Booking appointments and services were quick and easy through an app given by the staff. Anything from grooming, play dates, baths, and nature walks are easy to schedule. Even when to feed our friendly pup was manageable through the app online. The accommodating staff called to verify all that was scheduled and helped along the convenience of the clean and amazing facility. We have been going to five pets since our great dane loved her stay. Took our new bud and he was a happy pup upon pickup and arrival. He smelled so good and felt so soft. Very satisfied customer. We will send him back again.

I use to board my dogs many years ago, and loved rhis place. Recently I adopted 2 cats that have never been boarded before. We took a vacation and 5 points watched our Bella and Chloe for 8 days. They came home and adjusted back to their normal routine. I highly recommend 5 Points Pet Resort. They treat your pets like their own. We will most definitely use them again. My little Nico was a typical "street thug" when my daughter rescued him. He had such long hair we couldn't keep up with it. Finally, we were able to get all his shots and an appointment for a haircut. WOW!!!! He looks like a different dog!!! Sooooo adorable!!! Probably lost a couple pounds and he was only a 12 pound dog! Great job ladies! I know Nico feels much better. Thank you all so much!

Our sweet girl has only been boarded one other time in the seven years we have had her. Five Points Pet Resort took very good care of her. They kept us posted daily on how she was doing. When we arrived to pick her up, she was happy and looked like she enjoyed her stay.

I am so happy we found Five Points Pet Resort for our boys!!!! The staff is great with them and when we have to go out of town for a day or two, I know the boys are well taken care of!! We couldn't ask for a better place to care for them!!

Recommend to anyone looking for a place for their pets when away. The staff is so friendly, caring and you can tell really loves all the animals that stay with them. Our shepherds come back happy, healthy and most importantly exhausted from their stay!

My puppy had so much fun! We reserved a luxury suite for him, and we were able to watch him through the security camera. Each luxury suite has its own TV (that way our furry babies can watch it) but also a CCTV camera (for us to watch over our baby). We added nature walks during his stay, and he was able to go on walks on the property to see the cows and nature. He also had so much fun playing with other dogs! 10/10 hands down the best boarding facility for dogs.

The staff was very friendly and the groomer was so sweet I love her personality. I will def be going back and my cat service was a bath which didn’t take long at all. The business was neat and clean and they even offered free water for customers.

Five Point Pet Resort is a gem! They treat my two basenji dogs like family and I feel the love everytime I drop them off. They have a full staff who are truly attentive and mindful with your pets. I love their transparency with their policies, prices, and allowing me to see my pups sleeping space in order to get comfortable before their first visit. Truly amazing group of people.

Hi, this is our second time using 5 points off of highway 211 to have our dog groomed. He usually gets a bath nails trimmed and a haircut. This time they also added a de-shedder to his coat. However he was dropped off at 8:30 and I asked for him to be done by 1:00. Because I had no one else to pick him up. I do not feel like I should have been charged the daycare fee because I asked him to be done before 1:00 so he could be picked up at 1:00. He was not there all day till 5:00 like I had talked to the lady about before.

My wife found PetTastics while we were scrambling to find a new boarding kennel for our 3 dogs after our usual go-to was full. Peter immediately won our confidence and the adoration of our 3 dogs and 2 cats. Now Peter is our go-to for everything from day trips to week-long vacations. He is always very quick to confirm our requested schedule and goes above and beyond making sure all the animals are taken care of and stimulated while we’re away. My wife especially loves that he sends lots of pictures of their activities and walks. Since finding Peter and PetTastics we haven’t used a boarding kennel at all and the animals are much happier being able to stay at home and play with their new friend. I can’t recommend PetTastics enough!

I learned about PetTastics through a dear friend. It was our very first time using a pet sitter outside of us using family, I was a bit nervous. I met with Pete and Brady prior to our departure and by the time our meeting was complete, I knew I had made the right choice! While away I was updated each visit and was sent multiple pictures of our pup. We extended our trip and Pete was able to accommodate an extra day of pet sitting! What life savers and I wish I could give 10 stars! This is a phenomenal company!

We moved to Fayetteville in early 2022 and have used Peter for pet sitting on multiple occasions. He has been wonderful and our cats LOVE him! He is pleasant, easy to work with, provides a high level of service, and clearly is an animal person. He checks in with pics every day. Highly recommended!

We used PetTastics for 3 weeks for our senior cat while on vacation. Received texts and photos twice daily. Our baby was well taken care of and did not seem stressed out as we came back. Will definitely use them again. Peter and Alex are great.

I can’t recommend Pettastics enough. Peter takes such good care of our dogs when we are out of town and always communicates with us throughout the day about how they are doing and sends pictures. It is so nice to come home to our pets waiting on us rather than boarding them. Our babies love Peter!

I have bad separation anxiety and have not ever left my cats for more than 2 days. Peter was my sitter and he was AMAZING! Kept me updated, sent pics, and he made me feel like I could trust him. Peter deserves a 20 out of 5 stars rating! I'm in the Army and was frantically looking for a dog-sitter as I was gone for 50 days. What I like about this service is my dog can comfortably stay at home. Additionally, my dog does better when it's the same person around him. Although, the boarding places around here are nice, the one thing I was worried about is how my dog would conform to the change of environment. My dog is typically nervous around new settings and comes off aggressive (at the end of the day he loves everyone), therefore I was unsure how he would react to the workers at the boarding centers. Fortunately, I found Peter's service online. Called him, and he came to see the dog beforehand. My dog immediately took well to him, so I knew it would turn out well. However, because my dog stays in his kennel when home alone, he typically gets nervous if anyone other than myself walks through the door. The first day Peter started, my dog did the typical barking in his kennel as he was not used to seeing Peter open the door. However, Peter is VERY WELL with animals. He's almost like a dog whisperer! My dog was taken care of and I was glad that everything went extremely well! I highly recommend his service. Peter has a passion for taking care of animals. He knows how to read animals body language and figure out what they want! Another cool thing he does is take/sends pictures of the animals. I can definitely say my dog was happy, and will give trust Peter anytime!

Peter took excellent care of our furry children for a very reasonable price. His professionalism and dedication to the job and our animals allowed us to enjoy our vacation without worrying. I went out of town for the weekend and had recently gotten a NEW puppy just weeks before my trip! I was panicked because I didn’t want to bring her while she was so young and not yet completely house broken. So I called around to some of my pet loving friends and they told me about the services PetTastics provide!!! BEST DECISION EVER to have them care for my Bailey, they took pictures of her during the visits, sometimes videos, gave me updates, fed, and gave water to my baby while I was gone. I felt completely secure and had no worries while I was on my trip. Also, it was always a little “treat” for me every time I got to see her while I was away from her thanks to the updates! Marissa is wonderful! She took wonderful care of my two dogs while we were out of town. Sending multiple videos and photos each time she stopped by. She is responsive and always provides awesome updates… I never had to worry about how my dogs were doing. I highly recommend her and her business.

Marissa did an amazing job taking care of our puppy for the weekend! Absolutely love Marissa and Ciara! Jax is very spoiled and typically only eats when I’m home, but these ladies make him feel so comfortable that isn’t an issue. They provide daily updates and pictures so you know when your dog is being a total goof or if they’re feeling a bit ill. Extremely happy we discovered these extremely kind and compassionate ladies and definitely giant spoiled dog approved.

Marissa just took care of our fur baby Xen. He's really hyper and loves to play but instead of her getting annoyed, she connected right with him and helped him adjust to our absence by playing with him. Now he has a new buddy. We appreciate you guys so much.

Husband in another country and I’m a travel nurse, can’t just leave the care of my husband’s fur babies to anyone. Outstanding care, professionalism and knowledgeable about animals. Initial interview was awesome and provided the care instructed and went above and beyond. Also protector of my home, didn’t know my husband was my husband but questioned his existence and business at my home. 🤣🤣 To go above and beyond like that, I’ll look nowhere else. Extremely dependable also. I can’t say enough good things or I’ll never stop talking. But if the best is what you’re used to then Marissa is the only one you want! I’m completely satisfied and so is my husband!!!!!

Great price and never had any issues with both of our girls. And to the post below about the bowls....I believe we have them, we are boarding our dogs this week and we're planning on returning them. They just made a simply mistake,no big deal. Merry Christmas.

I picked my dogs up this morning and they’ve got two really nice Yeti bowls - one white and one black. This place stole them and then insisted that I’d never dropped them off. I’m furious - they didn’t even look, they just blamed me. I’ll change my review when you give me my belongings back. I’ve been a customer since I joined the army in 2010 and came to Bragg. I don’t know who is running this place now, but the lackadaisical attitude is a real downturn.

This is me after another day at the spa Urban Dog. Where the staff gives me the royalty treatment. My daddy takes me every 2 weeks. My new designer scarf just adds to my collection, my stylist Kim is amazing.. a definite must go. -Chewy

Update: We used to take our dog here for boarding and grooming and they were great. However, we boarded our dogs for a trip this summer and had a poor experience. They were given specific instruction to feed our dogs separately because one is food aggressive, and they called us first day saying they got into a fight because they were fed together and they recommended they be fed separately, even though we told them initially. Thankfully our dogs were ok but it could have ended badly. They also called us once they ran out of food even though we asked them to let us know prior to it running completely out so we could have a family member take them more. Of course, by the time they called we had no choice but to pay extra for their food and our dogs had to eat a food they weren’t used to. We also paid them to give our dogs a bath and when we went to pick them up they both had their nails trimmed and they were brushed but only one had a bath. They said they were afraid to give the one dog a bath, not sure how they weren’t afraid to trim his nails but couldn’t give him a bath. Not to mention if you’re afraid of dogs why are you working in a facility with all different kinds of dogs? On top of everything they tried to charge us for more nights than they stayed. Thankfully we double checked before swiping the card. They just seem to have gone downhill or need to get a bit more organized. Either way, I would not trust my dogs here again.

Love the friendliness and convenience of Urban Dog! I was in a pinch with boarding my dogs for a weekend out of town. The staff was very professional and patient with same day boarding and host of services that I know my Border Jacks enjoyed. I will definitely recommend and will definitely visit again in the future!

Many pet sitters and boarding facilities CLAIM to love and care for your dogs like you would. Very seldom do you actually see it for yourself. My dog barely wants to go home at the end of the day. The employees know how to pair dogs together according to their personalities vs their sizes. They take pics and always make suggestions for boarding based on your budget. Convenient to Fort Bragg and is my go-to place when i need to leave my little guy somewhere for vacation or during the day when i have a unit-level exercise that drains my energy. I bring my dog home so tired that he snores loudly like an old man. I love Urban Dog and recommend them to everyone i know bc they really are top-notch. Dont believe me?? Well look at the pic of my smiling--yes smiling--dog that they sent me. I know he is in great hands.

Urban dog posts plenty of pics of our dog playing outside with other pups and he comes back smelling great when we request the grooming service. We've taken him places where he comes back home a little sad, but every time we've dropped him off here, he's super happy.

We love Urban Dog! This is the only dog boarding service we use in Fayetteville. My 12lb Shih Tzu loves playing here, and the staff takes great care of him. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. At check-in, you have the option of buying treats for your pet during their stay, and I always get a little something for him to make his stay even more exciting! I wish they were able to send picture updates during his stay, but I'm hoping that they build that service in soon!

Oh my goodness love this place! They hire and retain staff that truly loves animals! We use both the day-play feature as well as boarding when we go away. Our frenchie comes home fully satisfied from great play and great rest! The owner/staff even does gifts for the fur-baby mommas on holidays gives out calendars with pet pics - at end of year. Definitely my boys’ home away from home! Highly recommend!

I will start off by saying this staff is hands down the best we have ever come across in regards to caring for our dogs. When they come they know them by name before we even check in, and they are just there for the occasional boarding and grooming. Boarding: Easiest process to request and review your boarding schedule. They always make sure our babies are taken care of. Our dogs love it here! Plenty of playtime and they get so much love! Grooming: Once again easy process to request grooming and they can usually get you in when you want to get in. My pups always come back looking and smelling amazing with their own little bow or bandana. I always recommend Watch my Wag for everything.

I love Watch My Wag, and more importantly, so does my dog! He gets so excited when he knows he’s going there, and he comes home relaxed and pooped. All of the staff members are super friendly, and you can tell they genuinely love being around dogs and taking care of them. Their policies are user friendly and they offer very nice discounts on packages. The boarding rooms are really nice - they’re spacious and bright, with big windows. There is also an outdoor yard. this place is great.

Took my dog in for a trial run for their doggy day care. When dropping him off, there were multiple people trying to drop their dogs off as well, so I wasn't able to ask a lot of questions. When I returned to pick him up, I asked for a tour and was shown the kennels and told I couldn't go anywhere else at that time. I asked about play time and was told he got 15-20 minutes every "session", and there were 4 sessions a day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. In total, my dog was only let out to play for about 1 hour, for the 11 hours he was there. He smelled horrible, like a dirty shelter. When we got home, he started chugging water. I still had to play with him for a couple of hours before he finally wore out. Thankfully, the trial run is free, but I won't be back. I think they have too many dogs for their daycare, and charging $25/day for an hour of play time is insane. I would much rather pay someone on rover to exercise my dog from home. I'm really disappointed as I thought this would be a nice break for me since my husband is deployed. Something just doesn't feel right about this place.

We've been boarding our pups at Watch my Wag for nearly four years. It's the only place we will take them for their home away from home when we travel. I am continually impressed by their professional staff and how happy my dog Crockett is to arrive, every time. More so, I appreciate their responsiveness and compassion for my family and our pets. We highly recommend them if you need a place where you know your pet will be loved on.

Took my pup Milo to WatchMyWag today for the first time to get a full groom and I think it is safe to say he loved it there! They were so nice, asked exactly what we wanted, and Milo got to play with other pups! We are for sure gonna be back.

Best place in the world for dogs. I take our lab there for day care time to time and the only place I will board her when going out of town. My dog, Max, gets super excited the second we pull into the parking lot. Comes home exhausted from play (yeah, they get all the energy out of a 1 year old dog). Great way to socialize the dog and owners are the best animal people you will ever meet. They offer all types of services including full grooming (our dog hates getting nails done, but she sits still for them). They even get Christmas gifts for their regulars and I am blown away with the quality and specialization including her name embroidered. I can be a high maintenance customer, but I rate them ten stars out of five. Finally, the value is incredible. The quality care and comfort far exceeds any other daycare/boarding place I have used, but the cost is same to less than others.

Took my “brownie” here for kennel services and grooming and I can not think of a better business to send your animal to be loved on! Very professional and they had my baby back in a very timely manner! If you need your baby looking groomed fresh and amazing I rate this place a million stars! Anna and her team of pet care specialists do such a great job of coordinating care for our two elderly cats - 16 and 12 years of age. We have taken two vacations, two weeks and one week recently, and not only do they love on our kitties, they send us photos and daily journals. It is a great relief to know that everything is okay on the home front while we are away. In addition, they also care for my plant collection and get our mail and handle the trash pickup. Your Pet Care Connection takes great care of our pets, and they take care of us as pet owners. Everything is turn-key. I can’t express enough how happy I am that we found them. My husband and I took a holiday trip and, for the first time, we used Your Pet Care Connection. What a treat! Our pet caretaker came twice each day (morning and evening) to do everything we asked in the way of pet care. However, more than that, I received pictures of every visit in addition to a written summary. One summary even mentioned that our caregiver, Katana, played Christmas music while she was there for Nip to enjoy! I clearly had consistent knowledge of Nip's activities and assurances that she was doing just fine. We have had the best experience with Anna and her team at YPCC. They treat our pups like their own and have always been available when we needed them. Any time I have called or e-mailed Anna with questions or needing an extra service, she has always responded in a timely manner and been more than willing to help. We are incredibly picky about who we let take care of our pups and I can honestly say we highly recommend YPCC.

Anna has done daily mid day visits for our two pups for the last 7 months. She’s is always on time and spends more than adequate time with both our old lab mutt and 1 year old energetic shepherd pup. She even brings in packages and mail or other minor straightening tasks without ever being asked. Her level of service is second to none and you can tell she truly enjoys animals. She even takes care to provide pics of them during each visit. I highly recommend Anna and her teammate to everyone. You won’t go wrong.

Anna and her team are the absolute best at taking care of my dogs. Anna is incredibly responsive, caring, and trustworthy. For the last year, she has come to my house daily and on the weekends to walk and watch my dogs. She sends me pictures on every visit and treats them as if they were their own. There is no one I would trust more to watch my pets. She is truly wonderful.

I am so grateful I found YPCC. They have been providing dog sitting service to me for a few months. Brooke comes by and lets my pups out a few days a week while I work long hours, and they absolutely love her. She is consistent with when she comes by, and sends updates that give me peace of mind that my girls are happy and healthy. YPCC is an absolute live saver - Brooke and Anna are professional, reliable, flexible, and most importantly, great with my pets.

Brooke was beyond amazing with our two cats while we were gone for the weekend! I am always really nervous when I leave them, but Brooke gave us daily updates and pictures that put a smile on my face everyday! She really got to know them in such a short time! She knew exactly what my two cats liked to do and even better...she felt comfortable with giving them both their medication and checking on their previous health concerns I had. I've used other cat sitters in the past when we lived in Florida, but she was my favorite! I loved that they wanted to make sure we made it home alright so that our cats would be cared for! I honestly think both my cats were sad to see my husband and I come home because they had so much fun with Brooke! We can't wait to use y'all again (and I know Ryder and Winnie would agree)!

Anna has been caring for our two miniature pinchers since last year when needed. She is incredible with the dogs, sends us many pictures of the boys so we stay updated, is punctual, and most of all kind and easy to work with. Your pet care connection was absolutely wonderful! We were visiting Pinehurst for the month of July and the long days of golf left our dogs home alone until connecting with YPCC! They were professional, responsive and my doggies loved them and all the walks! They have an app that shows you exactly where they walk in addition to sending a summary of the visit along with photos of your doggies! In addition, we were gone for a week and they provided overnight services which were excellent. The photos provide comfort and the daily updates were just what I needed when away from our fur babies! Don’t think twice when it comes to using this service- beyond impressed and which I could bring them back to Dallas with me!

Emily did an amazing job grooming my cocker spaniel today. His winter coat was pretty bad and needed work but now he looks like he'd win at Crufts (he's not a show dog by any means). Our dog is always happy to arrive. We believe they provide excellent care. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because they don’t have cameras to watch the dogs play. On long visits, we would sure love to see her in some way.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and owner. We’ve used Dogs Best Friend a handful of times now. Most recently, one of our dogs got sick while being boarded and the owner himself made sure he was properly cared for by a doc and urgent vet services. Bruce truly went above and beyond. We will forever be grateful for the level of care our dogs received, especially our sick one, and therefore are customers for life and huge supporters!

Dog’s Best Friend made me feel welcome and comfortable leaving my dog for daycare as well as extended stays right from the start. Everyone is so nice and clearly love my pup and show they care whenever he comes to stay. He gets well socialized with the other dogs as well as with the friendly staff. The grooming services offered are also wonderful, he comes home soft, fluffy and smelling amazing. I won’t take my dog anywhere else!

We use Dogs Best Friend for the fist time a few weeks ago and this will be our first choice next time we need to board our boxer. The check in was quick and easy. The caretakers at DBF love my dogs like their own. They are so accommodating and realistic about schedules, and always make sure my girls are taken care of even when I have extra long days but want them to come home with me when it’s over. We have gone to at least 5 daycares/kennels in multiple states/countries, and this is by far the best place, which is really saying something because we have super high expectations. My dogs’ happiness and pure glee arriving at daycare every day is so worthwhile. Strong recommend!

Found LifeTime Pets to board my 3 dogs and 2 cats while I was in the process of moving to Europe. The price was great for me for the extended time of 3 months. They were always available by phone, sent pictures, and even made the time to Skype me so that I could see them. Everyone was super friendly, and the owner went above and beyond to help get my animals ready for transport, from vet visits to putting together crates. My dogs always looked happy and were given the attention they needed. I'm extremely happy that I chose LifeTime Pets!

I stay in Fayetteville often with family and anytime I need to board my 3 big dogs and my 1 handicapped dog (2 legs) I bring them here. They are the most invested boarding house I've had in a really long time. I get pictures anytime, I call often (I'm that dog mom), they're so transparent, organized, and genuinely love the animals. Drop off and pick up is a breeze, even on the weekends they make it work. I just couldn't say enough nice things!

We have used this place seriously like 20 times to board our dogs and we love them. The guy who works here is super great with dogs and you can tell he takes good care of them when they’re there.

Our dog LOVES going here. The staff spends most of their time engaging with the animals and getting them in a routine which is super helpful. We have only boarded and used their grooming services, but I’m now considering taking our girl here once or twice a week for daycare. Great find!

When I was living in Fayettevile, I had to do a long term boarding because of the situation I had going on at the time. Krystal and her staff treated my cat Jessica like she was one of their own. Great price and all the staff are great.

This place is AMAZING! I was a little nervous leaving my leo in someone else’s care while I visited family for Thanksgiving. It’s hard even finding someone to board a more “exotic” animal, let alone one that knows what they’re doing. But Krystal and the staff at Lifetime helped ease my anxieties and took excellent care of him. Krystal even sent me a couple of photos during my trip so I knew he was safe and cared for while I was away. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need someone to watch him!

We started bringing our boys here when we returned to Fayetteville this past year and we have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Our boys used to be stressed and worked up when they got home from being away, but they come home happy and relaxed when they leave LifeTime pets! They’ve been wonderful for our family the past year and a half and we can’t recommend them more.

Keightlyn the groomer is absolutely amazing . I got my little Leo from the animal shelter, and he really needed a makeover . When I seen him , I almost cried . Keightlyn is the absolute best groomer I’ve ever encountered. My dog bounced around to several groomers that tried to crate him despite my requests not to, but that is absolutely not a problem with Keightlyn! She is so kind and considerate! All my dogs go here now and I will continue to bring them here. The prices are very reasonable too! I cannot praise her enough and you will not regret your choice in coming here for your pet grooming needs. 🐾

Don't even bother, booked them two weeks in advance.. got 2 out of 3 dogs fixed as well as all up to date shots (influenza too! 🤣) just to get told our dogs weren't up to date because they needed the boosters as well. Actually got a call the day before CONFIRMING our reservation! Mind you we were leaving the next day at 5am out of state for 7 days.. either way we called a handful of other kennels and we actually got told they had made up some lie to people because they overbooked. Smelled so bad too! Just don't even try with them. We found a way better area, cheaper, and nicer owner. DOGS BEST FRIEND in Southern Pines!

I love this place! Lucy has been going to daycare for a little bit now and she loves it. But they went above and beyond last weekend when we boarded her. A cold front came in and I when I looked at the pictures they post daily to FB, low and behold there is my baby in a sweater that they had put on her! I guess they have sweaters there for the dogs! Just amazing. They really cared about her comfort. And when I went to pick her up, they had washed the blanket I left with her! I HIGHLY recommend Dog Days Inn if you love your fur babies!!

Five Points Pet Resort has always been a wonderful experience for my German Shepherd pup. She has been going there for 4 years (her entire life so far) and absolutely loves it! I never have to worry about her safety or welfare while out of town and can remotely check in on her anytime via the security webcam set up in her Suite! Their “Pawsidential” Suite is by far the best as she can look through the glass door facing the lobby from her little palace consisting of a cozy room with a bed and a couch and see the incoming customers and animals. She loves the socialization play time with the other pups during their supervised play time events. She is always happy, healthy and gets the full service spa bath and grooming package prior to pick up, which saves time of having to take her to the groomers. Wonderful resort which is why they’re consistently rated the best around! Highly recommended for all pet loving owners that want peace of mind when they go on business or vacation trips!!!

We boarded our dog Pinkie for the first time while we went on vacation. The staff was so friendly and welcoming to our dog. Being a pit bull, it was much appreciated that they loved on her just like any other breed. She had a great experience and made friends. We will definitely be back again for grooming and also boarding for future vacations. Thank you all so much!!

Our babies had a great experience with the Five Points team. We had piece of mind having webcam access so we can check in on them anytime, and they had plenty of room in their accommodations. The team was so helpful with their feeding and potty schedule and our babies loved cuddle time! So glad we found a reliable pet resort!

My two labs spent 9 days at Five Points while we went on vacation. I can’t say enough good things about it. We loved being able to watch them in their room on the camera and the staff kept me in the loop nearly every day about how they were doing. They care immensely about the dogs well being and safety and the cost is 100% worth the peace of mind. My dogs tonight after being picked up are happy and playful which is a change from picking them up previously from another facility where they seemed sad and out of it. I will definitely take them back to Five Points again! Thank you so much for taking good care of my dogs.

We used the pet resort for 1 night only, due to being in the area, from Texas, to attend a funeral. We spoke to April on the phone to confirm an online reservation. We had to pick up our two Miniature Schnauzers early Sunday morning. Even though the pickup hours for a Sunday are not until 4 p.m., we were able to make arrangements with April to pick them up early so we could get back on the road for our long drive back to Texas. It was April who greeted us for early pickup (there was an early pickup fee, which we didn’t mind paying). She was very helpful and courteous. We also received a report card for their stay. We highly recommend this pet resort, and especially interacting with April.

Five points staff treats the animals as if they are their own! Will definitely be a repeat customer. The prices are very reasonable and having access to log in anytime to check on my puppy was awesome.

This was my first time boarding my dogs here. I have friends that have used them and love them, I just get very anxious leaving my dogs new places. The people at the front desk were very thorough when explaining to me how often they got walked where they would be staying what to bring them etc. I checked in on the second day and they sent me a very detailed email. They were super understanding when my friend had to pick them up due to travel delays. When I unpacked their bag everything that I brought was there plus two magnets with their pictures from their boarding which I loved. Also a very detailed report of their eating and potty habits and activities everyday. I would definitely recommend boarding your pets here!

Had a family emergency and trusted this facility to care for my dog in a time of need. Left her for 5 days, came back to her peeing blood in my car before I could even shut the car door. Not to mention she was COVERED in dry pee. I mean the hair on her entire underside from waist to chest was CAKED in dry pee like she'd been laying in it all day every day since I dropped her off. I immediately went back inside and said something to the front desk. The manager literally threw his hands up and said "it's normal for dogs to have accidents during boarding". He blew it (and me) off saying there was nothing in her "boarding log" that would indicate there was an issue during her stay. My dog NEVER has accidents and I mean NEVER. And, they claim to have taken her out 3+ times a day every day but marked on her report card she didn't potty during the midday outing. But she's having accidents between walks? Doesn't sound logical. Nothing was offered to be done to help me or my dog, just a recommendation to give my dog a cranberry supplement TO A DOG WHO IS PEEING BLOOD! The level of audacity from this place is astounding. It's a boarding facility for christ sake. You have ONE JOB; take care of the animals who are staying there! I expect to be able to pick up my dog in the condition she was left in and not be further inconvenienced to now spend the time, effort and money to fix what their neglect has caused. How this place has 5 stars reviews and has won so many best of the pines awards is beyond me. I know lots of people who board here and I can promise you, I will be changing their mind about trusting this facility with their pets.

First time boarding my dog here after a less than favorable experience at a previous place. I'm so glad I gave Five Points a try! My dog is happy (and exhausted- which is a good thing!), and I can tell he's been well cared for. Staff showed me pictures of him playing and I love the daily report card they gave me. I will absolutely board there again!

The Pet Lodge is immaculate and smells well. The whole team is competent and friendly. The Daycare manager Melissa, Taylor at the front desk and the whole team are friendly and always answer all the questions that I have. Our large mixed-breed dog is rarely left home alone so she is super attached to us. In fact, if I had to take a guess we in fact are more attached to her. If we can't take her with us we board her. She always comes back home in good spirits and is her same cuddly self. I am happy the Pet Lodge has a la carte options to upgrade her visit. Last visit, we chose to get her extra play time and have a text picture sent to us. I'm glad to have a place that I trust to take good care of our girl.

Great place . Nicole was amazing and took great care of my two dogs. Other groomers we have been to were too timid, and she handled them like a pro. I wouldn't hesitate to tell my friends and family to use Nicole again and not to mention that the boarding and doggie day care is amazing. Jimmy has done amazing things with this facility .

Easy appointment for a groom but felt disorganized upon arrival. The grooming building was not open, even though I arrived within the suggested time. The staff was friendly, but my poodle's cut was shorter than requested and a bit choppy. His sanitary was a bit too short, and he was irritated for a day or so, rubbing his bottom. The groom was timely, and the cost was as expected. I might give it a second chance but undecided at this time. If so, I will update.

BEWARE Absolutely horrified at the way the situation was handled with my golden and border collie. Today I called the groomer to schedule our normal monthly grooming appointment. I was informed that my dog had torn off his muzzle and bit the groomer while cutting our dogs nails. Upon pickup last grooming session, me nor my husband were made aware of this incident. To make matters worse, the groomers were told specifically not to do teeth or nails on our dog. This is because the golden had an incident five years ago with another groomer. We make sure to tell them this every single time he is groomed. Otherwise, he loves to be groomed and loves people. We have been to multiple groomers and they all have given both of our dogs perfect report cards. We felt that it was odd that both of our dogs refused to go in the building the last two times, they had never done this before. They both came home with UTIs and drank a gallon of water the last time. It had taken the groomers from open to close to get to our dogs…we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We feel we pay them handsomely to take care of our pups. We are extremely disappointed that the last piece of advice was to get training on our dog (whom is very sweet and docile unless SCARED). Rest assured, our dogs are well trained! We get compliments everywhere we go on how good they are, they are often socialized in public in various settings with dogs, babies, and adults. How about this establishment get training on communicating to their customer what happens with their pet and not overworking the groomers. Absolutely horrifying that we weren’t made aware!

It was our first time going to a pet salon. Liz took a great care of my anxious cat. She was kind and patient to him and that made all the difference. As for the service ,my cat looks amazing. His coat is clean, soft and all the mats are gone. Thank you.
