Pet Sitting in Vinovo

Margherita is a very enthusiast woman, understanding and reliable. She loves to discover new places and she really loves pets. She stayed with my furry family only for a weekend and they were well cared of, so I hope to have her back the next year, especially cause she lives not far from my place.

Giovanna and Alfredo sat for us last year and we invited them to come back this year as we and Poppy our golden retriever liked them so much. Poppy was unwell during their stay and we can never thank them enough for the care and love they showed her. They are exceptional human beings and we can recommend them wholeheartedly.

I felt so at home with Valentina and Lucio from our first meeting a week before the sit. Luckily our requirements fitted at such short notice perfectly and it was aver happy exchange. Caring house guest and animals lovers I would highly recommend them .

We couldn’t have asked for more! We had a fabulous holiday safe in the knowledge that our 2 cats were in the best of hands! Margaret and Nick left the house immaculate for our return. We were only sorry not to get to meet them in person. Huge thank yous M&N! X

Elena is a wonderful dog sitter! She took great care of our dog Pucky, who enjoyed all his favorite activities and more. We came back to a very happy, and stress free dog! Our home was also well taken care of, and they even cooked us a dessert as a parting gift 😊. We hope there are future opportunities for pet sits with Elena and her partner, who are extremely trust worthy and organized. Thanking you both for your excellent care!

This was our first time using TH... We consider ourselves so lucky to have had this wonderful family stay in our home and take care of our Boxer. She can be a lot and Shayna and Paolo and their kids were such great sports... We are grateful and hope they can come back!!!! 5 stars out of 5!!!!!! A++++++

I highly recommend Francesca and Nicola. From the outset, when we first met with them online, they were organised and reliable. These characteristics were a theme throughout their sit and we felt comfortable leaving Moisha and our home in their care. Everything went very smoothly and inspite of them having a nightmare journey getting to our place, they were communicative and responsive throughout. They sent daily pictures or videos and we felt they became genuinely very fond of our dog. The house was clean and tidy when we returned. We would definitely be happy to have them sit for us again.

Some pet parents may be looking for the merest assistance - food in a bowl and a little attention for their pets here and there. That bare minimum is what you will receive with this couple. If that is good enough for you, then great. If not, you should understand that they are not suited to care for your home, and more importantly, your beloved companions. We were quite baffled by how underwhelming these two cared for our pets and our home. Teddy and Bear were fed, yes, but the particulars which were clearly stated in our initial video conversation, and are further detailed in the manual, were quite obviously not followed. Having grown up with dogs for 20 years and had the pleasure of cats as pets/companions for more than 25 years, it was quite obvious by their behavior (particularly Teddy’s) that the care we had requested of them was overlooked. The “plant person” in Lucinda was definitely not present either. We had left clear (in pictures and text messages) which of the plants needed care over the week. Random plants we had NOT requested to be watered or cared for had been (leading to overwatering) and others we had requested were completely neglected, some of which died (a few on our balcony). The respect of our kitchen was completely absent. We were quite taken aback to find dirty dishes, bowls, and glassware put right back in the cupboards, unwashed, stained, littered with food, wine, drink, even lip residue, as if they had been rinsed with water and just thrown back in. It would be impossible to have put them away in such a condition without completely neglecting soap and a dish sponge. It was really, pretty nasty. Throughout our time away, we asked how things were going and from the beginning tried to give reminders about the particularities (because they were late on arrival and we could not see them before we had to leave) to which we were constantly responded to with “I know.” They clearly did not know, or did not care, and used our home like a bachelor pad, trying to clear things up at the last minute, as if we had no awareness of, or insight into, our own home, pets, or plants.

Natali & Amit did a very good job and my cats have been treated very well. I have found them in good health and quite happy. Also the apartment was in good conditions and nothing bad did happen. Very a minor point: they could have used the vacuum a little more, but by no mean the apartment was dirty.
