Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Amanda was the perfect housesitter and pet sitter for our cat. She is organized and communicative, and took care to ensure she understood the guidelines for taking care of our home and our cat. She left our house in perfect condition and we returned home to one happy kitty! Would not hesitate to have Amanda housesit for us again or recommend her to others looking for a sitter.
Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.
Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! They were communicative before the sit, during, and after. Kelly and Chris were the ideal sitters in every way. We’d welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to others. Thanks you two!
Sharon was by far the best sitter I’ve ever had! From the very first time we connected, she was communicative and proactive with follow up. She asked great questions prior to her stay and I could tell she’s done this many times and that she genuinely cares about the pets and homes she cares for. Sharon went above and beyond to leave my house in ever better shape, cleaning and organizing. It was a dream to come home to! Thank you Sharon!
Rachel was an excellent pet sitter for my cat. She was a good communicator and also kept my place very tidy. She even left me a gift of a bar of chocolate upon her departure! Highly recommend.
Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. Thanks again for making my trip away worth it!
Lyndsey and Jordan were wonderful pet sitters and house guests. They kept us informed of how our pets were doing and went above and beyond to care for them. We felt entirely comfortable leaving our home and pets in their hands and arrived home to find everything tidy and the pets well cared for. We would absolutely have them sit again if the need arose.
Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!
Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!

A solid, safe, well run place for our doggies to enjoy themselves. Frankie loves playing with his friends here! I know when I bring him here, he will be well taken care of.
My husband and I have our first dog as a couple and being a very large but still only 10 month old Alaskan Malamute, he still needs someone around to care for him during most of the day. When we got word that a week of work schedule conflicts were coming and we needed to find a way for our pup to be taken care of for long work days I got extremely anxious. Multiple coworkers suggested Country Kennel and when I called to explain my situation the staff were absolutely understanding and helped us setup a few days of day boarding. The staff went above and beyond to put us at ease by letting me tour the facility and where the dogs were kenneled during the day, explained what was needed before our first visit and even worked directly with my vet to acquire vaccine records. We dropped off at 7:30 and after some paperwork I left and by 11am they let me know he was doing great on his first day and that he was getting to spend most of his day outside in his one area. I picked him up at 5pm and came home to a very happy and VERY tired pup. All in all, they have been phenomenal to work with especially on such short notice and the staff truly appear to care deeply for their clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs boarding/daycare for their pup.
They have done a magnificent job with the three dogs I have boarded there. Two of them have also attended day care and just loved it. I highly recommend them!
We have used Country Kennel for over 1 year with our German Shepherd. They are the best with her, as she is a bit timid in new places. She goes in without hesitation walking out back with staff, not looking back.
LeAnn is a wonderful trainer!!! Her classes are packed full of lessons and practice, yet she still makes time to address individual concerns or specific alternative methods for different breeds. If you practice between classes, you will see quick progression and dogs that love to do obedience and back. We have control of our pups with a better and stronger bond because we can effectively communicate with her. Highly recommend 👍😃
We bring our Akita puppy here and have since his first months with us, he always look forward to going there and loves Leanne - we had an issue with him eating rocks and they were willing to work with him and help train him. So happy we've found a facility full of people who love our dog the same way we love him
Leanne is a wizard with dogs and their owners. Jen runs a great dog day care and boarding home. They have helped me with all three of my dogs over the past 25 years
I took my dog there for in October, as we were going out of town for a long weekend. I was apprehensive as I'd not known anyone who had used the kennel before. While we were gone, I called the kennel to check on my dog and never got a response back, even though I'd left a message and tried calling back on several occasions. When we picked up my dog, my poor girl was shaking and scared, and they told us that she "might be hungry because she spilled her food." When my dog spilled her food, she would eat it off the floor, not to mention I'd provided extra bags of food for her, so there should have been no reason for her to be hungry at any point during her stay. Once we got my dog home, it took her a full day to settle down and start acting like her old self. I would not recommend this kennel to anyone.
First, I would like to say I rarely ever leave a review to a business, but my experience here was so horrendously awful I thought I would share it. My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to bring our dog for some training classes. I had talked to them on the phone and signed up my dog for a 6-week training course. I brought my dog in to drop off the money for the class and to see if he feels comfortable, and he did not like it, he was barking and being a nuisance. I had never seen this type of behavior from him before. I thought maybe we could meet the trainer and maybe she could tell us what we could do when we see this from him. So, we agreed to try the first class. We brought our dog in again, and of course he still wouldn’t stop barking, so the trainer made us stand in the corner where there is a small area enclosed with half tall walls so our dog couldn’t see the others. She did not come over once to give us any instruction or to talk to us about what we could do. We had to wait in the corner for an hour just so we could talk to her after to only hear her say our dog is a “bully” and he needs private lessons that would cost $75/hour whereas the 6-week class (1 hour sessions) is only $120. We agreed on a time and date for the private lesson the following week. They called us the day before (less than 24-hour notice) to tell us they must cancel the class. Due to unforeseen events, I was out of state for a little while, and was unable to reschedule the class for another time. Once I was back, I called to just get a refund because this trainer did not help us before and my dog obviously dislikes the place. I had called twice before I finally reached the trainer that was the only person who could give me a refund. When I mentioned getting $120 back for the initial 6 week classes I paid for, she said that she could only refund me $45 because we had missed the private class that we rescheduled. I told her that we never rescheduled the private lesson and we expect our full $120, but she still insisted that in their calendar we had rescheduled the class and we did not show up. We argued for a minute because I knew my boyfriend nor I rescheduled that class. The trainer finally talked to the owner and told us that they could give us $100 because we came to their first training class, in which they did not help us at all during and made us stand in the corner. When my boyfriend came to collect the money, the trainer slammed the doors and was extremely rude to him. These people obviously cared more about getting $20 than helping our dog, their customer service is awful, and I would never come back to this place ever again. I would leave 0/0 stars if I could.
Jennifer and Leanne have an outstanding business! The love and care that they, and their amazing staff are fantastic! Rasta is always exhausted when he comes home and loves his fluff and puff! I appreciate the love they give my furbaby when he's under their care! Thank you all again!
