I went away for a long weekend vacation and I was nervous to leave my cat. My cat Mazie received the best care while I was gone, and I got daily pictures of her so I knew she was okay and happy. Definitely will be using this service again. Jamie was AMAZING!

It’s difficult leaving your fur babies. It’s even more difficult finding someone you trust to take care of them in your home. From day one 4 years ago love and kisses has been great !! Shonda has taken great care of my baby. The bonus is they will even get your mail, water the plants if you need. I wouldn’t trust anyone other company with taking care of my baby. I don’t have to worry too much when we are away.

Cat Methaney is our love and kisses pet sitter who has been a part of our family for over a year now. She is more than a responsible pet caregiver. She is caring and loving, whether it's a boisterous young dog, or one in her final days. She is also concerned with the household and is considerate to everyone's needs. I mean, our pet is part of our family, correct?

Prompt, courteous, professional and love pets. Shonda took amazing care of our 2 dogs, 2 rabbits and many chickens and ducks. She was prompt every day and sent detailed reports of our happy babies. We don't go away often but will use Love and Kisses again and will highly recommend to anyone who asks. One area of improvement and it's small is the website. It's a little intricate and tricky to get set up.

A fantastic group of people who truly care about the animals in their care. I cannot say enough good things about "Love and Kisses Pet Sitting." We've used them since moving to NC and have been completely pleased. Our dogs, Louie and Maggie, are cared for right in our own home. We never worry about them getting hurt by another dog in a kennel. While away our pet sitter sends us updates and photos of them. Louie and Maggie love their pet sitter and are happy when she comes to see them. Their convenient online scheduler makes booking dates a breeze. We recently had to attend a funeral out of state. Even at short notice Love and Kisses made themselves available to us. During that time we were concerned about many things. Louie and Maggie's care was not one of them. We knew they in great hands. Teresa was so great with my cats and they really love her! I was given updates twice a day with pictures. I really appreciate the text updates every visit. It gives me peace of mind that my guys are taken care of while I’m away. The office staff are also super friendly and helpful. Shelly made booking so easy. I have been using Love and Kisses to do nail trims on my dogs for several weeks now and I am absolutely thrilled with Shelly. Her communication and flexibility with me is incredible, and she is so genuinely excited to see my dogs. One has had some trouble with nail trims before and we muzzle him for safety, she is so patient with him and has helped to make his nail trims less stressful. The cost is so reasonable, and I would likely pay more at a grooming salon which would be much more stressful for my anxious pup. Thank you Shelly for taking such great care of Jake and Elle!

Absolutely hands down the best team of pet professionals I will always rely on for pet sitting needs. I cannot recommend this group enough. All interactions have been extremely positive and my pets always look beyond thrilled to have them there. Always going above and beyond with professionalism and superb customer service. I usually fly out family to sit our pets while away, and this group supersedes that! Cannot recommend enough.

Best Place Ever for your fir babies. Winston can't wait to go to daycare and play. He loves everyone there. He is also very tired when he comes home and that's a good thing. Everyone there are so nice and you can tell how much they love each dog that comes there. We also board Winston and we know he is getting the best care. It is very easy to set up an account. Drop off and pick up times were super easy and accommodating. Love the Facebook pictures of the pups for the days they are there. Makes me feel good that my dog is still having fun while I can't be there. Only downside... I had my dogs ears cropped, and they were heald just needed posting to help them stay up. They called us a day later and said they would need to remove the ear taping or he would have to be in his kennel. I read over the NC boarding regulation and the ones for the company, and NO, WHERE does it say ears can't be taped. I paid $40 the day before to get them posted and had to take my pup again when I picked him up for another $40 posting. Edit: The owner doesn't like people's options and canceled our account there and ban our dog from coming back because they didn't tell us about his ear being posted until he was already dropped off and we were out of the state. I saw this as an unforseen expense. Had they spoke up at the time of drop off, I wouldn't have said anything. It's poor management or training on their part.

This was Milo’s first time at any day care, no one outside of my parents have watched him for me so I was extremely nervous but the staff were so nice as soon as I entered. Not only was their sweet treatment immediately nerve calming, but I was able to stay a few minutes to make sure we all felt confident in him handling day care well. He did amazing and I got to see photos of him enjoying his time on Facebook. He is a high energy breed so I appreciate the all day play. We can’t wait to come back and I feel super confident in knowing we have a great place to board him in the future

Great boarding center, could take our pup last minute and she was TIRED when we picked her up, we’ll be back! Thanks to the staff for making everyone comfortable on our first pup boarding! excellent all around!

I have nothing but good things to say about this facility and the staff. My 1 year old shepherd loves the day care and when she is picked up she comes home actually tired. The staff is very personable and has love for all the dogs.The cage free environment and all dogs running around is such a plus. The pricing is another thing why I love it! Why spend $40 a day to watch your pup on a webcam play for maybe 2 hours out of the day somewhere else, when you can bring them here knowing they are having a blast all day in the huge field.

Our dog loves going to daycare at Big Red’s. The staff know and love her and it really helped her learn how to socialize with other dogs. Plus she really loves when the pool is open and staff always make sure she is dry by the time we need to pick her up.

My dogs stayed two nights. TWO. They have never been boarded and I’m so upset with their treatment. One of my babies paws are all burned! They told me when I picked them up they had been limping “probably from running so much” which is false. And my other dog now has a sore inbetween his toes and his whole paw is swollen from it. He has never had anything like this before and is almost 8 y/o. I’m so disappointed. Do not recommend. Also my boy dog has seperation anxiety and takes trazadone for it. When picking them up BOTH dogs are drugged up. My female dog does not take medication. She was falling asleep in our arms just walking to the car. Don’t trust this place. I included a pic of each of their paws. The burnt and the sore. Some of her burns were even bleeding. Also when you check online pickup times say 3-7pm. I went right at 3 and they charged me an extra $40 for not getting them this morning when their website specifically says pickup 3-7pm no morning times and they don’t answer the phone. I would have loved to get my dogs sooner. Terrible. UPDATE- my girl with burned paws still won’t walk it’s been two days. Her paws are scabbed from how burned they are and one of her toes is swollen 3x normal size. She is shaking in pain. Will have to call the vet tomorrow. And now my other dog is puking. DO NOT GO HERE. This is ridiculous!! My poor babies. My other dog is vomitting blood and has black stool since going. Had to go to the emergency vet. When trying to contact the owner about this treatment she denied even giving any medicine. When we counted the pills. There were 7 gone within a 2 night stay!! His dose was 1-2 pills in a 24 hour period. They WERE 100% drugged. They are lively dogs and were asleep in our arms when we picked them up, to the point it was if they were post-op. Was really hoping the owner would care enough about animals to acknowledge this mistreatment but ALSO lying saying they didn’t give them anything! And attacking us for reviewing saying we lied is ridiculous. Do better!!

We've been taking Anna, our Siberian Husky, to Big Reds since she was old enough to go. Now she's almost one. We LOVE Big Reds and our dog does too! She knows when she's going and can't wait to run to the door. So thankful for this place, the staff, and trust that we have with them. They do an excellent job taking lots of photos of the pups while there so you can check in and see all the fun they are having in the back yard. Anna goes to day camp and has been boarded there and we don't have one negative experience. In fact, our son had a medical emergency and required us to need care for Anna over the weekend and obviously last minute. They made magic happen and took excellent care of us in a time of great need. Thanks, Big Reds!

We are so thankful for a place like Big Red's Bed & Biscuit when we go out of town. It’s a relief to know our dog has a nice private sleeping place, has a huge yard and pool to play in, a cool place to play when it’s hot or rainy, and is loved and cared for big time! The daily pictures are a huge bonus!

I only go by when I have to pick up my sister's dog, Champ, but everytime I go it's always very clean and they have very friendly staff. Champ, along with all the other dogs I see leaving, always looks happy and always comes home clean and worn out from playing all day. You can tell Blair really has a passion for taking care of other people's dogs and it shows. There's hardly ever an open bed there since everyone loves this place. I've looked into it before for my own dog and their prices are very affordable and competitive with other places. If I ever needed to leave my dog somewhere for vacation or whatever else, this is where I'd leave them and wouldn't have a worry in the world with my choice.

Our Yellow Lab is in training with Terry and is progressing amazingly well!! She's happy, bright, and moving through her training checkpoints with a solid foundation to build on. Oakridge Kennels is a beautiful property, well-maintained, and in a quiet corner of Monroe. This is the second dog that we've sent to Oakridge for gun retriever training and we couldn't be happier with the results!!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. My mother recently picked up her dogs from this kennel, and I am utterly appalled by their condition. The dogs were covered in urine and feces, reeking of filth. It's clear they were neglected and left in disgusting conditions. To make matters worse, two kids who handed over the dogs shrugged off any responsibility, claiming they weren't there over the weekend. Their indifference was infuriating, and it's clear they couldn't care less about the animals' wellbeing. It's heartbreaking to see how these dogs were treated, shaking and in such a sorry state. This place is an absolute disgrace. DO NOT bring your pets here if you care about them! The owners need to address these serious issues immediately, as this level of neglect is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!

We have used Oakridge Kennels for years. The staff are always so kind, and the facilities are spacious with a great country atmosphere. These folks are pros.

Will absolutely not be leaving our dog here again. Upon picking her up today after being boarded for 3 nights she was covered in urine and poop. Her feet are stained yellow, after washing them multiple times from obviously sitting in her own filth. We called ahead to let them know we were headed back and on our way to pick up our girl and we were not told of her condition. We were told after we got there that she had an upset stomach at one point, but that does not excuse her being covered in poop.

Top notch environment, clean, knowledgeable, and very welcoming for us as well as for our fur babies. Looking forward to the extensive training opportunity for our newest fur baby Gunner!

They definitely love dogs and provide a happy retreat from them while owners are away.

Absolutely wonderful. I’m at the beach currently and my German Shepherd is there. Sam, is a one year old pup who has never been away from me. She jumped there fencing and ran but the owner and the employees went over and beyond on working hand in hand with my mother to find my baby who had been staying on their property. They have been so understanding about allowing my mother to go visit Sam everyday to make sure she gets her cuddles and is eating. The employees have been so amazing to Sam and have really given me a peace of mind. I would suggest this place to anyone!

My husband and I recently left town for an extended international trip. We have never boarded our dogs for five weeks before, so I was anxious about finding the right place for them. I called Oakridge, and Courtney was kind enough to let me come in and briefly tour the premises. She walked through the kennel with me and showed me what their stay would be like. After we boarded them, we called weekly for updates. Communication was excellent. The young ladies who work here are extremely kind and professional, and they took excellent care of our dogs. Both of my dogs have anxiety, and the ladies here worked with them to make them feel comfortable and at home. When we picked them up, it was easy to see that our dogs were happy and had been well cared for. The boarding rate was extremely reasonable. I'm so happy that we chose Oakridge Kennels to board our dogs, and I would highly recommend their services.

My dogs love vacationing here. Always eager to go back there. Pricing is comparable to other places, but here the dogs can go on a nature walk. They love the staff, too. It's all about what my dogs like and this is the one they like.

So the owner of this company has caused our family and MANY of other families major issues when it comes to having our dogs boarded. Why? Because he/she is scared of competition and or jealous that a neighboring facility provides a more personal experience for her clients. So this “man” decides to take away a young families income all because he is jealous. Childish! I would never allow my dog to stay with such immature and conniving people! Please don’t give them your business. They don’t deserve it!

Our 2 year old Beagle, Bandit, had the best time boarding with them for 2.5 weeks. Staff treated him as if he was their own dog. ♥️ They sent daily photos and videos as well as putting together fun dress-up events for the dogs.

My 1 y/o Carin Terrier Archer has made 11 daycare visits. I’m not one to post reviews right off the bat so wanted to wait till he got a few visits under his collar. We love this place, the people and the atmosphere! Archers all excited when we go in and is ready for nap time when he gets home. He’s hyper and we enjoy the break! We received good information about what we need to do for boarding our dog, but I was a little disappointed finding out that the dogs cannot go outside. I understand there is probably something required of the facility that hasn't happened yet because it is new. I appreciate you having the shampooing service, but felt it was something that was pushed instead of recommended. I know it is not an easy job to clean a dog, but the price seemed high to me considering we will be paying for boarding. Overall your facility and staff was inviting and welcoming which we appreciate. That said, we hope you will become our dog's home away from home when we need somewhere safe, and caring for her to be when we are not in town.

Our wary 15 mos old Great Pyrenees passed her evaluation and found great friends and a new daycare/kennel home today! So glad, because another kennel sent her home after only two hours since she was so afraid of their singular large group approach with all breeds big and small combined. That was overwhelming for her. Their understanding and willingness to work with her and their smaller group socialization approach worked great for us at Hounds Town. What a relief, she will be back! Thank you Hounds Town!

We have absolutely loved how Hounds Town has taken in our sweet Everest! She plays and plays for days and before she comes home she gets the pampering of a nice bath and nails done! She of course loves to play so this is a great place for her to go. The staff are beyond welcoming and love her to bits so that's all you want. I would highly recommend this location.

I took my 1 yr old boxer, Star, to be evaluated at Hounds Town. The staff was so considerate to make sure that my boxer has a pleasant experience. They let her meet other dogs that she would be more compatible with so that she can be comfortable playing. It definitely put my mind at ease knowing that they truly care. I would recommend them to everyone! When we took her back for her first day of daycare, she absolutely loved it! She gets excited when we arrive at Hounds Town. She loves the staff and her new friends. There is no other place like this one. We love it here! Thank you Hounds Town 🩷

My 10 month old golden retriever! Went in for his evaluation before going to doggy daycare and they treated him amazing! It is a great place for him to get his energy out and I know he is being taken care of by the great staff!

I'll start with the staff - You can tell that every person there is a true animal lover that really gets to know their furry friends. The evaluation - They make sure that there are no distractions and all focus is on your pet. It's a very simple process of letting the dog get familiar with their surroundings, the staff, and seeing how they respond around another animal (carefully and safely). The reward - when your buddy passes the evaluation they get to try out the daycare! My baby loved it! I could tell she was excited about the people, the place, and her new friends. She can't wait to go back.

I am so glad I found Hounds Town Indian Trail. We had a family emergency and I had to drop my Papito (cat) without any previous notice and they were amazing. I got photos updates and they did everything they could to help him eat and not be anxious. I believe he had an amazing time. We used different cat hotels and boarding but nothing compares to how good I felt leaving my baby here.

We are EXTREMELY pleased with Hounds Town Indian Trail. We set up an eval day this morning for our pup. They offered a free day of daycare while we were there so our pup got to stay and play all day long! It was such an easy process and it was so reassuring seeing the employees care for other dogs that were getting dropped off for daycare. We could tell immediately how happy other dogs were when they were dropped off. Our pup came home happy and tired, and we cant wait until we take her back for boarding.

Lucky has stayed here many times while we are on vacation. I feel so relaxed when I leave him with Cynthia. I know Lucky is in good hands and there is no need to worry. We love the videos she posts on Facebook. She stays up to date on all shots and lets you know when she needs updated records. She also knows how to keep the dogs separated so they are safe. I've been taking my puppy, Raven, to Unleashed Pet Resort for a couple of months now and we absolutely love it! I cannot say enough good things about Cynthia and Unleashed Pet Resort. Whether I'm bringing Raven for a day of doggy daycare or for a week of boarding, I can always trust that Raven will be safe, loved, and have a great time playing with her friends. Cynthia loves all of the animals that stay with her, and Raven gets excited every time we pull into her driveway. Cynthia takes the time to get to know each dog and put them in a play area with similar dogs. Raven is extremely high energy, so we're always happy to see Cynthia's Facebook posts of Raven running around playing with her friends. I would highly recommend Unleashed Pet Resort to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and friendly dog daycare or boarding for their dog!

We have been bringing our puppy to Unleashed Pet Resort for a couple of months and we are so happy with Cynthia and the facility. Raven is a very hyper puppy, but she is able to get out all her energy when she is at day care or stays for a couple of nights! We have gone away for extended periods of time and Raven has done great with spending time there. When we drop her off she is so excited to go that she doesn’t even say bye to us! I couldn’t recommend Unleased Pet Resort anymore for day care or over nights stays!

We love Cynthia! We have two dogs (Bentley is just over 1y and Gizmo just over 2 mo.) and Cynthia has taken great care of them. Both are white dogs with all the fun skin issues white dogs get. Cynthia has no problem giving daily medications and will even groom/bathe your dog. I know my dogs are always happy when they go to her house. She sends photo/video updates of your dog to make you comfortable as well. I look forward to those! I highly recommend her for your daycare/boarding needs. You will not regret it! One of the best places I've taken my pets.

We have finally found a doggie daycare for our 5 month old lab, Harley. Cynthia has the perfect setup for pups, rain or shine. She took great care of our boy and you can definitely tell she has a love for animals! This was Harley’s first time being in daycare all day and when I picked him up, I’m pretty sure he didn’t want to leave his new puppy friends. We will be back and on a regular basis. Thanks so much for loving on our baby today!

I've taken my dog here for a couple of years now, and even though I've moved and it's a 30+ minute drive to get there now, it's worth the extra drive. I love that my dog doesn't just sit lonely in a kennel all day. He gets to run around - unleashed! - in a great play area. He gets lots of personal interaction, not just someone who feeds him and lets him out twice a day. And she posts pictures and videos too, so you can see them all having fun. I wouldn't take him anywhere else! Thanks, Cynthia, for having such a great place where I can bring my dog and know he'll be loved and treated well!

We’ve been taking our dog to Fido’s for several weeks now and have really enjoyed the experience. After just a few visits, our dog has figured out when he’s getting to go, and he gets so excited!! The people are really friendly, and we’ve come to really trust them with our little buddy. Their prices are very fair, and they are very accommodating. We highly recommend them and are sure your dogs will have a great time there.

They're great. My dog loves...LOVES going there. She literally jumps out of the car to go play with her friends every time I take her. The facility is great, lots of running space and awesome staff. I take my dog 3 times a week. By the time the dog gets home.... She's out like a light snoring away with her tongue hanging out. Best thing ever.

Fidos Retreat is a great choice for keeping your dog happy and giving you peace of mind while your out of town. I love the community play time and the daily videos on Facebook.

We love Fidos!!!! The best place to board a dog. BOOKING/ DROP OFF: Make sure to book in advance because they are popular! When dropping off my dog, they are always so friendly and show us around the facility. They show us where our dog will sleep and where he will play. They answered any questions I had and this made me so comfortable to drop off my puppy! KENNELS: The dogs get their own spacious kennels with their own water bowl inside. They welcome bringing your own bedding so he had his bed and blanket with him. They have specific feeding times in the morning and evening, and asked when my dog usually eats. They have heat and air in the building. PLAYTIME: The outside field is SO spacious. Lots of room to play!!! They have play equipment and balls, and there's shady spots and sunny spots! They will also pull the hose out to cool down the dogs if it's too hot. They get lots of playtime all throughout the day. If a dog(s) become too aggressive, they have a separate yard and do a good job about temporarily separating them. PRICE: it is SO affordable compared to other places in the city! They charge by day and there is a discount for multiple dogs. The drive is easy to get there and I don't mind driving it because of the affordable price. OTHER THINGS THEY OFFER: you can have them bathe your dog at the end of your stay. They also have doggy daycare daily. MY FAVORITE PART: they make it SO easy to check on your dog! They have a Facebook page and they post many videos daily of the dogs playing. I was constantly checking Facebook! The videos show all the dogs playing so you can watch and find your dog to see how they are doing! This made me so comfortable leaving my dog for a week for the first time because I could see him having so much fun and interacting with other dogs! AFTER: I know my dog had a blast because he was exhausted for a couple days and just slept! This is always a good sign. The owners live right on the property and are at the kennel with the dogs very often. It is family owners and operated. I HIGHLY recommend Fidos, they care about your dog and make sure they have a great stay! Your doggy's will be in great hands!

We are so happy we found Fido’s Retreat! We moved from another state where we had a family member who would stay at our home with our dog while we were away so she never had been in a kennel situation. We were nervous about her in a kennel because she is not the most social dog but Tony is like a dog whisperer! I love watching the videos and Tony’s commentary and seeing our dog running around with a wagging tail! We 100% recommend Fido’s Retreat.

Fantastic! We visited half a dozen kennels around Monroe and Fido's retreat wins hands down! Really liked seeing the new videos on FB every day. I knew my dog was having fun and being taken care of. Will definitely take her back!!!!

So pleased with my first time boarding my toy poodle at Fido's (or anywhere). The kennels are large and inviting, and very clean. My puppy is particularly good at escaping from anywhere, and I was very nervous to leave her in someone else's care. After seeing how he has everything secured, I felt MUCH better. Then, he posts daily videos on Facebook to ease your mind, just happy pups playing outside, under supervision. I will definitely recommend Fido's to friends and family, and be using them again for future vacations!

Last year I left my six dogs with them, my 9lb 13 year old dachshund with hearing issues was allowed to get in with 2 German Shepards that were separated due to being aggressive. She was attacked and the owner set his teenage son and a helper to the animal hospital with here. He didn’t even have the guts to go himself. He called us and told us she was attacked and was bleeding. When we got there there was no chance of saving her. She was our grand puppy. His son told us that this was avoidable, they new the dogs were aggressive and didn’t do what they needed to protect the other dogs there. When we contacted animal control about it, he called my wife and was angry that we called them. He told them that he had a least paid for the vet visit. We had used him for over ten years and he has never taken in aggressive dogs, when I asked him about it he said every dog deserves a chance. The man has gotten greedy for money and doesn’t care for the dogs safety. Do not use this facility, there are a lot of better ones out there. The one we use now does not take in a dog unless they show to be calm and not aggressive. Don’t take a chance with Fido’s retreat.

Our Corgi always has a great time visiting Fido's Retreat. The best thing are the Facebook videos multiple times a day so we can see him running around and getting some play time with the other guests. Thanks!

Our dog loves Charlotte Kennels each time he visits. Whether to have a vacation or to get groomed he's always happy!

I recently moved to Charlotte and couldn't use my (new) regular in-home dogsitter for a work trip so I reached out to Charlotte Kennels because one of my dogs is leash and barrier reactive and I'd read that they had experience with spicy dogs. I was worried about him staying in a facility with a bunch of other dogs, but they made me feel comfortable leaving him with them. They were also so helpful during the booking process because I was boarding two dogs and I wanted to get the younger one evaluated for playgroup, but still wanted her to stay/play with her brother. The pups' stay was great. Check-in was easy, and I loved getting their report cards. I can tell my 1-year-old girl had a great time at her first playgroup because they sent some great pictures. They also filled me in on how the dogs were doing when I called to check in on them. When they recapped the stay at pick up, I could tell I'd made a good choice for my reactive guy because they had a plan to get him out for potty breaks and individual play without stressing him out. I can't express enough how much I appreciate the care that Charlotte Kennels took with my pups. I will 100% be using them again when the need arises. And I plan to bring my younger dog in for daycare days because she seemed to enjoy it so much!

Highly recommend! This is Petey's third day care session with CK, and I'm extremely happy with the care they give my senior pup. I was worried about him with other dogs due to his reactivity when I'm with him, but he's had a great time, has had no issues interacting with the other pups, and comes home tired and happy! Audrey is so awesome! I have a 90lb reactive dog who is a sweetheart but can be a little nuts at times and they take amazing care of him! If you need to board your pet, but are worried about them just know they will be just fine and this is the place to bring them!

Just picked up my kitties from vacation and I couldn’t recommend Charlotte Kennels enough!! The staff was awesome and even sent me “report cards” on how they were doing throughout the week. I was a little nervous about leaving them in a new place but I was not disappointed in the least! So glad I found somewhere I can comfortably leave my babies and not have to worry. Thank you for taking such great care of my big, nervous girls! It has been 2 years since I have been able to travel out of state to see family due to not having an option to board my pups. I have two large, high energy, anxious cane corso mix girls. One has shown reactivity and sees a behavioralist. Charlotte Kennels were not afraid of my pups size, and took the time to calm by own anxiety by taking note of all their various likes, needs, and quirks. From their love of my pets (if either ever go missing, I’m calling this sitters first! 😜) , to their respect for my home, to the ease of reserving and making sure they know all they should, to caring for our RABBIT Thump: they are amazing! My walkers/Sadie & George’s “aunties” are AMAZING. They have tips for my dogs, clean up after oops, and send me sweet photos while away. My kitties got wonderful care while I was out of the country. I received daily email updates with pictures which was wonderful. Lori did a wonderful job looking after them. I did not have to worry about them as I knew they were being well taken care of, and that if for some reason Lori could not go by one day there were two backups in place. Could not be more pleased and will definitely use this wonderful team again!

Incredible people, and incredible service. I was looking for a chicken sitter, which is very difficult to find, and CMP/Lucie came through. The chickens were cared for extremely well and lovingly. Everything was done as if I was there, and the updates and pictures really made me feel secure. I would highly recommend CMP and I cannot say enough good things about the service, care of my pets, easy to use portal, and updates. Jamie and Debbie did an incredible job, so kudos.

First time having to board my dog. I have a 9 month old Blue Heeler. From the moment I walked in the door they welcomed us with smiles and it made me feel at ease. Beth told me all about the schedule from morning to night. She let me know that I could text while my dog was there. It was nice that I got pictures sent to my cell phone the next day. When I picked my dog up he was so happy to see me. I even asked about having him there for a day. I would recommend them 10/10. Happy dog/Happy mom!! Especially over the holidays. Pressly Playcation has been amazing for our pittie mix. Been using them since October 2023 for daycare and boarding. Has completely opened up our once shy/anxious pup. When it’s time to pick her up she doesn’t want to leave. The staff is fantastic and loves each dog like they’re their own.

My mom's dog LOVES coming here! They treat her like their own pet and we love the pictures. She always has a great time and we love knowing she's safe and happy!

I just want everyone to know how amazing the staff is at Pressley Playcation Station. They truly care for my beagle and they totally understand his needs. I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Pressly doggy Day care. My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare for both me. When I dropped off my dog, the day I was leaving the country, I was informed that I had a balance of $245. I had paid for 3 months of daycare and boarding in April. I had a conversation with the manager and she said the confusion was due to me booking and paying. She told me to not pay months in advance. To pay monthly. Then they waited until I was leaving the country, 3 months later to say, we went over everything in April. We saw you still owe us $245. I explained then in April. The STAFF did the computations and told me how much. I paid what they said it would be. Yet my dog went DAILY in April, May and June and all of July, to tell me. They didn’t answer the phone to give an explanation, despite me calling several times.. The day I am leaving the country I had to drive to where the manager is to provide an explanation. Due to the inconsistency and inconvenience, I told the manager that my puppy wouid no longer attend Pressly. The manager attitude was apathetic and disinterested. No apologies offered. It’s just my puppy and I, and I was leaving for Israel, that evening. There was no other arrangements I could make. The manager didn’t care and was not interested. Secondly, When I picked my puppy up yesterday, he was dirty and smelly and he had lost weight. He looked and smelled horrific. I had to immediately take him to be washed and cleaned. He smelled so bad. I couldn’t take him inside the house. Even the groomer mentioned how he smelled. I think that because I said that I would be removing him, they didn’t care for him properly. To top it off, the daycare is quite expensive for the level of care provided. I was paying over $500+ a month for my puppy. I am disappointed in Pressly and their manager. In conclusion, I would not recommend them and my puppy will never return.

Lynn does a wonderful job of grooming Mischa each time! When I pick up Mischa she is calm and happy. Of course, her new cut looks great!! We are planning a return visit now!!!

Poor communication. Put my dog in 1:1 care, never had an issue with her in dog groups at this facility or other daycares. Charged extra $10/day. Will not be returning.

My sister's dog is now the lone dog in the household, and has no dog friends in the neighborhood. There are no dog parks in Monroe. Took her to Pressly to see how that would work out. She was like a different dog after her first day there, I could tell that she had had a good time, and she was relaxed and calm after her visit. After a second visit a couple of weeks later, I noticed that when we walk she doesn't pull on the leash like she used to. I can see that her Playcation days are good for her so it will now be regular thing to take her there for a day of fun.

Our beagle Lilly LOVES going to Pressly Playcation Station. She's exhausted every night from all the fun play time. The staff all truly love animals and they are also customer-focused. When I am there to drop off or pick up my dog, I'm typically in a hurry to get to work or to pick up my daughter from school and the staff works quickly to make process super simple. I also love the pictures that they share daily on Facebook.

I have been using queen city petsitting for years and highly recommend them!! Let's start with James. I can always count on James to answer any questions I have and assign the right person for my fur babies. He is courteous, professional and always extends a helping hand when you need one. In fact, we just got a 2 month old kitten who needed additional TLC in the evenings, this was over the Christmas holidays, and he found us a catsitter that could take care of her. We also want to thank Idelisse for taking care of our fur babies in the evening, even through thr Christmas holidays. Last but not least, Mallory is a godsend! We've been requesting Mallory for years and we can always count on her. She made herself available over the Christmas holidays, our fur babies love her, hang out with her and spends quality time with them. Our vacations are always stress free as we know that our fur babies are in good hands!

Their prices are fair and reasonable compared to their competitors and the services did not disappoint. Sarah stayed with our 3 pups in my home while we were on a 7-night cruise. I was very nervous since this is the longest any of has have left our furbabies with someone who wasn’t family. However, Sarah was extremely professional and gave us a huge sense of security and relief knowing they were safe in my home taken care of and treated like family. She sent timely updates and photos (and snuggled in bed) with every visit and kept me in the loop the entire vacation! I cannot thank Sarah and Queen City PS for their services. It is so wonderful to have this option in the future. We are already planning our next trip!

We’ve used Queen City Pet Sitting 2-3 times now and would highly recommend them for anyone in the area. Our pet sitters came to meet us, get the layout of the house, introduce themselves to the pets (5 cats, some more skittish than others), and set up the schedule with us. Each pet sitter was diligent in letting us know when they stopped by the house and sent pictures of the pets (have added some of those to this review). We’ve had great experiences with them and will continue to use them when we have trips out of town! Stacey, the owner, and the staff are very communicative, friendly, and quick to answer questions whenever asked!

We were really happy with the care that Dennis took over our two cats while we were away. He visited us beforehand to learn the routine and meet them, and then communicated really thoroughly with us about each visit, including photos. That really set our minds at ease that the cats were being well looked after. We'd highly recommend him and Queen City Pet Sitting.

I have been using QCPS for about 2 months now and they have been there for me during 3 separate trips over that time period. I cannot say enough good things about this service. Stacey (owner) is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond for her clients. My dog, Whiskey (pictured), is a bit of a "special needs" case as he does not get along well with other pups. Additionally, I happen to live in a high-rise filled with other pups. So, getting him in and out safely can be a challenge. I have now had three visits without incident. The team (Casey and James) that have looked after Whiskey have taken the time to get to know him, understand his routine and ensure that my travel has not come at the expense of my best friend, Mr. Whiskers. In my most recent business trip, we were almost unable to find anyone to watch him and I was facing the possibility of driving 9.5 hours each way to and from Florida for a video shoot. Stacey came through in the last minute, offering up her office manager as a solution. Her words, "I put myself in your shoes and I just couldn't do that to you." These people are incredible, reasonably priced, care about you & your fuzzy buddies personally and I am just so very thankful I found them!

My family had a long trip planned, at the last minute I realized I needed pet care, my usual sitter wasn’t available. One of my neighbors uses someone from Queen City and loves them. So I reached out, the owner Stacey immediately called me, she hooked me up with the best pet sitter ever! Sharon took such good care of my babies, went above and beyond doing things that needed done like bringing in packages. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know her, but Stacey reassured me she’d been thoroughly background checked with lots of glowing references. She lived up to all the praise!! It’s so nice to have someone like that to trust your fur babies and your home with when you leave town. I’m so grateful to Stacey and Sharon…they took care of me and my babies when I was in need!
