We absolutely love Happy Paw! Our dog Max is always so excited to go, and one of his favorite things is the amazing bone-shaped pool! He has the best time splashing around and cooling off, and we love how much attention he gets from the caring and professional staff. The team goes above and beyond to make sure Max is happy and comfortable, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. We’re so grateful to have found a place where Max has so much fun and is treated like family. Highly recommend Happy Paw for anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets!

We have been loyal Happy Paws customers for 10 years for our dog Stewart. They have been absolutely fantastic. If I say “Happy Paws,” Stewart rushes to the car yipping to go. Every single staff member I’ve ever interacted with has been nothing short of professional and kind. I know the staff truly cares about the dogs (and cats) in their care and create a wonderful environment that addresses each clients individual needs. We love coming here, and look forward to bringing Stew in for his future stays!

Always my favorite place they take care of my boys and have been for three years now .I drive way out of my way because the number one according to the slantenal was not for me and was closer to me . These folks always treat my dogs so good . Cameras and report cards everyday I love it. Thanks to all the staff at Happy paws the pics are my boys passed out after there day at Happy paws.

My doggy was so happy to come home. They did an awesome job on her nails. It's better than the vet she goes to. I think I will do her grooming here from now on.

I'm working on the new UCF housing behind Happy Paws and all the dogs are having a blast in the pool and the employees are playing fetch with them!! If you bring your dogs here I'm pretty sure they're happy as can be, I'd bring my dogs here!!!

Our dog has been going to Happy Paws for daycare, vacation time and grooming. All services provided are A+, the place is clean and the staff is well trained in taking care of pets. Our Dog Layla loves going to Happy Paws!

Took excellent care of our 8 month old golden, Bucky and our cat Smoky. Answered all of our questions and were very friendly when we called to check on them as we had never boarded our pets before. Took extra time to spend with Bucky since he is intact and was unable to play in daycare with other dogs. Gave us photos of Bucky and Smoky from their vacation when they were picked up. Will definitely recommend and use again.

The staff was so sweet and understanding. They took amazing care of my cat overnight. This was my first time ever boarding any pet but was an amazing experience. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to coax my nervous kitty out to the cat tree. I would gladly leave my cat in their care again. Cats are in good hands here!

This was Rascals' first over several nights' stay. She was understandably sad first 2days. The staff was wonderful with her..I know because I watched on the Happy Paws pet cam ;) Thank you for going the extra mile with my shy girl 😀 …

We discovered a gem in Universal Dog Care when we needed a trustworthy haven for our dog while we explored the parks. Our goldendoodle, a sweet but clingy companion, struggles with severe separation anxiety, and being only three, had never been boarded before - the thought of leaving him behind was very hard for me. But Universal Dog Care's exceptional communication style and abundance of photo updates throughout the day alleviated my concerns, filling me with confidence that we'd made the right decision. Their dedication to keeping us informed and comfortable was truly heartwarming. We were thrilled to see that our furry friend enjoyed the freedom of not being crated, lounging on plush furniture that made him feel right at home. The photos they shared showcased a dog in absolute bliss, and we knew, without a doubt, that we would return to Universal Dog Care on our next Florida adventure.

This was my first Vacation with my Dog Buster, First time leaving him with a professional day care service. The experience was phenomenal. Highly recommended. My fur baby Leah Pearl did an eight day stay at the BEST of the BEST, Universal Dog Care Orlando this Thanksgiving. She was well taken care of and had a ball meeting new friends🐶. The family caring for her and the other dogs are very nice, loving and knowledgable to their needs. We discovered Universal Dog care Orlando online by the awesome google reviews they had and right away knew they were going to be great at taking care of our Nico while we were out on our cruise trip. Grammy and grandpa are the best at taking care of fur babies! Nico recently got diagnosed with reverse sneezing so he now has to take pills in the morning and at night to help with his allergies and they did not have an issue with that and gave his medication on time. Pictures were provided several times a day and Nico looked so happy and like he was having a great time! also quick response to our text messages. Thank you so much Grammy and grandpa for taking awesome care of Nico !!!

We will always take our fur baby to Universal Dog Care Orlando, anytime we are in the area. They are wonderful people and communicate everything very well, start to finish. We had peace of mind all day long in theme parks, enjoying a visit from my son and his girlfriend, and receiving pictures of our fur baby all day long. I recommend Universal Dog Care to anyone that loves their fur baby and wants peace of mind. So glad I went with Universal Dog Care Orlando. They provided top notch service. My pet wasn’t just boarded in a kennel, he was cared for in an environment that he was able to be comfortable and play with other dogs. I loved getting update photos all day long making me feel at ease while my family enjoyed time at the amusement parks.

My husband and I were visiting Orlando for a few days for a conference and needed to board our pups for a few days. We stumbled upon Universal Dog care after doing some searching and were blown away at their reviews. Let me tell you… the reviews are legit!! The level of care, love and attention they showed to our dogs was unmatched by any other service, and we’ve been to some great places. They sent pictures throughout the day, but the best part of that was how incredibly happy our dogs looked at all times. Always playing, always smiling and tails wagging. It’s always a little scary going to a new place but they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful!!

I had a last minute trip to Orlando and had to bring my puppy with. I was so hesitant in leaving him just anywhere. I read all the 5 star reviews Universal Dog Care has and decided to try them. I messaged them and got a prompt response. Since day one that I left my little champ there I received messages and pictures to let me know my pup was just fine! I left him 3 days over night and I can’t thank them enough and to top it off their prices are so affordable. Again thank you so much for all you do!

Dogtopia has been the best thing for my dog Clancy. All of the employees treat her so well as if she was their own dog. It's really nice knowing that my dog is in a safe place where she'll have fun and I know that the workers truly care about her. Every time we pull into the parking lot Clancy gets all excited and runs to the door. We love Dogtopia!

Where do I start with this magical doggie daycare. Dogtopia and it's fabulous staff has been welcoming to my Gatsby and our family since day 1. Gatsby has been the happiest boy since starting day care and we are so thankful. We LOVE the weekly themes, the constant pictures, check-ins, and how you can sense that everyone here not only loves your pup but loves what they do. We are so thankful for you all!❤️

My pup, Minnie, is loved at Dogtopia. She has a great time playing and howling with the staff and her many canine friends. The best feature is the doggy cam because it allows me to see her having fun. I am confident to leave her in their care.

I’m not sure who loves this place more. Me or my dog, Buck. He is so excited when we pull into the parking lot and races to the door. All the canine coaches are friendly and caring. I like that I can check the webcam and see what’s going on. I often see the coaches petting Buck or the other dogs. The facility is very clean and there is room for the dogs to run around and play. I like the fun activities they have and the pictures they take. When I pick Buck up at the end of the day he still wants to stay and play but once we get home he is tired. Sighs it was a good day.

My boy Archer loves his friends at Dogtopia❤️ He is a puppy fully of energy but always sleeps so good after he comes home from daycare !!

I found 9 injuries on my dog. An aggressive dog had consistently singled out my dog, and to counteract this they crated my dog for half the day, every day she was there, without informing me. I was never informed of any fights or injuries until multiples days/weeks after they happened, and only because I asked about that happening specifically. I noticed behavioral changes and I wanted to make sure my dog wasn’t learning bad behaviors. I had to go in person, on my lunch hour, to get any kind of response from the general manager. The aggressive dog still attends daycare, 5 days a week, and occasionally boards weekends, so be careful if you think your dog should go here. (I was told I could come Saturdays, since the AGRESSIVE DOG doesn’t typically come that day.) My dog is not the same dog she was a few months ago. I don’t know the extent of what happened to my dog while under Dogtopia’s care, but I will never trust them with my dog again.

The staff is great. Chili always has so much fun there. She is always entertained and loves meeting new BFFs.

Lots of engaging play time during the day! All indoors but that's good for Florida heat. They have interactive games and activities that are themed throughout each week. And the staff are super sweet, clearly they love dogs!

Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.

I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! I trust them to take care of him moving forward and absolutely adore the staff! Special shout out to Jess and Valerie who are amazing and friendly :) I will continue to use miss Emily since I trust them! & recommend for any pet parents in the area

my pup LOVES it here and always comes home happy-as-can-be! Miss Emily’s is the perfect place to take my pup knowing she’s in safe and caring hands. The staff at Miss Emily’s treats my baby like family!! She plays all day with her friends and always comes home passed out from a full day of fun at Miss Emily’s!

My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.

Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! I love Miss Emily’s and the wonderful staff as well!!!

Wonderful daycare spot, even better team members! Everyone at Miss Emily’s is always patient, cheerful and kind. You can tell they truly love the animals they care for. My dog loves going to the day care program and is always happy to see everyone there. Tom is wonderful! My dog Samson, who is not friendly with men, goes to Tom's once a week for daycare and anytime he needs to be boarded. Samson is much more comfortable after spending time with Tom and his fur crew! Tom is flexible and reasonable priced. He will also give you tips to improve your pet's behavior.

Tom takes wonderful care of our 2 yo Akita mix who is filled with tons of energy! He sends photos and videos and has a site where you can see all of the photos and not just your dog. He is very organized and quite reasonably priced.

My pup Betty and I love Oviedo Pet Resort! From the first visit, I have felt very comfortable leaving my girl. In addition to daycare 2-3 times a week, I have used their overnight boarding service which I would also highly recommend. I never have to worry when I drop her off and know she is going to have a blast and get all the love and attention!

My cat Rocky loved his stay, and didn’t want to leave. The condos are literally all windows, seventh kitty heaven! FYI, Make sure to have cash on-hand for their tip jar. I had to stop by later in the day. Here’s a picture or him at home. He’s literally so relaxed and happy. Clearly he had a good vacation too! Thank you everyone.

I have used Oviedo Pet Resort multiple times for my Frenchie, Bruno. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Natalie is very caring and welcoming each time we come in. I highly recommend for doggy day care and the facility is always clean and organized. A+++

I bring my pittie pup here a few times a week for daycare, and she's always super excited to spend time here. The staff are always very excited to see her and very polite to me and my wife. I love that they always put pics of the dogs at play on their FB page, almost every if not every day. Even if I only see my girl in 2 or 3 of them, it's awesome to see she's having a great time there. EDIT: I had to add to this. I guess we're spoiled, as we moved so close to this place so it was the first place we looked at. I remember a conversation with another customer in the waiting area, her saying "Other kennels are clean and sterile looking, like a doctor's office. This place is clean, but feels more like someone's home" and it couldn't be more accurate. Every time I walk in, whether for daycare or boarding, it feels like I'm dropping her off at a good friend's house to watch her, instead of a daycare. We've been regulars here for several months now, upgrading to the monthly package. My dog is finally to the stage in puppyhood/adulthood that she's exhausted when she gets home (thankfully). Her temperament, social ability, and overall happiness have improved, and I honestly have to give most credit to this place. All of the staff remind me of how great a dog she is, on a regular basis, and I couldn't be happier with their service and care of our girl. They have themed events and celebrate birthdays and gotcha-days for rescues, it's really a phenomenal place to trust your dog with. 5 stars really isn't enough...

We’ve been taking my ten month Goldendoodle here for several weeks now. He goes 2-3 times a week for daycare and loves it! He comes back exhausted (which we love!) but not overwhelmed - which is huge for my anxious boy. He loves being with other dogs but tends to get overwhelmed as well (rescue boy with his own baggage). Oviedo Pet Resort gives him the best of both worlds. Oh, and he loves the pool! I’m lucky at this point if I even get a second thought when I drop him off. 😂 Thank you for caring so well for my boy!

We are new to the doggie day care scene, so this is our first experience. So far we are very happy. Our pup goes to day care two times a week and she LOVES it. When she comes home after her day she is "dog tired",lol. The staff are also very kind. One staff member even encouraged me to seek out dog sunscreen for my fair skinned girl so she wouldn't burn, I never would have thought of it. So far we are all very happy with the group. I also like that they have different activities and add ons. My girl like the extra ball throwing and frozen beef pops. They even had a doggie disco party!!

Oviedo Pet Resort is the best! Our dogs love staying there and we don't worry about them at all because we know they are in good hands. One of our pups can be a little difficult but they love her anyway. The staff works very hard to make sure each and every pet is happy and comfortable. We're very thankful for the care that they show our pets.

We were nervous about leaving our 7 month old English Cream Golden Retriever when we went on vacation. The staff at Oviedo Pet Resort made us feel like he would be in good hands and have a good time while we’re gone. They asked us to bring him in for a half day trial, which was a good idea, both for our puppy and for us. I know he will love swimming and making new friends— both humans and doggies. ❤️

Kim is Remy’s alternate mom!! She is so amazing and loving. Our pup is another family member, so very picky about who takes care of her. Remy comes home with ‘doggy hangover’ each time as she plays so much. We love Kim and highly recommend for your fur baby!! She has a heart for pups!

Our family doesn't have to stress any longer about our Goldendoodle Breck now that we have Kimberly's Pet Care. Kim delivers a high level of service by taking Breck through the neighborhood on long walks and runs. Kim is passionate about her work and her love of dogs. Kim offers convenient invoicing and payment options and we always look forward to the post walk update and photos via text after her visit. We trust Kim in our home and with Breck, we are so thankful to have her.
