I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. Again we feel lucky to have found her, and feel she would be a great sitter for any pets!

Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

I have had 4 pet sitters this year so far. And Liz was the best! She was wonderful with cats. She has an easy going manner and is very comfortable to be around. Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. Absolutely love sending our two water dogs here and they love being here even more! They have indoor and outdoor kenneling that’s very spacious, clean and air conditioned/heated which we feel so good about when leaving them there for a short or long period of time. Our water dogs have access to a pond and lots of land to run and play, yet they are always so clean and smell fresh when we pick them up! Kim and her staff are so friendly, and extremely accommodating. We have never found a place we love as much as the Kennels at Jasper!
My puppy was the first here for day care. We found the listing on Google and soon scheduled a visit to see if my puppy would enjoy herself. We've been coming for daycare since that visit day in February and I assure you my dog is living her best life. There are walks and rides and lots of things to see and smell. She can be a bit of a handful at times but is treated well. Kim, the owner, and all the workers do a great job of taking care of her. They have quality food for those late work nights so my girl isn't starving when I pick her up. They are great about arranging late pick up. My puppy can play in the arena during inclement weather and loves checking out the horse barn. I was especially happy she was able to start before I was able to get her spayed. Most places don't offer that. My dog has certainly found herself at home here. I highly recommend The Kennels at Jasper for daycare or boarding of your furry family member.
We’ve had our 3 large dogs stay at Jasper twice in the last two months. Kim & Donny are super friendly and a joy to see during pick up/drop off. It’s a very laid back and relaxed atmosphere, which we appreciate. We’ve been able to make reservations with just a couple days notice during major holidays and Kim was able to fit us in. They’ve got affordable rates, especially if you have more than one dog. Very happy to have found a great place for our dogs while we’re away!
I had the pleasure of boarding my dog here for four days while I went on vacation. I could tell that he absolutely loved it! The kennels are on a beautiful 40 acres, surrounded by horses and cows! It was very peaceful, and I know he loved seeing the horses and cows during his walks. The staff was on site 24/7, and I got updates on how he was doing. The staff took excellent care of my furry friend, and I felt safe leaving him with the kennels at Jasper!
I do not recommend this kennel. They lost our family dogs twice in one week while we were on vacation (fortunately, a family friend found them both times and brought them back to the Kennel at Jasper the first time). We know of at least five other incidents of this kennel losing dogs who are boarded there. It’s just not a secure place. We will not use them again.
Please don’t leave your dog with them!! I boarded my 17 week old puppy here for 3 days and she is traumatized! First I called and made reservations and when I got there, they had no idea who I was! As soon as we got there, they threw her right in the kennels with no water or food. I was worried because she had never been boarded before so I texted to see how she was doing, and I received a text 2 days after I picked her up. The text said “He is a great dog really enjoyed him.” She is a GIRL!! So sad they didn’t even know that. I sent her with bags of food with everyday and time on it and she came back with every single bag. Therefore, she was not fed. We put a blanket and toy in her kennel, and of course we got neither of them back. I’m disappointed that they could care less about the animals that they are paid to take care of.
They lost our dog for 4 days while we were away on vacation it took a miracle to get her back. We spent hours a day searching for her with the help of amazing people in the neighborhood. The kennel eventually caught her in a live trap. It was such a traumatic experience for all of us. We’ve heard of so many other incidents similar to this. Please protect your pups and choose another border.
This place is wonderful! I have a very active male beagle and needed a place for him to stay while I was in town, and I'm so glad I found this place. They have lots of land and animals and take the dogs out for all kinds of activities and adventures. The rates are incredibly reasonable, and this will be my go-to kennel in northwest Arkansas from now on. Oh, they are also available for pick up and drop off at almost any hour if you make arrangements. Highly recommend!
My dog loves it here! She can be a little shy around new people but everyone there has been super patient with her which I really appreciate. She's spent two weekends here and the last time I picked her up, she was so excited to see me but she slept for the rest of the day once we got home. They take great care of her and as much as I miss her, I know she's in good hands and is getting lots of exercise and having so much fun.
Kim and her team have been incredible since I’ve been taking my 2 dogs to Jasper Springs! They get so excited when we turn the corner and they can tell where we’re headed. I can tell when they come home they’ve had a great time and got tons of love. Kim is also incredibly accommodating!!! I cannot say enough good things.
