Our silly boy stayed for a week, would definitely recommend and will be coming using this lodge in the future. They are a sweet family owned business and fairly priced. Also, the shampoo they use for pick up Zap 50:1 wow amazing! Went and bought some. Thank you!

We dropped our dog off today and could not have been more impressed with the friendly, personal service that we received. I compared quite a few kennels in the area and our first experience with the owners gave me confidence that I made the right choice. We already miss our dog, but I have a strong feeling that she'll be in good hands. Update January 2, 2022: Our dog was sure happy to see us when we picked her up, but she appeared to be calm and well taken care of. Very happy with the service we received!

I have boarded a couple of my dogs there and have always been very happy. I know that they will be safe and well-cared for, plus they offer playtime for your dog. When my dogs came home, they were clean. Also they seemed relaxed and had eaten their meals even though they were away from home.

I love this place because my dogs love this place. They come home sleek and happy. And they get waggy when they go back and they see where we are. The people who run the place don't always show great people skills. Fine. I'm not there to socialize. They always recognize my dogs and smile at them and call them by name, though they don't always recognize me. Dogs have outdoor and heated indoor runs.

This is not a fancy place, no bells or whistles at all. But it's family run, friendly, and best of all they had availability over Christmas! Prices are reasonable, unless you want your own food (+$4/day) or if your pet needs medication (another +$4/day). Even so, worth it to have somewhere safe to take your pet!

I've never seen my dog so happy. She loved it here and didn't want to leave. We've boarded her other places and she always came back so depressed. I'll definitely be bringing her back here if we need to board her again.

Old school pet boarding place with terrific staff. No computers, no high tech check in process... Just good old fashioned friendly humans who talk to you. My pet seems to enjoy it here so what more do you need?? :-)

I had called for a Holiday reservation over 2 months ago and was told that I "did not need reservations, there's plenty of openings". Well, it's Dec 10th, I wanted to try a one day overnight trial and was told, "We are all booked through the Holidays" WTH!!! Now I'm scrambling to find a place for our pooch!!! Terrible Service! Do not recommend this place!

I would recommend west valley pet lodge to anyone who needs either day care or boarding for their dogs. They take wonderful care of our kids and the price is very reasonable.

Our two cats spent 10 days in the care of Paws Crossing. They were relaxed when we picked them up, and adjusted well when we got them home. They were clearly well cared for. The people running reception and their care couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend this "resort " for pets!

I have boarded my dog here a number of times over the years and I have always felt safe doing so. I always choose the kennels that have a video camera so I can see my dog any time of day or night. I have also booked nail trims here and have been satisfied. The staff have always been very friendly to me and my dog seems to like them all (she lets them carry her around with no trouble at all). Will continue to board here as long as I live in the area.

Love this place for our dog! They clearly take care and make you feel comfortable for leaving your loved pet while out of town. They welcome anything you want to provide for your dog beyond the necessaties (toys, blankets etc). Our 9 year old German Sheppard is on medication and they take care of it and we know she is well taken care of. We love the cottage so she has the space she needs and we are able to check on her via their webcam. Highly recommend them for your pet if you need to leave your pet at home.

My dog Denali LOVES going to Paws Crossing. We can't even say Paws Crossing because he thinks he going and gets crazy! It's been so good for him to have play time with other dogs.Grooming does a great job too. We board him when we're away and have peace of mind he's in good hands and having a great time! So, we wanted to board our cat for a few days, and decided to try Paws Crossing Pet Resort & Spa. The website indicates several methods to make a reservation, which all ends up contacting them in various ways, and they'll call you back to make a reservation. Well, I tried leaving voicemails. I tried sending emails. I tried their online form. I never got any contact back. Luckily, we managed to find another boarding place which would let us make a reservation in time, but this was overall a stressful experience due to losing time in locating a boarding provider.

I’ve boarded my cat here a couple of times and I’ve always been really satisfied. I have a special needs cat and was rejected by a few places for boarding but people at Paws Crossing take great care of her and are very patient. Plus there’s an ER for pets right next door, so that gives a bit of peace of mind

The staff took very good care of our dogs. We will surely be back to board our dogs again. Thank you!

Had a walk through today to decide if I want to board my dog. It was very clean, organized and the staff seemed to truly care. Made a reservation. Hope it all works out in the end.

We love taking our Miley to Lucky Buddies Pet Sitting! Miley is a very shy dog and takes a little bit to open up. Initially, we were concerned about her adjustment, but after her first daycare visit, she loved it! It was such a relief to see our timid girl so eager and happy to go back. We feel completely comfortable knowing our pup is in the capable hands of the staff at Lucky Buddies. The atmosphere is so welcoming that it feels like we are dropping her off at a friend's or family member's house. We have complete trust in their care for our baby girl. The added convenience of their app, which provides regular updates, is a fantastic touch that keeps us informed and reassured while Miley is in their care. Communication at Lucky Buddies is top-notch. They are always prompt in responding to any inquiries and are more than willing to address any concerns we might have. We also utilize their boarding services in addition to daycare, and each time we leave Miley with them, we do so without any worry or anxiety. The confidence we have in Lucky Buddies Pet Sitting is immense, and they truly make your dog feel like part of their family. A special shoutout to Chelsea, whom our Miley absolutely adores! Chelsea has been so helpful in Miley's smooth transition and has formed a beautiful bond with her. Miley gets incredibly excited whenever she sees Chelsea, which speaks volumes about the care and affection she receives. In summary, we highly recommend Lucky Buddies Pet Sitting for both daycare and boarding. Their exceptional service, loving staff, and reliable communication make them stand out. They treat Miley like one of their own, and we couldn't be happier with our experience.

They have been absolutely amazing with our 1.5 year old cat where we had to leave the country for a month to visit our parents. Alex and the team really made her feel comfortable (she is a shy cat). So definitely recommend Lucky Buddies to whoever really wants to be stress free whenever you can’t be around your fur babies for long!

I will readily admit that I am one of those crazy dog moms - my pup is a full member of our family and I am very particular about her experiences. I checked out four different doggie daycares in the area before deciding to try out Lucky Buddies - and Lucky Buddies blew the competition out of the water. As other reviewers have mentioned, Lucky Buddies provides excellent care for pets - the staff are well trained, passionate, and friendly. They really get to know your pet and meet them where they're at. Neko started attending at 4 months old (she's now 13 months old), and the folks at Lucky Buddies have been so patient with her wild puppy and teenage months. They work with me on her training, and they clearly love her for who she is. And Neko loves going to both daycare and overnight boarding! The level of professionalism demonstrated at Lucky Buddies continually amazes me. The staff communicates frequently, and Yesica and Alex are always adding new improvements with the dogs' best interests in mind. I would not trust any other facility with Neko; Lucky Buddies is her home away from home, and I'm so glad we have them in our lives.

am so happy to have found Lucky Buddies! I've owned three dogs over the course of the past 20 years and have boarded them at 4 different locations. This is hands down, BY FAR the absolute best. I realize at first glance it seems expensive, HOWEVER, when you realize the overnight price is for 24 hours and includes the wonderful daycare program, it's very reasonable. The staff are just wonderful and clearly love animals--all are treated the way staff would treat their own pets. Among the many things I appreciate are the regular messages and photos they took during my pet's stay and posted on the portal as well as emailed or texted owners (depending on your preferred communication). The best proof, of course, is how happy my dog was during the stay and when I picked her up. Yes, she was glad to see me but clearly she was not anxious to leave (as has been the case in a different boarding place). Don't even hesitate; this is the place to go. Your pet will love it and love you for taking him/her there. For the first time in a very long time, I don't feel guilty about leaving a pet behind when I travel.

I had to go for an unexpected trip and was in a hurry to find a good overnight daycare for my cat. The staff was very patient with him, and he was even able to warm up to the staff in the short amount of time he stayed with the Lucky Buddy staff. Very grateful for the care and frequent updates the staff provided!

To say Yesica & Juan are doggy whispers is an understatement!! They seriously have been so flexible with my fur babies- Ollie & Sadie. having a place that can take in last minute requests is a plus! I cannot thank them enough for taking in my babies when need be. And of course keeping up with them via Instagram is also a relief! You get to see what the Buddies are all up to throughout the day! It’s always an adventure being posted on their. I cannot leave out all the doggy activities they do (you get to take home & let your doggy be creative) as well as all the themed festivities, a holiday? Believe Lucky Buddies will be celebrating it! Like Valentine’s day, St Patrick’s Day, Christmas, Halloween… etc., they do it all! These guys go above and beyond to ensure every dog gets enough exercise, play time, cuddles, food, treats… the whole nine yards! It’s the best.. i’m forever thankful for their service and love to my babies.

Roxie has been going to Lucky's Buddies for that past year. Yecenia and Juan are great with her. When I went on vacation to Egypt they even picked Roxie up at my house! I love all the extra touches Yecenia does--including holiday events, periodically sending photos and updates of Roxie during the day. I highly recommend taking your dog to Lucky's Buddies. We began taking our puppy to Lucky Buddies a few months ago and have been so happy with their care! We've done daycare, boarding, grooming, and will soon start some in house visits as well. Our puppy loves playing with the other dogs, and always comes home happily tired and engaged. They are great at updating us, and we love catching glimpses of our pup's day on their social media accounts too! They use the timetopet app which has also been super easy to use and book services, they've also been very responsive to questions. We love Lucky Buddies so far!

Joji loves spending time at Lucky Buddies. I love seeing the videos of him playing and receiving daily reports cards with photos. He used to be a shy puppy, but he has become so social and playful after his stays with his buddies. He also enjoys the neighborhood walks and gets a bath before coming home! We really appreciate the love and attention that Joji receives from Lucky Buddies.

Casey is amazing! The level of care she gives to our pooch each time she takes care of him is unbelievable. She always goes way above and beyond what we would ‘normally’ expect, and her clear and detailed texts after walks give us extreme comfort that all is ok. More, Casey’s level of professionalism is unparalleled. Monte recently went through a significant health issue - and there is no way he (or we) would have gotten through it without her. We seriously can’t recommend her enough.

I was looking for day care for my 1 year old pup and was able to find Jackie through google. She was able to take him 5 days a week, full time, which was what me and my boyfriend were looking for. The meet and greet was great. She really wanted to make my pup feel comfortable. As the days went by, my pup was super excited each morning to see Jackie. She keeps us posted with our pup throughout the day and is extremely reliable! Would recommend to anyone trying to board or day care.

We meet Jackie over a year ago at puppy training. We were looking for someone to board our golden retriever puppy for a weekend. Our Lola was well taken care of and had a blast socializing with other dogs. She now goes 3 days a week for doggie daycare. She looks forward to seeing Jackie and her pups. Jackie goes above and beyond to make sure every dog gets the attention they need through out the day 💛

Jackie is amazing. She is very responsive and flexible. I started going to her after looking for a dog sitter that was closer to my home. She is much more than a dog sitter. Her dog training experience and loving nature elevates her services. Recently, I went on a trip far away and Jackie was only able to watch my dog for a portion of the time I was gone. After I was not able to find other options, she offered to take care of him and drop him off at the second boarding place. She also fed him white rice and boiled chicken when his stool was too soft. Even though she does not take dogs with soft stool she cared for mine as if he were her own. Thank you Jackie. I'm only sad that I'm moving soon and won't be able to see you much longer.

Jackie (of Precious Paws) is amazing. We adopted a sweet but stubborn half-grown pup, and Jackie has worked hard to teach our dog some manners. Our dog loves going to see Jackie every day, because she’s given tasks to do, but also treated with love. Jackie has made a world of difference!

I boarded my 10 month old GSD puppy with Jackie for 5 days and I was extremely happy with how well she cared for my dog. I received daily updates and pictures of my pup and that really helped me since it was my first time away from him. Due to snow storms my flight was cancelled and I couldnt make it back in time for the pickup. Jackie went above and beyond to help board my dog for an extra night. I will highly recommend Precious Paws for your Precious Pups.

I just wanted to share how much I love Precious Paws. My original dog sitter canceled on me at the last minute when I was ALREADY out of town and I called Jackie from Precious Paws who came through for me in a big way. Not only did she come pick him up and watched him until I came back in town, but she sent me updates that included pictures and just text messages that just left me know that he is in great hands and from the looks of things he made himself really comfortable on the couch. This is the exact kind care I was looking for. I didn't want to put him in a place where he was going to be another dog in a cage. I wanted him to have fun minus me and my son and that is exactly what I got. I am so happy with the care and will be back there for services again.

Cannot recommend enough. We recently finished our 5 week group classes with the trainer, Gil. Sagan learned soooo much in just the 5 weeks & I feel so much more confident handling him. Sagan pretty immediately felt comfortable there & with the staff, who are so knowledgeable and helpful. We also have done one doggy daycare day and he was the most fulfilled I’ve ever seen him, resting so peacefully as soon as he got home. Can’t wait for Sagan to spend more time at K9 Keep fit.

This review is long overdue. For nearly two years, K9 Keep Fit took care of my goldendoodle, Phoebe whenever I needed to go into the office or out of town. We started with puppy playgroup and graduated to daycare and boarding. As with all businesses, some of the employees were more attentive and had a better attitude than others. But Phoebe always came home happy and tired. I moved away from the South Bay last year. But I’m grateful that Phoebe had positive experiences during her formative first year and was socialized during the later part of the pandemic through K9 Keep Fit.

My little Pom pup Panini had some great experiences with the puppy socials and one weekend boarding at K9 Keep Fit! We started taking him to the weekend puppy socials when he was maybe 13 weeks old (can't remember anymore but he was still smol) and his puppy manners improved almost immediately just from the one hour a week of safe interaction with other dogs. Me and my partner jokingly call it "taking Panini to school" because he's been goin' to get some pup learning in. The staff are all great and are so friendly. They're always happy to see Panini! I really like that they give you a little summary of how your pup did during the social when you pick them up, and they take time to record and send videos of your pup playing with the others. Plus, I love that they tell me the names of the dogs that Panini played with, it's such a cute little detail and sometimes you run into the dog parents of those dogs and it's a fun conversation starter! The cost of the socials can add up especially since it's just an hour, but honestly it's so worth it to get your puppy some safe socializing time especially when a lot of the daycares aren't accepting new dogs. Like I said, Panini's dog manners have improved noticeably with every social and it has been a godsend, so I just consider it part of the cost of having a well-socialized dog. I have to leave the area for a while for work and I'm pretty sad that I'll have to find another place for Panini to socialize, but I'm definitely planning to bring him back once I'm more permanently in the area! (dog tax attached, it's not a pic from the daycare but I can't not)

K9 Keep Fit has been the best daycare for our dogs for years. We bring both our high energy 6 and 3 year old GSDs here and they are exhausted before we reach the first stop light home. Highly recommend them!

We adopted a 1yr old rescue German Shepard mix puppy. As first time dog owners we found him difficult to manage in our home with 3 cats and could never satisfy his puppy energy. We were referred to trainer Sybl at K9 Team Fit. We boarded our dog for 7 weeks (split up over 3 months) to get the full attention of K9's attentive and effective training. Banjo loves going to K9 where he gets to socialize with many dogs in a well controlled environment, and their care and attention have made our dog owning experience a great one. Highly recommended for boarding, training or just a day filled with fun activities specifically for dogs!

My pup started coming here when he was just a few months old for puppy socials. Then we started daycare a bit later on. Now we have moved out of the area but I still bring him back occasionally when I’m visiting my parents in SJ. He has always loved coming here - he tries to run to the door so fast the second we get out of the car. The staff are friendly and helpful. I only hope they can expand a bit more bc it seems like lately they’re often full and have a huge wait list for new clients.

Our dog loves it here and looks forward to her weekly visit to play with her friends when she’s feeling social or hanging out on the treadmill on the days she’s antisocial. We also regularly bosses her here when traveling and we feel good knowing she’s in Renee’s great hands. 😊 …

The entire team here is amazing. We would not be fully functional at home/work during COVID without K9 Keep Fit daycare. Our puppy is a wonderful little bundle of energy and needs to satisfy her drive to play, but obviously we can't play with her while trying to perform at a high level during the workday. We're also doing puppy training classes. The mix of daycare, socialization, training, and strong recommendations from experienced staff is making all the difference between raising a good dog and a great dog. Thank you K9 Keep Fit!

K9 Keep Fit is wonderful! My dog is so excited to go back, and every time I come to pick her up she is happily exhausted. The staff are awesome - they greet her by name every morning, and from chatting with them about how she did that day when I pick her up, I can tell they pay attention to her happiness and comfort. It makes my life so much easier knowing that she is well taken care of while she is there!

Danielle is super professional and took great care of my four cats for two weeks! Everyday she sent me an update about my babies wellbeing and pics, she answered all my messages really fast. I used to leave my cats at pet hotels when we travelled, but my cats loved staying in the house, it was less stressful for all of us. I saved her contact for future trips, because it was really comforting to know she was here to take good care of my cats.

I have been using Danielle’s services for many years and trust my pets are in good hands with her! I have a senior dog and a cat with diabetes and she is able to give them all of their medication without any issues! She is reliable and knows how to care for animals in a professional and caring way. She also has great advice and recommendations so I can better care for my animals when asked. Her services are exceptional and she goes above and beyond for each animal. She developed a deep connection with each of my animals so I feel most comfortable leaving them in her care. It puts me and my pets at ease knowing she is caring for then when I am away or in need!

My two Chihuahuas have stayed with Danielle a few times now and I've always felt they were in the best hands! Twyla has some resource guarding tendencies which Danielle is skilled in handling. And my old man Wilson has kidney disease which gives him poor appetite but he always eats for Danielle. I would absolutely recommend!!

Four Paws is great. They are very caring and professional. Our dog had an emergency surgery and was on medications. We needed someone with experience and also knowledgeable about after care surgery since we couldn’t cancel an important trip. A very difficult situation for us and even though our dog was stable and was already 7 days since the surgery we were worried. We found Four Paws on line. We met with Danielle and Bianca and Immediately felt confident leaving our doggie with them. Danielle kept us informed about our dog’s progress and the medications intake. Danielle made especial arrangements the first few days to accommodated our dog’s needs and to make her feel comfortable and safe!. We will forever be grateful with them for helping us during that emergency situation. After that event we had left our dog a couple of times with Danielle and Bianca and each time it has been a great experience , our doggie is happy and We finally go on trips with a peace of mind !!!

I am so grateful to have found Danielle a little over a year ago! My 9 year old Pomeranian, Wally, has many medical conditions and Danielle is the only person I trust to leave him with. He has a thyroid issues, collapsing trachea, allergies and had a recent knee surgery. I needed someone with medical experience above a day to day walker who would be able to check in on him and make sure he was ok when at work (and let me know!). After knee surgery he still wanted to get out and about and Danielle walked him around the neighborhood in his stroller - he loved it! I've also used Danielle for overnights and Wally had a blast. He can be difficult with taking medications and picky with food and Danielle handled it with ease (and got him to eat!!!!!). I can truly relax on vacation knowing he's safe and taken care of. Recently Danielle has offered doggy daycare and these are some of Wally's most fun days. He always comes home happy and tired!!! I can honestly say Wally is a happier and healthier dog because of Danielle - I highly recommend her services!

We had Danielle at 4 Paws watch our dog while we were on vacation. He is very nervous with new people and we were worried about leaving him with just anyone. I knew as soon as we dropped him off that we made the right choice to leave him with Dani. We received photos while we were away updating us on his status and could see that he was having a great time with her and the other pets in her care. By the time we got back he was so comfortable with them I know I’ll be using them again in the future. Five stars all the way!! I’d recommend them to anyone needing care for special needs animals or just for a doggie play date. We enjoyed our vacation so much more knowing our baby was safe and happy.

We are so happy to have found 4Paws Pro Care in Santa Clara! Our mini doodle has stayed with 4Paws (Danielle Mores) for extended stays while we had to be away (and a couple of times for daycare). You couldn’t ask for a better experience or better care. Our pup is so comfortable with them that when we arrive she runs in like she is home! We really appreciate their focus on security and chemistry with the other dogs. It is a positive, enriching environment:) Danielle keeps us updated regularly while we are away. And it is a comfort that Danielle has a background as a registered veterinary technician. She has also been flexible when we have had schedule changes. 4Paws is our pup’s home away from home :):)

My dog loves coming here! The staff is friendly and professional. I trust that my dog will be safe. We have used them for day care as well as boarding and couldn’t be happier.

I strongly advise against using this business. My dog was attacked while under their care, which was traumatizing for her. Despite this, they terminated their service on the same day, citing my complaints about their billing practices as the reason. What's even more concerning is that they terminated their service without any prior warning or attempt to work with me. I have reported this business to the BBB, but they have not responded to any of my emails and calls. I tried to work with my credit card company to dispute the charge, but the business has responded by claiming that I canceled the service, even though they sent me a termination letter clearly stating that they were forfeiting the unused passes. I did however request for the refund for the unused passes which they have not done. I've sent several emails asking for a copy of the receipts and contract that they claimed I signed to agree they can terminate their service and forfeit any unused passes with any reason. I highly recommend avoiding this business due to their poor handling of my dog's attack and their shady business practices. If you are already using their service, be cautious when you purchase their passes in advance. As of today, I have yet to receive my refund of $1428.3 for the unused passes.

Staff is very rude and doesn’t communicate well at all. When I went to pick up my dog, it was after 12 noon and they argued with me over paying a late pick up fee I told them just to use one of my prepaid days from my boarding package to cover it to which they insisted they can’t do it and I must give them more money at that moment Understand that the prepaid day that I was asking them to use is more than the value of the late pick up fee Having just got home from vacation and not having my wallet or money with me I had no way to pay this fee and instead of trying to make things easy they decided to fight with me. All I’m trying to do is get the dogs that were prepaid and get home. I had a huge positive balance on my account don’t fight me The manager then went as far as calling my emergency contact on file to tell them that I was angry at them in an attempt to get me in trouble with them🤣. My neighbor informed me that the person on the phone was petty and rude, and she asked him why he was calling if there wasn’t an emergency and if I had already picked up my dogs she answered emergency contact not my parents Parking lot is practically unusable small I had chosen this place because of the raving reviews and am so disappointed by my personal experience. I tried so hard yet each of the 4 times I went there they found reasons to cause drama accusing me of not paying for prepaid grooming in Oct 23 to not coming fast enough in August of 23 to pick my dog up from grooming (they called me at 1 while I was showering and then 3 more times in the next hour as I got dressed and made my way over to pick up my dog). BE PATIENT it takes time to get there, I can’t stop everything and teleport over. Do not recommend will not go back.

Great doggy daycare service! Super friendly staff. I feel confident my pup is well looked after and safe. Worth the price for peace of mind! Update: I had to board my dog shortly after he was diagnosed with an ear infection. I couldn’t change my trip as it had been planned years in advance. They didn’t charge me extra to give him two pills a day plus ear drops every night. They also cleaned his ears every other day with a medicated ear cleaner I provided. I took him to the vet the day I picked him up for a follow up, and the vet was shocked by how clean his ears were. There was no sign of infection or irritation. The swabs they took from his ears were perfectly clean. The vet said she rarely sees ears this clean. I was over the moon thrilled! Thank you Dr. Dave’s for taking the best care of my dog! I will NEVER go to another boarding facility again!

Have always had a good experience here. It does smell bad in the lobby more often than not and once my dog smelled AWFUL upon picking her up from boarding but....nothing that a bath couldn't fix. Recommend.

Safe place to bring your dog. It is a smaller place, but the dogs aren't in kennels for part of the day like Canine Corral. The walks are also in a small area. The main objective for me is to keep my pup safe and free of ouch reports and Dr Dave's does that. Other services are available too

My dog is always excited to go there and always happy when I pick him up. No matter if it's for a few hours, a long weekend, or grooming. Best of all is he is allowed to play with other dogs while there. Staff always accommodates any insane request, be it for diet, grooming nuances, or even to send picks of BM for tracking digestive issues. The only issue is they could be too popular on weekends and may not be able to board overnight, wish they were bigger.

I love the hair cut they gave my dog. They do a beautiful job here the only thing I wish they would have done was call me to let me know it was going to be more since my dog was being difficult. I understand charging more since they needed another stylist to help but just call to let me know what is going on as well as that it was going to take more then 4 hours. I am very understanding of these things but I like to know what is going on with my baby. Other then that the groomers are amazing.

We use them for grooming are older dogs. They do an excellent job and accommodate our special needs (we need to use scent free shampoo, which we provide). Our dogs are not particularly stressed to go to the groomers.

the great reviews are true! We chatted with Alexandra and Ed about their services for our two kitties. They were very responsive and set uontime to meet in person. They are insured with pet CPR certification. They were friendly and welcoming, yet thorough and attentive with questions. They took fabulous care of the cats, and shared pics of them and the immaculate litter box. They even changed the litter genie and swept up stray litter. The cats seemed quite happy. Shout out to this fabulous service. It gave us such peace of mind, which is so important. I cannot recommend them enough.

Extremely professional and reliable! Alexandra has been taking care of our cats whenever we have gone away on vacation over the last three years. It's always difficult to leave our fur babies behind, but Alexandra's professionalism gives us peace of mind when we're away. It also helps that she sends regular email updates with pictures (sometimes video) of our cats! It's so nice to come home to clean and happy kitties after being gone for a few days. Alexandra & Ed have been taking care of our dog for almost two years now. We've had them walk our dog regularly during the week and have also had them stay over while we've been out of town. Lovable Pet Sitter is not some big pet service conglomerate. You will have the same familiar person taking care of your pet. It's been really important to us because our dog does not warm up to strangers easily and we feel at ease knowing that our dog is in good hands when we're away. We highly recommend them.

Lovable Pet Sitter took care of my cat for two weeks and they were fantastic. I got text message updates and pictures as well about my cat every time Alexandra came over, which was great and a huge relief. They provided an extremely reliable, excellent service and I would highly recommend it. They also have reasonable prices that are on their website and very straight forward.

Ed and Alexandra are THE BEST dog sitters we've ever had! They've been our dog sitters for over 5 years now and we've never had any problems - quite amazing considering that one of our dogs is prone to anxiety issues and the other is aggressive towards other dogs. So leaving them at home "unsupervised" or going on walks can be challenging and daunting. Oh and did I mention that they're both 70lb Akitas! We usually hire them for our long vacation trips, anywhere from 2-4 weeks and we always feel that our dogs are in good hands. The reassurance they provide is why we keep hiring them. We can tell when we come home from our trips that our dogs felt comfortable too, and in fact, probably miss Alexandra because of how well she takes care of them. As other yelp reviews have mentioned, Ed and Alexandra are very thorough and leave "report cards" after every visit in addition to email/text updates with picture to show "proof of life" haha. Those pictures ARE the best! They will also water plants, check mail, take out trash and do additional services included in their price that you wouldn't expect a dog sitter to do. And to show how committed they are, they recently stopped service in Mira Mesa, where we are, but told us that they would continue to be our dog sitters because of our long relationship and their relationship with our dogs. Needless to say, we were so relieved and thankful - that's great customer service! If you want trusted reassurance at an affordable rate, HIRE ED AND ALEXANDRA!

Ed and Alexandra are awesome. Our jack russell's absolutely love them and after 7 years of perfect pet sitting we trust them completely. My cat never warms up to people right away, but she instantly greeted Alexandra. I swear she is the cat whisperer! I have been entrusting Alexandra with my cat for over 4 years now & I would never use anyone else. She always sends updates, either text messages, or pictures, or videos. It definitely gives me peace of mind. She has also administered medication to my cat in the past, with no issues. I highly recommend!!

My very high energy bulldog puppy has participated in both day training and group classes with Dawna and her staff. She also attends daycare four to five times weekly and has done a multiple night boarding stay while we were out of town. We could not be happier with the care and training she has received. She was behind with her socialization skills when we brought her home but at Canine Corral she is placed in appropriate play groups and able to continue to improve her social skills under the close watch of employees. In between play time she is very comfortable being crated for needed down time. The webcams allow me to enjoy watching her interact with the other dogs and staff. I can also conveniently add-on a bath or nail trim when needed. My puppy loves going to daycare and happily greets staff at the door and heads right in. She is definitely still a work in progress at just 10 months old, but she is much better behaved at home and listens and responds to commands that she once ignored. She also interacts much more appropriately with her senior Yorkie brother and her cat brothers. Dawna and her staff has laid the foundation for her to be the well behaved bulldog we know she can be and we are extremely grateful!

We've been taking our dog to Canine Corral since she was a pup. We started with training classes and then daycare. Our dog loves it there - always excited to be dropped off and always happy when we pick her up. The staff is genuinely caring and knows every dog by name. The owner, Donna, is dedicated to the dogs. Most importantly, they get to know the personalities and temperament of each dog and group personalities together so the dogs have a good experience.

We have been using Canine Corral for several years for weekly day care and occasional overnight stays for our labrador retriever. She absolutely loves it there- in great part due to the incredible staff. In fact, she starts barking with excitements several blocks away and can't wait to get inside. I have been taking my dog Winston to Canine Corral for two years now. The staff here are amazing (especially Megan and the owner Dawna) and know how to deal with dogs that can be a bit more challenging to handle than most. My dog has some fear based aggression with new people. Most other daycare/boarding facilities would automatically reject a dog like mine because of these issues. Canine Corral has a wonderful owner named Dawna, who happens to be an amazing dog trainer. She runs Happy Tails Dog Training that Winston and I completed together. She saw his problems and helped me be a better, more confident owner with him. That in turn makes him a better, more confident dog so he can be more secure and not so fearful of new people. The staff are amazing and I feel great knowing I can drop my dog off for daycare or boarding and that he is in the best place for him to be well taken care while I am gone!!

The staff is amazing and always friendly and what really tells me he's happy to be there - he gets excited when we pull in the parking lot and loves when he sees the staff! Canine Corral is fantastic. We have taken our dogs there for both daycare and boarding for many years. Our dogs are always excited when they realize they are going to Canine Corral. When I drop them off they are happy and wiggly with all the staff members. I never worry about our dogs when we go away.

I volunteer with a rescue organization, Golden Gate Labrador Retriever Rescue, and can not say enough about the care, training, and services Dawna and staff have provided for so many of our rescues. They have provided daycare (and boarding when needed) to help get our rescues more socialized with other dogs and people. I, as a rescue representative, am confident in the care our dogs receive while at Canine Corral. I am presently representing a dog that has some issues and Canine Corral has been working with him on a once/weekly basis until he is adopted. They are respectful and understanding of his quirks and are in no rush to end his daycare. This dog is exhausted when picked up from his day at Canine Corral, and we are relieved to know that he is receiving the extra care and expertise to help him gain some confidence along the way in finding a new home.
