It was great having Nicki & Martyn to stay whilst we were away for a week and they looked after our 2 dogs and the house. They are a lovely couple and very caring and considerate. The dogs were well walked and cared for and it was reassuring for us to leave the dogs in their own home and surroundings. We enjoyed their company the evening before we left and on our return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Hopefully see you in NZ in a year or two?? Thank you x

Pet-Loving Kiwi Family of 3 - Exploring the World in 2024
Karen and her daughter Maya were excellent sitters. They are very kind, tranquil and reliable persons. We met on the day of their arrival and they took the time to get to know the house and our cat Rufus. Communication was very easy and correct during our trip. Karen had washed the sheets they used and the house was tidy when we got home, which was nice. Our old cat Rufus is losing his eyesight and is therefore easily scared but Karen and Maya managed to gain his confidence quickly. He was very at ease and well fed when we got back home. We would surely recommend Karen and Maya and were happy to have them as housesitters🍀😻👍

Fiona and Mark were the most EXEMPLARY sitters. We returned home to an immaculately clean house (they had clearly cleaned as it was spotless even though they'd been here for a week), a home-cooked and delicious supper with a bottle of wine, carefully tended flowers and most importantly and relaxed and happy Dalmation. They were the most delightful sitters and we simply wouldn't hesitate for a second to ask them to return which we did! Sandy and Gary were great, very charming, helpful and loved the dogs, which is the most important thing to me. They kept us updated, off their own bat decided to do more watering because of the weather and Sandy even deadheaded the roses for me, for which I am really grateful. The house was left immaculate, towels were washed, bed stripped and everywhere hoovered. Many thanks Sandy. We would highly recommend them and would be delighted if they would come back.

We really loved having Petrina and Steve as house/pet sitters. They're a dynamic and interesting couple. We spent a great evening together the day before we left and they asked a lot about Tabby, the house and garden so they would be able to look after everything to perfection. They stayed in touch with news about Tabby and we came home to a clean, tidy house with the bedding all washed and aired and a well fed cat! We can highly recommend this couple to look after your pets and house and if they're back in Europe we'd love to see them another time.

Jeannette was the absolute best pet sitter anyone could ask for! She was communicative and easy going. She took very good care of the house, but most importantly she took superb care of my dog, Bodhi. She took him on long walks and fun adventures everyday. While I was out of the country, I received pictures and updates of their "vacation". I loved seeing Bodhi's and Jeannette's smiles in all the photos. They definitely bonded. :) I would highly recommend Jeannette as a pet sitter and also as an excellent person who cares about people, animals, and the planet.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. I would recommend her to anyone! :) and hope we can have her house sit again for us.
