Linda & Kenne were 5 star all the way! Communication before the sit was great we texted several time to make arrangements. Linda always responded in a timely manner. They arrived the day before at our agreed time at 3pm. We had several hours to go over all the instructions and for them to get acquainted with the pets. I made dinner and then we settled in and watched some TV together. Our sit was for 16 days. There were absolutely no issues, and we have a house full! Five cats, four dogs, deer feeders and bird feeders. They even mowed the lawn. The house was clean and tidy, they washed all the linen and most important the pets were healthy and happy! It would be a honor to have them come back in the future to pet sit again.

Magdalena was the best housesitter ever. She coordinated her stay completely with our scheduled time away from the home. She went above and beyond to get to Chicago after they cancelled her flight. She bonded amazingly with our cat. She took great care of Shadow and played with her all of the time. She sent us regular updates and photos. The cat is still moping around missing Magdalena. The house was in perfect condition when we returned. We could not tell that anyone had even been here in our absence - except, of course, that the cat was happy and healthy. All in all, Magdalena was a gem.

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! They were communicative before the sit, during, and after. Kelly and Chris were the ideal sitters in every way. We’d welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to others. Thanks you two!

Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

My dog absolutely loves it here. She attends daycare. She is excited everytime we pull up and can't get inside fast enough. It is also a huge convenience for us since we work long hours. Planet canine has improved the quality of life for my dog and given me peace of mind.
Loved this place. They are all so nice to the dogs, they play all day outside all together (amazing). Obviously they have an evaluation to see if the dog is nice to other dogs and they can also hang out inside with AC, they have a sofa for the dogs haha they have pool parties all day. I recommend, love it!
I really love this daycare for my puppy. The staff are very friendly and caring. My dog loves it. The groomer is also amazing. So convenient to get him groomed while at daycare.
Started bringing my dogs here for daycare because they were NOT getting enough exercise/entertainment while I was at work. Within 3 days, my fur-babies were getting excited every time I grabbed their harnesses and put them in the car. They disappear to the back as soon as we get there, ready to run and play! My dog loves it here! Honestly the workers are like family. They care for your pup like one of their own. I’ve been doing daycare and boarding since I moved here in September. Definitely I rely recommend. A great place to socialize your pup!
The staff is so friendly and they take care of my big boy. As soon as I tell him we are going to daycare he can hardly contain his excitement. He loves going to play with his friends and they always do fun stuff for holidays.

My wife and I are from corpus christi and we were staying in Beaumont Saturday and Sunday and we just adopted a puppy a week before for my boy. The hotel we were staying at wasn't pet friendly. Not wanting to leave Gunter in corpus I decided to Google some pet resorts In Beaumont. After reading reviews and calling a couple of places I decided on Planet Canine after talking to Krystal! She assured me Gunter will be well taken care of, played with and shown a lot of love. This place is awesome. No leash and not locked up all day. Gunter got to play with other dogs in a huge fenced in yard. Krystal was really nice and answered all my questions. She gave my wife and I a peace of mind so we could enjoy ourselves for the weekend. If we are ever in the area again we know where Gunter will be staying. If yall are looking for a place to for daycare or overnight for your pup. This is the place in Beaumont. Thank you Krystal!!
We are so glad we found Planet Canine for our dog, Gunner. Our 2 yo golden retriever always comes home tired, but more importantly, he comes home healthy (no kennel cough or ear infections like at other places). We also love the staff. They are responsible and happy to give him his daily medicine. Their rates are great and they always seem to have openings, even around holidays, which was a lifesaver this Christmas! Would highly recommend to any dog lover.
They took amazing care of my dog before he died; my boy LOVED coming here! He couldn’t wait to get to daycare and would wait at the door in the mornings to leave. When my dog died unexpectedly, the staff sent flowers to my home. They are really great and I will absolutely bring my next dog here.
