Nikki arrived early for her sit so we had a few hours to meet her and introduce her to our dog Olive. She was very pleasant and we totally felt comfortable that she was the right choice for our vacation. Upon returning home our home was in very clean shape, the bedding was washed and there was a detailed note and vase of flowers that she had left for us. We would happily have Richard move in! He's a lovely guy to chat to and the dogs immediately loved him. By the time we left sprocket was already lying on him snoring away. We came back to a nice clean house and the dogs had been out for a walk.

Emmi kindly agreed to come the day before I left which was much appreciated and I was happy to pick her up from the train station. She was a lovely bubbly, friendly person, easy to have in my home. Emmi contacted me once when I was away with a picture of Alfie on a walk and on one other occasion to seek help with feeding Alfie as she had a personal appt that overlapped his evening meal time. I was happy to do this as had offered support like that from sister who lived nearby if she wanted to leave him for longer than the preferred 4-5 hours, something I offer to all my sitters so they can enjoy the local area. Unfortunately she did leave him for longer than I anticipated or my sister would have taken him to her house. I think Emmi struggled with planning ahead travel arrangements to and from Edinburgh perhaps not anticipating how long buses took, though trains half the time but don’t run after midnight. Alfie seemed relaxed around Emmi though I think his walking and feeding routine was not as he was accustomed to. I always tell sitters just to leave the bedding etc as I am happy to do all that when I get home preferring the attention to be on Alfie. Emmi left my home tidy though I would have preferred half eaten food to have been removed from the fridge and maybe the bathroom bin emptied Emmi seemed to have left her packing until the very last minute so was a bit rushed when I got home but we did make it to the train station in time for her onward journey

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I enjoyed meeting Samara. Sosha arrived after I left so we only communicated in writing. Samara is a sweet, considerate pet sitter. She brought her cat, who posed no difficulties to my pets. Samara was in good communication with me during her stay. She used my car without incident. My home was left much cleaner than upon her arrival. Samara proved to be an honest and responsible pet sitter and I would open my home to her at any time in the future.

Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Just a delightful person all around. I'd love to have her come again and if you have a chance to have her housesit, jump on it. She is a gem.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. They were outstanding house and pet sitters whom we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.
