Amazing service and love for my pets. I look forward to the daily updates when out of town. And as an added bonus, they check in with my MIL who stays the night with the dogs.

So happy with this service! Easy to schedule and team is very responsive! Able to get the times that work best with my work schedule is so nice and appreciated! Love getting the updates and pictures from the visit - Ace (my dog) always looks so happy!! It’s clear the walkers care a lot and spend a lot of time with him! Amanda's Best Friend took care of my cat in June for a week, and they were fantastic! They took such good care of my kitty Mickey, and it was such a joy to get a write-up of his status, what she did, and several cute pictures of him every day. Taylor was awesome. Prices are great, scheduling is easy (they were able to add another day for me at the last minute!). Really can't say enough good things about this company and will hire them any time I need a pet sitter in the triangle :) they really love animals and the service feels above and beyond.

Amanda's best friend take amazingly great care of my fur child! They love him almost as much as I do! My dog is a little high maintenance and they help provide the extra care he needs. Amanda’s services are above and beyond! Our dog loves her and her staff so much and gets so excited every time he sees them. We never have to worry about him if we’re leaving town. One of the best parts is the visit updates they send, we love receiving them when we’re away! (They send detailed emails of activity, feeding, etc with pictures when you’re away!) Overall, Amanda’s services can’t be beat!

Amanda's Best Friend has been a life saver! My work schedule has been very sporadic and Amanda and her team have been very accommodating. The communication is great. My favorite part (other than knowing my dog is getting taken care of) is getting the email updates from Katie with how the appointment went with pictures of my dog!

You know what’s wonderful? Being able to go out of town and completely trust that your furbaby will be perfectly taken care of. This company does such a great job of keeping pets safe and happy, while also providing thorough communication that you can access as you’d like to be assured your little loved one is doing well. I’m so impressed with the owner, Amanda, as well as one of her employees, Jessica (these are the two that have taken care of our pet. I’m sure all the employees are awesome!). They are simply the best!

I wish my dog was as happy to see me when I get home from work as he is to walk in the door here for daycare! His his excitement when he arrives says it all; this place is great! They know my dog by name, and he always leave a happy, tired boy at the end of the day. Highly recommend! My only wish is that they opened a little earlier, like 7:30a, and had weekend hours, because sometimes my husband and I both work on the weekends. But hey, as long as this place keeps my dog happy, we will keep bringing him!

I have been taking my 8-year-old greyhound mix Harry to PDO for almost his entire life. We had a few breaks because I moved but then moved back to Raleigh. This place is amazing. He gets excited every time we arrive at the location and cannot wait to go in and hang out with the staff. Some of the staff has watched my dog, Harry grow up. They treat my dog like their own. I am so grateful to have a safe place to take my best friend when I need help. PDO has helped me so much in caring for my dog, Harry over the years. highly recommend!

We put our puppy in Pup's Day Out for daycare when she was six months old because we wanted her to be properly socialized. She loves going so much that we've kept taking her to daycare for the past 3 years! Our dog loves the staff, and the owner and manager are always super helpful and friendly. They go to great lengths to make sure all the dogs are up to date on shots and and it's a safe, clean environment. Our dog is totally exhausted when we pick her up. It's the best doggie daycare in the triangle and we 100% recommend!!!

Absolutely awesome doggy day care! They best part of Pup's Day Out is they DO NOT have a crate policy. It is very hard to find a day care in this area that does not crate/kennel your dog for 2 hours a day. If I wanted my dogs crated I would have left them home! The staff are always very pleasant and my girls are good and tired when I pick them up. This is the only doggy day care I trust to take care of my girls while I am away. Keep up the good work!

I've been taking my older bully breed to this location for grooming the last 3 years. I've never had a bad experience and I've always been impressed with the staff's sincerity and kindness. My dog didn't pass the temper test for doggy day care (aggressive play), but the manner in which they informed me was very professional. I wasn't 'put off' and inquired on other services. I didn't know they had grooming. After his first visit I realized his previous groomer was not as good as I thought. I do see very happy dog owners picking up their dogs every time I visit.

We love Pup's Day Out. My Shar Pei has been going there on a daily basis (mid week) for 3 years and we've used their boarding services and grooming services on and off during that time too. So in the 1,000+ days she's been there, we've never had any issues or incidents. I have a few friends that also use the facility with no issues whatsoever. I like that the dogs have their own stalls and are not crated for boarding. I really love the staff there and they treat my dog as their own. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for dog care or boarding. I'm very surprised to see any negative reviews here, they seem to stem predominately from users who have dogs with behavioral issues.

the first time that I went to this place, the services were good. I had my dogs groomed and they did a good job. The last time I brought my dogs in to be groomed I got them back and noticed that the next day there was blood all over the floor that looked like my dog paw prints. I discovered that both dogs had raw and bloody skin in between their pads and all over both feet. It is now a week later and one of my dogs still has this issue. The other issue I have is that one of the dogs also broke out with a huge, pusy sore on the side of her neck, face and ear. She is at the vet today; I tried over the counter medications and apparently it will need antibiotics and needs medication that is stronger than I can purchase. These issues didn't happen until I brought my dogs to this facility this time and I have had luck in the past. Maybe I got a bad person? Not sure, I just wanted to put my bad experience out there as far as grooming goes. They could be great when it comes to the daycare option. I have emailed the company to let them know in hopes that they will take care of these issues for their other clients. As a side note, I emailed Pup's Day Out personally before posting this review to let them know about the services received and I guess hoped they would make it right however they didn't bother to respond.

The crew at Pup's Day Out always do such a nice job with grooming and my pup comes out so happy and looking great! By far the best value and quality services when it comes to bathing and nail clipping. The staff is also so friendly and I know my dog is well taken care of while he's there. Thank you!

I knew this was a good place as soon as I saw my dog's reaction the second time I left him for boarding. My dog has never liked staying at boarding places. He would always try to follow me out the door when I left and would never want to go with staff. The first time I left him at pups day out he acted the same way. Which I figured he would since he had never been there. However, the second time I left him there he immediately went to the staff, tail wagging, and didn't even look back at me! I knew then I found a great place. The staff are incredibly friendly and you can tell that they care for the dogs as if they were family. I would definitely recommend this place.

The groomer here is amazing! She really makes the best out of any condition you bring your pet in or request for style. When I pick my pups up, they’re excited but not anxious, and that gives us a huge piece of mind. Highly recommend.

We were in Raleigh for a wedding and needed someone to come to our hotel for a few nights to walk and feed our dog, Lulu. Anna accommodated us, came over beforehand to meet her, and gave her great love and attention, updating us the entire time and sending pics. Highly recommend them!

We used Fetch to watch our dogs while we were doing some traveling. It was just the service we have been looking for! Anna came over about a week before we left and met our pups. She took diligent notes on their routine and got to know our dogs a bit before actually caring for them. We chose to use the ‘Almost Overnight’ service and the week we were gone went so smoothly. Anna and her colleague, Chelsea, did an amazing job. They were always on time, super communicative and sent us great updates, including lots of pictures! It really allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our trip knowing our pups were in such good hands. We will certainly be using Fetch in the future and look forward to having Anna and her team care for our dogs.

I cannot say enough about how reliable , professional and caring the people are at Fetch! Pro. I can always count on them to do a great job with my two cats. They love animals which shows in the thoroughness and care they give on each and every visit. We recently left town to visit family and used Fetch! to care for our two needy cats. Usually, we take the cats with us, but decided to try a sitter this time to reduce the cats' (and our) stress. The staff at Fetch were very helpful and assisted us in finding the best options for coverage for our cats. Our sitter, Hazel, was wonderful! She took excellent care of the cats while also sending photo and text updates at each visit. We are very thankful for their services and will absolutely use Fetch! again for future travels!

Fetch provides a fabulous service. Everything from scheduling to billing is as easy as can be. Our petsitter (Jennifer) takes great care of our dogs and house while we're away and always goes the extra mile - like being sure I leave out towels if it's going to rain so she can clean the dogs' feet before they come inside. I also really appreciate that she messages me while we're away so I know how things are going. You can tell she really loves our dogs, and they love her too!

I needed a sitter to check in on my kitty while I was on an away rotation in September. Emily and Mary took such great care of my cat! They sent me updates when they visited my place and I knew he was very well cared for. Fetch was very easy to schedule and they accommodated an extra date when I had to stay away from home unexpectedly. I loved Fetch and would certainly use again!

Our experience with Fetch was great. The only concern we had was, this was our first time with Fetch. But with that quickly settled, Jennifer James was wonderful, the dogs took to her very quickly. She sent us pictures and kept us up to date each day. Fetch will definite be our number 1 dog sitter. Someone was talking about finding a dog sitter and I gave the info sheet I had. I've used Fetch! Roughly 5-7 times in the last 1.5 yrs. First at our rental home, and now at our new home. Almost every time I've booked, it's been last minute, including the first time. The owner was extremely accommodating and kind, ensuring the sitter met with us ahead of time and we felt comfortable. I've been impressed every time since. Both sitters have been so sweet and made me feel awesome leaving our girls home. I've done the pet resorts in the past. Not only are they twice as expensive, but my girls were not happy there. They are comfortable hanging on the couch at home. The sitters have all given updates and pictures with each visit. I feel 100% comfortable with them in my home. I don't hesitate to leave them at all anymore, makes it easier to visit family on a whim overnight!

Coco and Max had the pleasure of spending time with Kayley while we were out to town and she was AMAZING. We have one dog that is kind of skittish and one that can be a little aggressive. She quickly mastered both personalities and was able to provide great care for each which I’m sure was not easy! She sent pictures after each visit which put our minds and hearts at ease. She recognized other needs and , without being asked, brought in the mail and took the garbage to the curb. I would recommend her 1000 times over and over. She went above and beyond to meet the needs of each dog and those of the humans as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Fetch Pet Care really came through for me when I needed a sitter around the holidays on short notice. I got a great sitter who took my dog out not only for a short walk around the block, but played fetch with him and gave him the attention he needed. She sent me an update every time she visited him, telling me how everything went, and did exactly what I had asked. I was really happy with the service. I will definitely recommend Fetch! I almost forgot to add that they were very quick and responsive via email to set things up and answer my questions. I didn't wait forever to get a response. A+ customer service.

Kato and her team did a very thorough job learning about our cat's needs and preferences before our trip. This attention to detail paid off, as our pet sitters Ginny and Becca both went above and beyond in taking care of our little Hazel. They sent us a detailed summary of their visits twice daily, including several photos and amusing anecdotes. In addition, they took care of our home while we were away, took out trash, collected mail, etc. We would not hesitate in recommending Bone-A-Fide to any pet owner!

If I could give them ten stars, I would! Kato and the team helped take care of my cat during many trips over a span of three years, and I can say with confidence they are the best of the best! From the start, the team has always had excellent communication, and really helped ease my mind. I had never used pet sitting services, so their thorough interview and information gathering process was eye opening as to the level of detail and care they put into each pet sitting job. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly pet lovers! Each visit was always accompanied by a detailed explanation of the visit - the good, the bad, and everything in between! I was never left wondering how my cat was doing or if she was okay, I knew the Bone-A-Fide Team would take care of her. Each visit also featured plenty of photos, I could make a whole album! I've always told anyone who would listen to try out their services. I moved out of their current service range, which was a tough choice to make. We have been using Bone-A-Fide Pet Care for overnight pet sitting and daily care for over a year now. Our fur baby, Lucy, is 14 years old and the care given to her has far exceeded our expectations. Kato, Laura, Marisa and Hillary are professional, quick to respond and caring. Communication is top notch and Hillary, who has been providing sleep over care for Lucy is beyond awesome. We have used Bone-A-Fide for bi-weekly dog walks for 7+ years. First for one dog, then with several fosters, and finally with the addition of our 2nd dog. They have always been very responsive and attentive to our dogs’ needs. They have worked with us through training challenges, occasional illness, extreme weather and even the pandemic! After each walk, we always get a full report – with photos, and it’s obvious that the dog walkers really care. Our dogs LOVE their dog walker – and we trust her implicitly. Highly recommend!

I am new to BoneAFide and a new cat person. They took wonderful care of Taco Cat while we were away! The daily update with pictures was perfect and Taco was happy as can be when we returned. BoneAFide pet care is perfect for the week long pet care with easy scheduling online. Hillary easily won over Taco’s heart and they were playing together in no time. This was my first time hiring a pet sitter that wasn’t just a friend doing us a favor. I was anxious leaving my cats with a stranger, but it ended up being one of the best decisions I made for my trip. They scheduled a meet and greet consultation before I left and that’s how I met Savannah. She was absolutely incredible with my kitties. She sent daily updates via email with a detailed report that included tons of pictures and videos, managed to tackle the unique and challenging feeding needs for each of the cats, give my asthmatic kitty his inhaler, play with the cats, clean the litter, water my plants, and she even checked my mailbox and brought my packages upstairs. I have cameras in my home to keep an eye on the cats when I’m away, so I was able to see how great she was with the kitties and how much the cats enjoyed seeing her when she was around. Savannah brought me so much comfort knowing my cats had a friend to care for them while I was on vacation. I will be using this service for all of my future pet-sitting needs!!

Raleigh Pet Sitters is very organized and do a good job. They have been in business a long time which is why I don't worry about them entering my home when I'm away. I use them for vacation pet sitting, and they will do house-sitting tasks as well like watering plants, bringing in mail, and rotating lights. Barbara and her husband are the MOST AMAZING people at Wag the Dog! They're the only people we honestly trust our 10 year old corgi and 3 year old Schnauzer with. Having them take care of our babies makes our vacations so much better! They send us photos and updates everyday to let us know how our dogs are doing which is so comforting. Ms. Lynch was very understanding and helpful. They sent us updates of our pets and I am booking a new appointment right now. I meant to give them good reviews as soon as I got home... I cant say enough great things about Dog Gone Happy! The staff to start with is exceptional! Savanna, Michelle, Kendall, Jordan to name a few are all so welcoming and they truly love your pet as it is their own! My dog Adeya has her friends now that she cant wait to see and what could typically be stressful for our pooches is something she leaps out of the car with joy for! Dog Gone Happy cares about keeping their facility clean, keeping your pet cared for, healthy and safe! They take their time to assess your dogs needs and if there are any behaviors that need tending to. They are on your side ready and willing to make your experience BEST IN CLASS! This is the second time they commit a “human error” for scheduling and even had the audacity to still want to charge me for THEIR error both times! I scheduled my dog for grooming 4 days prior to her scheduled day. They weren’t able to pull up my account profile but that employee stated that they remembered who my dog was and they claimed they would ensure my dog was in the books for grooming. When I arrive for drop off, I spoke with an associate named Ashley and specified that I am here to drop off my dog for GROOMING. She said “ok, we will be right out.” There wasn’t any communication on their part that my dog was in the system as daycare. So to my surprise when I go pick her up and call the curbside number they tell me “will will just be charging you for a half day.” And I’m confused at that point, knowing that I specifically said grooming services both when I called to make the appointment AND at drop off. A manager—the owners daughter, then comes out and seems apologetic about the situation but still wanted to charge me for the service my dog received. She goes back and forth about the charges and I state, “how does this fall on me when you claim it’s a mistake on y’all’s system? That doesn’t make any sense and I shouldn’t be charged for a service I didn’t consent to.” She then stated that she never said it fell on me but still implied that I would be charged for the service. I stood my ground and reiterated as the client that I shouldn’t be made responsible for THEIR error. The manager, stated “I won’t charge you this time but if this happens again I will have to charge you. We have a lot of new people who aren’t the best communicators. I’m sorry but this is a human error. I’m sorry if you’re upset but I will make it right for you this time.” That whole interaction felt borderline apologetic and hostile. Will not be taking my dog back here for any further services. I really liked this place for my pet but the last few interactions have not been focused on customer satisfaction— poor communication between staff/clients, poor conflict resolution with word choices (making customers feel like they should still pay for a service they didn’t agree to), etc. Serving customers is one of the most important aspects of running a business because customers help keep a business operating. A dedication to serving customers can help establish trust and loyalty, which may increase profitability and brand awareness.

We have been taking our dog here for years for boarding. I can tell that the staff cares about him. He is excited to go and we pick him up happy and healthy. Thank you for taking such good care of our Beau 🖤 …

She was reluctant and resistant the first week or two, now her fear has subsided and she runs up to the employees. You can tell when your dog is smiling-love that smile..

I can’t say enough good things about Dog Gone Happy! The staff is amazing!! Every single person that works there is a phenomenal human being that truly loves the doggos in their care. Our German Shepherd, Levi, has been going to doggy daycare at DGH a few times a week for almost a year. He’s anxious and a bit reactive with other dogs so he doesn’t do group play but the staff does individual play with him. Levi gets so much attention and love from everyone there. Levi gets boarded at DGH too; he was just there for 9 days while we were out of town. I didn’t worry about him while we were gone because I knew he was well taken care of. We also utilize DGH’s spa services. It saves us so much time booking him for a bath and nail trim while he’s already there for daycare or boarding and their prices are competitive. We love getting the occasional photo of him; you can see how much he is enjoying himself.

This is the kindest and most wonderful place to bring your pup for unconditional love! Every team member is so knowledgeable, attentive, and treats my boy Hank with such care and affection. Hank would leap out of the car with his tail wagging as soon as I parked in their parking lot! They are experts in my dog's anxious temperament and give him individual attention since he was too nervous to play with other dogs. This type of dedicated care for nervous dogs is, understandably, pretty difficult to find. I've been a customer here for years but had to pause after being laid off from my job in Raleigh. The owners brought me to tears with their kindness and understanding, and I can't wait to bring him back. (Hank can't wait either!) Do yourself and your pups a favor and bring them to the most nurturing environment with the best staff you could ever ask for. We miss you, Dog Gone Happy Team, and we'll see you soon!

I absolutely love dog gone happy. My dog is a very anxious dog and sadly can’t be around other big puppies but he gets lots of love from everybody there. I found this place at the last minute when my old boarding place couldn’t take my Pluto boy in. Pluto is definitely my heart/soul dog I got him when I was 19 and they put up with me when I call to check up on him, I am definitely becoming a helicopter dog mom🤦‍♀️.

Best daycare ever!!! Kodi has been going here since he was 3 months old. He is the happiest dog when he knows he's going to "school". He knows exactly where he's going right when we get off the exit. The employees all love him like their own. He doesn't even want to leave when I get there to pick him up. The reviews (1 star) are all written on the same day and they try to say the facility is dirty and smells. Those reviews are all LIES. They clean non-stop. If it smells like anything, it smells like cleaner. The boarding suites are wonderful. If the pictures below don't show how much my boy loves this place I don't know what will convince you. He is 2 and 1/2 years old and he cannot imagine not going to see all his dog friends every week (at least 2 times a week). Thank you for always taking such great care of my Bear!

10 STARS!!! Incredible staff always go above and beyond for your furry friend. My dog absolutely loves it and can’t get enough- starts barking when I pull into the parking lot! We’ve used DGH for both doggie daycare and boarding and I can promise you that you can leave your doggos in the care of these wonderful people and not have to worry about a thing.

Best dog daycare and boarding available in Raleigh!! Staff is wonderful!!! They are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I love getting updates while I am away! LuLu is loved and well taken care of without a worry at all. The staff spend time with LuLu and love her very much. They are extremely kind and always have amazing customer service. When I first moved to Raleigh last summer, my job required significant travel and long hours almost immediately. I was concerned, as any pet owner would be, with using a new walking and boarding service. My lab, Bella, had only had one dog walker for 3 years and she also boarded with him. Alison and Lauren both came by one night after work so that they could meet Bella and I. We all know they just wanted to meet Bella, but I was there too :) For about 6 months now, she has been walked 3-4 times per week and has likely boarded in the range of 20+ nights, mostly with Lauren due to location. Bella loves it! She comes home from boarding and is just plain tired because she has so much fun with Lauren and her dog Billie. She will be boarding with Alison in a few weeks and am sure Bella is looking forward to meeting her dogs too! For me, convenience has been huge. With other boarders, I had to drop Bella off the day before I left if my flight was anytime in the AM, so would have to pay for that extra night. And if my return from trip got me into RDU anytime after 4pm, likely another extra night. Lauren picks Bella up the same day I leave and will drop her off the day I return, if it isn't going to be way late at night. If you want reliability, availability, and the best treatment for your dog...these are the people you want to take care of your pup!

I’ve been using Pupventure for over a year, and I couldn’t be happier. My pup loves her frequent walks, mostly with Lauren but sometimes with Allison, and they’ve watched her several nights as well. It couldn’t be any easier to work with them, they are responsive to rare last minute requests and very flexible to meet my schedule. I am so glad I was referred! My friend who previously used them (she’s moved now) had been working with Pupventure for about a year herself, and was so happy with her experience. I would highly recommend pupventure!

I love Pupventure! I have so much peace of mind knowing someone’s checking in on my girl and giving her exercise and love while I’m at work for 12+ hours. I have a super anxious dog and I can tell by the photos that are texted to me that she really loves Lauren (her primary walker). In addition to that, they are also super flexible and easy to communicate with. I trust both Lauren and Alison wholeheartedly into my home and with my dog (AKA my most prized possession). I’d recommend Pupventure to anyone in a heartbeat!

We use Pupventure for walks, boarding and house visits for our cat when we go out of town. The daily walks are great, we know our dog is excited to see Alison, and getting a picture or three from your goofy dog really spices up the middle of the workday. Their flexibility on boarding is a lifesaver--whether we're dropping her off at 5PM or 9AM, Alison's always ready to have her, and if it works best they're even willing to pick her up directly from our house. The cat is always well-fed and taken care of while we're gone, and while I'm sure she doesn't care too much who swings by, we like knowing the house will look lived in with lights and mail and stuff taken care of. Honestly, the best review would probably be just seeing our dog when we run into Alison in the neighborhood--she's as happy to see her as she is to see us when we come home after work.

I can’t explain how lucky I feel to have PupVenture in my life. I know they take excellent care of my pups when I’m not able to be there. Noma loves overnight camps and Boozey enjoys the home visits he gets from Alison and Lauren. Which, obviously is amazing they can personally tailor your pets experiences! Couldn’t be happier with their dependability, flexibility and overall dedication to the pack of animals they care for. Thanks for all you do, ladies! I’m just as lucky as I know my dogs are!

Pupventure is the best pet sitter company! Pupventure has cared for our three dogs since 2017. We travel a lot and have relied on Pupventure to care for our girls for extended periods of time, including a time when one of our girls was sick and needed special care. When i'm working long hours over the weekend, I always board my Lucy with Lauren or Allison. It's peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands, and Lucy always loves getting to hang with her usual dog pals every week. I swear she doesn't even notice i'm gone sometime she's having such a great time. I highly recommend pupventure; their services are great and affordable and above all i can trust them with both Lucy and my home. Support these local ladies, you'll be glad you did.

Without this service I wouldn’t have had time to responsibly take care of my new pup. I have a hectic work schedule that they’ve been so flexible with just to make sure my pups taken care that it’s allowed me to focus on my job. It’s also awesome that they’re trained experts on dogs and take the time to get to know yours before they start working with you. I have a 12wk old lab and he’s noticeably more relaxed/ happier on the days they drop in and see him. They offer a lot of services and their tips for training my dog has been awesome. I’m not trying to sound cheesy, but I definitely have a happier/ better mannered dog since I started working with them. Super flexible on days/ scheduling too. Life saver if you’ve got a dog, especially an energetic one.

Priceless, absolutely priceless!!! Our baby girl, Butterfly loved going there when we lived in the Raleigh area. We moved away little over three years ago. At the beginning of August, we had to send her over the rainbow. Today I emailed them to get some of the pictures they took of her while she was in their care. They still had them!!!!! Thank you for helping us with her memories. It was worth all money and more.

We took our dog Lucy here for the first time a few weeks ago and she was treated so well. It’s hard to find help for an older and/or injured pet so I was happy that we found this place. The staff were caring and friendly. There was also ample communication about Lucy during her stay.

My pup enjoyed his first away stay as I traveled. Was an adjustment for both of us but the staff here was professional, knowledgeable & caring. I do plan to keep them as my pups boarding option. The different level of rooms some with camera & tv were great the have. Will be trying out doggy daycare as my guy enjoyed play groups during his stay. Would definitely recommend to other pet parents for a worry free boarding option!

I’m a “crazy dog mom,” and I can’t say enough good things about Suite Paws! Our dog has been going to Suite Paws for daycare and boarding for the past several years. She is a handful (to put it lightly) and they are so patient and kind with her, and we never feel uncomfortable leaving her in their care. My husband handles drop off and pick up and he is always pleased with the communication provided. We appreciate the fact that they keep notes of her preferences/needs so that her stays there go as smooth as possible. We also love the report cards and pictures!

I just love Suite Paws! Although I moved out of Raleigh about a year ago, if I'm in the area and my pups want a slumber party, my go-to is always Suite Paws. Their facility is clean, staff is proficient, friendly, and accomodating. They've got a client for life!

The front desk receptionists are always rude and short which certainly doesn’t leave me feeling comfortable. When I dropped my dog off this morning it felt as if it was an inconvenience for them to take him when we reserved boarding prior. I don’t know what that was about but considering the defensive nature of this company’s responses, I’m sure some reasoning for this will be provided. However, since they are the closest facility and because my dog doesn’t seem to have any issues when we pick him up we will continue to use them. Front desk receptionists are in serious need customer service training though. Owners should feel welcome when dropping off their pets. The snootiness and shortness are certainly not appreciated.

This was our first time attempting to officially board our 7 month old mini schnauzer. She had only been boarded before with the breeder. I felt really comfortable and excited for the experience my puppy would have boarding here after I called to make the reservation and the person I spoke to was super nice and empathetic to my uneasiness boarding our puppy so much so my mind was at complete ease, that was until we actually went to the facility the day of check in. As Heather was checking us in I explained to her that this was our first time boarding Ellie and Heather could have cared less, the vibe she gave was as if she did not want to be there or even assisting us... I was shocked because of the reception we had received over the phone. My husband and I requested a tour which she did grant before 12pm(11:52) after she first made it VERY clear that tours are from 12pm - 1pm however Heather walked over to the young lady that was going to give the tour turned her back to us and whispered something to the tour guide....that action gave us a bad feeling. So we proceed with the tour and as soon as we went in the back we were hit with a strong urine smell. We were showed the type of villa Ellie would be in which we liked so I asked to see Ellie before we left and the tour guide said she didn't know where she was currently so I asked her what she meant since she was the one that put the name collar on her and took her to the back, her response was she didn't know where Ellie would be placed yet. Why I couldn't see my puppy I didn't understand. My husband and I go to the car to leave and my eyes are filled with tears and he says something just doesn't feel right and I was feeling the same way but thought it was just my emotions because it was our first experience leaving her with people we didnt know. We both agreed to go back and get our Ellie which we did. The young lady that greeted us when we walked back in was really nice, we told her we wanted to take Ellie even though we had just checked in the young lady said she would have to get assistance to help us so we waited for the not so pleasant Heather to get off the phone. When Heather came to assist, the young lady told her what we needed Heather looked at the computer screen and said " just check her out" and walked off, no questions were asked no thank you...nothing!! We felt really let down by this facility because of what the website portrays and the accolades it has received. This was a bad experience for newbies. I hope Heather is having a better day and can get training in customer service and being empathetic to first time fur parents. May I also suggest that if your villas with Webcams are always booked as I was told please add more villas with that amenity since it seems to be in high demand.

My dogs and I love Suite Paws! They are a critical part of what makes our lives work. That may sound like hyperbole, but I promise you it is not. I travel internationally for work. I could not be successful, and thus successfully support us, if I didn’t have safe reliable care for Atticus and Harper while I travel, with people I trust and who genuinely care about them. My furbies are always happy to see their friends at Suite Paws, and I don’t spend my time away worrying if they’re okay. I can focus on the purpose of my trip.

Please ensure that your employees are aware of the services you do and do not provide. I called yesterday to request a cat grooming appointment and was advised that they were booked several months out but could be provided after that, then was told to create an account with the online portal to request the reservation. Once this was done, I was informed over email that cat grooming is not a service ever offered by this business. I'm extremely uncomfortable with having been misled into creating an account that required my personal and credit card information before learning this.

I decided to retract my reservation for my puppy after performing a walk through of this facility...this place was severely overbooked to the point of dogs being kept in crates in the hallway. Upon entering the area where the dogs are kept, it smelt unclean. I could not and would not feel comfortable leaving my puppy there. Owners should have their emergency contacts stop by between 12-1 for a walk through unannounced..It was 😨

Triangle Pet Sitters did a great job in taking care of our 2 cats during a vacation. Melissa was friendly and professional during the meet and greet and my cats took to her right away. I received lots of pictures and it was evident that she spent time playing with them on top of taking care of all the food/water/litter essentials. Will definitely continue using their services for to cover future trips.

Triangle Pet Sitters came to my home to stay with my boxer kid for a weekend. I was sent texts with pictures and videos of my boy. I’m pretty sure he loved his vacation as much as we did. Great communication and you can see the love for animals!

Our family has used Triangle Pet Sitters twice for overnight stays while we traveled. I feel comfortable leaving my pet knowing that they have years of experience especially with rescue beagles. I can relax on my trip knowing that my dog is being cared for and loved on in a family setting where she can nap on the couch and run in the fenced-in yard, just like at home. I also appreciate that Triangle Beagle Rescue sends me daily updates including pictures.

I highly recommend Triangle Pet Sitters! My dog, Chloe loves to go there and is always so excited to see Melissa and Jason. (Plus, their beagles, Dash and Woody) There is plenty of couch space/dog beds to nap or cuddle and a fenced in backyard to run and play. Melissa has 25+ years of experience In fostering and boarding and has literally fostered and help find homes for hundreds of dogs. They all adore her. She just has ‘the touch’ 🐶🐾

I have a super senior dachshund with special needs and he’s my world. He’s 14, has had IVDD surgery, epilepsy, and is deaf. He takes medication daily and has to be carried up all stairs, etc. Needless to say I’m very particular about his care and usually only have family members or close friends watch my little dude since he has so many quirks. I had to take a 5 day trip and was agonizing about finding a good pet sitter for this extended time away. I called my vet for recommendations, scoured Google, and was freaking out. My husband found Melissa and called her, and after meeting we felt comfortable with choosing her services. Let me say that Melissa is AMAZING! She sent so many pics and video updates and I could tell my boy was having a blast. My dog ended up chewing his feet because of seasonal allergies, and she sent me pics and videos of his paws and washed his feet and applied medication after we talked about it. She also noticed my dogs IVDD was acting up and kept an eye on it (it ended up being OK he was just tired). Melissa absolutely went above and beyond, and did so much more than was originally anticipated as far as medication and care. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about animals. I cannot thank her enough and we have officially found our pet sitter!

During my travels, Melissa & Jason have taken great care of my dog many times over the years. They always treat my dog with lots of love and pampering. And they text me updates and videos on his activities & welfare. Most importantly they are dependable, reliable, and very caring.

Melissa and Jason are great! They have watched our beagle twice so far. They send frequent updates, pictures, and videos. Since we have found them I never worry about our dog when we go away because I know he is being well cared for!

Melissa and Jason have watched our lab mix Arbor for over a year. I appreciate how much they love and understand dogs. Arbor regularly goes to doggy daycare at their house and also boards with them when we are out of town. They send me videos and photos during her stay and I love to see her playing with other dogs or just chilling with their family. It's nice to know that when I can't be with her she is in good hands.

Melissa is a gem! The most caring animal lover I’ve ever met. She sends photos, updates and loves on our cats and dog like their are hers. Not sure any of them wanted us back after vacation!

I hired Jason Rios at the last minute to transport my dog. He went from Raleigh, NC, to Louisville, Kentucky, to DC all in 1 day! He's a former trucker, so he said he was used to this! He operated on short notice, understood the situation, and was most adaptable, easygoing, ready to go, and all the things. He listened to all the details, took care of my precious fur son, sent pictures along the way, gave me updated ETAs, and arrived at the exact moment. He unloaded and even set up some items for me as I had a broken leg. The price was reasonable, especially with all the baggage/things my dog had, including but not limited, to two 42-inch crates, a ramp, and multiple bags of items. My dog is a Labrador Retriever. I got quotes from about 20 different pet transports before contacting Jason. The other pet transports would only have given the private pet transport attention and carried all of my dog's items for an astronomical amount of money. Jason offered more and his price was reasonable. He even walked my dog when he got to my place after setting up his crates. He saw my broken leg and didn't hesitate. One extra thing. I forgot to give Jason Rios the exact address of the pickup location. I woke up in panic mode at 7 am, realizing I had forgotten to give him the address. I thought he might have stayed in Raleigh and did not drive because he didn't have the address. I realized that it would be reasonable that he didn't go without having the exact address. I texted him, and he said he was already on the road and still left at 1 am as he had planned and was a few hours away from Louisville! Jason said, even though he didn't know the address, he knew he had to be in Louisville by 11:30 am and would wait until I woke up in the morning to get the exact address! If I ever have to do another Pet Transport or something similar, I will reach out to him. Triangle Pet Sitters may not be a big and fancy company, but they are a great little company! I wish they were nearby; I would hire them for more work.
