She was eager to sit, despite it being a somewhat short notice (about 10 days). Upon arrival we received pictures of Poppy to let us know that she was in good hands. We also got daily updates in the evenings, which we enjoy. Maureen stayed at our home during the coldest stretch of the year, and came prepared with heating blankets, etc, which we appreciated as we only have space heaters currently. We would be happy to host Maureen any time. Her communication and experience are certainly top notch and your pet will be in great hands!

Quiet, reliable and responsible cat (and small dog) lady
This was our first time using a Trusted Sitter, and I'm so grateful Elena chose to stay with our precious pup. He's a senior dog that requires a little extra attention, and Elena was so kind and caring with him. From our very first zoom call to get to know one another, I knew Elena would be a great fit. She was very organized, told us what she needed to know, and was very flexible when our dates changed a bit. Elena sent several pictures of Beamer every day. My kids eagerly awaited to see what their brother was up to while we were away. He looked so happy in all of his pictures. She took him for walks and gave him plenty of cuddle time. Elena also took such great care of our home. We arrived back to a spotless house! Our experience with Elena was more than I could have hoped for using Trusted Sitter. It was like having an old friend stay over. I highly recommend Elena, and hope she will be available to stay the next time we go on vacation!

What a great experience we had with Lisa. She was so good with Cella. She was very tolerant of Cella's early rising. She's a tiny little thing, but has a big personality and knows what she wants. Lisa was so good at reading her needs. We were able to have a zoom interview with Lisa before we confirmed the sit. She stayed in touch with us daily and kept us updated on how things were going. When we arrived home, Lisa had washed all of the bedding and towels. She vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. We couldn't be more pleased with Lisa as our sitter for Cella. We hope we'll be able to have her again. She was awesome.

Abby and Matt were so easy to work with and we immediately felt comfortable with them in our home and with our beloved fur babies. They were communicative and clear leading up to the visit. They stopped by our place the evening before the sit started to meet our pets and get the lay of the land. During the visit, they sent just the right amount of updates and photos to give us peace of mind. We returned to a clean home and happy pets and plants. Abby even agreed to change my hummingbird food a couple of times to keep our feathered friends happy and safe. I’d recommend them for anyone looking for friendly, responsible pet sitters.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

From the moment they stepped into our home, it was evident that they were dedicated, caring, and attentive to every detail. She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter.
