They kept our apartment tidy and sent us constant photo and video updates so we could see that Olu was doing well. They even gave us some great tips, like moving Olu's water fountain to a different location to encourage him to drink more. We really appreciated their attentiveness and care for Olu. Laura and Bernd looked after our house and animals for a two weeks period. Unfortunately, we had to hand over a sick cat that needed medication and special nutrition: The two took it easy and mastered the situation just as well. The communication and coordination of the handover worked easily. Laura and Bernd took their tasks very seriously and looked after the house and the animals better than one might expect. They even took care of another "pet" and fed our sourdough. On our return we were welcomed with a "Swiss Zopf" baked especially for us and a shining clean house (which they treated with great care). We always had the highest trust and were able to enjoy our holidays carefree. In a few words: We can warmly recommend Laura and Bernd to look after your house and animals and award 5 stars at the MInimum.

Brigitte and Wolfgang came to the rescue when we were a bit in a tight spot, having agreed to housesit for a couple in England at rather short notice while not yet having found the type of sitters (of a certain age) we wanted. Although previously cat owners, they have acquired enough experience with (big dogs) on their sits. They arrived a day early, as agreed, so we could get to know each other and our dog had enough time to adjust. An uncomplicated couple, with lots of tales of past and recent travels to tell. Took them to the supermarket to do their food shopping and for orientation; also went for a short walk with the dog together. Throughout our absence, we received reassuring texts and photos so we could concentrate on our English pets. They took BASKO on walks without any problems even though he is quite strong on the lead... Upon our return, we were greeted by a happy but relaxed dog and a lovely cake and even a very nice dinner. We all had a chatty evening together and next morning, our sitters went on their (rather long) way, with another sit waiting for them in the near future. We can recommend them as capable and uncomplicated sitters.

Trustworthy pet loving couple on the edge to retirement (non smoking).
Suzanne and Manfred were the perfect sitters for our alpacas, cat and doves! We invited them to arrive early to learn our routine and they quickly picked up how to "be" around alpacas! They were calm and organised and were soon accepted by the alpacas as safe to be close to! One alpaca was having antibiotic eye drops and they confidently completed the last few days of giving these. We received daily updates, photos and videos which reassured us that all was well at home! Suzanne and Manfred cared for the house, leaving it spotless for our return. Suzanne even made a delicious Thai soup for us for lunch...what a treat to return to! They had stripped beds and washed their sheets and towels which is certainly not something we expect as we arrive home quite early so they must have been up extremely early to get everything done ready for our return! This was above and beyond the job description! We thoroughly enjoyed the few days with Suzanne and Manfred, as they got to know the alpacas, before our holiday and we definitely now consider them as friends and hope that we will stay in touch and maybe meet again! This sit was complicated by the fact that we are selling the house and rehoming the alpacas so there was some uncertainty ....how many alpacas would still be at La Grand-Mère ? We know that Suzanne and Manfred have waited a long time to come to Brittany as well as to care for alpacas, so we truly hope that the uncertainty around our move wasn't too stressful for them! So ..without hesitation, we would recommend Suzanne and Manfred for your sit. You'll go away confident that your "babies" will receive the best care and your house too! Thank you Suzanne and Manfred for being the perfect sitters at a particularly stressful period in our lives! 😘

This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
