No problems whatsoever, every few days updates on our cats with pictures and videos, a totally clean flat when we came back after nearly 4 weeks and two happy and relaxed cats. Erum was a fantastic sitter to my dog, Griz! I’m always worried when I leave him, but Erum put me at ease. She asked great questions during our initial visit, which showed her thoughtfulness and professionalism. Erum sent lots of photos, and gave me updates throughout the weekend. Deirdre stayed in our home for three weeks watching our cat. Deirdre is a clear communicator. We hopped on a call before confirming the sit and since that call we had confidence in her ability to watch our home for an extended period of time. During the stay we had a few unexpected house issues that needed attention. Deirdre was excellent at communicating the issue and coordinating with contractors as needed. Deirdre was also wonderful with our cat. Deirdre had questions about our cat's personality the first few days as she got to know him and I am glad she asked us. We received frequent pictures/videos and we came back to a stress free cat.

Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home.
