I inquired about the daycare membership and asked a follow-up question to clarify their holiday policy after confirming that I will subscribe to the service. The response I received felt unnecessarily abrupt, suggesting that I should seek another provider. Clear communication is important, especially when customers are simply trying to understand policies. I hope they can improve their customer service approach to be more professional and accommodating.

Hundeabendteuerland is definitely the best place for our dog. Agata and Chris are very nice people who take care of our big boy. Once you meet them you will know and also the happy face of your dog :) Our dog has been visiting their doggy daycare for 4 years now and we can recommend it. We are relaxed that everything is fine with him even during the sleepovers. We really appreciate that, thank you!

Our dog Luna has been going to Hundeabenteuerland every week since she was 3 months. Christopher and Agata are the most caring and passionate people. We absolutely trust them and we are always happy to know that Luna has lots of fun and exercise during daycare. The daily pictures are also lovely!

A really lovely place run by passionate people. They go above and beyond to ensure that the dogs are well taken care of and enjoy their stay. Even though our dog at first was a bit shy, now he’s always happy to go to the daycare. And we always love to see the pictures of him fooling around.

Agatha and Chris are amazing human beings, extremelly caring, loving, experienced and knowleadgable about dogs. Our cute energetic hound puppy goes there for months now and every time he comes back happier and happier, and a more balanced dog. Not only he gets treated like family there but also he gets to play and socialise properly with other dogs under supervision. We are super lucky we found Agatha and Chris, and we are very grateful for their support <3

Christopher and Agata are great human beings and the best dog caretakers one can imagine. They are absolutely professional, offer fair prices and treat the dogs like family (including Christmas presents, Halloween parties, birthday cakes, etc.). Lipso loves going there and comes back tired and satisfied every time. Also, the dogs can run freely during the day because there is a fenced garden, which was really hard to find in Zurich. 100% recommendation.

My Daschund goes to Chris and Agatha’s daycare several times a week and even on Weekend sometimes. He loves it and they take such good care of him. They always give me picture and updates regarding my dogs mood (which is important because of the medicine he takes). Their level of care and attention to details is outstanding. You can see they truly love dogs. It is a relief to have found such a wonderful daycare when I cannot take my baby with me. On top of it, they are really good value ! I don’t know how i would do without them. You guys are absolutely the best !

My Golden Retriever loved going every Fridays to Hundeabenteurland, it was definitely the highlight of his week! The best part is seeing all the wonderful pictures of him playing and running and making new friends. When I used to travel I used to always feel comforted that he would be in the best of hands. I have now left Switzerland, but I want to thank Agata and Christopher for making our stay in Zurich so much more enjoyable.

Having our dog at Hundeabenteuer has been such an amazing experience! Chris and Agata have always had their best interest at heart when it comes to the dogs they take on, so the group dynamic with the dogs stays balanced. We adopted a shelter dog in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. Progress has been slow but steady, but it also meant that our dog needed some extra attention, which they gladly provided and personally it felt like they were as happy as us wich all the progress our dog was making. We really appreciate all the feedback we‘ve gotten, whenever we pick our dog up in the afternoon and the daily pictures they post on their Facebook Page with all the dogs has become our little highlight of the day. The prices for the doggy daycare are more than reasonable, if you compare it to other providers in the region of Zurich and what you actually get. The pick up spot is located near the Central Station which is great. If you‘re in need for a caring, well equiped and educated doggy day care in Zurich, I highly recommend you check out Agata’s and Chris’Hundeabenteuer! We, including our dog, couldn‘t be happier with our choice and we couldn‘t do it without them!

Züripets took care of our cats Audrey and Gracie while we were on a two-weeks vacation. We are very happy about how they looked after the cats, with daily visits and plenty of pictures so that we would miss them a bit less while we were away. We felt throughout our holiday that our cats were in really good hands and got the feeling that this is not just a job for Züripets but that there is genuine affection and care for the pets that they are looking after. For example, they wouldn't just feed the cats but also spend time with them and play with them so that they wouldn't feel too alone. 100% recommended!

Oscar gets so excited whenever he goes to Zuripets. The team is enthusiastic, skilled and works professionally and flexible when changes are needed. I have used overnight care a few times as well and Oscar then gets to go home with one of the team. You get daily quick updates on how it goes and can see the adventures on Instagram stories. It’s clear how much they love the dogs in their care !

I have used their at home cat sitting twice now for vacation and I'm really happy with the service! They leave the apartment so clean, do the litter and vacuum, and take good care of my cat 🙏😻 she is an old lady with some health issues and they're able to medicate her as needed no problem which was why I wanted to find a professional pet sitter in the first place. Markus and the team are amazing. Isn't only a daycare but they treat your dog as family, they do many activities, take them to adventure and the grooming is also wonderful. Indy had a wonderful time while in their care and I can only thank the team for it. Oh and comunication was great since they speak english :).

After several online searches, I ended up at Züripets and we are absolutely thrilled. Markus, Bea and the whole team gave our Fio and us a very warm welcome from the very first moment and welcomed them into the Züripets family. Fio can't wait to go to his friends at Züripets in the morning. He has already learned a lot at his young age and we are always super happy for him when he can spend his day there. We know he is in great hands and is enjoying the day. Since it is our first dog, we often have questions for tips and tricks, which the team always takes time for despite the hustle and bustle. The concept is excellent for busy and working dog owners and the app makes it super comfortable and easy to use. Additionally, we'd like to commend Eva (Groomer) - we're still wondering how she managed to do Fio's hair so well, as it's incredibly difficult to keep him still. She has a great knack for the dogs and we are just as enthusiastic about her service, which we have already used several times. We can recommend the whole team without reservation and are happy to have landed such a lucky hit.

We can wholeheartedly recommend Züripets! Our dog Louis has been going to Züripets almost weekly since he was three months old. Over the last two years they have looked after him not only professionally, but also with an incredible amount of heart and love. We are particularly grateful for their flexibility in special moments: When our son was born and we needed short-term care for Louis, they were there immediately. Even in difficult situations, like once when we had to go to the hospital with our son at night, our dog was even picked up from home without further ado - something like that is anything but normal. The staff are professional and have a great passion for dogs. They ensure that the four-legged friends feel comfortable and happy. We are very happy with DogMom! Our dog, Carmela, absolutely loves spending her days there. Once, during a walk, we saw the DogMom van, and she was so excited she wanted to jump in and join the other dogs! Unfortunately, we had other plans for her that day, which she clearly didn’t appreciate. This is a true testament to how much she loves DogMom. My little dog and I are so happy to have found someone like Dogmom. When Viva is with Luana, I know that she is doing well and feels comfortable. Dogmom is very animal-loving, she gives the dogs a really nice, secure home, takes long balanced walks, teaches them things like obedience, sniffing games, agility, posing for photos, etc. and she devotes all her attention to the dogs. My Viva always goes to Luana with great joy.

Dog Mom (Luana) has been looking after my little Maltese for years when I go on vacation. There is no one I would trust more with my little one than Luana. She always sends lots of photos and updates and you can always tell how much her heart goes out to the dogs. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

You just need to see Jameela interact with your cat and you know she is everything she claims to be: a cat lover, a cat expert and someone who can be trusted. Jameela does not only look after my cat when I am away, she also gives great tips on behavior and care. For example, Jameela gave me a cat feeder so that I could see how my cat got on with it and it worked great! We have always received constructive feedback and Wilma is always looking forward to retirement. My dog was looked after on Mondays and Fridays from April to June. I was charged CHF 15 twice for a late pickup of 2 and 3 minutes. I paid the surcharges perfectly. She never thanked me for the confectionery I brought her the next day. My dog has had a GPS since last week. The GPS was removed during care. Today I asked the manager not to remove my own GPS tracker from my dog and received the following message: Um? What's that supposed to mean? If you don't trust us, then you have to look for another solution. Sorry, but we have our rules and we do our best! When I called her to clarify the situation, she accused me of trying to control her and her team. I hadn't even thought of that. I find it very strange and think that someone only reacts like that when you have something to hide. Conclusion: I don't want to have my dear dog in such an environment. I have stopped dogsitting immediately and with the consent of the owner.

Nicole Neukomm and her team do a great job and do everything they can for the well-being of the dogs. Our furry friend Benny always comes home happy and exhausted. No less than my love for the dogs, I value the personal contact with the team, who are always very friendly, well-positioned, professional and reliable. She is quite shy but Claudia manages it well with the other dogs and I've really seen her confidence improve each week. It is a testament to Claudia's skill and love for each dog she sees. I'm so grateful to have found Claudia and would highly recommend her services!

I couldn’t recommend them enough. Claudia is a super sweet, kind and caring person who really cares about dogs and living creatures in general. I send my furbaby (also my friends ) to weekly pack walks with her and the other girls who help her and it helped so much with tiring her, socialising, and training her. Claudia makes sure that the girls who help her are up to her standards and if not she will make sure to solve the issue. Communication couldn’t be better, she answers super fast, sends pictures and videos to make sure you feel comfortable and safe to send your puppy with them. My puppy also has stayed overnight with her when I needed help and she made sure to arrange a solution to make my life easier, by picking her or dropping her or by keeping her at her place. Our two frenchies were a part of Claudia’s pack for many years, and they loved her so much. Claudia and her team are very professional and care for the dogs as if they are their own. Our dogs were always happy (and tired!) after a fun day with the Dogs in Motion team. Claudia is very attentive to each dog’s personality and needs, and she always let us known of she had any concerns about our dogs. My dog Danan has been in dog care with Claudia for almost 5 years. He is now a senior, needs more rest, sleeps a lot and likes to cuddle. But when he hears the sliding door of Claudia's dog taxi from the third floor, he jumps out of his basket, barks and waves with joy and can hardly wait for the door to open and be picked up for a walk.
