Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. We had the pleasure of having Tara as our house sitter while we were away, and we can't praise her enough for the fantastic job she did. Not only did she take excellent care of our home, but she also showed tremendous love and attention to our beloved dogs.

Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets!  Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks.  She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement).  You would never know this was her first TH sit.  She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!!  Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies.  She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working.  We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. Exceptional Pet Sitters - Highly Recommend Diedre and Keith!

I am thrilled to leave a glowing review for our trusted house and pet sitters, Diedre and Keith. They took exceptional care of our long-haired cat, Molly, and our home during our absence. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and their communication was top-notch. Dierdre and Keith provided regular updates, including delightful pictures of Molly, which put our minds at ease while we were away.

Upon our return, it was evident that Molly had been well cared for and was content. The genuine love and understanding Diedre and Keith have for both dogs and cats was apparent in their interactions with Molly, and it was clear that they had made her feel comfortable and secure in their care. Their friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience truly enjoyable.

In addition to taking great care of our beloved pet, Diedre and Keith ensured that our home was in excellent condition upon our return. They even went the extra mile by informing us about the leftovers they left in the fridge, which was a thoughtful gesture.

I have had 4 pet sitters this year so far.  And Liz was the best!  She was wonderful with cats.  She has an easy going manner and is very comfortable to be around.  Very smart and she is a great communicator. She followed all directions and left the house spotless.  I highly, highly, highly recommend her!  I would have her again anytime!

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups!  Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals.

Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals!  We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!"

Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair.

Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours.   The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned!

When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years.

Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. 

Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day.  The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend!

This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow.  Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with  a rock star.

Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being.

This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral.

Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.

Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Thank you for taking great care for the dogs and the house.

Shella was a great house sitter and I had no concerns leaving her in charge when we went away.  She kept in touch while we were away and we returned to happy pets and a tidy house.  What more can you ask?!  I would be more than happy to welcome Shella back to house sit another time.
