Chelsea is the best!! Such a lovely human being and it was a real privilege to have her come all the way from Dallas, Texas to Ireland, to look after FiFi, our adorable feline, who comes with many quirks and little idiosyncrasies . I can honestly say that Chelsea took care of her exactly as we would have wanted - keeping to her familiar routines which are so important for her continued health and wellbeing. Fi Fi is well known in our local community and Chelsea fully immersed herself in social gatherings, enabling FiFi to maintain her bonds with those familiar to her. Chelsea has a wealth of experience in taking care of animals and it showed in the standard of the care she provided. It is obvious that she loves what she is doing and this shows through her level of commitment and attention to detail in the care she provides On our return the house was exactly as we had left it and Fi Fi was really relaxed and settled - the sit was purrfect!!! We were lucky enough to be able to spend some time with Chelsea the following day and really enjoyed her company and gentle nature - she was also a big hit with our neighbours , who like us were sad to see her go. I really hope we get the chance to meet Chelsea again and only wish she lived nearer!! She is a 5 Star + house sitter Chelsea, we can’t thank you enough for looking after FiFi so well - she loves you lots and so do we!! xo

I think the best sign of a good housesitter is when my cats are hardly phased when I come home because they are so comfortable and well-adjusted, and my cats hardly looked up when I came in the door. She was great at keeping me updated and sending photos of the kitties, plus she kept the house in perfect shape, like I never left. I just want to say Kathryn was awesome from the first intro/meeting video to the last day of our vacation. She was punctual, kind and also relaxed, which I think really helped our kitty to quickly get used to her. Our home was clean and tidy when we returned from our long trip. It was nice to come home to clean. The dogs were happy and alive. I am sure they were a handful with all of the storms that occurred during Maxine's stay. Zoe is very afraid of storms but seems no worse for wear. For our first experience using the app we were very lucky to have had Amy take care of Dozer. From the first Zoom call we could tell that she takes her role as doggo caretaker seriously and enjoys showering puppers with love. She sent lots of pictures and videos so we could relax knowing he was in good hands. He might be spoiled because of all the attention, but I guess that's okay. So much world yet to see!
This seemed to be the perfect match of a wonderful, caring, pet/house sitter and our place. Gretchen sent us an update every day, with pictures most days, and it was obvious she loved our cats. She took care of our leaky pool and watering plants and the lawn and left everything spotless. She even left us some wonderful soup. We hope to have her sit here again in the future.

Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Do not hesitate to contact her for your pet sitting needs. I already have her booked for 10/2024 so don’t try and get her then!!!😁

Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Just a delightful person all around. I'd love to have her come again and if you have a chance to have her housesit, jump on it. She is a gem.

Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. She thought of everything related to us and our pets, so we could have a seamless late evening return. We highly recommend Andrea for any zeewoi, as she is a jewel. Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

The owner keeps the facility nice and clean. It never has that typical dog smell when you walk through the door. My dog has been boarding here for 8 years and hasn't ever had any issues. We Love Shiloh Kennels.
Our dogs stay here anytime we travel. For two years, they have received excellent care. We don't have to worry about our dogs while we're gone.
We felt a little apprehensive leaving our pets with someone we didn't know as this was our first experience here, but boy were we surprised. Not only did they take good care of our dogs, but the bath and grooming they got as part of the service was top notch. Our dogs looked better than the regular groomers we used so, goodbye old groomer and hello, Shiloh. We found a groomer and a kennel in one place. Now here is the bonus: we were thinking about putting our pup in agility training... this place does that... and obedience!? Wow, what a diamond in the rough!
The lady who lives in the back room of the boarding facility was really unwelcoming when I spoke to her. When I asked if I could have a tour before boarding my dogs there for the first time, she told me that “this is why she doesn’t like new clientele because everyone wants a tour.” She then continued to tell me that she “doesn’t really need new clientele at the moment because she has built up the business to a good point.” I just didn’t like her attitude and wouldn’t recommend keeping your dogs here. If this is how she treats humans how does she treat the dogs when no one is looking, just saying. I wish the owner still worked here and didn’t retire.
This was my first visit to this boarding kennel and it wasn’t a very good one. The staggered 8-10, 4-8 hour drop off and pick up times aren’t the most convenient but I did understand. However, once I picked up my dogs I was informed that if you pick up in the afternoon you are charged another day, which she waived - rightfully so as you need notify clients before pickup as to how pricing works. One of my dogs was scratching terribly once I got her home which I can’t seem to figure out why. I guess I was just hoping for a better experience given the reviews.

The owner is amazing. Also they have a pool you can rent for 30 min to use if your dog us healing from tplo surgery. Got my dog up and running again. You rent the pool so you cam bring all your dogs if you want
I have used Shiloh for many years always the same, no surprises great service! You can feel the loving atmosphere and care from the lady who takes care of our pets. She’s been there for a long time and they are blessed to have her! What an asset she is to this place!
