats. I actually think she was a better influence on them than I am! Our home was SPOTLESS and she even changed the linen for us before we got home! I am devastated that she doesn't live in London and can't watch our cats every time we're away because it's just been such a wonderful experience. The only thing is she didn't eat any of the snacks we left which meant I had to eat a giant bag of crisps when I got home! 😂 Honestly, anyone would be so lucky to have Ruby be at their home. What a lovely person. Thank you Ruby!!!

Hannah and Will are fabulous house sitters. Their communication before their stay was clear and they immediately put us at ease. They both clearly love animals and were able to deal with a last-minute change to the pet care instructions which involved giving tablets to a cat who isn’t used to it! They treated our house beautifully and I think they left it cleaner than they found it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hannah and Will and would 100% invite them to look after our pets in the future.

Katrina was absolutely fantastic! We received daily messages & photos letting us know how our pup was getting on. She sincerely felt love & affection for him which we knew from the first time they met. Couldn't have been more reassured that our pup was going to well cared for and safe. The one thing we were not prepared for was how well Katrina looked after our house & garden! We've had to struggle since she left to keep it as clean & well maintained. Linda stayed at our house for one week and we couldn't have wished for a better sitter to look after our house and pets. Linda was clearly experienced and comfortable with our dog and cat. She took our dog Alfie out for long walks every morning and made sure their usual routines were followed. She also posted us regular pictures and updates which was great. Having met Linda for a short while prior to us going away, we were quickly reassured our pets would be in safe hands, and that proved correct. We would not hesitate to recommend Linda and would be really pleased to host her again if the opportunity arose.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. She thought of everything related to us and our pets, so we could have a seamless late evening return. We highly recommend Andrea for any zeewoi, as she is a jewel. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap.
