Pet Sitting in Walcott

After getting let down at the 11th hour by a confirmed sitter, I reached out to Ian and Tracey who had saved my sit previously to see if they could help. Tracey responded very quickly and following a call the next day, we were able to confirm that she would do the sit alone. Tracey was extremely organised and communicative throughout and arrived first thing in the morning to ensure that the cats were not on their own for too long. She sent regular updates about the cats and the fact that they were more focused on getting in the garden when we returned home rather than having a fuss was a sign that they were very relaxed. We arrived back to a spotless house and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea after our journey. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Tracey on this occasion however I hope in the future that she and Ian can be tempted to sit for us again. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracey to look after your home and pets.

We really feel like we landed on our feet having Kimberley and Dean look after our ‘little boy’ Huw. We were newbies to having a house/pet sitter, but Kimberley really held our hand taking the initiative to set up an early meeting and responding quickly to messages. Meeting early really set our minds to rest. At handover we agreed every other day updates on progress which included a photo and a couple of sentences and this really helped us to feel much more comfortable that Huw was being well looked after. It was clear throughout that Kimberley and Dean had considered our profile details, taking Huw to some of his favourite places and also on some new adventures too … including introducing him to a Hollywood star! Their experience with animals, but especially dogs, shows and this helped hugely in understanding Huw’s personality leading to him having a great time - when they left it was clear that he was upset that his new friends were heading off. Kimberley and Dean took great care of our house which was left immaculately clean. Thank you both so much for befriending and looking after Huw.

John and Helen are a lovely couple. We’re so glad they had a nice time exploring the area. The cats 🐈 were well looked after and the house was immaculate. Just the right amount of updates - would absolutely recommend!

Take my word for it ... Ros and Nick are "SAINTS"! If I could leave them 100 stars I would! They are the most lovely people you could possibly imagine and have sat for me on numerous occasions now. They are utterly trust worthy, and go way above and beyond, and are not only the best house sitters ever, but they cope with everything and anything. Isabell took wonderful care of Venus. She was quite attentive, and won Venus over quite quickly which is always a good sign. We got updates almost daily show a very happy and content kitty. Isabelle was easy to connect with, happily joining an initial video chat, and very responsive with texts. We felt confident in her ability to care for Venus and apartment- regardless of what happened. We would gladly welcome her back again.

We recently had Charles to take care of Rudy, charles Communication was excellent throughout, with prompt updates and even a few pictures while we are away. Joan was very sweet and caring and communication with her was easy throughout. We spoke over FaceTime to introduce ourselves and kept in touch leading up to and during the sit. Joan came alone in this instance but was perfectly capable of looking after the home and each of our animals. Joan is a talented painter and left us a beautiful hand painted card which was a lovely thought. All of our animals were happy upon our return which is all we can ask for.

Mandy Peter and summer took fantastic care of our pets. Arrangements and communication were straightforward, and all went to plan. They arrived as promised in the morning despite an early start with absolutely no fuss. We knew straight away that Betty would get plenty of attention, especially from summer. The animals were obviously well cared for, and Betty enjoyed her trips out. Our home was also left clean and tidy. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mandy Peter and summer.

Robert and Heather are wonderful House sitters. The dogs love them and were so pleased to see them again! They look after our house very well and it was lovely to come home to find happy dogs and a clean and tidy house!

Recently had the delightful Audrey complete a 2.5 week housesit in our home to keep our two cats company. Audrey kept us updated throughout her visit with regular e-mails. Our furry friends where happy and relaxed on our return and our home was immaculate. Our neighbours thought her wonderful. The added surprise of supper left in the fridge was a real bonus after our long journey home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Audrey and we would definitely love to have her sit for us again if our travel plans aligned. Thank you Audrey.
