Tina was absolutely fantastic from start to finish of this sit! She was communicative at all times and made life so easy for all of us! My usually anxious puppy Rocco, took to her straight away and Topsy snuggled the week away, just couldn't get enough from the second she walked in the door! The house was immaculate upon return, bed sheets washed, hung out and everything! I really, really very highly recommend Tina as a petsitter and would love to have her back myself in the future! Angela was perfekt Communication was great all the time she sent us pictures of Anton and kept us informed. Anton trusted her from the beginning and when we were coming back, we were greeted by a very relaxed cat. Angela is a real cat person we would not hesitate to trust her again with Anton and our home. Anna and Michal were the perfect sitters. Communication was great from the start, we chatted via whatsapp before they arrived and met them in person on route to our house. When we were away they sent us regular updates with loads of photos of our happy cats! They were incredibly organised, so open and friendly and a joy to communicate with. Our cats were very happy happy in their care and we had complete trust in them when we were away. They overlapped with another sitter and she told us that they were super nice and helpful in handing over the house and cats. We would 100% recommend them as sitters and would happily have them back to stay anytime!

Petra and Jaroslau are lovely people, we appreciated the opportunity to spend some time with them the night before our departure. They are genuinely interested in providing the best care for the pets they are entrusted with and take the time to get acquainted with them and their routine. All throughout the sit, they have provided updates (messages and photos) which is key to us as it gives peace of mind and the reassurance that our fur-babies are doing well. Upon our return, we found the house tidy and super clean and the cats in great shape. There was no doubt that both our fur-babies and our home have received the best of care. We are grateful for their support and highly recommend them for future sits.

Gabi accommodated our schedule and arrived the night before so we could show her how to feed and walk the dogs in person, saving us time and worry since we were able to talk through everything in real time, face to face. She sent us daily updates, including any concerns or questions she might've had about Luisa & Humphrey. Gabi is reliable, trustworthy and experienced. Exactly what we are looking for in a sitter.

Sunny - my weather and my nature
Dieter and Tina did a wonderful job of looking after our menagerie ☺️ they clearly doted on our dogs and the feeling was very mutual. They arrived the day before we departed which was great as we could spend time with them, the dogs could get used to them and we could explain everything without being rushed. On both the morning we departed and arrived home, Dieter and Tina walked the pups so we wouldn't have to worry about it. They also made up our bed so it was ready when we arrived back very early in the morning. They sent lots of pictures and we knew they were in very good hands. A lovely experience and you're both welcome back any time!

Flextime digital nomad & nonsmoker - great companion for pets!
Cindy is a reliable, warm and considerate person and a very experienced house and pet sitter. It was a pleasure for us and our cat Micky to have her here during our five-week trip to Canada and we hope it won't be the last time. Cindy came to stay with us a day and a half before we left, as we had arranged in advance. It was easygoing to share the flat with her during this time and there was enough time for conversation and explanation. Cindy was very attentive and carefully followed all recommendations regarding the flat and the care of Micky. She quickly became friends with Micky. We therefore had no worries when we left. Communication was great. Cindy provided us with regular photos and reports on Micky with the frequency we requested, took care of the mail and the plants, and also handled unusual situations with ease. On our return, Micky was completely unchanged and relaxed. The flat was also as clean as we had left it and everything was in its place. Cindy cooked a tasty meal on our arrival, which was perfect for us after the long flight. It was also nice to meet her again. To our delight even several days after our return we still realized how tidy everything was, and we were very impressed with Cindy's thoughtfulness and self-sufficiency. Anyone travelling for an extended period of time should consider themselves lucky when Cindy looks after pets and home.

Ursula and her husband Erwin are an amazing couple. They took really good care of our four cats, especially also since Tigris now needs medication. The house was tidy and clean when we got home. Communication was perfect. We would invite them back anytime. We also loved the humour and the story of them both. Had some good laughs. Am I now your best friend, Erwin? :) :) :) :)

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. We really loved that, knowing that Kona was being so well taken care of. As my husband said, "OMG, she is the Dog Sitter Champion of the world!!!" 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
