Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you!
The house was left in good shape and it's clear that Angela is organized and reliable and clearly loves her pet charges. I'd recommend Angela and will definitely include her as one of our top sitter choices in the future! Thanks again, Angela!

She asked great questions prior to her stay and I could tell she’s done this many times and that she genuinely cares about the pets and homes she cares for. Anna and Alan were absolutely brilliant. This was my first time using a sitter for our pup and from the start Anna was reassuring and put me at complete ease. Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home!  Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses.  Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency.  It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name.  Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home.  We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout!  I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter.  If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!

Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. As far as caring for my house - top notch.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups!  Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals.

Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals!  We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!"

Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair.

Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours.   The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned!

When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years.

Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. 

Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day.  The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend!

This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow.  Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with  a rock star.

Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being.

This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral.

Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.

Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade!

Elaine was a welcomed sitter for Cyrus and Purrelli. I returned from holiday to find a very content relaxed dog and a happy fat cat. Purrelli doesn’t eat when he is stressed so seeing a little meat on him let me know he was content and happy :) My condo was left clean and in order, all communications were smooth and there was zero issues. If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge.
