Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Kate was amazing all around and I would be thrilled to have her sit for me again at any time. Thanks for everything!
Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)
Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!
Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. We definitely recommend her as a house and pet sitter and would ask her again in the future!
Great pet care. The house was clean and tidy. The sitters had great communication. Would recommend again!
I had the pleasure of having Tracey and her two children as house sitters, and I can't praise them enough for the incredible job they did. From the moment they stepped into our home, it was evident that they were dedicated, caring, and attentive to every detail. First and foremost, Tracey's approach to caring for our house and our beloved pets was nothing short of excellent. She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. The house was kept in immaculate condition, and they treated it with the utmost respect as if it was their own. Moreover, Tracey demonstrated remarkable responsibility and initiative when our AC system unexpectedly broke down. Without hesitation, she arranged for an HVAC company to come and fix the issue, taking time from her day to ensure our home was taken care of. Her willingness to front the repair costs until I could reimburse her was an act of kindness and trust that you rarely see. Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Their stay was characterized by an extraordinary level of care and I was particularly impressed by how they left the house in perfect condition, with happy pets to welcome me back. I wholeheartedly recommend Tracey to any future hosts. Her reliability, compassion, and the ability to handle unexpected situations with grace are commendable. I would welcome Tracey and her children back to house sit in a heartbeat – they are exactly the kind of house sitters that one hopes for on this site! Thank you, Tracey, for everything. You and your children are welcome back anytime!
I could not have asked for a better first time sitter experience! Terry & Vinnie were absolutely wonderful people. They took stellar care of my beloved pets and my home. Their communication with me was enough that I felt perfectly at ease during my time away and in turn, they were super responsive if I contacted them. My pets were relaxed and happy when I returned!
5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade! Dean & Diana Smith
Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. I highly recommend Janis and you will be fortunate to have her as your sitter.
Jessica was an awesome pet sitter for my cat Fifi. She texted photos and updates everyday so I knew that Fifi was being well cared for. She was communicative and asked a lot of good questions to make sure she understood Fifi's needs. My home was equally as clean (if not more so) upon my return. I would highly recommend Jessica!

With short notice, Kim was able to fit our pet sitting needs into her schedule. She is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. We felt at ease leaving our kitties in her hands while we were gone. She made it possible for us to go away without stressing about the fur babies! There were detailed reports and pictures after every visit. She worked different methods to get one stubborn cat to take his medication. Plenty of play time was had after food, water, liter box, etc. Everything was done! Kim's services are well worth her rates. We will recommend her and use her services again.
Kim did a fantastic job with our furbabies, is trustworthy and kept us updated on their care as well as pictures and videos. I highly recommend her and will use her again should we need pet care in the future.
Kim was wonderful caregiver to our 2 dogs. She is dependable which put us at ease knowing someone was going to show up. She’s knowledgeable about pet behavior and provided a full report with each visit. We could enjoy being away knowing our pets were being cared for. We highly recommend Kim’s Backyard & Barnyard pet sitting if you need a pet sitter.
We are beyond happy with Kim’s services. And more important, Sunny adores her! She told us so! 😉😉 We love how Kim communicates with us, sends photos, and her app is so easy to use. We trust her explicitly. Sunny always seems to be so well taken care of, which is most important to us. Kim is, by far, the best pet sitter we have ever had. We all love her! 😘 Bea & Al Erdman
Why didn’t I find Kim earlier! She is thorough and takes very good care of our house and our babies!
Kim has been taking care of our fur babies, both dogs and cats, for 5 years! We trust her completely and the peace of mind that we have when we are away from home is priceless. We appreciate the constant communication and the app she uses provides detailed reports of each visit. She also sends fun pictures and videos! We highly recommend Kim - she is the best!!
Kim has been fantastic. She cares deeply about the animals and is willing to be flexible and talk out how to make our time away easy for us and our animals. We get regular updates when she visits and we never have to worry while away.
Kim is absolutely fabulous. I loved the daily updates she provided along with the pictures and videos she would send. By the second day, our dogs were giving her huggers and kisses! She is the best and I will be using her again to watch our fur babies.
Recently moved to NC from out of state. We needed to hire a pet sitter for an upcoming trip, and of course it can be stressful to figure out who to hire based on a search on Google. Especially when you're new to an area and don't know many people yet. I settled on Kim based on her excellent reviews. There is a reason that Kim is highly recommended. I NEVER wondered if my cats were ok while we were gone. Not once. Kim sent us reports via an app called Time to Pet for every visit made to our home, including photos and what she did for them during the visit. The app is insanely easy to use and I really like that it's a one stop shop for booking, payment, communication, etc. She is a true professional and excellent at what she does. If you're currently looking for someone to take great care of your pets and home while on vacation, the search should end here. She truly is wonderful!
If you are looking for a very reliable person to take care of your pets look no further. Kim is the absolute best. She really cares about what she does and the animals she cares for. She stays in touch with her community of people that use her pet sitting service. Honest, reliable and knows how important it is that pet parents feel very secure and happy the pet kiddos are cared for the best.
Was excited, and eager, to try this new doggy daycare. I’ve had several dogs prior to moving here who all regularly attended day care (multiple times per week), so I know what a good dog daycare is like, and let me say I was disappointed to say the least. Before taking your dogs here, I’d recommend looking at the online cameras periodically to see when dogs are actually let outside to play. They are supposed to have two 3-hour play times and I did not see dogs outside playing for a consecutive 3 hours x2. Additionally, my dog came home AMPED up. To provide perspective, he gets exhausted from ~20 minutes at the dog park, and had more energy than he has ever had at night following a day here. The real issue: We were provided images of our dog playing with other dogs. But upon watching the cameras intermittently, but frequently, all day, we never ONCE saw our dog outside and playing with other dogs. This means they took him out to “play” for images and returned him to who knows where, where cameras are not located. I cannot in good conscious recommend this daycare. It could’ve been a unique, one-off, negative experience, but that was not the gut feeling we had from dropping off and picking up our pup. It is also not the sole time I’ve heard this happening here (check Reddit and other sites for reviews). On another note, Winston-Salem needs a good dog daycare, if anyone is looking to open a business to fulfill a need.
The staff I spoke to was friendly and seemed to care about my dog. And I know that they put her in her deluxe suite because she did not do well in the regular suite so I appreciate that. I do wish that I had more updates and more information about how she played with others. It surprisingly seemed like she did not enjoy her playtime so smaller groups might be better for her, but that’s just my guess because no one told me one way or the other
Lucy Brackens loves Ruff Housing for daycare and boarding. The entire staff loves Lucy like their own! Daycare allows Lucy to exercise and spend time with other pups and an amazing staff. I highly recommend Ruff Housing and give them 10 stars!! (5 stars isn’t enough) Plus, I love the fact that Ruff Housing provides Webcams so owners can watch their pets. When I drop Ms. Lucy off in the mornings I know she will be well taken care of.
I can't speak more highly of Ruff Housing as a whole, especially the Witt Street location. My dogs, Ella and Wofford, run to the door every time we arrive. The staff greet them by name and remember the sweetest details about them. They come home WORN out after a hard day of playing with their friends!!!! 10/10 would reccommend.
I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at Witt St! My puppy has been going to Witt St for about 2 months and absolutely adores everyone there. Each time when I pick her up from daycare one of the staff members tells me funny stories about her that day or pics they took of her playing. It makes me feel so relieved that I am leaving my dog in the care of such attentive and caring people. I love love love every member of this staff and my puppy does too! 💕
The staff members at Ruff Housing genuinely love dogs. Since 2008 we have entrusted the care of four dogs to them. Their caring, thoughtful approaches to every scenario — from a 14-year-old senior who no longer wanted to play with other dogs to two young pups — has amazed us. Our only real issues have been with the online scheduling system and they worked hard to correct that.
We recently brought our dog Cooper to Witt Street for his evaluation before we board him in May. Cooper is 13 and I was a little anxious as to how he would respond. Everyone that we spoke to was so supportive and took their time answering all my questions. It really helped in setting my mind at ease and knew we made the right choice. When we picked him up he was happy, relaxed and wondering why he had to leave. 😊 He is going to have a blast in May and can’t wait to see the pictures they send. Thank you!
My silver lab, Remi, went for her doggy daycare meet/greet trial today and I can’t say enough about this place and the staff already. I can be that helicopter-high strung dog mom at times but the staff and facility made me feel so comfortable leaving her for the day knowing she would be well taken care of. I received a progress update call and the cutest report card with pictures from her visit. Remi looked so happy about her play day and that eases my mind for all of her upcoming visits while I’m at work. We both give this place a 10/10!
We love Caden at the Witt St location!! My dogs are now excited to be dropped off for their grooming, which hasn’t always been the case. Caden does a great job with the overall cut and face framing— but, more importantly, I always feel like my doggos are being loved and taken care of when they go to Caden because of the pictures I receive after their cut and the happy dogs I pick up 😊
I am so disappointed with my dogs stay at this facility and have major guilt for putting my dog in this place. It’s my first time ever boarding my dog in North Carolina so I looked into a TON of places before deciding on one. This place had so many good reviews that I was confident they would take good care of my dog. 1. They told us we would see him in the purple room on the cameras (I checked many many MANY times and never once saw him on any camera) 2. We could never get ahold of them to check up on our dog. You would not believe how many times it took us to get ahold of them. They tried to say they left a voicemail but they did not3. When we picked our dog up, he reeked of dog pee. Our dog mounts other dogs so he was kept in his own area. Considering my dog is potty trained, I assume they never took him out which caused him to pee in his area and lay in it (he was there for 5 days). I sincerely hope I’m wrong about this theory but I don’t think I am and that breaks my heart. I’ve never left a bad review on anywhere before but I just want people to know so you and your dog don’t have to go through what me and my dog went through.
I wouldn't take my precious pups anywhere else. From their early Puppy School training, obedience levels training, AKC Canine Good Citizens prep, trick training, obstacle course agility training, scent work, and more...my pups have done it all and loved it all. The staff are highly trained and truly love the dogs in their care. I take them twice a week for daycare to keep them active and socialized. They can do nail trims and baths. The facility is top-notch with lots of room and activities. I highly recommend Jan and her staff. If you love your pups, this is the place for them.
Our sweet golden retriever, Cheddar, was unexpectedly expelled from this daycare about a couple of months ago. Cheddar, who is currently 2 years and 8 months old, had been attending this daycare for over a year without any issues. We were completely taken aback when we were informed that he was displaying resource guarding behavior, despite not showing any signs of it at home or during playtime with his canine friends. On the subsequent occasion when we sent Cheddar back to the daycare, my husband received an email from the owner, listing all the negative incidents and informing us that we were no longer welcome. It's worth mentioning that Cheddar has attended several daycares both locally and in another state, and we have only received positive feedback about him. Everyone who knows Cheddar simply adores him. What adds to our disappointment is the fact that this daycare actually provides training services. However, the owner failed to offer or recommend the type of training that Cheddar needs. Updates: Cheddar has been going to different local daycares for more than 3 months, zero negative reports on any behavior issues. Final update: It's been over a year since Cheddar started attending different local daycares, and he goes twice a week. The staff at each daycare absolutely adore him, and we've had zero behavior issues. We're frequently told he plays very well with the other dogs. In fact, when he misses a few days, the staff often text us to say they miss him. The "resource guarding" issue we've heard about at Dog Gone Fun has not been mentioned by any daycare staff or his sitter, which makes us question whether it was ever truly an issue. Additionally, the daycare Cheddar attends has cameras, so we can check in on the playroom at any time. Not to mention, it's more affordable than Dog Gone Fun. We couldn't be happier with his daycare experience.
5/5! Dog-Gone Fun is the best place for doggy day care and training. I enrolled my pup in the STAR AKC puppy class and Caroline is amazing and knowledgeable. My pup, Bunny, also goes to day care throughout the week. She loves going in the door and from the pictures posted, she has so much fun. I’m thankful to have the option to take her and I will continue to do so.
We are so thankful to know that our Carson has a fun, safe place to spend time when we can’t be with him. All of the staff are welcoming, accommodating and professional. We have been going to Dog Gone Fun since 2020 beginning with puppy classes, obedience training and some agility. Carson loves his weekly play days. Boarding is no stress as we know he is at his home away from home. The biggest testament to each of these experiences is the anticipation and tailwags Carson has as we approach the building.
This place is AWESOME!!! I am a long time customer, but have a new dog, VINY, in pic below who is very busy, so we have gone through obedience, tried out agility, will be working on Good Canine Citizen test, then on to Nosework, so I can say that we have worked with this crew on many different levels. In addition, he goes to daycare periodically and is boarded there when need be. The level of care is outstanding. I had worries about nail trims and they listened to my concerns and helped him get past that, they are knowledgeable and professional. It is a fun environment, the dogs love it, the staff is patient and understanding. I cannot say enough things about them! Highly, highly recommend!
Dog-Gone Fun is a tremendous value. Drop off and pick up are smooth and conveniently right next to the high way. The staff has character and they take great care with everyone’s dog or pup. Highly recommend!
Our dog loves it here. I think she would happily stay at daycare forever.
I attempted to sign my puppy up for doggy daycare. When I brought him for his evaluation I was greeted by an employee who rudely told me my dog had not been registered through their Ginger app. When I told her I had gone in this morning and did it she again continued to tell me he wasn’t registered in their system (without checking) and had to be for me to drop him off. I AGAIN politely told her I had completed it this morning and asked if she could check. This is when another employee came out and she asked her to check. That employee then returned to CONFIRM HE HAD BEEN REGISTERED. At this point I’m so upset with how the first employee spoke to me so I opted to just take my puppy home. I will not give a business my money that treats customers like that.
My boston terrier went today. According to staff Pickles had a ball. The staff was great! Pickles will go tomorrow and he will be taking classes there. What a great fun place.
Dog Gone Fun is the BEST!!!! Love the staff and doodle loves his time there! They have a great training program as well. Jan is a Dog Whisperer!
Absolutely delighted with Lucinda as our dog sitter! She stands out as the absolute best we've ever had the pleasure of entrusting our furry friend with. Having explored various options in town and across different states, Lucinda's care has truly been unparalleled. Her dedication to the well-being of our dog is evident in every aspect of his stay. Lucinda goes above and beyond in taking exceptional care of our beloved canine companion. From fun activities to cozy cuddle sessions, she creates an environment where dogs thrive. The communication during his stay is top-notch, giving us with peace of mind and keeping us in the loop about our dog's adventures. Our dog's genuine affection for Lucinda is unmistakable – he runs towards her when we drop him off. Leaving him in her capable hands is always met with the confidence that he's not only getting exercise during the day but also enjoying a comfortable night's sleep indoors. Lucinda's knack for managing the canine pack is truly impressive. It feels like other dogs receives complimentary training during their stays, contributing to all their well-behaved demeanor. The harmonious dynamics among the dogs under her care speak volumes about her expertise. In short, Lucinda's dog-sitting services have exceeded our expectations, making her an invaluable part of our dog's life. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking unparalleled care and a truly positive experience for their furry family members!
Pepper just spent his first week here, and I was nervous because he's a puppy that requires a lot of attention - and he was treated like a part of the family here! I received pictures and updates throughout his stay, and we even talked about how to work together on some of his barking issues. I will 100% be going back here (Pepper didn't want to get in my car to leave!).
Lucinda is hands down the BEST sitter we’ve ever used. She loves our pup like her own. She provides a warm and comfortable environment in her home, unlike some boarding facilities where they are in concrete pens. She has the magic touch with the dogs and keeps them active. My dog never wants to come home when I go to pick her up. More importantly, Lucinda is kind, has wonderful communication, and is incredibly trustworthy. She is like a member of our family now. I wholeheartedly recommend her to every fur family!
My dog absolutely loves camp ruff. Lucinda takes such good care of my boy when he’s there I never have to worry about anything. He gets plenty of exercise and love while at camp ruff. He’s treated as if he were one of Lucinda’s own dogs and I couldn’t ask for more. I would highly recommend Camp Ruff for top notch doggo care.
I have a year old husky and this is the perfect place for him. The owner is very caring and she posted daily updates including his eating habits and physical activity. I am looking forward to send my dog again in the future.
Lucinda is absolutely amazing! She has such a strong love for animals and is so knowledgeable. We have three big dogs and they took to her like they had know her forever. Even our wild card warmed up to her after some time. She will be helping us leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day. This is no kennel either! She brings your baby right into her home as if they were her own. She spoils them with big nature walks and chicken. I can’t wait to see how my boys blossom with her!
Five stars isn't enough for the kind of care our dog received with Lucinda! We've used her boarding service twice for a short and a long stay and both times were so thrilled. She is so kind, knowledgeable and loving to our pup. We get lots of photos and communication, so we always have peace of mind. Highly highly recommend Camp Ruff!!
I appreciate the pictures and communication about how the dogs are doing once I leave them, but I feel that positive communication should only be communicated. Again, if you're home is open freely to the dogs, the people in your home should also be able to handle the dogs...no matter the size or how well trained the dog is...or the dogs need to be in a separate area like the puppies.
Lucinda and Camp Ruff have been one of the best experiences for my pup and me. He loves the socializing and freedom to roam with the pack in a natural setting!!
Lucinda is a wizard at training pups! Boarding your fur babies with her is a much better option than dropping them off at a kennel. At Camp Ruff, fur campers sleep in the house in their own beds, get to socialize in a pack, and get their exercise exploring the trails on the property. Lucinda has a huge heart for animals and a gift for communicating with them. You'll never settle for anyone else caring for your pets while you're gone again!
Just moved here from Indiana. Our pup had gone to the same doggie daycare from the time he was 1. So the change was major for us! He has fit in and we are very happy at the Ruff House!
I only take my dog, Louise, to daycare at ruff housing once per week, but the entire staff still knows her by name! Going to ruff housing is the highlight of her week. She loves the people so much! When she first started going to ruff housing, she was terrified of people. Now, she runs right up to all of their staff for kisses! They have truly changed her life and helped her open up. This place is exceptionally well-run. I used to work at a doggy daycare and by comparison to where I worked, ruff housing is much more thorough and contentious about keeping dogs safe and comfortable. That is why it is a little hard to get in - they’re always booked up because they limit the number of dogs very responsibility! Trust me when I tell you that it is worth the wait. Don’t settle! I can’t recommend it enough. I will never take Louise (my pup) elsewhere.
Grayson was very nice and knows a lot about all the dogs. Gyzmo always comes back home very very thirsty. It generally takes him 2 or 3 days of constant drinking before he seems to be able to get his fill. The employees that walk around with the dogs during play time never seem to reach out and pet or love on the dogs. It would be nice to see more interaction between them and the dogs. They did a great job working with me when we had to suddenly go out of town for a funeral. They worked us in to make sure we could make it home to the funeral.
We LOVE Ruff Housing and especially our groomer Devin. He is loving and caring with our American Eskimo Dogs. We’ve lived here six years and he’s the only one we’ve found that knows how to groom Eskies. One of our Eskies is a TriPawed and requires some special care and patience. He does it all! Even though the prices went up, which makes us wait a bit longer between grooming’s, we still LOVE Ruff Housing.
Everyone here is friendly & you can tell they love dogs! My 2 dogs came for a meet & greet & did fantastic. I appreciated getting photos of how they spent their time.
This is my puppy's second week at Ruff Housing, and he is getting better with his socialization skills. Thank you Ruff Housing staff for your patience and guidance for my lil pup Pike!
Our Athena just loves going to Ruff Housing and playing with the other dogs and staff! The staff is awesome and are always courteous and professional. Ruff Housing is Athena’s first doggie daycare experience and the staff has been great about that and always makes sure that Athena is comfortable and has a great day! We are excited that Athena has had such a great experience and that she is always treated so kindly and with so much love. I’d definitely recommend Ruff Housing to a friend for daycare. We haven’t had an opportunity to use the boarding services at Ruff Housing but if their boarding services are as great as their daycare services then I would recommend the boarding services as well. We have used the grooming services while Athena has been there on daycare days and always comes home a happy dog! Thank you Ruff Housing staff for all that you do for Athena! We ❤️You Guys!
Our girls were brought in for a first evaluation session. We were impressed from the very beginning. The Ruff Housing team gave us an honest assessment of how our girls did and how they were going to help our girls adjust to their new home after our recent move. Our girl’s faces tell the entire story. We found our girls their new home away from home and could not be happier!
My dog cries and whimpers with excitement every time we walk in! She LOVES this place! Always happy to drop her off and know she is taken care of and having fun socializing! The themed weeks are amazing and the goodie bags and pictures they send you are amazing!
I brought my old dog to play care until he passed, they were very attached to him. And now my new dog demands to go to play care. We are considering taking our new puppy every day because it’s so good for him.
I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my Pup to Beacon Pet Suites Resort, and the experience was overwhelmingly positive. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the clean, welcoming environment. The resort exudes professionalism, yet it still feels homey and comfortable, which put my mind at ease. Boarding and Daycare: The boarding facilities are spacious and designed with pets’ comfort in mind. My pup had plenty of room to move around, and I appreciated the luxury suites. It’s clear that the staff prioritize both cleanliness and safety, as the areas are well-maintained and secure. During daycare, pets have access to outdoor play areas where they can socialize and exercise under supervision, which I found to be an excellent way for my dog to stay active and engaged while I was away. Staff and Care: The staff at Beavon are knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient with the animals in their care. They made an effort to get to know my dog’s personality and needs, which reassured me that she was in good hands. I received regular updates on her behavior and activities, and the open communication really set this place apart from other facilities I’ve used in the past. Grooming Services: I also took advantage of their grooming services, and I was thrilled with the results. My girl came out looking fresh and happy, and the groomer clearly paid attention to detail. The fact that grooming can be conveniently added to a stay or daycare package was a nice bonus. Overall Experience: Beacon Suites Pet Resort delivers an exceptional experience for both pets and their owners. The facility’s attention to detail, friendly staff, and wide array of services make it stand out in the world of pet care. Whether you’re going on a short trip or looking for a regular daycare spot, I highly recommend Pet Suites and Resort for a worry-free and fun experience for your fur baby . The resort is a perfect mix of high-quality care and thoughtful amenities that pet owners appreciate.
So profesional and accommodating. We got married last year and they brought our babies to the mansion all dressed up & smelling good. They were so patient with our date change, accommodations and anything we asked for. The staff, assistant manager and owner are so nice and professional. I trusted them with our babies and I was able to relax for the night knowing they are well taken care of. We highly recommend Beacon Pet Resort.
BEWARE...Only gave a one star for the first time my pup stayed with them. They went above and beyond on the first stay. They understood upfront that she had PTSD from another facility and did have trust issues from being kept in a cage for two days and food throwed at her. I put her in her suite and she stayed a week. Beacon Suites kept me informed of her stay and i did not worry that she was in good hands. The second time I dropped her off she did not bark and walked right in. I handed her to the young girl and walked out the door. She knew I was leaving her and she kept jumping up on the door to leave. I got to the car and one came out and said she lunged and tried to bite the young girl. They could not keep her. As I entered the facility to get her she ran out the door and I barely got ahold of her leash or my dog would have been gone. She was just scared and knew that I was leaving her. They never gave her a chance. She is a Big German Shephard and only 17 months old at 80 pounds and most people are scared of her and her size. Dogs are smart and can sense it. They told me to get a trainer. When I called a month later to see if I could bring her back and try again to see if she would warm up to them and was told she is no longer welcome there. WOW!!! Very disappointed in this facility and would never recommend them ever again to anyone.
Beacon suites is a high end pet care facility that does a phenomenal job with implicit care for my elderly little man. He’s on a fairly strict medicinal regimen and they kept him for two weeks with no issues! They even have TV’s for them to watch! 🥰 They also have grooming services available. EMMA IS THE BEST, book early, they fill up quickly. Def worth the waiting list.
Beware!! I took my two dogs there and they had their names mixed up which caused them not to give the correct dog her medicine. Claimed my dog was agressive and did not let her out enough while she was there. My dog is 10 years old and has been to several kennels in her lifetime and has NEVER been told that she was aggressive!!!! They must have done something to scare her! I’m glad my dog was not allergic to the medication that they had given her!!! Could have been much worse! And the dog that needed the medication was without it for three days. I am just glad I did not go away longer!! Don’t go here!
I have used Beacon 3 times now. Just picked my German Shepard up this morning after his longest doggie vacation of 9 nights. He has always been a shy and nervous boy, but Beacon puts him at ease. During this stay he was able to try group play (they asked my permission first) and he did good. I love that they post photos on FB so I can see how he is while I'm away. I really trust them with his care. Completely recommend for anyone's fur baby needs.
We travel a good distance to take our dogs to Beacon Suites. Our dogs love going, and I feel they’re treated with love and care while there, but that said, the staff seems very discombobulated as of recent. We’ve been using their services for roughly two years, but the past couple times when following up on requested dates, employees have responded in a confused manner as if they’re completely oblivious to previous communications/bookings/waitlists/etc. I wish they’d become more organized because it’s definitely stressful to loyal customers trying to ensure care for their animals. Overall, we do trust them, and find the extra drive worth it. A couple other notes: • Pay attention to their hours (before noon for pick up, after 3 for drop off). • They also have pretty high fees for using a credit card. It’s not a huge deal, but we always pay cash because of this.
Emma does a fantastic job with our very large doodle, Houston, no matter if it is just a bath or a full groom. He loves going to visit her. She has earned his trust, and he gets excited when we pull in!
Peace of mind for my pups. We love this place. We recently lost our older furbaby right before a trip out of town so our Boston spent her first time alone. We hated to leave her but the staff was so helpful catering to her needs. Absolutely recommend
Our dog gets groomed here only. We have not used the boarding facilities yet. Very friendly staff.
This was my first time boarding my 4 month old pit bull terrier, Jewel, and I was very nervous!! However, Lucky’s did great! They gave me updates, called with suggestions based on how Jewel was adjusting, and made sure she came home smelling nice and fresh!! Thank you all so much and Jewel will happily be returning!
I’ve been boarding my 7 yr old blue pit, Axel, at Lucky’s for about 5 1/2 yrs now. He usually stays for long weekends, perhaps 4-5 times a year, and then a 7-8 day or even 14-15 day stay once a year. We adopted another pit bull, Kimmy, 6 months ago and she has stayed a couple times already. We just picked up both of them from a 15 day stay, Kimmy’s longest. The folks at Lucky’s get to know my dogs well and several of them love spending personal time with each of them. I’m glad to get feedback on how they each did. They even gave both dogs a special (free) celebration, for which I received pictures, during this recent stay when I mentioned it was Axel’s Gotcha day and Kimmy’s birthday! Many folks have been there a long time as well.
We are thrilled with our experience at Lucky's!! Everyone was super nice and accommodating. I was able to drop off our cat at 7am and still make it to work on time! They bathed her and kept her entertained all day until I could pick her up. The groomer was awesome and even got a picture of during grooming and all for a great price! Not to mention the facilities are fantastic! Will definitely be back!
1st timer here: I was looking for a place to board my critters, AKA "the monsters" and "the zoo," for holiday travel. When I called Lucky's I spoke to the nicest person on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to care about me and was not rushed with my many questions. The day I visited, I ran into a friend who has been using Lucky's since it opened - I felt it was probably going to work for me. I was given a tour of the premises, not rushed or pushy, and by the end I was sold and left a deposit! Fast-forward to the recent stay. The drop-off was very efficient, making sure they had all details needed for each critter. For pick-up no problems, a quick clean up for one, that was not expected - it was a gold star moment for me! I think they all had a great time - I even received a text with a collage of the Zoo while away!! They all came home happy and ready to run and play some more at home. They were more clingy, wait, that's normal - ha! Shout out to the manager Kristie and the entire staff at Lucky's Pet Resort! We will be back :-)
My dog Kody loves going to LUCKY’S for daycare and boarding. They take great care of my sweet baby and he’s always exhausted when I pick him up. The staff is really friendly and Kristy is Awesome!
Top notch service as always! Lucky’s staff is always so friendly and helpful. They treat my Brody like he’s part of their family. Grooming is always on point, I never have to doubt or worry what he will look like when I pick him up. When on vacation Kristi made sure I got updates on What’sAapp since my fur baby has epilepsy . This meant a lot to me to know they cared enough to make sure I wasn’t worried. I have been a luck’s client since they opened and plan to be one for a long time!
Today was my dog’s first day at Lucky’s daycare. The staff is super friendly and very informative. I was able to watch my dog play in the play room by logging into the camera from my computer. That is just awesome. He looked like he was having so much fun! He came home super tired because he played all day!
I’m sure our dogs were taken well care of, but I was disappointed that they didn’t refrigerate their can dog food. When the partially used Can was returned to me, it was warm. I opened up the lid and it contained mold and was discolored. I hope our dogs do not become sick because their food wasn’t stored appropriately.
Lucky’s was amazing! They were extremely accommodating for our handful of a Pitbull who is experiencing complicated health issues and isn’t pet friendly over the Thanksgiving holiday. Even with being booked nearly to capacity, the entire staff went above and beyond to keep her separated, comfortable, and personal time spent with her during her stay. We will surely be back if ever needing to travel with her to the Greensboro area, and would recommend Lucky’s to anyone looking for pet boarding of any kind!
Planned a last minute trip. Lucky’s was able to accommodate my 2 dogs within 2 days of trip. Thorough check in, clear instructions. This is at least my 4th time using them. Picked up dogs with them looking happy and relaxed. As I left, worker walking dog next to parking lot remembered my dogs names and said bye to them. Good experience, as usual!
Lori has taken care of our senior Boxer doggy several times over the past few years. We go on vacation completely at ease, knowing she is lovingly cared for. Excellent service!
Lori is an excellent pet sitter. She did an amazing job when she watched our two cats and our elderly dog while we were away on a weekend trip. She truly cares deeply about her clients and their pets. We will absolutely request her services any time that we are away from home. I highly recommend her.
Absolutely the best pet service available! It is evident that Lori loves her profession. The first time she stepped into our home, our 3 Maine Coon cats went to her immediately! Lori is very attentive to their needs, and caters to their individual personalities. She is extremely thorough, going above and beyond caring for them. She regularly stays in contact with us via e-mail and text messages to keep us updated and sends photos. Our fur babies give her 12 paws up!
Lori is one of a kind! She is flexible , trustworthy and extremely dependable. My fury children look forward to her visits, walks and her love for them. Lori goes above and beyond by bringing in packages and the trash cans. I am extremely appreciative and feel blessed to have her taking care of my two puppies and one elderly kitty. I will not use anyone else but Barker & Katz Pet Service. Thank you Lori for taking excellent care of my fur-babies as your own!
Lori is the best! We were a little nervous using a service to care for our 2 senior cats. We were at the beach for a week and Lori took care of both of our babies like they were her own. Very professional and VERY VERY caring and loving to our pets. Definitely will be using Lori again!!
Lori is so awesome!! She is reliable and trustworthy. She cares for my 2 Great Danes like they are her own. Ellie and Lily love her!! Oh and don’t forget Kitty, who loves her as well! She always makes sure they have food, water, and medications. I get updates on my fur-babies via text as well. I can’t say enough good things about her and her services for my babies. She is the absolute BEST!!
We feel completely confident leaving our four dogs in Lori’s care. She brings an aspect to her work we haven’t experienced before with other sitters. Lori spends a significant amount of quality time when she visits each day, throwing the ball to Abby, our Golden, or talking to Leo, our other Golden, protecting our little 6 pound Yorkie, Peyton, from the ever present hawks, or loving on Buddy, our (very) old boy. Can’t say enough. She treats our fur-family like her own!
Lori's care, consistency, and professionalism are incredible; my wife and I fully trust our two dogs in her hands! She diligently comes and goes into our house to take care of pups during our busy work weeks. On numerous occasions, we have called upon Lori’s services at a moment’s notice, and she has always delivered – she tries her best to be flexible and to serve her clients! Her love for our dogs is evident as they are always excited to see her when she drops by our house; we highly recommend Lori and Barker & Katz’s animal-care services!
This was our first time using a pet sitter. So glad we choose Barker and Katz. Lori is the best. She Keeps us updated on our pets while we are away and our pets love her. Lori brings in the mail and trash cans as well which was an unexpected service. We have several dogs, a cat and a parrot and she cared for them all with no issues. It was wonderful to return home to pets who were happy and well taken care of. We noticed such a difference between picking them up at a kennel and letting them stay in the comfort of their own home. I can't say enough great things about Barker and Katz. The rates are so reasonable. I highly recommend you call them! Donna Brown, Kernersville
First time we have left our pets home alone and we will never use anyone else. Being our first time we were a little hesitant to let a stranger in our home, but during our consult Lori made us feel so comfortable we never thought twice. We have a 12 year old arthritic dog which has never been boarded or crated, so a typical boarding facility was out of the question for us. It was so nice she could be at home comfortable during our weekend away! Lori was prompt and kept updates every time she stopped in. Our animals acted like we never left. With her past experience she also was great about securing the home and leading that someone was here during our away time.
My dog’s been visiting Best Friends since she was a puppy! All the staff are amazing and take great care of all their guests. I love the fun event photos they do, along with the daily daycare and pool posts on Facebook. The manager, Ashley, is always so happy and quick to greet everyone!
Moose absolutely loves going to daycare at Best Friends Bed and Biscuit! He looks forward to it every week and jumps out of the car with excitement when we arrive. The staff is so kind and friendly and truly get to know your pup and their needs which puts us at ease. This is the best daycare/boarding facility in town and we are so appreciative of the staff which makes it so great!
I’m honestly a little disappointed with this place. I’m new to town and everyone told me how spectacular this place was so naturally I was thrilled to have my dog spend the time at what seemed to be a beautiful facility with large grassy areas and lots of play space. I dropped my dog off for three nights of boarding when I found out that daycare wasn’t included in boarding and if I didn’t pay extra, she would just be in her kennel the entire time— I know they call it an indoor outdoor suite, but still. And then I also found out that they only do four hours of play for the entire day (2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon). My dog could go all day if they let her and I was a little sad to hear that they restricted play… which I was paying extra for. I also asked for a Spa bath upon exit which was supposed to come with a blow dry. I have a doodle and can clearly tell when she has been blow dried versus air dried and they definitely didn’t blow dry her but still charged me for it. They also don’t include basic things like report cards, pictures, or web cams which are included so many other places. So after almost $350 for three days, I was a little disappointed. What was really the kicker for me was that she also came home with some kind of infection on her paws. This caused me to have to take her to the vet, which was an additional bill, and she was so uncomfortable for several days. I’m sure this place is lovely for several others, but after being charged way more than expected and having to pay the price in several different ways, I’m not sure we’ll be back. I’m not mad or upset— these things happen and I think this was just a series of unfortunate events, I’m just not sure they’re worth the $. I did email my concerns to them about the infection just to give them a heads up in case they can clean or do something to avoid this for other dogs. I am waiting to hear back and will share the response, especially if it’s positive as I sincerely hope to give them the benefit of the doubt.
We absolutely love Best Friends Bed and Biscuit! Our dog is SO excited to go. He loves to socialize not only with the other dogs but the staff as well. Booking is super easy with their app and the facilities are wonderful. Our dog has only participated in the daycare and grooming services but we do plan to use the boarding services this summer. One of my favorite things is seeing all the adorable pictures of my dog with the other dogs on BFBB’s Facebook page. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t be happier and feel really lucky to have such a great facility in our area.
Best Friends has the best staff around! They manage to make you feel like your dog is their favorite dog. I have a very busy work schedule so I rely on taking my dog to daycare several days a week. He loves it and I am always confident that he is safe and happy while he is there. Try them out- they are the best!
Every Friday rain or shine, Moose is spending the day with his furry buddies and great hosts at BFBB! This organization truly cares for each animal and takes the best care of Moose! He has been at several different daycare/boarding facilities over the years and we have never felt as comfortable as we do now at BFBB. Each staff member always greets you with a hello and the staff have your dogs name memorized which makes it easy to hand off your pup for the day! Facility is clean, communication is great and activities are well worth the investment!
Our dog loves Bed & Biscuit, whether she’s there for a long vacation stay or just a day of daycare. She gets so excited when we pull in! I love that the staff is all so nice and friendly and helpful! She’s 5 years old and has been using Bed & Biscuit since she was a puppy. We can’t even say the name out loud at home without her perking up her ears and getting excited!
Our family feels so thankful to have found Best Friends Bed and Biscuit! The wonderful staff and trainers take great care of our sweet Boxer Stella at weekly daycare and on the occasional boarding visit. With their support and guidance, Stella has blossomed here from a very scared pup to a happy healthy girl with a circle of friends. We're able to get a glimpse into her day with the daycare photos on FB and we love the holiday photoshoots too. We are willing to drive an hour round trip from our home to BFBB several times a week, passing by several other similar businesses, because the quality of care and love is so high here. We can't recommend this place enough to other pet parents!
Best friends bed and biscuit is such an amazing facility. The staff always has friendly faces and the dogs have a blast. My pup loves attending daycare and going swimming!
Best place for my two pups! I try to go at least once a week. They seem to love the saltwater swimming pool when it's open in the summer. Local owned and amazing staff. ( So glad that reverted back to local phone staff rather than using that annoying over seas answering service! Thanks for switching back to your amazing LOCAL TEAM!)
Lily has been going to Ruff Housing since she was just a puppy and she’s almost 6 years old now. She really enjoys it and I love when she’s had a happy day and comes home tired!
my dog ADORES daycare she’s always super excited and instantly knows where we’re going, she’s made so many friends there and is super tired and sleeps hard when it’s time to go home! she always has such a great experience!
Delta our 6 month old German Shepherd puppy was picked up from Boarding and Daycare on 9-24. Shortly after arriving home a harsh cough, lethargy, and fever were evidently present. As concerned parents, Delta was taken to the after hours emergency vet hospital. After a detailed assessment, blood work and chest x-ray; Delta was diagnosed with pneumonia. The vet suggested that he possibly had been showing symptoms for 24-48 hours. Leaving a pet to be boarded for 6 days is already stressful and emotional at baseline. For us to pick up a sick puppy and have no communication in his obvious change of health, causes most upset and disappointment. Even Delta’s daily “report cards” mentioned no change in behavior or health, and suggested quite the opposite. Our key point is that his declining health was either unnoticed or it was ignored and neglected, both major issues for an establishment caring for animals. Additionally, our other dog, Judy, who has started attending day care is also suffering from the same diagnoses. To have one puppy diagnosed with pneumonia is one thing but to now have a second dog suffering is unacceptable. We were not informed or given a phone call about Delta. We are all around extremely disappointed and concerned, and upset. After the diagnosis we reached out to management to inform them of Delta's condition. They denied any decline in his health and stated he was in perfect health. This is contradictory to what the vet told us , and a blatant lie. We have several questions. If there was an outbreak of this going on throughout the daycare, what is the protocol for infections/ outbreaks of illness, do you notify owners of quarantine during boarding? Now as of October 21st we are still dealing with Delta's lingering Pneumonia, as we have just had to make another trip to the vet for reoccurring symptoms. I could not recommend this establishment any less. If you want peace of mind during the day or when you are boarding your family member this is the last place I would bring my Dog. I would leave negative stars if I could.
Highly recommend! My doggie stayed 3 nights and was so happy to be there. Thank you for taking such great care of my buddy, Tyson-McFlurry 🐾 …
Best experience!! I was very nervous to leave my dog for the first time but all the cameras that you have access to watch are AMAZING!! They send you pictures and update you on how the day was for your dog which I appreciate. Safe to say she had a blast and we will be coming back. Often!
Took my 4 month old puppy for her first haircut. They originally canceled my first appointment and scheduled me weeks later. Which is fine. But I told them not to shave her and they did just that. Not to mention it wasn’t blended well and left most of her hair on her head and still needs it to be trimmed. I’m going to another place tomorrow to have them fix it up. But I’m very upset that they shaved her when I specifically said not to over the phone with the groomer. They didn’t trim her nails when I had paid for it. The manager was nice and gave us a refund. However I do not recommend. I’ve added before and after photos.
Ruff Housing is my dog's favorite place! She knows when she is going and gets super excited all the way to there. When she gets home, she's out like a light because she's played so hard all day. The staff is very friendly and they all know my dog by name. They are also very helpful in working wheen an issue may arise.
I brought my dog in for boarding + a spa trim at the end of May. I was under the impression that a spa trim included 'face, feet, and fanny" + a nail trim. When I picked up my dog, not only were her feet and nails NOT trimmed, the fur on the entire rest of her body had been cut for some reason, and extremely poorly - her fur is choppy, uneven, and frankly, she looks really bad! The front desk workers were and have been extremely kind and refunded me, but I was denied the ability to have my dog’s coat fixed by a groomer at another Ruff Housing location (I do not want the groomer who did this touching my dog again), unless I want to pay full price for a groom my dog only needs because the Greensboro groomer ruined her coat. I am extremely disappointed and will not be bringing my dog back in the future. I have attached pictures of her fur where you can see how uneven she was cut (when she wasn’t even supposed to have a groom to begin with).
My kids love it here. The staff is so attentive and cares deeply about every pup that walks or runs through the door. The best part is the pictures you can receive. My Loki (the tan one) was always bullied by other dogs during daycare at other places, but Greensboro did everything in their power to ensure that he was in a bully free group and can thrive. They even paid special attention to my hyper child and made sure to provide him with extra stimulation to help him relax. After being here for any amount of time they come home and sleep peacefully. Majority of the time they almost jump out of the car when they figure out where we are going.
Willow absolutely loved her first day at doggy daycare! She’s a 5 month old chocolate lab with TONS of energy. The staff members are super sweet and helpful. They kept me updated on how she was doing. Willow even made a new friend! She’s looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for taking care of my sweet pup!
