Jackie, accompanied by her sister Ayan were very respectful of our home. They left it very clean and tidy, having stripped and made up their beds. They took fantastic care of our 2 dogs - who due to differing ages, had very different needs. I returned to 2 very content dogs! Steph was great! We were a little nervous because she mentioned in her application that she’d be traveling with her own cat, and one of our kitties doesn’t play well with others super well, but things seemed to go just fine. Steph’s cat stayed in our bedroom and our kitties didn’t seem to have any issues. she kept our house in great condition, kept us updated with photos while we were gone, and we returned to two happy and healthy cats. can’t ask for more!

Erin was a great pet sitter who took such good care of little Chino. She was very reliable, kept us up to date with videos/pictures, looked after our home and kept it neat and tidy. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. It eased our minds to know our animals and house were in such great care while we were away and would have them sit for us anytime!

Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!
