Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment  and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

I have nothing but great things to say about Jill! She’s a wonderful sitter and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog and cat in her capable hands while I was out of the country. She was thorough in making sure she knew exactly what each pet needed, had excellent communication, and provided me with daily updates. I came home to a house that was even tidier and more organized than when I left and two very loved pets. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for a kind, caring, consistent pet sitter. Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Her willingness to front the repair costs until I could reimburse her was an act of kindness and trust that you rarely see.

Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Their stay was characterized by an extraordinary level of care and I was particularly impressed by how they left the house in perfect condition, with happy pets to welcome me back.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.
