I was really worried about leaving our dog anywhere, as we had only previously left him with family and friends but Tom and Molly allowed us to visit beforehand and took all of our worries away. We picked Reggie up today and he had the best of times, still tired to be honest. We felt very settled during our holiday with regular updates and videos and stories on Instagram. Harefields Pet Retreat is absolutely fantastic! We left our two dogs, Silvie and Colin, in their care, and from the moment we arrived, the team was so welcoming and professional. They made us feel comfortable right away and really took the time to get to know our dogs’ personalities. Throughout their stay, we received regular updates and photos, which was so reassuring—it was clear that Silvie and Colin were having a great time and being well looked after. We felt so relaxed on holiday knowing our dog was so happy at this amazing retreat. We were sent regular photos and saw lots of pics on Instagram every day too, and all the dogs looked so happy, out in the sunshine, in the paddling pool, munching on doggie ice cream and enjoying birthday cake for a fellow pooch. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Drove past Harfields by chance and popped in for an impromptu visit as we were planning a holiday and we didn't know who to leave our 4.5 month choc lab with. Tom was so nice in showing us around and giving us lots of info and answering all of our questions. The place is spotless and the staff are very welcoming and you can tell they love animals. Making the booking via the website was a breeze, it's also very good you can save your pets profile for future bookings. When the day came, Molly was absolutely great in making our pup feel welcome alongside Tom. We received daily updates and photos. Our hearts were so much at ease that we extended our stay abroad by 1 night and we appreciated Molly replied even if it was late on a weekend evening when we sent her the message to enquire about availability. Luckily, they had availability and were very happy to keep on looking after her, even though we'd only left food for her initial, planned stay. Molly said they had some puppy food and that she'd be looked after. Which she was - when we got back to her, she was chubbier 😀 100% recommend.

Well what can I say what a lovely place to send your dog . From the first time I went to view the kennels I knew my puppy Bruce would love it and would be looked after . We had photos and updates about how Bruce was settling in which was reassuring. It’s the little touches that makes a difference like an Easter photo shoot and egg hunt so it’s nice to see the dogs are outside often and not just shut away . I would wholeheartedly recommend Tom, Molly and their wonderful team. They love Gino like he's their own and I know I don't have to worry. I wouldn't choose anywhere else for Gino to stay. He's been a couple of times now, and has absolutely loved it. He enjoys playing with the others staying at the time.

We honestly can’t recommend this pace enough. Being a very anxious pug mum, with nearly 6 year old Asia having human contact at night since she was 16 weeks old, leaving her was a big step. However Asia and Cody have had an absolutely amazing holiday and been looked after by Molly and Tom like they were their own. Having regular updates and seeing their daily antics with their new buddies on Facebook and Instagram let us enjoy our own holiday and relax, knowing they were in great hands. Cody and Asia are now home but looking forward to their next stay. Thank you both 🥰

I can honestly say I am actually blown away by Harfields Pet Retreat! Having just picked up our beautiful 9 month old border terrier, Barney after his 2 night stay/trial, I did this with trepidation. Oh my goodness I have picked up such a happy boy, no fear or stress whatsoever! He clearly adores Molly and Tom which has made me feel so happy and reassured that Barney now has a lovely, safe, loving and fun place to go for his holidays too! Molly and Tom must feel extremely proud of their fur baby haven they have created. Well done! 🥰🐾

Moogles have done a fantastic job of walking and looking after our dog, Molly, over the last 6 months. She clearly adores both the dogs she walks with and the people who walk her. What has been invaluable to us is that Moogles are so flexible, able to fit in with my varying work schedule. They provide a fantastic service at a reasonable cost - we love them!

Moogles are fantastic. They've done a wonderful job settling my dog - who can sometimes be a bit of a handful - and they've been flexible and helpful, fitting around my schedule, which is sometimes unpredictable. They've also taken my dog to the vet a couple of times when I wasn't able to go and that's been a great help. I can't wait for them to start doing boarding too! Highly recommended.

Moogles provide a great service - reliable as well as flexible. All the dog walkers are friendly and clearly love dogs! Marley loves his walks with Moogles, and I am always reassured that they will look after him as if he were their own.

I have two dogs, Dave and Hamish, who had the pleasure of being walked by Moogles recently. They were gone for some time and came back exhausted and happy. What more can you want for your dogs?! The service was caring and professional with a friendly face to add to the package. The team at Moogles have been looking after Crumble since we got him at 10 weeks, at first they came for 'puppy pop in's' getting to know him and doing some basic training, then he progressed to the 'big boy' walks, socialising with other dogs and having lots of fun. Crumble loves his Moogles time, you can see how excited he is when they arrive to pick him up and he is worn out when he gets back :-). Moogles are part of Crumbles family 😀

Would just like to say I am over the moon with the service from all at moogles. My dog belle can be a bit of a handful and a bit moody at times but they totally understand her and will work with her as opposed to against her. She literally bounces at the door when she can hear them. I have been using moogles for 14 months and would highly recommend

We have been using Laura's pet sitting services for a few years now and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. Laura has always been able to accommodate requirements for our cat, rabbit and guinea pigs and nothing is ever too much trouble. We can go away for the weekend or longer knowing our animals will be in safe hands and not having to put them through the stress of going to a cattery.

Laura was extremely attentive first in knowing about us, the needs of our cats and the cats quirky aspects. Both our cats can be cautious with strangers but bonded quickly to her. The regular updates and pics we got through emails left you feeling happy in the knowledge they were in safe hands, well cared for and all in their own environment. We came home to two extremely happy and playful cats. Would highly recommend the services offered and will definitely be using again.

Laura has been great at looking after our cat whenever we are away. She’s trustworthy, reliable and has lots of experience with animals. When our cat has had medical needs she has attended to these with compassion and competence. I have no hesitation in recommending her services.

If you want a professional, efficient and caring cat sitter, then look no further than Laura at Safe and Snug. From the initial meet and greet to the mid week update when you are away and then the final report you couldn’t get a better service. We booked Laura for 8 days and we knew during that time our cat Rocky would want to go out and disappear for a few days (which we made her aware of) and he did just that. Laura made the point of returning to see if he was there and asked to be kept informed of when he returned which we did when he finally ambled through the door. Laura clearly cares about what she does and likes to know the individual needs of the cat she’s looking after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Laura and would definitely use her again. Laura looked after our cats twice a day for three weeks while we were on honeymoon. We had regular updates and came back to some very happy cats. It was really reassuring knowing Laura was looking after them as we were away for so long. The cats liked her, she was really reliable and we would definitely book her again. Thank you!

We have used Laura countless times now to look after our 2 cats (both getting on in years so don't want to put them in a cattery), we cannot fault Laura's care & go away safe in the knowledge they are being well looked after. She maintains regular contact when we're away including photos & keeps an accurate detailed diary of each day recording how the cats were, how much they ate etc. Add to that the little extras such as collecting up the post & turning lights on & off on request so the house doesn't appear empty while away - I can't recommend highly enough.

Never had a problem with Laura. She takes care of my cats when I go away and I trust her totally. Have used Laura (safe and snug) for a good 5 years +. I know my cats trust her. She gives updates and post pics of my cats on Facebook which is a nice touch when away.

We’ve been using Laura for the last 3 years - wish we’d have thought about this sooner as we’d been using catteries for 12 years previous. Although the cattery did everything it was supposed to do, our cats hated it...We now go on holiday knowing that the cats are well looked after and are happy. Laura provides regular updates. Me and my partner love Laura’s company. She truely cares about the animals she looks after and nothing is ever too much bother. We have been using Laura's pet sitting service for our 2 cats for over 3 years now and can't fault her service . We have never put our boys into a cattery as we prefer them to be in their own home . Laura keeps us updated with photo's / emails and always leaves us a day to day diary of their routine . Anything your pets need is not too much trouble from feeding , medication , grooming and general fussing . We have also in the last couple of months had evening visits from hedgehogs who we have been feeding and during our last holiday Laura has been looking after the extra guests as well . We have every faith in our boys / house being well looked after whenever is needed . Look no further if you want your pets looked after and happy while you are away .

My wife and I bought our puppy in spring last year after having both wanted a dog all our lives. We did our homework and researched our breeds, but the reality of having a very energetic goldendoodle puppy to go with our six month old baby was very tough! We had used a puppy training book for the initial stages but decided we needed to employ professional help after Maribou started displaying initial signs of some territorial and possessive behaviours. We knew we wanted an IMDT accredited trainer and found Sam on their website. She was attentive and enthusiastic in our initial phone call consultation and we booked her for a session to see how we got on. I really can’t understate how much of a difference that first session made. Sam was able to answer all our questions, reassure us about how we were doing, give us simple instructions to follow and seemed to have Maribou under a spell! We booked another four sessions straight away. Each session was hugely valuable. We had a couple at our house when restrictions allowed and also had a few out and about on walks. Sam taught us and Maribou how to understand and manage her puppy behaviours, gave us bucketloads of encouragement and confidence and helped to transform Maribou from a real handful of a puppy into a massively loved member of our family. I really can’t recommend Sam enough, it’s no exaggeration to say that a few times my wife and I were at breaking point over the last year, Sam was always on hand and on one occasion called us immediately in an evening to help us with a situation when Maribou had snapped at my wife. If we could give Sam six stars we would, she has totally changed our life!

Sam at Bishops Waltham Pet Services has our little lurcher puppy one day a week for day care and has taken us through 5 one on one training sessions. We couldn't be happier with what Sam has achieved with us and our puppy, to say its about training the human more than the dog is an understatement. Sam's down to earth friendly approach made it easy for us to learn the techniques to practise with the pup and has set us up with skills for life. Money and time well spent to make sure our puppy had the right start.

Sam and Justin, who own Bishops Waltham Pet Services, used to walk our beautiful lurcher Scooby up until he sadly passed away in November 2021. In March 2022, we decided to bring a new lurcher into our family and Sam has been absolutely amazing in her support of us navigating our way through puppy parenting. Her one-to-one training sessions have been so informative and really useful. Sam is so good at teaching and explaining how to read your dog's body language and how they might be reacting to their new environment wherever the training session might be. The techniques she has taught us and continues to impart our way with every training session we have with her, not only serve to strengthen our confidence as puppy owners but also our relationship with our new furry boy. We have learned such a great deal from Sam. She is an incredible person who knows an awful lot about dogs and you can really tell that she cares about both you and your dog's confidence and relationship development. We highly recommend her (and Justin) both as a dog walking team but also for any puppy/dog training sessions you might need. We absolutely adore her (and her beautiful dog Crazy!).

Sam has been working with us and our Reactive Collie 'Sonny' who is 2 years old for the last month or so. After trying 2 trainers with we were starting to tear our hair out with Sonny's behaviors getting worse and not seeing any improvement. After ringing around a few trainers Bishops Waltham Pet Services were recommended through friends of friends who use their doggy day care. As soon as I spoke to Sam I knew she knew her stuff. Within a few moments of meeting Sonny Sam had the measure of him and started to work with him straight away. After two training walks my Wife was getting her confidence back with Sonny and he is responding really well to the techniques Sam has prescribed. Sams patience with Sonny and us is unsurpassed and couple that to her infectious enthusiasm you really cant go wrong. Thank you Sam.

Disney - our labrador has been going to Sam for nearly 3 years since she was a puppy. We only need care one day a week, but she goes twice as she enjoys it so much. Disney can be quite nervous but she gets so excited every time our car gets close to their address. She really loves her time there and we know how much care and love that Sam and Justin give her in return. Her confidence has improved no end since she starting staying with Sam. It makes such a difference knowing she enjoys her time away when we are working. We also use them when we go away on holiday with full confidence that she is having at least as good at time as us. They regularly post pictures of the dogs and their walks so we can see what Disney has been up to. Can recommend them enough

We have been using Bishops Waltham Pet Services for 7yrs, first with my now 13yr old Westie for walks, daycare, and boarding, it is like home from home for her (only better). She absolutely loves Sam and Justin, but she also loves the company of the other dogs, and the stimulation she gets from this. Sam and Justin are very careful how and when they mix the dogs, they have thought carefully about their set up, ensuring there is space and time to play and romp for the puppies and quiet space and time for the oldies, each dogs needs are met…. In the last yr I have also used all of the above for my very lively 1yr old working cocker, they have been insanely good with her, and again managed to meet her needs, recently we were away for 3 weeks and I knew I didn’t have to worry, they even did routine vet visit for me!!! I have also used Sam for 121 training and her group training sessions, she is so patient and calm, and so knowledgeable, I have learnt so much from her, i really couldn’t speak more highly of her….

As a working doggie owner, Otto - our 2 year old cockapoo - has been going to Sam and Justin at Bishops Waltham Pet Services since he was 4 months old. Otto is a sensitive soul and has recently reacted badly to my husband, who is serving in the Royal Navy, being deployed for 9 months. With Sam and Justin's support, kindness, empathy, flexibility and understanding, we have have managed to keep things relatively normal and I am just hugely grateful that Otto spends his days in a secure and safe environment with people who know him and love him. As a reactive dog, I have worked hard with Sam and Justin's support to maintain an environment and a routine that Otto feels comfortable and happy with, whether that is with them or with me at home. I cannot rate Bishops Waltham Pet Services highly enough... it has been a complete god send to me knowing that my dog will be exercised, cared for and loved every day which means that I can go to work feeling reassured and happy. I feel in huge debt to all the extra care that Sam and Justin have offered me and Otto, particularly since my husband's deployment overseas. Bishops Waltham Pet Services is an outstanding company and deserves more than five stars in my eyes. For all you doggie owners looking for outstanding dog day care - this is a compete gem. Denise has looked after JoJo our rescue podenco numerous times and can’t recommend her highly enough. JoJo loves coming to stay with Denise, and is given 5 star care. She goes on lovely long walks and we get updates via photos and text messages as to how she is doing and what mischief she is up to. Denise is very caring and loving to JoJo, what more could you want when you are away or on holiday!

Denise is wonderful. I left my 15/16 year old boarder terrier, Teddy, with her. He has never been left with a family he does not know. So I was a little worried. But I need not have worried. Denise incorporated him into the family and Teddy even took over their dogs bed with no problems. I would highly recommend Denise's dog sitting service.

Mark has been walking my dog Teddy (large toy poodle) for over 3 years now and he is absolutely brilliant. As a puppy Teddy was initially a little wary of going out with a new person but Mark was fantastic with him. In no time Teddy was bouncing out of the door and he still gets VERY excited when he hears Mark’s van. Mark takes care to consider which dogs’ personalities and energy levels would fit best on their walks and takes them to an amazing variety of places - lucky dogs! He takes such good care of them and always has water etc on hand. On top of that, Mark sends great photos - it’s a lovely bonus to be able to see Teddy having a great time. I feel so lucky that we found Mark and really can’t recommend him highly enough.

Mark has walked my dog for a few years now and you get so much more than just a “normal” walk. He takes Wilbur all over the place, not always just a boring stomp around a local park, and I know my beloved hound is really looked after. My dog is always brought back clean (and tired!), despite being an absolute bog hunter! Cannot recommend Mark enough, his enthusiasm for ensuring the dogs have an enjoyable time is fabulous.

Highly recommended for cat sitting. It was lovely to go away for a week & not worry about our 2 cats knowing that Mark was in twice a day to feed them & ensure they were safe & well. We were sent pictures & updates which was great. We have used pet sitters before & Mark is without doubt the best we have had & it's great to have a pet sitter we can trust for when we go away again.

Mark is our dog's favourite person. Since Murphy was 3 months, Mark has been helping us look after him when we're at work. When we go on holiday, Murphy looks forward to being at Mark's for a few days. He and Klaudia are lifesavers, and we would be lost without them. We cannot recommend them enough

I can thoroughly recommend Mark Bissett of Furry Tails Walks after he looked after my Cavapoo Tilly for 2 weeks whilst I was away. She enjoyed herself so much and is looking forward to her next Doggy Day Care. He cared for her within his family home and for those two weeks she became a contented member of his family. She met many other furry friends and had countless adventures during their daily walks. He sent me photos of her on a daily basis which greatly put my mind at ease whilst I was away. Thank you so much for looking after her and for taking away any concerns I had for her during this time. This was her first time away from me since I brought her home as a puppy at 8 weeks old. I'm surprised she was happy to see me, thankfully she has settled in back home and is dreaming of her next adventures with Mark.

Our black lab Suzie absolutely loves Sandra and her many friends at Pack Buddies. There is so much for them to do and she always comes home tired and happy. The collection and drop off service is brilliant and we can't thank Sandra enough for her professionalism, dedication and for the pure love and joy she has for our precious four-legged family members. The biggest compliment i can pay Sandra is that she is now one of only four people that I would trust to take care of Suzie.

We were eager to get our little show cocker Frodo into a high quality doggy daycare in Southampton whilst he was still a puppy. Our main reason was for him to socialise with other dogs and to learn some good behaviour etiquette when greeting other pooches. The Pack Buddies team were great at welcoming him gently on board and we saw almost instantly how rewarding the weekly experience was for him. The Pack Buddies team don't just act as daily dog sitters, they generally care about your dog's growth and development. I love hearing the stories of all the training they get up to during the day out in the field. From emergency stops, recall with distractions to mental and sensory games. It's helped hugely on our own walks as he goes through adolescence. The plus side of Frodo being out all day means he comes home tired and spends a lot of the next day snoozing too (giving us more time to focus on our work). I'd highly recommend Pack Buddies services to anyone looking to enrich their dog's lives. You can see how happy my blue roan is in the picture.

Pack buddies offer an absolutely unrivalled service. My beagle went weekly as a pup and it was the highlight of her week. It was so lovely to have regular updates on how she was getting on and you could tell how much she loved the staff from her interactions with them when they picked her up and dropped her off. We got our dog in lockdown and her time at pack buddies was so essential for her socialisation. I know she must miss her friends since we moved away.

My dog has been at Pack Buddies since she was six months old. I’ve been so impressed at their personal care of her, the individual programme of care and training. She is always so keen to go with the staff in the morning even though she is a clingy dog. We love the fact that she is outdoors most of the day. The dogs look so happy and are always having fun in the marvellous pictures that are taken at the sessions! Best decision we made to send her Pack Buddies.

I cant thank Pack Buddies enough.Sandra is so patient with all the dogs, even down to the consultation, nothing is rushed until she is happy she has gained their trust. We have been sending Toby for a while now and he comes back exhausted every time. He adores Sandra and looks forward to going. He isn't the easiest of dogs yet Sandra puts in so much effort and time to build positive experiences. This isn't just day care, they are trained throughout the day. Cant rate this enough, its fab!

We've been sending our 20 month old Black Labrador Monty to Pack Buddies daycare for a little while now and it's has been great for him. It's has helped with his development (With Mat Training, Hand targeting amongst other things) and suitably tires him out. Sandra has been very good with Monty especially when Monty had a problem with not wanting to get into the Pack Buddies Van, putting in extra effort to get him comfortable with the van so that he would jump in of his own volition, and continue going to daycare. I haven't seen any other daycare that offers what Pack Buddies do nor willingness to put in so much effort for their canine clients benefit. Many Thanks Sandra.

If you need day care for you're pooch. Look no further. My dog "goes to school" as we call it, twice a week and loves it. He gets to play, is trained, so he learns lots of things and comes home tired and happy. He loves Sandra and looks forward to her picking him up. I used DHH's day care for the first time with some reluctance as my two rescue dogs, one of which had been with me for only 3 weeks, had not been left before. All my worrying was completely unnecessary as my girls obviously had a great time with their new friend Annie, and she had fed and walked them according to my wishes. On the second occasion I was pulled down her drive and Leah barked to be let in the front door. They didn't notice me leave!! My life is so much easier now as I can have my dogs but also leave them in safe hands when I need to be out for too long.

Jane is a natural with dogs, she clearly loves and understands exactly what they require to be happy and healthy, she knows all the best places to walk them too. You can't ask for a better dog walker or holiday home for your much loved pooches. Home from home. Highly recommend

My dog Suki , who had never been boarded before, stayed with Fiona and family for 3 nights. I had been very worried about how she would settle, but I needn’t of stressed about it. Thank you Fiona and family for looking after Suki so well. Suki was obviously happy with you and enjoyed her stay. I would not hesitate to leave Suki again.. thank you so much.

1st class boarding experience for our bouncy terrier. He comes back content and exhausted from his home from home boarding with Jane. Would have no hesitation suggesting Jane to other dog owners.
