Dogs vs. Cats? I could never choose. I'll take both!!
I would give Leann and Rachel ten stars if I could! They did such a great job with Winston. He's still shy around strangers but he warmed right up to them. They made the extra effort to take him with them for all their adventures around Berlin, which included public transportation, restaurants, and sights. I can tell he had a great time, as he loves being with people once he knows them. We got tons of pictures and updates, the communication was perfect. They also took the time to come a day early which gave Winston a chance to get to know them and it was lovely getting to chat with them without a huge time pressure. Genuinely wonderful people. Bonus points that the apartment was clean when we got home and laundry was started. I cannot recommend them enough! They are welcome back anytime.

This isn’t our first time to have the amazing and wonderful Ian and Karen sit for our dog (Lancaster Heeler) but it is our first in our new home in Spain. We gave them the option of sitting for us and they took it. FIrst of all, they sat for us when we lived (previously) in Austin, Texas. They are exemplary housesitters and awesome humans. If they apply for a housesit/pet sit, look no further. THey will enter your home as pro sitters and leave with that same “title” but you will add “friends” to the equation. They show up to help you not just care for your dog. Top it off, they both have interesting backgrounds which make whatever they do in life to be exemplary people.Oh, and they are quite interesting and If they apply, no need to look any further. They will love and care for your dog. Your home will be well cared for. If any problems pop up, and they will handle them responsibly and like real pros.

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. I have been trusting my dogs with Chelsey since 2010! Agreeing with another reviewer, Chelsey is truly a dog whisperer! I have large rescue dogs with even bigger personalities. In Chelsey’s care they stand at attention eager to please and excited to get play with the other dogs in the park during their weekly pick up days!! They come home exhausted and so happy! When I go out of town, it’s the best feeling knowing they are with Chelsey on her 10 acre ranch roaming free and in great hands! Chelsey is wonderful at sending pictures and keeping in touch daily! They are picked up and returned home making travel so much easier. Of course I miss them so much, but it gives me peace of mind knowing they are not missing me and having the time of their lives!! Sometimes we do more for our dogs than we do for ourselves, having Chelsey pick up your dogs for weekly play or to stay, is a benefit for you both!!
My dogs joined the KMCR playgroups in 2016 and we’ve never looked back. Chelsey-Rae is truly a dog whisperer. Whether the dogs are at group or doing overnights at her farm I have peace of mind knowing they are in the best hands. This is one of the best dog-care offerings in Austin! 10/10 recommend for keeping your dogs happy, socialized and in attentive, thoughtful care! Not to mention my dogs LOVE HER.

We LOVE this service. Our dog loves it more. He waits by the window on playgroup days. They send pictures of all the pups running around at different locations. He always comes home happy and exhausted. Same for boarding.

We are so happy with KMCR Petcare. We were gone for over a week, and they took wonderful care of our two cats. We received daily updates with video and photo. Most importantly, our cats were not mad at us when we got home! They are usually a little salty when we leave, but clearly they were comfortable with the sitters.
