Throughout the sit, Jennifer and Sandy kept us informed. Their communication was excellent, letting us know all of our cats’ antics while we were away. And they sent lots of pictures and videos showing that our cats were getting lots of love, attention, and care. We were very impressed and pleased with how well everyone bonded. When we got home, our house was clean, tidy, and 100% ready for our return. We recommend Jennifer and Sandy very highly. They’re wonderful housesitters.

Catalyst for Joy
From the initial contact all the way throughout the sit, Marie was great. She communicated effectively, was prompt, and was just the sweetest person you hope to meet. The animals took right to her. In fact, I think our Molly was a bit sad to see us arrive home and missed Marie. Marie did an excellent job dealing with a few issues that popped up. The fridge began acting up and ahe notified me promptly. I was able to get a repairman out, and it was fixed. Then there was a little leak under the sink, and thankfully, Marie caught it. My son was able to come over and fix that. Then there was the issue of Rascal wanting to take walks with Marie and the dogs. Our cats try and follow us on walks. Anyhow, Rascal walked along a little farther than normal and did not return with the group. Marie notified me right away, and I posted his pic on Nextdoor with the situation. A neighbor reported seeing him in the bushes and gave the address. I notified Marie, and she and the dogs walked over and retrieved him. He came out to her and stayed close to her and the dogs as they walked home. She is quick to notice situations and handle them efficiently. We arrived home happy healthy pets and a garden bursting with veggies. Marie kept everything alive and thriving. Our home was clean when we arrived and let me tell you, after being in an rv for 6 weeks, that is such a comfort to come home to a clean house. We hope to be able to have Marie sit for us again, she is one of the best.

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Kuldip exceeded all the expectations we had from a Zeewoi. She took over from another sitter when we got stuck out of country due to a family emergency. A highly energetic person yet extremely organized, she easily matched the energy level of my 2-year-old Border Collie Pavo. She not only exercised him multiple times every day, but even him bought him new doggy toys and treats (much appreciated!). She got along very well with our neighbor and with their combined help Pavo got a much needed doggy bath! With her by my dogs side we were worry-free and able to focus on our family needs. Lastly, she left a pleasant surprise when we came back home. Our home looked squeaky clean and beautifully organized. Kuldip is a gem of a pet sitter and we would love to have her back for our fur baby without any hesitation. I highly recommend her!
