Matt is wonderful! He takes excellent care of Tucker, as if he were his own. Our little guy is so excited to go play with Bizzy and the other pups every time he sees Matt. He is happy and exhausted when we come and pick him up, regardless of whether he was there for a half day or full day. Matt is super communicative with scheduling.

Matthew is the best! Our puppy loves him so much. He consistently sends us pictures and videos, keeping us updated. Our puppy is always excited for daycare and comes home happy and tired. Matthew is flexible and always does his best to accommodate our needs. We highly recommend him!

Matt has been watching our Weimaraner since she was four months old. I never worry about her while she's there and she is always tired and happy when she comes home! He's very thoughtful with the mix of dogs he allows and she has really grown in her socialization while there. He's very flexible and really makes working life with a young, energetic dog much easier!

My dogs love him and there is truly no easier person to work with. I spent a year going through other people on other services—you don’t need to do that! Go with Bizzy every time. He did a spot check on the dogs because my flight left earlier than I recalled within ten minutes of being asked if he could swing it. Hero stuff.

Our usual dog sitting plans fell through last minute and so in a rush, I turned to Google to find an alternate plan. I stumbled upon Bizzy’s Buddies website and, with their great reviews, decided to reach out. Within minutes, Matthew called back, took the time to explain his business philosophy, confirmed his availability, and we setup a meet and greet. I immediately felt comfortable and trusted that they’d take good care of our sweet girl. While away, he shared a lot of pics and we were able to stay updated from his active IG stories. Leaving your loved family members with a new face can be stressful, but Bizzy’s Buddies instantly made us feel good. We already have another reservation in the books! Thank you, Matthew.

We are doing roadtrip from Vancouver, Canada with Shiro, our 5 months old puppy. We looked for dog sitter near by where we stayed and found Matt on google. We contacted him and we got a reply right away. The communication was very clear and professional. Matt sent us photos and videos for us throughout the day so we had a peace of mind that our fur baby is doing OK. Matt's dog (Bismarck) is a very gentle dog and Shiro had a fun time playing with him. I would recommend Matt for any friends and family when they visit San Francisco with their fur babies!

We are so glad to have found Namrata. Our dog stayed for 2 weeks. We got multiple pictures of her having a great time. Namrata was super communicative via text. She got daily walks and socialized with other dogs and humans. It was a huge relief to know that my doggie was living the good life while we were gone! I highly recommend happy pets and namrata!

We boarded our two year old rescue pup while we went to Vegas. The beginning was rough for our doggy because she was in a new environment and has anxiety. Namrata worked with her tirelessly, and after the first night, she was doing so much better. Namrata sent us updates, pictures and videos and set our minds at ease. This is the first time we’d used a boarding service and we will be returning whenever we need puppy care. Her rates are reasonable and the dogs have free access to the backyard as well as regular walks. We are very happy customers.

Namrata has taken care of Millie (my 3 year old doodle) for both dog day care and dog boarding. I have been dropping Millie off with her and her family since September 2023. Millie is always excited to see her when I drop her off. Namrata is very responsive and always provides picture updates. Her son and Millie have become best friends. I am so happy that I have found an amazing dog sitter for day care and dog boarding. This lets me go on my trips and into the office without worrying about her. I would definitely recommend Namrata for dog day care and boarding!

We have been very pleased with Happy Pets. She is very organized, and quick to answer by text for bookings, pick up time, etc. She will forward pictures to you during the time you are away from your dog if you request, and our small dog, Lola has always seen very well cared for. Lola can be temperamental, and whiny, and may not be the easiest dog to take care of, but Happy Pets has always done a great job of providing great care for Lola and understanding she is who she is.

Namrata did a great job boarding our 5.5 year old Jindo. She sent pictures and updates every day, making us feel comfortable being away from our pup. We would happily board our dog with Namrata again :)

Happy pets dog boarding is amazing!! They take the best care of my dog - lots of attention and walks and love. I can tell that my dog loves going there and it gives me great peace of mind to know that my dog is so well taken care of when I am out of town. Namrata and her family took such great care of my dog Allie for one month. My initial plans for a dog sitter unexpectedly fell through, but on very short notice (just a few days) I was able to find Namrata who thankfully was able to take care of Allie for the whole month. I received photos and video and it was clear that Namrata, her family and her dog Albus were bonding with Allie and that she was very well taken care of. I’m thankful I was able to find Namrata and now feel confident that I have an excellent dog sitter for any travel in the future. I highly recommend her services.

My best friend, Rosie the labradoodle, is a high energy kind of girl, so I make sure she gets plenty of exercise and socialization. Recently I found the doggie daycare at North Main Pet Lodge, which also does boarding. The good news is that Rosie loves her stays there, and I have complete confidence in the owners and staff, who are both friendly and professional. The lodge is not fancy but both the kennels and the play areas are clean and perfect for an active girl like Rosie. Highly recommended.

This business used to be the best for your pet services, but since it's changed ownership, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We have a huskie, and before the change of ownership, our dog Dee loved loved loved this place, but since the change of ownership, the 1 time we took our dog, when we went to pick her up... she was crying and didn't even come up to us, and ran straight to our car 😞 this was heartbreaking for us. She was depressed for 3 days after we brought her home. Dee is usually a happy go lucky, fun loving dog, so this was disturbing for me. We miss the old owners....

I have been taking my dog Jasper to North Main Pet Lodge for 6 months and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their services. Chris and Colleen have a lot of experience working with pets and it is evident by the care and attention they give each of their customers. I especially like that there are supervised play times to ensure everyone plays safely. I trust the care of my pet for both daycare and overnight boarding with North Main Pet Lodge!

We love North Main Pet Lodge and have used it for our cat for the last 8 years. The cat facilities are large and the enrichment provided by staff keeps our cat happy. We know he is safe and well looked after which gives us peace of mind. This is all besides the fact that the owners and staff are responsive, friendly and caring :)

Really pleased with North Main Pet Lodge, especially the good care and personal attention they gave our dog during his stay. This is a family owned operation, and they really know what they are doing. Will definitely be back -- this is now our preferred dog sitter! I especially like the upgrade options they offer for overnight stays, including 1 on 1 time with the dog, group play, various walks, and evening treats. We signed up for a couple of those extras, and they noticed which ones were effective for our dog and which ones weren't as effective. They proactively adjusted the play time so that our dog could do what he likes best (which also saved us some money). We also know exactly what to sign up for next time. The kennels are a very good size (4 ft wide by 15 ft deep indoor/outdoor area separate with a wall and doggy door).

We have been kenneling our dogs here for quite a few years. They have always been happy and healthy when we've picked them up. Owners are very nice and personable. They even managed to make my horribly unfriendly toy poodle like them. She hates everyone! They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them. Of note, when one of our dogs passed away from lymphoma in March, they were nice enough to send a condonence card.

Love it! Well taken care of. Great experience. We’ve been using them for almost 4 years. We have a old rescue cat. She needs a lot of extra love. Comes back very happy and adjusted. Owners are very personable and respond quickly. Great prices for the area.

Our 9 year old German Shepherd was recently diagnosed with intestinal cancer and we were afraid to board her. We left her at North Main Pet Lodge for 5 nights and she did fantastic!!! Chris and Colleen make you feel so at ease! We love this place and so does our dog!

Flexible Pet Solutions is aptly named because they tailor their training approach to your dog's needs. I adopted a shy, fearful senior dog and a 7-month old dog about one year apart. Both of them offer unique challenges, but Flexible Pet Solutions/Donnelly has helped me with their ongoing training via one-on-one sessions. Unfortunately, we are located in Sacramento otherwise we would probably attend every class that FPS offers! Although our training sessions are infrequent, I feel that we get a lot out of them. Donnelly suggests specific things to work on such that the next time we meet we've usually improved. I also love that she's firm when you're giving a dog mixed signals, but keeps a positive attitude because she wants your human-dog team to succeed.

Donnelly is a fantastic dog trainer, and the team at Flexible Pet Solutions have been a lifesaver. We have worked with her 1-on-1, have regularly attended the drop-in puppy socialization classes, and also enrolled in one of her specialized (trick training) courses. She does a really good job building a community among the dogs (and their humans) that work with her and we plan to stay in her circle throughout our dog's various life phases.

Donnelly is a dog whisperer! As a first time dog mom, I was super lost when it came to training my new puppy and after finding Flexible Pet Solutions, my pup and I learned so much about communicating with each other and working together. Donnelly is so great at reading a dogs personality and understanding which techniques will work best for them. I often say that my dog wouldn't be as good as he today is without Donnelly's training!

Donnelly is amazing with my dog. She takes the time to break down each training process step by step and helped me teach my dog skills I was having trouble teaching her. Her one on one's and group classes really helped teach my dog focus and attention. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Flexible pet solutions has been there for our dog’s specific needs since we adopted him. She taught us how to build owner first focus in fetch and distractions and reduce separation anxiety. Best of all, Dr. West was able to immediately assess he was in pain, which multiple vets missed. We were able to get him the medication he needed, after she suggested bringing it up to the vet, so our ball obsessed dog can play fetch pain free.

Donnelly is kind and non judgmental in meeting dog owners and their dogs where they are and providing specific guidance to help build the best relationships possible. Highly recommend.

Great trainer, absolutely recommend. She helped so much with my rescue dog who came to me as a puppy with a long list of behavioral issues. Not only was she able to help us teach him to not eat dangerous objects, play politely, and settle, but she also focused on making sure I as the handler knew what I was looking at and how to react.

i have tried a few dog trainers, and donnelly is the first one i have really meshed with. she does a great job of meeting me where i am, which has been a vital part of getting favourable results. my dogs are much less reactive now, and we are on track for being able to take them out in public or have people over to the house again.

Juneau and I completely loved the Happy Go Luck Pet Care pack walks and awesome service and love from Lisa. Juneau would race to the door when she heard Lisa coming in and start jumping up and down and rapid tail wagging. Such a lovely team and service plus awesome four leg companions.

Lisa and Paula picked up and walked our Brittany Lady for about 4 years until they relocated recently. I can’t say enough good things. They are so trustworthy, communicative, and kind. Lady would run out the dog door when she heard them with such excitement for her walk ahead. Lisa and Paula always sent the most wonderful photos and videos after the walk. I always knew that they genuinely loved our dog and would always look out for her. They took Lady to so many amazing hikes and trails. I know that Lady became very attached to them and misses them very much.

Without hesitation, I gave Paula and Lisa at Happy Go Lucky Pet Care 5 stars! We had them take our dog, Milo, on walks most days a week for about 2 years. I loved how each walk Milo would literally run the hillside with his friends and Paula would send me videos/pics each walk so I felt connected with where he was at that day. He had the most incredible adventures and was exhausted afterwards which was comforting to know as we both work full-time. They are reliable, flexible and truly go above and beyond to support a beloved family member! I enthusiastically recommend them!

I've been postponing this review for years now because no amount of words can give my gratitude to these two amazing women and what they do for our dog everyday :) this is not a traditional doggie daycare experience. Paula and Lisa put their soul and sweat into ensuring our dogs have the best time with them. When I moved to the suburbs and had a newborn, my biggest worry was that I would never be able to give my dog the attention and energy outlet he needed. Paula gives him the best experience(for the last 2.5yrs or so) with off leash hikes along with the training/reinforcing needed on recall, impulse control, protection against foxtails and rattlesnakes. This is not a business that lets their dogs run crazy in a gated park, they put in a lot of effort to take the dogs on a mentally and physically stimulating hike and our pups come back home satisfied, and well exercised. In this busy and tough phase of life, I can safely say Happy Go Lucky has become an extension of our family.

Lisa is the best dog walker! Our golden retriever always comes home tired and happy. She takes the cutest photos of the dogs on their hikes and leaves thoughtful notes about their adventures for the day. She is incredibly reliable and thoughtful. I highly recommend Lisa!

We have been using Happy Go Lucky Pet Care's dog walking services for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. Paula is extremely reliable and my dog LOVES his walks. He is already at the door ready to race out before she even rings the bell. I love the fact that they go with other dogs, as they try and put your dog with others that will get along, as my dog loves seeing his buddies. They let them off leash and go to the open spaces so that he can get lots of running around time. My dog has lots of energy and acts up if he doesn't get out, so having him come home happy and tired is great. They also switch it up for variety and know where to go based on the weather. After each walk, they always send the greatest pics, videos and an update of the walk. We are so happy we found them!

I am so incredibly grateful for the love and care of Happy Go Lucky Pet Care. My dog absolutely LOVES his daily pack hikes!!!! The socialization and exercise cannot be replaced. I am confident in Paula's care of my puppy. She loves the dogs and is soooooo good with them. She provides advice and training tips to me as well and sends me videos and photos of each hike. There's something special about seeing your dog so happy! I was cursed by an injury that led me to search for a day hiker for my puppy because I could not offer that type of exercise for him. But even when I recover some day, I will continue to put my trust in Happy Go Lucky Pet Care to provide fun, stimulation and daily exercise for my dog. I was nervous when I moved to Walnut Creek because I had to find a new dog walker for my dog, Cooper. I am SO glad I went with Happy Go Lucky Pet Care because Paula & Lisa have exceeded all of my expectations with their care for him. They are reliable, caring, and just exceptional at what they do. They treat my dog like he is their own, & I am totally at ease when he is under their care. I get notes about his day, really cute pictures of him having the time of his life, and they have even been able to help out last minute in a pinch, which I appreciate immensely. And during all that time, she has always been caring, responsible, professional, and at times, my savior when I desperately needed help with my dogs! I can tell my dog Willie likes going to Camp Bow Wow. He pulls me in the front door. All the staff members have been super friendly. You can see your dog play via their cameras and also see how much staff cares in giving dogs attention and keeping the facility clean for their canine guests. Georgia the manager took care of our boarding situation. She is a pro who cares about doing things right. I don't travel often, but when I do boarding at Camp Bow Wow will be my first choice. I often go to sporting events since my daughter coaches and I will be getting a play days package for play when I am gone all day. Our golden retriever is feeling right at home here whenever he goes for daycare. When he knows we’re going to CBW he starts perking up and his windshield wiper tail starts going at max setting. Glad we found this place.

Your dog will love being here. The staff is very professional and know what they are doing. Your dog will go through an 'interview' so they know how your dog interacts with other dogs. When they let the dogs out for 'play', they bring them out one at a time, so it's not so suddenly overwhelming for them. They bring them in for afternoon nap time, and meal time. The multiple play areas are continuously on live feed, so you can check in with your dog anytime you want from anywhere. They do dog baths and nail trims and have package deals for your to purchase. I only wish they had another location closer to me.

My experiences with Camp Bow Wow have been great! I like the friendly atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. I like having the opportunity to watch my dog interact with the others. I liked the way the staff handled the dogs (protocols, policies & procedures).

When we drop off our pup, she’s always wiggling with excitement! The staff are wonderful and caring. The prices are reasonable and we always know that our girl is safe and having fun.

A great, safe place to leave your pooch for short or long term. You can watch your fur baby on the video feed to see that they are interacting and ok. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love camp bow wow!! The staff really cares about dogs and it really shows. The FOH are very nice and learn the dogs names so they always feel welcomed. The yards are connected to the outside synthetic grass and during hot days there is a pool for the bigger dogs. They always have water and always have a camp counselor in the yard to make sure there is no humping or scuffles. My three dogs go here and even though they aren't the best dogs they take care of them like their own. Try the place out. You won't regret it.

Molly and her team are wonderful, reliable, and experienced. Not only did my pup have a great time, but I got daily updates with tons of pictures. The Doggie Llama team does boarding, training, and dog walking right. When your pet is left with them you can rest assured that your pet is receiving quality care tailored to their needs and comfort. Their science-based approach to training and care sets them apart from the industry standard and sets my mind at ease knowing that my pet is receiving the highest quality of care.

EDIT: We are coming up on our five year anniversary being with Doggy Lama! Wow time has flown. We do have two new walkers that tag team, Joe (who is our primary walker) and Vero (who provides backup), but all the previous statements in my review are still valid. Joe and Vero are always communicative, respectful, and Warren can't wait to go on adventures with him and his pack. You can tell how much they each love and appreciate their dogs. ---- Our boy Warren, a border collie mix, LOVES his time with Kristen & Michael's packs. They're some of the most exceptional and trustworthy dog walkers we've had. Warren will wait up by the window for Kristen or Michael to come every morning - tail waggin a million miles an hour and whimpering from excitement. It makes me happy to see Warren get to play out on the trails, learn new skills, and socialize with his pals every day. Finding a trustworthy and professional dog walker is not easy. But Molly runs a tight ship, and the team she leads at Doggy Lama shows just how much she cares for and loves animals. Vanessa is pure gold. She has been walking my sweet husky-pit mix Margaux since she was a year old and forged an incredible bond not only with my pup, but with our whole family. Every weekday she reliably arrives at our home, Rory runs to greet her, and off they goes with a pack of 5-7 dogs on a beautiful East Bay trail. A few hours later Rory comes home happy and tired. Molly and her team at Doggy Lama are the best! Our dog Toby always returns from his off-leash walks with Jordan having had lots of fun with his pack buds and tuckered out. It’s been a huge relief to know Toby is getting the exercise and stimulation he needs, especially during the work week when we can’t provide that for him to this level. This team is also amazing at communication, from day-of logistics to general awareness of seasonal considerations on the trail.

Everyone at Doggy Lama has been so good to my pup, Rosie, since I adopted her over a year ago. Rosie has arthritis so Dorothy takes her to the park to sniff about at her own pace or just lay in the sun. Kasper and I we both LOVE Doggy Lama; obviously for different reasons - Kasper loves the walks, treats and keeping his brain working while practicing recall on every walk. We love DWP as does our 11#’er rescue dog, Orion. We come in the door with him, and he’s off to see his buds! The staff are so kind and caring of their charges. We take Orion here for doggy daycare and overnight boarding. Thank you Team DWP!!

I LOVE this place! Most importantly my dog loves this place! I was so impressed with how I can tell that the owners love what they do and pay such close attention to all dogs under their care. You can tell that they really care and get to know each dog. As an owner of a pure bred cane corso, I really appreciate their ability to lead the dogs, read dog body language, and manage all the dogs. The biggest thing that impressed me about them was when I came back to pick up my Corso, she was walked up to me off leash and behind the gentleman. I've only seen her do that we me as she pulls everyone else like a lead sled dog. I really appreciate all of the attention and care that they give and they both are genuinely excited to see my dog when I drop her off. I've recommended her to everyone who is looking for doggie day care or boarding. Thanks for everything!

I’ve been taking my dog here for about 5 months now since moving to Concord and I have to say this is the best doggy day care I’ve ever taken him to. Despite having 40-60 days a day (on weekdays), Melissa and her colleagues remembered my dog’s name after just one visit! When I pick him up, they usually provide me with an update on who he’s played with and how he did that day. Also, Melissa helped me today with removing a tick off my dog, which I was grateful for! These people know their stuff! Love this place!

Such a wonderful place, I can’t say enough nice things about Dogs Will Play. The staff are so friendly and happy. The facilities are clean and plenty of space for dogs to play. We have an energetic GSP and he LOVES going to dogs will play. When we drop him off he is so excited and runs right back to see his friends, and never looks back to say goodbye. He always comes home happy and tired.

Best place for my giant puppy! She loves going here and she really loves the people that work here. She practically drags me across the parking lot to get into this place. She's a regular for daycare, and we have used the hotel service several times. She's always been a happy camper here.

This is hands down the best daycare/place to board my dog I have found. I've been taking my dog here for more than a year now. They really care about the animals and it shows. My dog is always happy and worn out when I pick him up. I love the stories I get about what he did and who he played with. When I had surgery they were super accommodating and helpful. When I couldn't physically take care of my dog, they gave me a place I could take him, where I knew he was safe and taken care of, and I am extremely greatful. If anyone from Dog Will Play reads this, thank you. 😊

Our doggie used to play here and sometimes we would also board him when we were out of town but he was rejected recently because the new gal said that he was aggressive. Maybe he thought you were the vet or maybe he just didn’t like the way you looked in a hoodie but whatever the reason he was a regular until recently. It was very inconvenient because we were going on vacation and we’re forced to look for an alternative at the last minute! Thanks a lot Dogs Will Play. There are plenty of better options for our little one.

Our fur baby has been going here since she was a puppy (she's 5 yrs old now) and she's still excited every time we drop her off. She's here at least 3x a week and she loves all the staff. We're so happy to have Dogs Will Play as her home away from home. Very highly recommended 👌 …

My dog has been going here for a year now and I feel blessed to have found this place! She and I have been through the changes since it changed owners and I can say I am as happy now as I was since I first brought her here. The staff is amazing...They are friendly, kind, caring and love my dog as much as I do. They truly feel like family to me and to my dog. I could never say enough kind words about all of them. Their grooming is amazing as well. My dog frequently gets her teeth brushed and she also loves getting baths here! Its so nice to pick your dog up, have her tired from a day of playing and clean from a bath!

We brought our pug puppy here for the first time two weeks ago for a "spa" treatment and he loved it! He's normally skiddish around strangers and shy of new places, but his tail was wagging throughout the whole process- bathing, nail trimming, etc. The staff is incredibly friendly, and our little guy seems to trust them and truly enjoy his time there. I'm happy to have such a nice facility walking distance from our house as well. We'll be bringing him back this week and next week for a full play date while we attend an event near the coast. I'm pretty picky about my dog's well-being, but I fully trust the staff at Dogs Will Play to take care of our furry family member.

Mona and her team of walkers have been wonderful. I tried for two years to get my dog to walk on leash without pulling. After walking with professionals for a few months we we a huge difference in her. Her reactivity to other dogs while on leash has also improved.

Mona was fantastic! When she first greeted my pups, they instantly loved her! She welcomed them with open arms, and treated the pups as if they are her own. Usually my pups have a lot of energy and I was surprised that she was able to keep up and make them tired after their walk.
